But, many cases of sizing is executed independently, even though hardware and software are very strongly connected, Many people say that it is not efficiency. In this paper, we have established the integrated sizing model for information system. The proposed model based on hardware sizing guidelines, announced by National Information Society Agency, and software price guidelines, announced by Korean software promotion agency.

Objectives: The current study reviews the implementation and evaluation of the Chronic Disease Self-Management Program (CDSMP) in the United States (U.S.) to illustrate the program's potential contribution to improving health among Korean adults with chronic conditions while saving healthcare costs. Methods: This study examines existing literature on the history, theoretical background, essential elements, and delivery outcomes of CDSMP with special focus on the successes and challenges to be faced in the implementation of CDSMP to Koreans with chronic conditions. Results: CDSMP is designed to empower people with chronic conditions to develop skills necessary for medical, social role, and emotional management of chronic conditions. Recent studies show the utility of CDSMP in achieving the Triple Aim health reform goals (i.e., better care, better health, better value). Lessons learned from the U.S. experience emphasize the importance of establishing evidence-based studies, collaborating with community partners, and diversifying funding sources to make CDSMP more sustainable. Conclusion: The current study demonstrates the replicability of CDSMP and potential for expansion in Korea. More concerted efforts among academia, government, and communities are needed to deliver CDSMP to Korean adults and identify its effectiveness within the Korean context in terms of meeting the Triple Aim goals of better care, better health, and better value.
It is necessary to understand the relationship between socio-cultural elements and smoking, alcohol, and marijuana use behaviors in order to plan public health policy or health promotion program of Mexican Americans. Demographic, socioeconomic status, and acculturation are variables which reflect mechanisms socialization influences these behavior patterns among this population. Thus, this study investigates the prevalence of addictive behaviors and individual differences on addictive behaviors related to variables of acculturation, age, gender, education, and income. And the interrelations among addictive behaviors are also examined. The analyses used data for Mexican Americans from the U.S. Hispanic Health and Nutrition Examination Survey conducted from July 1982 through December 1984 by the National Center for Health Statistics. ANOVA and correlation coefficients were used for this study. This study found that there are gender differences among addictive behaviors in their prevalence. Both males' and females' alcohol and marijuana use behaviors are positively related to the acculturation. Females' smoking behavior is positively related to acculturation while males' smoking is negatively related to it. Income and education are negatively related to males' smoking and positively related to males' alcohol behavior. However, males' marijuana behavior is not related to income. Females' smoking behaviors is not significantly related income and education. Education and income are positively related to marijuana behavior among females. Age is related to all three addictive behaviors among both gender. Age is negatively related to both males' and females' marijuana use behavior. Interrelation between smoking and marijuana use behavior is not significant among males. However, interrelations between alcohol and marijuana use behavior and between alcohol and smoking are significant among both genders. Females' smoking and marijuana use behavior is also significantly related.

It is very crucial that small and medium-sized enterprises, called SMEs, should play a pivotal role in creating jobs and contributing to export. Day by day under the influence of the increment globalization of the world market and the rapid changes of business environment, our country has been heavily dependent on export to the foreign countries. Therefore, both enterprises' Marketing Mix such as Product, Price, Place and Promotion and global competitiveness are essential elements to raise the volume of export. The purpose of this research is to find out the relationships between Marketing Mix and Marketing Performance. The considerable number of 338 domestic export SMEs was surveyed to verify the hypothesis and research model through a covariance structure analysis via AMOS 18.0, accompanied by the confirmatory factor analysis to prove suggested potential variables. After the strenuous empirical analysis, the relationship between marketing mix elements and marketing performance, the place and promotion element of 4Ps' Mix proved to have a postive impact on marketing performance. This research focused on Marketing Mix as major elements in marketing performance. Theoretical and practical implications are generated to help both enterprises and policy-makers that cover comprehensive government policies for SMEs.
Purpose - The convenience store business sector in South Korea has contributed to economic growth and job creation, and the growth potential of this market segment remains very high. In addition, service value is a more important factor than price in determining purchase intention. Research in the convenience store market is relatively very low compared to other retail sectors. In particular, research on service quality for the convenience of retailers who examine and analyze customer behavior and service quality factors used in the convenience store side of the situation is very inadequate. We have investigated the relationship of store service quality, service satisfaction, and store loyalty. In addition, we have examined the way service value moderates the relationship among these variables. Research design, data, and methodology - The questionnaire was developed using modified and supplementary questions based on the KD-SQS and RSQS models. The study suggested a theoretical model composed of 15 hypotheses on the relations between theoretic variables, and surveys conducted with consumers in discount stores in the Seoul and Gyunggi Metropolitan area in order to verify the hypotheses. We used the SPSS/PC statistical packages to analyze the results. The number of surveys used was 227. Moreover, a structural equating model was also used to analyze the reliability and validity of the composing elements and to verify the suggested hypotheses. Results - The overall results of this study are as follows. First, all service quality elements have a significant effect on service satisfaction. Second, all service quality elements have a significant effect on store loyalty. Third, service satisfaction has a significant effect on store loyalty. Finally, when the participants were divided into high and low service value the results of the multiple regression analyses showed that only the relationship between policy of service quality and satisfaction, and human interaction and policy of service quality and loyalty were significant. The implications are discussed based on the findings of the study. Conclusions - First, through direct hypotheses testing, we confirmed that the convenience service quality positively impacts the service satisfaction and loyalty of buyers. In particular, the reliability, origin benefit, and promotion were found to have more influence on satisfaction and loyalty of consumers of a convenience store. Further, for the service quality of the convenience for the consumer loyalty, greater human interaction was a high-value and statistically significantly higher than the degree of improvement in consumer loyalty. This underscores the importance of education and human services management of employees working in a convenience store. In particular, frequent changes in personnel generate results that negatively impact loyalty with customers. These results may lead to a serious problem in the economics of the store. Therefore, it should enhance the value of services through the establishment of training and compensation for employees. In addition, a certain educational level is required as well as a basis for compensation and retention.

GeoSpatial Information is a representative convergence industry characterized by being utilized as a basis for other industrial fields by being linked and fused with other industries and technologies. It is well recognized as being a promising industry that will likely lead the national economy in the future. GeoSpatial Information is necessary to analyze the distinctive features and obstacle factors of the convergence industry. Because it will be able to induce a smooth convergence among different industries. In this paper, we has segmented the support elements through a comparative analysis of the legal system related to (Nano Technology, Information and Communication Technology, Culture Technology, etc)the convergence industry. Based on this proposed policy support for GeoSpatial Information Convergence industry. The theme is to analyze the time-series changes of design elements on golf courses and golf country club and its factors influencing to the changes with regard to 81-membership country club located in the Capital Area of Seoul, created in the periods from 1964 until 2011. The research methods is to analyze the time-series changes of environmental factors influencing to the changes of the elements on the golf course by book review, and to compare and speculate the results of the analysis on the environmental factors with the time-series changes on the golf course elements of statistical analysis as like regression analysis. The research results were as follows. The first, the environmental factors influencing to the change of golf course elements were analyzed as the five elements of the golf-related policies and regulations, the economy, the numbers of golfers, PGA and KPGA golf tournaments, the golf instruments. The second, the type and scale of the location of the golf course were showing trends of transformation from flat ground to mountainous one and from small scale to large one. The third, it was analyzed that he golf course elements as like the sizes, length, numbers of golf course elements as like fairway, green, bunker, teeing ground and pond were influenced by the law and regulation, the increase of amateur golfers, the promotion of techniques of golfers, the increase of the chance of foreign course designer's involvement to domestic market through the opening of PGA and KPGA tournaments etc. The fourth, the promotion of golf instruments and the flying distance were the factors influencing to the numbers of bunker, the lengths of holes. The fifth, it was revealed that the trends of increase of sizes of ponds influenced by enacting environmenal friendly laws and regulations, considering of landscaping, reflecting of design trends followed by the opening of PGA tournaments. Finally, it was proposed that the further research would be introduced with regard to the qualitative analysis onto the changes and influential factors of golf course design.
To achieve a data-driven policy decision-making system, the Ministry of Strategy and Finance has formed a marketing team and is actively building upon it. This system, currently under construction, will enable data-driven financial tasks beyond simple financial administration. The U.S. has already enacted The Foundations for Evidence-Based Policymaking Act in the process of similar pursuits. Since last year, the data-driven system administrative law has been enacted in Korea, and a legal framework has been established for data-driven administrative work. The next-generation budget accounting system to fulfill its role as a data-driven system needs public policy support to operate. Innovation and transformation are needed in various areas such as data management, legal system, and installation of related systems. Accordingly, it is very timely to analyze the financial systems and policies of advanced countries such as the U.S. and U.K., which already have established and operates such a financial system. By benchmarking and applying existing financial information systems to the next-generation budget accounting system, a better system will result. In this study, major developed countries, including the U.S., U.K., France, and Canada were benchmarked and analyzed in terms of the main elements of data governance: public policy, systems, legal framework, promotion system, and service level. It was discovered that the role and direction of the national fiscal policy system that the people favor should be able to respond quickly to the recent difficult economic crisis environment such as the digital transformation trend and COVID-19.

Background: Socio-economical status, represented by poverty, is a potent factor in predicting health status, because preventable illness and death occurs due to poverty and socio-economical situation. This study aims to provide information towards on the correlation between poverty and self-rated health in consideration of elements of health behaviors and family and friend support in Philippines. Methods: Data was collected on 15th to 28th of February 2011 by using structured questionnaire through interview method. Study area is Antipolo and Tondo in Manila, Philippines. Sample size was 1,100 but only 658 cases was analyzed due to incomplete questionnaire. Results: Results show that the poverty has direct negative influence on self-rated health, while the presence of family and friend support decreased negative influence. And through the analysis of mediated moderation model, similarly poverty has also indirect negative effect on self-rated health by health behaviors and family and friend support. Especially, regular exercise was found to be a major variable that mediates poverty and self-rated health. Conclusion: In conclusion, to improve the self-rated health state of respondents need to provide emotional support especially from family and friends. Also regular exercise should be encouraged by raising health awareness through continuous health education and promotion for the residents in order to develop health behaviors.
