XML-based EDI Document Processing System with Binary Format Mapping Rules

  • Recently, the magnitude of electronic data interchange (EDI) document processing for the handling of port logistics is abruptly being increased. The existing system processes EDI documents in a script mode, but due to a complicated script preparation procedure and low document processing efficiency, it cannot meet the demand as the usage flow of documents increases. In this paper, an EDI electronic document processing system was designed and implemented in a document scanner and mapper, which are binary form electronic document processing tools and do not require script files during the conversion of extensible markup language (XML)-based electronic documents. This new system has the merits of XML features during reading and writing with improved speed, usage convenience, and good portability on systems when compared to the conventional ones.

  • The purpose of this reserch is the development of 406MHz satellite EPIRB terminals which is used on Cospas/Sarsat system. This equipment is essencial facility in all vessel due to should be equipped according to GMDSS. This 406MHz satellite EPIRB needs high technology of complicated. Because, this is designed to operate stably with ultra-stability oscillator and with the low power consumption so that can operate continually for 48 hours by the contained battery. The development of this equipment is significant in the sides of acquirement of new technology on satellite communication fields. In this research, we investigated the international and domestic regulations of needed. Because this equipment is international system concerned with life of man. So, we designed the adequate hardwares and softwares from this research. From this research, we developed the equipment with appopriate capability for productions, and much more research is needed to develop the more small size more chip one for production.

Design and Stability Analysis of Impedance Controller for Bilateral Teleoperation under a Time Delay

  • A new impedance controller is proposed for bilateral teleoperation under a time delay. The proposed controller does not need to measure or estimate the time delay in the communication channel using the force loop-back. In designing a stable impedance controller, absolute stability is used as a stability analysis tool, which results in a less conservative controller than the passivity concept. Moreover, in order to remove the conservatism associated with the assumption of infinite port impedances, the boundaries of human and environment impedance are set to finite values. Based on this, this paper proposes a parameter design procedure for stable impedance controllers. The validity of the proposed control scheme is demonstrated by experiments with a 1-dof master/slave system.

  • 일반적으로 해커들은 네트워크상에 있는 목표(Target) 시스템에 대해 공격을 시도하기 위한 사전 단계로 포트 스캐닝(Port Scanning)을 통한 정보 수집의 단계를 선행하게 된다. 이 때, 사용되는 포트 스캐닝 기술은 이미 여러가지 방법이 알려져 있으며, 네트워크 관리자의 입장에서는 정상적인 네트워크 접속과 포트 스캐닝 공격을 구분해야만 한다. 본 논문에서는 네트워크를 통한 공격의 가장 많은 부분을 차지하고 있는 스캐닝 공격을 빠르고 효율적으로 탐지할 수 있는 룰 기반의 침입 탐지 시스템을 커널레벨과 응용레벨에서 설계하고 구현하였다.

  • In the midst of disaster, such as an earthquake or a nuclear radiation exposure area, there are huge risks to send human crews. Many robotic researchers have studied to send UGVs in order to replace human crews at dangerous environments. So far, two-dimensional camera information has been widely used for teleoperation of UGVs. Recently, three-dimensional information based teleoperations are attempted to compensate the limitations of camera information based teleoperation. In this paper, the 3D map information of indoor and outdoor environments reconstructed in real-time is utilized in the UGV teleoperation. Further, we apply the LTE communication technology to endure the stability of the teleoperation even under the deteriorate environment. The proposed teleoperation system is performed at explosive disposal missions and their feasibilities could be verified through completion of that missions using the UGV with the Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) team of Busan Port Security Corporation.

Development of Transmitter/Receiver Front-End Module with Automatic Tx/Rx Switching Scheme for Retro-Reflective Beamforming

  • In this work, a transmitter/receiver front-end module (T/R FEM) with an automatic Tx/Rx switching scheme for a 2.4 GHz microwave power transfer is developed for a retro-reflective beamforming scheme. Recently, research on wireless power transfer techniques has moved to wireless charging systems for mobile devices. Retro-reflective beamforming is a good candidate for tracking the spatial position of a mobile device to be charged. In Tx mode, the T/R FEM generates a minimum of 1 W. It also comprises an amplitude and phase monitoring port for transmitting RF power. In Rx mode, it passes an Rx pilot signal from a mobile device to a digital baseband subsystem to recognize the position of the mobile device. The insertion loss of the Rx signal path is 4.5 dB. The Tx and Rx modes are automatically switched by detecting the Tx input power. This T/R FEM is a design example of T/R FEMs for wireless charging systems based on a retro-reflective beamforming scheme.

Design of Air-Lifted Seawater Propulsion System (ALSP) for Ecoships' Auxiliary Propulsion 1

  • We constructed an air-lifted seawater propulsion system for decreasing fuel consumption of the ships. The system has a form of pipes which can be easily installed on the sides of the ship. Seawater mixed with air, will rise along within the pipe, and will be discharged downward. If the directions of inlet / outlet of the pipe are designed properly, a propulsive energy can be obtained. We tested the system with a model ship in Jangsa port at Sokcho-city with a water depth of 2.5 meters. The system was supplied regulated air at 6 bars during the 3 tests. The model ship was moving forward at a rate of 0.18 meters per second. In case of large ships equipped zfrom clean energy.

  • 최근 울산항에는 화물차가 정해진 화물차 주차장이 아닌 항만 내외에 불법주차를 하는 사례가 빈번하게 발생하고 있다. 본 논문은 이러한 문제를 해결하고자 화물차 주차장 이용을 활성화하는 방안을 연구하였다. 이에 따라 화물차 주차장의 주차 현황을 실시간으로 제공하는 딥 러닝(YOLOv4) 기반 영상분석방식의 스마트 항만 주차정보시스템을 제안한다. 더불어, 제시한 방안을 통해 주차장 이용이 활성화 되었을 때의 사회적 가치를 산정하여 기존과 비교하였다.

  • 스마트폰이 널리 보급화 된 현대 사회, 도로 위에서도 스마트폰을 보기 위해 시선을 아래로 향한 채 걸어가는 보행자를 목격할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 항만 내 안전한 도로 보행을 보장하기 위한 솔루션을 제공한다. 사용자 위험 지역 데이터 및 객체 검출을 활용하여 도로 보행자의 위험여부를 파악한 후, 스마트폰 디바이스 내 설치된 Application 으로 스마트폰 디바이스를 제어할 수 있도록 한다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 솔루션을 통해 사용자의 주위를 환기할 수 있고, 전방 미주시로 인한 사고를 예방할 수 있다.
