The mortality of wild mullet, Mugil cephalus was detected in Kwang- Yang bay on February, 2002. The mullet were infected with Myxobolus sp., the cysts of Myxobolus sp. were found in the mesentery, liver, gill and pharyngeal pocket. The histological findings suggested a systemic infection by the Myxobolus sp.. The spores were measured 10-12 (10.9)${\mu}m$ in length, 9-10 (9.4) ${\mu}m$ in width, 6.4-7.2 (6.8) ${\mu}m$ in thickness, with polar capsules of 4-5.2 (4.4) ${\mu}m$ in length and 2.5-3.3 (2.9) ${\mu}m$ in width.

This year marks the 40th anniversary of the introduction of National Health Insurance (NHI) which has contributed to improving public health and accessibility. This article aims to show the trends of main indicators during the last 40 years. NHI has achieved rapid expansion of target population (1977-1989). The percentage of population covered increased from 8.8% in 1977 to 94% in 1990. The average number of visit days per person was 0.75 in 1977 but significantly increased to 31.11 in 2015. In 2015, NHI revenues were 52.4 trillion won and expenditures were 48.2 trillion won which is 9.5 times and 9.6 times higher than in 1995. NHI achieved universal coverage in short period of time and has contributed to improving the healthcare status. However, there still remain problems including low-benefit coverage and high out of pocket money. Therefore, the effort to reform these problems is needed.

A cylindrical type of self-controlled restrictor is designed for hydrostatic bearing of crank shaft for a grinding wheel spindle. The effect of operation parameters, clearance between spindle and housing on bearing stiffness are analyzed to determine the optimum conditions of operation parameters. The lowest values of the supply pressure and the loads by the theoretical and experimental results assuming oil film thickness and shape of pocket are compared.

It has been applied the self adhesion waterproofing sheet which is developed from exist asphalt waterproofing sheet by heat and torch in domestic construction field. However, the problem of waterproofing have constantly happened due to air pocket condition and defect of joint part in waterproofing construction. Therefore, in this study, we would like to analyze the field application as testing in side of materials and construction method of self adhesion butyl rubber sheet and study of the materials performance.

To manufacture a carbon/carbon composite the coal tar pitch was used as the matrix precursor and the PAN (polyacrylonitrile)-based carbon fiber was used as the reinforcing material to weave 3-directional preform. For pressure carbonization HIP equipment was used to produce a maximum temperature of $1000^{\circ}C$ and a maximum pressure of 100 MPa. The carbonization was induced by altering the dwell temperature between $250^{\circ}C$ and $420^{\circ}C$, which is an ideal temperature for the moderate growth of the mesophase nucleus that forms within the molten pitch during the pressure carbonization process. The application of high pressure during the carbonization process inhibits the mesophase growth and leads to the formation of spherical carbon particles that are approximately 30 nm in size. Most particles were spherical, but some particles were irregularly shaped. The spread of the carbon particles was larger on the surface of the carbon fiber than in the interior of the matrix pocket.

Stable molecular isomers were calculated for the azobenzene crown ether p-tert-butylcalix[4]arene (1) in the host and their alkali-metal-ion complexes. The structures of two distinct isomers (cis and trans) have been optimized using DFT B3LYP/6-31G(d,p) method. Trans isomer of 1 is found to be 11.69 kcal/mol more stable than cis analogue. For two different kinds of complexation mode, the alkali-metal-cation in the crown-ether moiety (exo) has much better complexation efficiency than in the benzene-rings (endo) pocket for both isomers of 1. Sodium ion has much better complexation efficiency than potassium ion in all kinds of complexation mode with host 1. The Na+ complexation efficiency of the trans-complex (1) in the exo-binding mode is 8.24 kcal/mol better than cis-exo analogue.

최근 이동통신 기술의 급격한 발전과 PPC(Pocket PC), 노트북 등의 휴대단말기의 보급 확산에 따라 위치기반 서비스(Location Based Service: LBS)가 주요한 응용분야고 부상하고 있다. 위치 정보에 대한 정확한 위치 추적 및 활용 방안에 대한 활발한 연구가 진행되고 있지만, 대부분 제공되는 서비스는 현재 사용자의 위치에 기반한 정적인 서비스를 제공하는 초보적인 단계에 있다. 이동경로는 사용자의 성향이나 상태를 반영하기 때문에 사용자의 이동패턴을 예측하거나, 사용자의 현재 상태를 추론하는데 도움을 줄 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이동패턴에 따른 사용자의 의도를 예측하여 개별화 된 서비스 제공을 위해, RSOM(Recurrent Self Organizing Map)과 마르코프 모델을 단계적으로 구성하여 사용자의 이동패턴을 모델링하는 방법을 제안한다. 실제 연세대학교 캠퍼스 내에서 실제 대학원생의 생활을 모델로 GPS(Global Positioning System) 데이터를 수집하여. 이동패턴을 모델링하고 개별화된 서비스를 제공함으로써 제안하는 방법의 유용성을 검증하였다.

무선 단말기 기반 기술의 발달에 따라 많은 이용자들이 있고, 일반 PC 에서만 사용되던 기술들을 무선의 시간 공간 제약이 없는 작업환경에서 이용하고자 하는 욕구의 증가로 점차 확산되고 있다. 이에 발 맞추어 2003 년 중반 4 개 은행이 PC 에서 사용되던 인터넷 뱅킹을 무선 단말기를 이용하는 서비스로 확장 시행하였다 현재 단말기는 PPC(Pocket PC)와 Palm, 사용되는 운영체제로는 Window CE 와 Palm 을 운영체제로 하는 기기에서 서비스를 제공하고 있어, 위의 단말기를 제외한 이 기종에서 서비스 사용이 어렵다. 더 많은 사용자들의 사용을 위해서는 다양한 단말기에서의 사용이 가능하여야 하기 때문에 이 논문에서는 Linux를 OS로 하는 단말기에서의 WPKI인증 기술을 구현한다.

This study was carried out to research the size satisfaction and the actual conditions of house caddie uniforms. Survey participants consisted of 310 caddies at 6 membership golf clubs. In order to perform this study 45 questionnaires were used, which consisted of questions pertaining to size satisfaction and sewing, laundry management, and inconvenience and, most importantly performance. Frequency analysis was implemented using SPSS 10.0. The results of this study could be summarized as followed; The highest dissatisfaction factors in the presently worn uniforms were sleeve length and pants hem width. The highest dissatisfaction factors in the sewing satisfaction were pocket and armpit area. Activity is the most important consideration in the choice of a uniform. These results will be applied to develop a comfortable uniform design.

Cemental tears are uncommon form of root fracture that can lead to rapid localized periodontal attachment loss. Studies have described periodontal breakdown as being associated with the separation of the cementum from the underlying tooth structure. The aim of this case report is to assess the outcome of treatment of cemental tear with several surgical treatment regimens. Three patients with cemental tear were treated with different surgical method. In all three cases, the cemental tear occurred on maxillary right central incisors. In each case, the root fragment were removed, the localized defect was treated using different surgical methods including guided tissue regeneration and bone graft followed by scaling and root planting. In all three cases, symptoms subsided after the treatment and clinical attachment level was improved up to 2 mm at 3 month after surgery. Both conventional and regenerative periodontal surgery could achieve successful outcomes.
