This paper aims to study international political orders and aviational orders since the second World War, to investigate the influences between the two orders, to connect them with the air transportation service agreement between Korea and USA, and to prospect international aviation orders in the future. The first international aviation order after the second World War is built up by international public goods under hegemonic stability theory in the realistic international order. Second order is a kind of cooperation system through the international institutions under the neo-liberalistic international order from the late of 1970s. Third order is the multiple cooperation through the shared epistemology, understanding, and knowledge under the international social constructivism from the 1990s. This paper prospects that international aviation order in the future will be developed through the multiple channels for the civilian users' conveniences and the openness for the users.

Social Network Service has the sufficient potential can be widely and effectively used for various fields of society because of convenient accessibility and definite user opinion. Above all Twitter has characteristics of simple and open network formation between users and remarkable real-time diffusion. However, real analysis is accompanied by many difficulties because of semantic analysis in 140-characters, the limitation of Korea natural language processing and the technical problem of Twitter is own restriction. This thesis paid its attention to human's political attitudes showing permanence and assumed that if applying it to the analytic design, it would contribute to the increase of precision and showed it through the experiment. As a result of experiment with Tweet corpus gathered during the election of national assemblymen on 11st April 2012, it could be known to be considerably similar compared to actual election result. The precision of 75.4% and recall of 34.8% was shown in case of individual Tweet analysis. On the other hand, the performance improvement of approximately 8% and 5% was shown in by-timeline political attitude analysis of user.

This essay deals with the bulk of problems of media raised by social inequality. I attempted to examine the relationship between inequality and media/information. In adopting the method of political economy based on dialectical viewpoint, I argue that collaboration among Chaebol, media, power result in the media capitalism. This mode of production has brought about the decline of public service and democracy. It led the Korean industrial capitalism to media capitalism. This mechanism is a dominant but unfair system with grasping of wealth, power, information. The media capitalism, based on profit, privatizations, power monopoly, remains democracy and public service in retreat. Chaebol-media-power complex plays an important role in cementing the establishment. We are reminded how much the dominant system has deteriorated the public interests of the media market and information.

Purpose - The purpose of this research paper is twofold. First, this paper attempts to grasp the damage caused to small and medium-size retail traders from online wholesalers in the field. Second, this paper engages in a psychological characterization of the enterprise spirit and the management of small and medium-size entrepreneurs in the retail trade business that are harmed by online wholesalers. Research design, data, and methodology - Data on three large Korean wholesalers engaged in ongoing litigation during the first half of 2014, including E-Mart Traders E-Club, and regarding applications for business adjustments from three large wholesalers were used. Results - The results show that small and medium-size distribution merchants seek political support for facility modernization, policy-specific funds, development of the distribution of PB products, advanced distribution techniques, joint logistics systems, establishment of distribution and logistics centers, sharing of parking facilities, and joint ordering systems. Conclusions - This study examined the damage to, and the government's support of policy demands from, small retail traders.

Objectives: Life style modification leads to decrease health risk and change of health status for person at health risk. This study aimed to suggest essential components and effective strategies for customized health management service to provide individual and risk group in public and private health care organizations. Methods: To systematic review the essential component of health management service, I performed to collect political legislation, research papers, reports, publication and public release for heath management service from 2008 to 2016. Essential components of heath management service were service scope, service design, organizations and applied technology. Results: Service cope was composed of health risk factors, such as smoking, drinking, nutrition, physical activity and weight control. Main strategies were customized health management services, personalized behavior modification programs, evidence-based service protocol, utilization of information and communications technology (ICT), multi-dimension and multi-level approach, and public and private organizations partnership through health policies and health care system. Conclusions: To make the most of the limited resources, it should require a systematic approach that focuses on continuous monitoring and partnership of health management service.

School food service must be operated as the part of the education. But it seems that it is not to be considered as an important educational field from the perspective of educational administration. This study was conducted to suggest the effective plan to improve the quality of the school food service system. Questionaries were distributed to 51 administrators and 85 dieticians of primary schools in Incheon area from Aug 7th to Aug 31st 2000. Drawbacks of school food service system cited from the survey results were insufficient support from the authorities both in policy and in budget and shortage of specialists for food service administration. Both dieticians and administrators acknowledged that available facilities required for the school food service were insufficient. 85.9% of dietition and 51.0% of administrators thought dietition of school food service to be suitable for nutrition education. For effective nutrition education, they suggest to have teachers taking in charge of nutrition education, to have teaching system related with school food service and to develope visual auditorial teaching material. For improvement of the quality of school food service, it is necessary to acquire sufficient budget and political support from the government and to have specialists for food service administration. And regulations promoting dieticians to be teachers of nutrition education is required to be introduced in the near future.

Korean Government has been actively and aggressively promoted the global e-commerce (or e-trade). However, the global researches regard the Korea as the passive or retrogressive country in e-trade. The purpose of this study is to clarify the change of the policy paradigm on the e-trade of Korea and to search for new paradigm based on the total amendment (or inauguration) of the e-trade promotion law. The research concludes the current political paradigm on "the Designated total solution provider" should be separated from the e-trade infra or platform. More competitive and market-oriented paradigm of the promotion support on e-trade metamediary should be evaluated in terms of facilitator, service provider and collaborator.

The design and implementation of the so-called Mexican Fourth Transformation(Cuarta Transformacion, 4T), as an alternative form of government, faces daily the attack and violence of conservatism through a permanent campaign that seeks to instill fear in society, based on a web of lies that tries to create the image of a situation of political ungovernance in the public opinion. This work is a documentary analysis that accounts for the types of harassment of the conservative elite against the 4T; the objective is to show the forms of violence that threaten democracy. In conclusion, this study attempts to argue that the violence that conservative neoliberals caused against the 4T has its origin in that they feel threatened, because the reform policy of AMLO goes against their class interests.

This paper explains how the political elites limit peruvian politics after independence, through examining the historical origin of elites, the formation of the dominant elites and their politicization in Peru, 1824-1919. In detail, the first section of this paper examines theoretical concepts and the political economic conditions of elites. The next part explores the emergence of the dominant elite group and their politicization, which is focused on economic incentives and conditions in the Guano era. Finally, this paper suggests that peruvian elite group after independence is politically motivated by the direct control of economic resources and maximized privilege in distributions of economic benefits. Furthermore, these features provided the archetype of the Peruvian politics, such as the pre-modern oligarchy and the military intervention.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the political and functional requirements of the regional library portal and to evaluate such requirements. A literature review was carried out to discuss library portal, and introduce the best practices of the regional library portal. After analyzing the political and functional requirements of the regional library portal, AHP was applied to evaluate requirements. In the political requirements, standards, digital collection development, operation and evaluation were ranked according to importance, and copyright & licence management which belongs to digital collection development was underrated. There were differences in the importance among the functional requirements of the regional library portal, integrated search, integrated interface, information service, separated digital collection management and access management were ranked according to importance.
