드래그 토오크의 자동 성능시험기 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of the Automatic Performance-Test-Bench for Drag Torque)

  • Recently, the automotive industry has been developing rapidly. With the progress parts of the automobile components need high quality and the reliability. Among them, braking unit is essential device, and acquire the reliability through the performance test of brake. This study was aimed to design the performance-test-bench to measure the drag torque which has effect on caliper in braking unit. In this progressive technology, it is vital importance to use hydraulic and pneumatic, and to combine test bench with instrumentation engineering technology. This system to construct the design of hydraulic and pneumatic circuit, interface technique between sensors and personal computer, data acquisition and display design, and integrated control are very important technology. Moreover, reliable data are obtained through vacuum system and hydraulic and pneumatic system by using of booster and brake master cylinder which are actually applied to automobile. Then, data signal detector sensors for speed, pressure and torque is attached on this system. Therefore, in this study, we designed a performance-test-bench by and we also made an total control system using personal computer which is more progressive and flexible method than existing PLC control.

The Error Analysis of Leak Measurement for Pneumatic Cylinder Using Isothermal Chamber

  • ISO pneumatic cylinder reliability test requires air leakage measurement. Air cylinder has many parts and the leakage shall be measured before, during and after endurance test, and, the leakage should smaller than the specified value. The existing measurement method needs complex operation and the calibration of leak detector, and, has to separate the testing cylinder from endurance test device, which causes the change of contact condition of seal in the cylinder. Therefore, it is hard to evaluate the air leakage during endurance test, and guarantee the reliability of the conventional measurement method. In this paper, a new method for air leakage measurement using isothermal chamber, which does not requires calibration or temperature compensation, and, can measure air leakage accurately with quite simple operations, is proposed. As a result, reliability of air leakage measurement can be improved because the proposed method does not have to separate the testing cylinder from the endurance test device for air leakage measurement. The effectiveness of the proposed method is proved by error analysis of leak measurement from experimental result.

  • 공기압 밸브는 자동화 시스템에 공급되는 공기를 제어하는 기능을 지닌 핵심부품으로 널리 사용되고 있다. 하지만 공기압 밸브가 고장이 발생하면 설치되는 시스템의 특성상 전체 시스템에 영향을 미쳐 막대한 손실을 야기 시킬 수 있다. 이로 인하여 최근 신뢰성에 대한 중요성 및 소비자의 요구수준이 날로 증대되고 있어 밸브의 수명을 예측하여 제품의 신뢰성을 확보하기 위한 수명분포, 수명열화 특성 등과 같은 연구가 널리 진행되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 공기압 밸브의 수명예측을 위한 핵심요소인 모수 도출 및 제안을 위하여, 최근 널리 사용되고 있는 플러그인형 공기압 매니폴드 밸브의 척도모수 및 $B_{10}$ 수명값을 완전데이터 수명관측 방법으로 측정하였으며, 수명분포 특성을 확인하기 위하여 상관계수값을 이용한 분포 적합성 검토와 주요성능 결정항목인 동적응답과 누설이 수명에 따라 열화되는 특성을 분석한 결과를 제시한다.

  • In order to investigate the effects of design parameters of lug on the tractive performance of pneumatic tires, soil bin tests were conducted for the test tires having different values of design parameters. The experimental results were presented in terms of lug space, lug angle and lug shape versus the tractive efficiency and rolling resistance of the test tires.

  • 본 연구에서는 공압형 인공근육으로 이루어진 회전관절의 동적 특성을 파악하기 위해서 두 개의 공압형 인공근육으로 이루어진 상극구동 시스템의 주파수 응답특성실험을 수행하였다. 인공근육의 작동범위에서 수행한 주파수 응답결과에 최적으로 근사할 수 있는 선형모델을 추정하고 이를 이용하여 회전관절의 움직임을 정밀하게 제어할 수 있는 모델에 기초한 제어법칙을 제시하였다. 사각파, 정현파 기준궤적에 대한 회전관절의 추종실험을 수행한 결과 선형 추정모델에 의한 보상효과와 피드벡 이득에 의한 추종오차 제거효과를 통해서 우수한 궤적 추정성능을 보였다.

공압식 심실보조장치의 in-vivo 평가 및 내구성 개선 (In-vivo Evaluation of Pneumatic Ventricular Assist Device and Durability Improvement)

  • In this paper, we described 23 cases of animal experiment with our pneumatic ventricular assist device and new durability-improvement method. The blood pump consists of blood housing, and back plate made by the injection molding of isoplast, and the diaphragm fabricated by dipping of polyurethane solution onto the aluminum mold. Its volume was 75 $m\ell$ and in-vitro test showed that maximum output was 4.5 $\ell$/min at the 100 mmHg. The adult female sheep with weight of 50 + 10 kg were employed for tile in-vivo experiments and the mean blood flow was sustained at 3.0 1/min. 4 animals survived more than 15 days and the longest survival time was 28 days. In the prior 10 cases, the major causes of death were the tearing of diaphragm at the diaphragm to blood housing junction. By the new mesh and alumina ball milling methods, the durability was enhanced, and its qualitative and quantitative improvement was proved via the in-vivo and in-vitro methods. Animal experiments demonstrated that all the physiologic parameters a ere maintained within the permissible ranges and no thrombus formation was observed through the visual and blood test. The in-vivo experiments demonstrated our pneumatic ventricular assist device to he one month's bridge to transplantation device.

Experimental study of rockburst under true-triaxial gradient loading conditions

  • Due to the underground openings, the tangentially concentrated stress of the tunnel remains larger at excavation boundary and decreases toward the interior of the surrounding rock with a certain gradient. In order to study the effect of different gradient stress on rockburst, the true-triaxial gradient and hydraulic-pneumatic combined test apparatus were carried out to simulate the rockburst processes. Under the different gradient stress conditions, the rock-like specimen (gypsum) was tested independently through three principal stress directions loading--fast unloading of single surface--top gradient and hydraulic-pneumatic combined loading, which systematically analyzed the macro-mesoscopic damage phenomena, force characteristics and acoustic emission (AE) signals of the specimen during rockburst. The experimental results indicated that the rockburst test under the gradient and hydraulic-pneumatic combined loading conditions could perfectly reflect the rockburst processes and their stress characteristics; Relatively high stress loading could cause specimen failure, but could not determine its mode. The rockburst under the action of gradient stress suggested that the failure mode of specimen mainly depended on the stress gradient. When the stress gradient was lower, progressive and static spalling failure occured and the rockburst grades were relatively slight. On the other hand, shear fractures occurred in rockbursts accounted for increasingly large proportion as the stress gradient increased and the rockburst occurred more intensely and suddenly, the progressive failure process became unconspicuous, and the rockburst grades were moderate or even stronger.

  • Pneumatic tires usually contain a variety of rubber compositions, each designed to contribute some particular factor to overall performance. Rubber compounds designed for a specific function will usually be similar but not identical In composition and properties. Since 1970`s finite element analysis of tire has been performed extensively, which requires some energy density functions of rubber components of a tire. The conventional Mooney-Rivlin material model is one of the description that is commonly used in the analysis of tire. In this paper, we report the two material constants of gooney-Rivlin material model for some rubber compounds of a real pneumatic tire, which are obtained through uniaxial tension test.

  • Generally the high-voltage and high-current making switch is used to test the short-circuit test. The making switch should be operated always same speed/time and kept electrical-mechanical characteristic. There are spring charge type, hydro-pneumatic type and compressed air type etc. according to operation method of making switch contacts. Especially the making switch contacts of hydro-pneumatic type are moved by actuator and accumulator. To keep same speed/time of contacts and characteristic of making switch, actuator and accumulator should be worked always uniformly. So the dynamic analysis of actuator and accumulator of hydro-pneumatic type making switch will be helpful to maintain and design.

  • 국내의 경우 슬러리나 페이스트 형태로 수압식 충전에 대한 연구와 다양한 폐광산 현장에 적용한 사례는 많으나, 공압식 충전에 대한 연구는 진행되지 않고 있다. 기존의 공압식 충전법은 강관의 구부러진 곳에서 충전재 유동에 의한 마모에 의해 강관의 손상이 발생한다. 이와 같은 문제점을 개선하기 위하여 새로 고안한 개량형 노즐을 이용한 공압식 충전법을 개발하였다. 본 연구에서는 접근이 가능하거나 불가능한 채굴공동을 모사하여 실험실에서 모형실험을 수행하고 그 충전효율을 평가하였다. 갱내 충전법 실험에서는 토출각의 변화, 모래의 투입량 및 입자 크기에 따라 충전효율을 분석하였으며, 지상 충전법 실험에서는 중력식, 재래식 및 개량형 충전방법의 실험으로부터 충전효율을 분석하여 개량형 공압식 충전법의 우수성을 입증하였다.
