Aviation/tourism industry has a unique characteristic of high inter-dependance between customer and service-provider. It is the mental condition of service-provider that could influence on the attitude of the service-provider. Thus, it is important to manage the mental condition of the service employees to enhance a company's financial performance. This paper tries to analyze the combined model of both policy acceptance and service profit chain(SPC) models. First, service policy acceptance model tells how the service policy acceptance, which consists of policy compliance, trust, participation and policy failure, would influence on SPC model. According to empirical research, it was found that both the employees' policy compliance and the policy trust have a positive significant impact on their participation on service policy. In the policy acceptance model, the employee's voluntary participation based on their trust and compliance of the policy was proven to have a positive effect on increasing job satisfaction and customer orientation. Regarding SPC model, their participation in the policy had the strongest impact among variables on customer orientation. Such results implies the employees' participation on the policy could become the starting point to enhance the customer value.

The purpose of this study is to analyze and assess the family policy of the Lee administration and to suggest agendas for sustainable future family policy. Traditionally, families are a unique unit of production and reproduction of family members and social laborers. In addition, families are the social safety net help people survive in a society. Therefore, family policies play an important role in contemporary society. In this context, we review the literature related to family and social policy, and the contents of Ministry for Health, Welfare and Family Affairs, which is the main authority in Korea. The results are as follow: Firstly, the Lee administration ignored the data showing that family policy should be a unique policy, and not a sub-division of welfare policy. Secondly, there is no difference between the active welfare policy of the Lee administration and policies of past administrations. Finally, this study suggests that subjects of future oriented family policy should focus on co-developing programs for the individual, family, and society, to develop problem-prevention and family needs- ordered policy, and to make integrated family policy through laws and delivery systems such as Healthy Family Centers.

Family policy and parents support policy are similar in that they are both object-oriented, not function-oriented. An object-oriented policy, different from a function-oriented policy, is demander-oriented in that it combines the existing policies from the object-perspective. Parents support policy and family policy are very similar in that they are both object-oriented policies and emphasize the perspective of the demanders: the parents and family. As is the case for all policies, if the ministries concerned with the policies are different, the projects are promoted from different delivery systems, so it is difficult to link them together. However, it is essential to relate the two policies because a partnership between families and schools, the subjects of the policy, is the basis of healthy family and a healthy society. Therefore, this research analyzes the current family policy and parents support policy, and examines the necessity and possibility of relating the two policies. This analysis is meaningful in that it seeks consilience between the policy areas, and seeks a new demander-oriented paradigm construction system.

The Korean Academy of Health Policy and Management (KAHPM) is on its 30th anniversary in 2018. The KAHPM is the first academic society in the field of health policy and management, and it has maintained its significance for 30 years as a representative academic society of health policy and management in Korea. During 30 years, the KAHPM has sought to establish and develop academic field of health policy and management, conducted academic discussions on the agenda of health policy and management in response to the needs of the times and on the health policy issues of the presidential elections, and discussed the healthcare policy of the Government. The 30th anniversary of the KAHPM is scheduled to hold a 30th anniversary academic conference and to prepare the 30th history book of the KAHPM. The offical journal of KAHPM, Health Policy and Management (HPM) will be publishing a special issue with important topics with health policy and management in commemoration of its 30th anniversary. Based on 30 years' experiences, the KAHPM and HPM will be committed to furthering the next 30 years and endeavoring to contribute to improve the quality of life for the people by establishing and practicing desirable health policy and management.

Win-win growth between large companies and small and medium enterprises (SMEs) become a critical encomic and social issue in Korea. Korea government has been attempted to establish strong policy to build right win-win relationship between large companies and SMEs. Along with this strong drive from Korea government, a variety of strategies that enhance win-win relationships between large companies and SMEs have been adopted. Win-win growth policy is expected to provide positive impact on sustainable competitive advantage of firms. Therefore, many studies have focused on the win-win growth policy success factors, type of the policy, and the results of the policy. Although there is much literature on the win-win growth policy, the effects of win-win policy on firm value is not well understood. We addressed this issue by exploring how win-win growth policy influences a firm's market value using event study methodology. We evaluated the cumulative abnormal returns for win-win growth policy announced by Korean large firms from 2004 to 2012. The results of this study insisted that the announcements of win-win growth policy show negative impact on firm's market value, which is not consistent with previous studies. The findings of this study offer insights that may help government policy makers and managers to revise their policy for better outcomes of their win-win growth policy.

This study is to develop school library Policy model in accordance with guidelines suggested in policy science theories and to evaluate school library policy with application of "Activation Agenda for School Libraries". The guidelines on the evaluation of school library Policy were based on the models suggested in education policy and school library Policy theories. Selected guidelines were examined through survey distributed to evaluators and telephone interviews. Although overall evaluation results on school library policy were positive, it is suggested that more efforts for Policy improvement are needed.

Policy-related knowledge refers to a body of knowledge that bureaucrats and policy makers use when making decisions. In this study we conceptualize policy knowledge as intellectual infrastructure which helps to maximize efficiency with the viewpoint of policy ecosystem. The policy knowledge ecosystem covers people and organizations that participate in the production, distribution, and consumption process of the policy-related knowledge plus interactions between participants. We build the conceptual policy ecosystem model of comparative analysis, and analyze characters of e-government policy between Korea and U.S.A. The results suggest theoretical and policy implications focusing on the relevant policy knowledge is crucial for the sustainable development and growth.

The ultimate aim of this study is to examine the effect of security policy characteristics (policy threat, policy effectiveness, policy compliance cost, policy compliance self-efficacy, social influence) on organizational information security policy compliance motivation based on TTAT (Technology Threat Avoidance Theory). We found the following results. First, the security policy threat has a significant positive effect on policy compliance motivation. Second, it was found that the policy effectiveness has a statistically significant effect on the compliance motivation. Third, the policy compliance cost has an influence on the policy compliance motivation. Fourth, the policy compliance self-efficacy does not have an effect on compliance motivation. Finally, social influence has a significant effect on compliance motivation.

Recently, the space field has become an important element both for national economies and in national security. In the continued development of the space field, policy must play a very important role. However, many researchers who want to participate in space policy are experiencing difficulties due to the lack of a clear explanation and definition of the term 'space policy' itself. Accordingly, this paper defines 'space policy', which is further classified into 'space research and development policy', 'space economy policy', 'space law and regulation policy', 'space security policy', and 'space diplomacy policy'. The important elements of each space policy field are analyzed as well.
