The most important objective of the national development policy in Korea is the balanced regional development through the mitigation of concentration to the Capital region and the further development of other regions. Although various national policies have been formulated so far, the consequences of such policies for the balanced regional development have been unsatisfactory. This paper attempted to estimate regional growth factos through regression method. According to the results of this study, the differentiated regional policy for promotion and regulation to the location of firms and colleges and technological development have been operated only partially but not comprehenisively nor systematically. Especially, much of financial assistance has not been differentiated regionally. This study is expected to contribute to the formulation of the rational regional policy in future.

This study examines work and family life of married women and policy implications of the low class in Daegu area. Data were gathered from the use of face-to-face interview method from a sample of 564 married working women. And the political printed materials of family welfare policy(1988~1993) were analyzed. The major findings of this study can be summarized as follows: Most of the respondents remain unstable in their working situation with the double burden of a paid work and housework. Thus it is necessary for the government to implement family policies for married working women such as establichment of various child care centers study room for adolescence councelling center job-training center and dissemination of egalitarian sex-role attitudes. Finally it is suggested that the formulation of family net works be promoted for the effective utilization of local resources and family welfare programs.

This study investigates the impact of inflation rate fluctuations on economic growth in China, with a particular focus on potential non-linear characteristics. The global economic impact of the COVID-19 pandemic notably heightens the study's relevance. The research that the unidirectional causal relationship from inflation to economic growth in China first strengthens and then weakens over time. Furthermore, there is an inflation rate threshold effect on economic growth, identified at 2%. Below this threshold, inflation positively influences economic growth, whereas above it, the impact turns negative. This finding underscores the importance of balancing economic growth with inflation control in the formulation of monetary policy.

본 연구는 정보통신기술분야에 있어서, 2000년대 중반부터 기존의 PC기반에서 스마트폰 등의 모바일 기반으로의 새로운 패러다임 변화라는 스마트사회에 있어, 공간정보기술정책의 바람직한 미래전략 설정을 위한 정책추진의 전략방향을 고찰하고 그 방안을 모색하여 본다. 또한 이를 통해, 형성초기단계인 공간정보기술정책의 미래전략프레임을 설정하고 바람직한 안을 제시한다. 곧 본 논문은 공간정보기술정책 추진의 미래상을 시나리오플래닝을 통하여 고찰하여 보고 향후 추진방향을 제시하며, 형성초기단계인 공간정보기술정책의 바람직한 미래전략을 제시하고 그 정책을 모색한다는 점에서, 본고에서 제시된 쌍방향 거버넌스를 지향하는 플랫폼 구축은 그러한 점에서 큰 함의가 있다.

본 연구에서는 초음파매개물의 1차적인 목적이외에 부가적인 특징을 조합하여 새로운 초음파매개물의 개발 가능성을 모색하였다. 임의 제조된 각 제형에 따른 유동학적 특징과 제조비용을 기성품 제제와 비교 분석하였다. 초음파전파매개물은 제형에 따라 각기 다른 기능적 특성을 지니게 되며, 저점도에멀전과 오일젤에서 유동성이 가장 우수하였다. 제조비용에서는 수화젤 제형이 물성분이 많을수록 제조비용이 가장 낮았으며, 에멀전과 오일젤 제형에서는 오일의 함유량이 높을수록 제조비용에 많은 차이가 있었다. 본 연구는 초음파의 다양한 영역의 전문성을 겸비한 새로운 초음파매개물의 연구에 대한 초석을 이룰 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

The information security industry market is sluggish despite high expectation for its growth, and thus policies are required to define the causes and to address these issues. The policy formulation requires various historical market and human resource data for analyzing the industry, which cannot be guaranteed secured. This study executed face-to-face in-depth interviews with the frontline businesses in order to gather live opinions and to analyze industry's value chain, problems, and difficulties with a view to defining policy tasks for the development of the industry. The findings of the study revealed the current technical level of the information security industry, the frontline difficulty, and industrial ecosystem status. Based on these findings, the industry revitalization policy was devised and proposed. Objectives of the policy included the fostering of capacity to conceptualize, plan, and design industrial strategies based on the analysis of the industry's value chain and ecosystem, the expansion of the industry's value-added through the enhanced securing and management of the Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), and the nurturing of the security Human Resources (HR) in line with the industrial demand.

최근 정부는 기술모방형 R&D 전략의 한계를 극복하기 위해 기초연구에 대한 투자를 대폭 확대하고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 우리나라의 R&D 지원시스템은 창의적 창조적 기초연구를 뒷받침하기에 적절한 지에 대한 평가가 필요한 시점이다. 이에 본 연구는 기초연구에 대한 특성과 필요한 시스템적 요건에 대해 해외사례 및 우리나라의 기초연구 지원시스템에 대한 분석을 통해 접근하였다. 본 연구는 문제점 분석을 통해 새롭게 기초연구의 정책운영체계라는 패러다임 도입이 필요함을 논하였다. 또한 기초연구의 성과는 연구자체의 수월성과 더불어 연구를 지원하는 전주기적 체계의 적절성이 매우 중요한 요소임을 발견하였다.

오늘날 노인관련 정책에서 핵심적인 주제는 노인독립이다. 본 연구는 독립의 의미가 충분히 검토되지 않은 채 유행처럼 번지고 있는 현 시점에서 우리는 어떤 의미의 독립에 대해 이야기하고 있고, 정책을 통해 구체화되고 있는 독립이 실제 노인들의 관점을 어느 정도 정확히 반영하고 있는지를 검토하고자 하였다. 이 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 10명의 노인들을 대상으로 독립, 의존, 삶의 질 등에 대한 노인들의 주관적 의미를 조사하였다. 연구의 결과, 일반적으로 주장되고 있는 노인들의 경제적 독립, 공간적 독립, 신체적 자립 등은 노인들에게 외형적인 현상에 불과했다. 노인들은 이러한 독립을 구성하는 보다 내밀한 의미들을 언급하였는데, 그들이 인식하는 독립의 개념은 사생활, 자존감, 자율성, 자유 등의 핵심적 개념들로 구성된 복합적인 의미를 담고 있었다. 의존에 대한 인식 또한 사회적 고정관념과 상당한 차이를 보이고 있었으며, 의존은 독립과 마찬가지로 그들 경험이 존중되는 삶의 한 방식이었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 놓고 볼 때, 독립, 참여 등과 같은 개념으로 노인의 사회적 지위를 높이려는 최근의 정책은 여전히 노인의 관점을 충분히 반영하고 있지 못함을 보여주었다.

This paper aims to construct and analyze the domestic collaborative research network in industrial engineering. Using co-authorship information contained in the papers published in the two journals of the Korean Institute of Industrial Engineers, the collaborate research network at the institutional level is constructed. The core institutions in the network are identified by means of the centrality indexes of social network analysis. In addition, the five types of roles of the institutions in industry-university-institute cooperation are examined through brokerage analysis: coordinator, consultant, gatekeeper, representative, and liaisons. The findings are expected to be fruitfully utilized in formulation of R&D strategy of relevant organizations and technology policy making for promoting collaborative research in industrial engineering.

A modeling framework and its computational methodology for an industrial sector of the economy are investigated. The suggested industrial sector model is characterized by a programming (process analysis) representation of a production sector and an econometric estimation of the price sensitive (own and cross-prices) demands. By introducing the price sensitive demands into the process analysis representation of the production sector, it becomes possible to analyze and plan the pricing policy, the optimal production schedules and capacity expansion plans within a single framework. The computational scheme suggested in the report is based on the iterative approach each of which solves a separable convex programming problem.
