The The purpose of this study is to have a positive impact on the evaluation of the traditional market revitalization project by discussing the business details and implementation process of the commercial district revitalization project in depth. The research method uses practical methods for traditional market revitalization projects. First, the activation method of the place was examined through the concepts of Oldenburg's 'Third Place' and Carr et al.'s 'Five Demands for Public Space' and the theories related to non-face-to-face transactions were examined. The first study case was the commercial district revitalization project of the Cheongju Global Market Development Project(Seongan-gil Street Shopping Mall and Yukgeori traditional Market), which discussed revitalization of open space, revitalization through reproduction, and revitalization through festivals. The revitalization project through representation is a project to install a symbolic sculpture at the estimated location of the 'Namseokgyo' buried in Yukgeori traditional Market. The revitalization through the festival is the Korea Sale Festa, which is a vibrant business due to increased sales at traditional markets and shopping malls and floating population in open spaces. The second study case was the Cultural Tourism Promotion Project(Hanmin traditional Market), which discussed revitalization through the development of local brands and SNS content. In the conclusion, the relationship between the six projects and commercial district revitalization methods was discussed, and policy recommendations were made, mentioning the importance of reflecting regional characteristics in design planning. We hope that this study will be used to positively evaluate the traditional market revitalization project, showing that stakeholders are working hard to produce positive results within institutional limitations.
Background: This study aims to explore the effects of quality of care, image, and role performance perceived by community residents on medical service satisfaction to public hospitals. Methods: The subjects of this study were selected in the community residents around 39 district public hospitals. The questionnaire were included 4 factors and 16 items. The data were collected utilizing call-interview by a survey company. Results: The community satisfaction was positively correlated with quality of care, image, and role performance of public hospitals (p<0.001). As the results of multiple logistic regression, the significant variables of community satisfaction were quality of care (odds ratio [OR], 1.353; 95% confidence interval [CI], 1.211 to 1.511), image (OR, 1.487; 95% CI, 1.280 to 1.727), role performance (OR, 1.240; 95% CI, 1.085 to 1.416) among subjects having use experience of public hospitals. The significant variables of community satisfaction were quality of care (OR, 1.240; 95% CI, 1.175 to 1.309), image (OR, 1.328; 95% CI, 1.232 to 1.432), age (OR, 3.051; 95% CI, 1.385 to 6.724), monthly incomes (OR, 0.420; 95% CI, 0.198 to 0.892) among subjects not-having use experience of public hospitals. Conclusion: Public hospitals have to effort to improve image and satisfaction of community through providing quality of care, and role performance. It is possible to support them by the central and local government.
According to the Hebei Spirit incident, 12,547kl of crude oil was spilled into the sea and a total of approximately 40,000 households was damaged. Also, eleven cities and counties including "Taean" were designated as a Special Disaster District by government. Large oil pollution incidents cause severe impact on the change of the surrounding environment as well as destruction of the natural environment of damaged areas. This study analyzes the impacts on the surrounding environment of damaged areas caused by Hebei Spirit oil pollution incident, focusing on the largest damaged county called Taean. Survey was performed with items which are changes in population and local economy, effects on public health, social conflicts and etc. The result of analysis can be used as an important factor to forecast the impact on a damaged area in case of future oil pollution incidents and to establish effective policy of government.

The cancer check was inspected according to the illustration and farming village and there was no big difference in the significance factor having an effect on the inspection. However, the Profiling about the examination procedure and service has to be continuously performed. And the differentiation strategy and policy considering the illustration and fairness between rural areas are required.

Malawi's agricultural extension system has been subjected to a number of criticisms in recent times for failing to contribute significantly to agricultural development and for not responding to the needs of the smallholder farmers. Despite this, extension is still seen as key to improving poverty and rural livelihoods.There is a number of challenges facing extension that require a response from the public sector and other stakeholders. A clear and positive response to these challenges will help shape the future of agricultural extension in Malawi for the benefit of all farmers and the attainment of the broad policy objectives of government: democratization, market liberalization, decentralization, HIV/AIDS crisis, shrinking public sector resources, public sector reform, and co-ordination, etc. The mission is to provide pluralistic demand driven extensions services and promote equalisation and co-ordination in service provision in order to achieve food security at household level, there-by reducing poverty. On the other hand the vision is that 'All farmers' demand and access high quality extension services from those best able to provide them'. DAES implements its extension policy through the District Agricultural Extension Services System (DAESS), based on Model Village Approach.

Most European economies, Japan, and many governments have made it a major policy to expand the green business by disseminating heat pump technology, which has a large $CO_2$ reduction effect. The heat pump of all heat sources has been recognized as renewable energy and the policy to encourage has been implemented. In the recently revised Renewable Energy Law, the hydrothermal source (surface sea water) heat pump was newly included in renewable energy. In addition, the scope of application of heat pumps has expanded in the mandatory installation of renewable energy for new buildings, remodeling buildings, and reconstructed buildings based on this law. However application to heat pumps using all natural energy as heat source has been put off. In this revision, the ratio of renewable energy to the total energy produced by the heat pump was fixed at 73%, which depends on coefficient of performance of heat pump. The ratio of renewable energy is $1-1.8/COP_H$, and should be calculated including the coefficient of performance of the heat pump. Using a high efficiency heat pump or a high-temperature heat source increases the coefficient of performance and also reduces $CO_2$ emissions. It is necessary to expand the application of heat pumps as renewable energy equipment and to improve the correct calculation of renewable energy production.
This study collected and analyzed the datum related to consultation fee in National Health Insurance Corporation and characteristics of dental clinics for 819 dental clinics in Daegu and Kyungpook districts to specify the distribution and concentration rate of health insurance consultation fee and the critical elements of insurance consultation fee income. The average health insurance consultation fee per one dental clinics is 77.2 million won and the case of women dentists is 78.7 million won. That is higher than 79.9 million won that the case of man dentist. According to age, under 39 is 85.5 million won that is highest, declining little by little above 60s the number decreased to merely 23.9 million won. And the dentists whose business years from 5 to 10 are the highest and declining gradually. The more of engaging members to dental clinics is the larger the income. The average insurance consultation fee of Daegu province is 69.3 million won, but that of Kyungpook is 89.6 million won. Decile distribution ratio of dental clinics consultation fee income is 0.526 and Gini coefficient is 0.303. Decile distribution ratio of Daegu district is 0.489, Gini coefficient is 0.320. This explain the larger inequality compared with Kyungpook(0.623, 0.273). With age, Gini coefficient of below 39 is 0.260, the higher age is, the larger the number is, up to abode 60 the coefficient is 0.504, the degree of inequality is most extremely. insurance consultation fee and the number of cases of consultation is related to the age of dentists, duration of practice, the number of dentists and staffs engaging and provinces. That is, the lesser the age is, the longer the years of engaging are, the more the number of dentists and staffs we, the larger insurance consultation fee income and the number of cases of consultations we. And the fee fur one case is closely related to age and provinces. The fee for one case is higher in lower age, and that of in Daegu dental clinics is higher than in Kyungpook.
This study was carried out to investigate the activities and job satisfaction of public health doctors in charge of community health programmes. Subjects were 138 public health doctors charged with community health project, registered in the roll of public health doctors, made out by Central Supporting Team for the District Health Work in 2002. Data was obtained from Ninety-six public health doctors. The response rate was 70%. The survey was conducted from March to April in 2003 bye-mail. The items of the questionnaire consisted of general characteristics of participants, understanding of their activities, support system, job satisfaction, and suggestions to improve the system. Collected data was analyzed using PC-SPSS 10.1. Descriptive analysis, t-test, and ANOVA test were used. The results are as follows: Most of the respondents showed a low participation rate in community health services, but they agreed to the importance of their activities and the necessity to modify and improve the system. 70% of the respondents were dissatisfied with their jobs. The participation in health planning and programmes of health center, and the degree of acceptance of their opinion from health center workers were significantly related to their job satisfaction. The participation rate of the public health doctors having specialty, in community health services is higher than that of the others. In terms of the supports for system operation, the reflection of one's intention in job arrangement process, education and public relation of this system, and the administrative and financial supports made significant differences in the job satisfaction and the accomplishment of their duty. The respondents hoped that the administrative and financial supports for public health doctors in charge of community health programmes should be reinforced to motivate them. They also wanted that they could keep from being overloaded with clinical services. They favored to conduct home visit, community diagnosis, health planning, and health promotion programs as their appropriate activities. From these results, we suggest some strategies to motivate and empower the public health doctors in charge of community health programmes.

This study aims to analyze a creative city development case of the Nantes City in France focused on vitalizing creativity by urban regeneration and to get some policy implications through reflecting on process, governance and performance of the Nantes case. The Nantes City tried to overcome its regional economic depression caused by closing shipyard through its creative city program. The Nantes creative city program has been maintained for 20 years, which succeeded in both transforming economic structure of the Nantes city and improving the image of it. As a result, the Nantes city is regarded as a best city for living in France. It established own city model by participating in European projects, referring to cases of other cities and adopting specialists' views. In the process of creative city, the Nantes distinguished itself from other cities in sizes and circumstances and devoted itself to interactions between the city and culture projects, focused on clear objectives and dynamic co-works. In addition, the Nantes changed creatively buildings and spaces to regenerate deserted regions, and established some high valueadded creative industry on the basis of historic and cultural resources.
In the case of Korea, both of modern medicine and oriental medicine are admitted as medical practices in the system. In other words, healthcare system is dualized. However, medical practice that corresponds to oriental medicine in Korea is substitution of medical practice in cases of foreign countries. For use of medical devices, it is provided only for doctors and medical technician relevant to use. Particularly, although oriental medicine is recognized as orthodox medicine in terms of the features of Korean medical system, superintendency of oriental doctors is not identical with that of doctors for use of medical devices and superintendency toward medical technicians. Recently, Cheongju District Court decided that superintendency of oriental doctor upon physical therapist is not acknowledged. It can be said that the judgement is opposed to the original verdict which judged that oriental doctors' employment and guidance of oriental doctors upon physical therapist is permissible. Hence this study aimed to review on domestic medical law system, which is dualized, roles of medical professionals, intent of the medical license system, provisions related to medical technician law and relevant precedents. Regulations on practices other than licensed practices by medical professionals are made because medical practices may affect on danger toward life and body of human and public health also. Therefore, the nation regulates medical professionals having licenses to perform medical practices within the range of the licenses. It is clearly prescribed that medical technicians may perform medical practices under instructions of doctors or dentists pursuant to the medical technician law. In addition, the court also judges that it is out of the license of oriental doctors if they use CT devices and limits the use of modern medical devices by oriental doctors. That is to say that it limits oriental doctors' employment of medical technicians and pursuant of oriental doctors on medical technicians as well.
