  • This study starts from a question about the expectation that government policy reduces the educational gap by introducing digital textbooks. In addition, we try to figure out how to minimize the problems that will occur when digital textbooks are introduced and fully adopted. The purpose of this study is exploring the possibility that suing digital textbook deepens learning gap among students. Researchers are discussed that the gap between 'information' haves' and 'information' have-nots' and between 'the competent user' and 'the incompetent user' increase difference between 'knows' and 'know-nots' on the socio-economic class. These difference are likely to imply that using digital textbook is deepening the educational gap.

  • Village formation through landscape agreements of all things has sufficient expectation effects in that it outgrows the existing hardware- and development-oriented methods and realizes software- and policy-centered measures developed on the basis of environments and amenity. Village formation through landscape agreements is a work toward future in the long term. Villages are moving in the flow of time. Recognition on life environments and changes in consciousness of residents may be the most direct head start showing the possibility of village formation. However, the signs of such changes are yet uncertain and it is difficult to expect the changes in conscious ness would lead to realization and accomplishment. Therefore, it is needed to construct a society-wide system in which administration, experts, and local residents altogether support resident-led village formation, as well as efforts to enhance and expand the sprouts of hope.

  • Grid provides integral ing system that enables to use distributed computing resource and services as adapts traditional infrastructures to overcome the distributed computing environments. But, computing today is moving away from a restriction of the desktop, becoming diffused into our surrounding and onto our personal digital devices. In such mobile computing environments, users expects to access resource and services at any time from anywhere in such Mobile-Grid computing. This expectation results security issues, since the computing environments is expanded. This paper describes the security challenges in Mobile-Grid computing, explaining why traditional security mechanism fail to meet the demands of these environments. This paper describes policy driven security mechanism enabled entity to use service and data in trust Mobile-Grid environments and a set of security service module that need to be realized in the Mobile-Grid security architecture presents a set of use pattern that show hew these modules can be used for billing service in a secure Mobile-Grid environments.

  • As a development of IT, the most part of societies apply it. Political area is not an exception. Most of candidates, parties and government make web sites to provide political information. But the political information of internet don't have a positive influence to electors always. On the assumption that the people who seek political information from internet are concerned at politics, the fact that the users don't affect at the internet political information demands close investigation. In this study I suggest that the reason is the difference forms of the political information provided from politician with netizen's expectation at the Internet.

Method: Data was collected from 12 nurses who were working in the university affiliated medical center in Seoul using interview. To analyze data, content analysis was done. Results: The Critical Success Factors (CSF) of nursing organizations perceived by hospital nurses was classified into 5 categories. The 5 categories (the expectation of nurses' clients, The awareness economic value that nurses perform work, efficient nurses' work process, attractive nurses' work conditions, nurses' grow into professional) include 21 themes and 53 significant statements. • The effects of social distancing measures on income distributions and aggregate variables are examined with an off-the-shelf heterogeneous-agent incomplete-market model. The model shows that social distancing measures, which limit households' labor supply, can decrease the labor supply of low-income households who hold insufficient assets and need income the most given their borrowing constraints. Social distancing measures can therefore exacerbate income inequality by lowering the incomes of the poor. An equilibrium interest rate can fall when the social distancing shock is expected to be persistent because households save more to prepare for rising consumption volatility given the possibility of binding to the labor supply constraint over time. When the shock is expected to be transitory, in contrast, the interest rate can rise upon the arrival of the shock because constrained households choose to borrow more to smooth consumption given the expectation that the shock will fade away. The model also shows that social distancing shocks, which diminish households' consumption demand, can decrease households' incomes evenly for every income quantile, having a limited impact on income inequality.

  • Does Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) exacerbate income inequality in South Korea? If so, does rising income inequality come for the sake of economic growth? This study explores the impact of FDI on income inequality and growth in South Korea. To this end, we collect data on FDI and income inequality/economic growth at both national and provincial levels and empirically test their relationships in South Korea. The empirical results confirm our expectation that FDI magnifies income inequality. Furthermore, we fail to find a positive relationship between FDI and economic growth, implying that income inequality as a consequence of FDI does not come for the sake of economic growth in Korea. Findings suggest that more systematic research and nuanced policy design is necessary to circumvent the mechanisms at play that link the surge of FDI inflows and the exponential expansion of economic inequality.

  • Incentive/Disincentive (I/D) contracting experiences in many states have been evaluated in terms of time and cost performance and substantial project time savings were found in many project cases. However, there is little understanding on individual project success factors for I/D projects during construction. This paper explores the significance of I/D clause in the success of the MacArthur Maze reconstruction project and summarizes a list of group causes that explains and elaborates on the detailed factors. The methods used for carrying out this study started with a search of online media and news reports and contract documents were also obtained from Caltrans. After review of the preliminary information, Interviews were performed with the Caltrans Resident Engineer and the contractor's project manager who were in charge of the MacArthur Maze reconstruction. In conclusion, the evaluation of their responses hinted at six significant cause groups responsible for the project's success. These groups can be listed as: 1) Motivation, 2) Policy, 3) Teamwork, 4) Communication, 5) Expectation, and 6) Resource Management.

  • Technology based start-up is actively encouraged for job creation and economic performance in Korea. The Korean government has implemented a variety of policy for regulatory improvement to vitalize technology based start-up. In order to maximize the effectiveness of the policy for regulatory improvement should be actively reflect the opinions of policy beneficiaries. In this study, The importance of "The progress plan for regulation improvement about vitalization of start-up(25 contents)" published by the government was analyzed using AHP method. The object of study is the beneficiary of the policy(CEO of ICT sector). Analysis showed that the 25 contents were classified into four(1 - expectation of effect, 2 - urgency of system enforcement, 3 - complement of deficiencies, 4 - after careful consideration). This study has a academic significance to quantitative analysis about importance of policy for regulatory improvement. Also, It can be utilized when policy making and practice about technology based start-up.
