기술적 해결을 통한 위험관리의 가능성과 한계: 지하철 스크린도어를 중심으로 (The Possibility and Limit of Risk Management through Technological Fix: A Case Study into the Platform Screen Door (PSD))

  • 이 글은 지하철 위험의 해결책으로 제시된 스크린도어를 대상으로 "기술적 해결"(technological fix)의 가능성과 한계를 검토하고 있다. 지하철 위험은 그 유형에 따라 모두 다섯 종류―"전철운행 사고", "역사 내 사고", "승강장 사고", "지하의 공간적 위험", "범죄 및 테러의 위험"―로 분류할 수 있는데, 가장 중요한 것은 궤도와 역사의 접촉면에 위치한 승강장에서 발생하는 승강장 사고이다. 스크린도어는 승강장 사고를 예방할 수 있는 효과적인 기술적 수단으로 여겨진다. 여기에는 사고를 기술적 수단을 통해 해결하려는 기술적 해결의 이데올로기가 강하게 작용한다. 신설되는 역이 아니라 기존 역의 승강장에 스크린도어를 설치하는 것이 세계적으로 유래를 찾기 힘든 경우라는 사실이 이를 잘 보여준다. 스크린도어는 현실적 수단으로서 가시적 효과를 낳았지만 예상치 못한 비가시적 위험을 가중시킨 측면도 없지 않다. 승강장 내부, 특히 출퇴근 환승역 승강장에서 화재가 발생했을 때, 스크린도어는 승객의 탈출로를 차단하는 "통곡의 벽"으로 돌변할 수 있다. 기술적 해결에 대한 지나친 기대와 의존은 금물이며, 그 한계에 대한 성찰이 요구되는 이유이다.

모바일 인스턴트 메신저 및 플랫폼 신뢰도가 모바일 콘텐츠 구매의도에 미치는 영향: 카카오플랫폼과 카카오톡 이모티콘을 중심으로 (The Impact of Trust in Mobile Instant Messenger and Platform on Mobile Contents Purchase Intention: Focusing on Kakao Platform and KakaoTalk Emoticon)

  • Purpose Mobile phones increase the frequency and speed of communication. The most popular mobile application in Korea is KakaoTalk, one of the mobile instant messenger(MIM) services. Although studying mobile services such as SMS, SNS and SNG suggests drawing upon theories in marketing, consumer behavior, psychology to investigate their personal use, research on MIM is scarce. We designed this paper to fill this gap. More specifically, this study is focused on the relationships among consumers psychological variables related to purchase intention to emoticons in context of MIM. Design/methodology/approach Data was obtained from 310 KakaoTalk users in Korea via questionnaire. The data was analyzed by structural equation modeling in order to verify the relationship between variables in the model. Specifically, this study is designed to examine the structural relationships among perceived benefits, perceived risks, trust in messenger service, system quality, trust in platform, and emoticons purchase intention. Findings The findings of this study are as follow. First, perceived benefits and perceived risks had a significant impact on trust in MIM service(e.g. KakaoTalk). Specifically, while perceived benefits had a positive effect on trust in MIM service, perceived risks had a negative effect on trust in MIM service. Second, trust in messenger service also had a positive impact on system quality. Third, trust in messenger service and system quality had a positive effect on trust in platform(e.g. Kakao platform) directly. Lastly, trust in platform had a positive influence on emoticons purchase intention in KakaoTalk messenger.

  • 정보통신기술의 발전이 일의 형태와 의미 자체를 질적으로 바꿔놓고 있다. 이러한 변화는 산업경제의 사업장 노동자를 전형으로 구축되었던 기존의 사회보장제도에 대한 재조정을 촉구한다. 하지만 디지털 플랫폼 내에서의 경제활동이 산업노동과 어떤 차이가 있으며, 이에 따라 어떤 사회문제가 발생할 수 있는지, 이를 어떻게 대처해야 할지에 대한 논의는 아직 부족한 편이다. 이에 본 연구는 대표적인 플랫폼 경제활동자에 속하는 크리에이터, 공유경제 자원제공자, 앱노동자의 실태를 개괄하고, 이들의 경제활동이 산업노동과 다른 측면을 시간적 차원(유연성), 공간적 차원(가상성), 속성적 차원(연결성)으로 나누어 분석했다. 나아가 이 3가지 특성이 파생시키는 사회적 위험과 이에 대비한 사회적 안전망을 정책선례들을 들어 서술했다. 본 연구가 시론적이나마 미래의 노동방식에 적합한 사회보장제도의 방향을 모색하는 데 일조하길 바란다.

핀테크 플랫폼의 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인 연구 (A Study on the Factors Influencing the Performance of FinTech Platform)

  • In recent years, as IT technologies such as cloud computing and mobile payment have evolved and Internet users have increased, the Internet financial market has become intelligent, mobile, and platformed. This study considers the impact of the psychological characteristics of platform systems and users on the performance of fintech platforms. The results of this study are as follows. Information quality affected trust and commitment, service quality affected commitment only, and system quality affected trust and commitment. The perceived risk affected trust and commitment, and the perceived benefit only affected trust and was shown to have an insignificant relationship with immersion. Trust has been shown to have a significant relationship with commitment, and both trust and commitment affected performance. In the validation of mediation effects, trust has shown a partially mediated effect between information quality, system quality, perceived risks, and perceived benefits and performance. There was no mediation effect between service quality and performance. Immersion has been shown to have a partial mediating effect between information quality, service quality, system quality, perceived risk and performance, and there is no mediating effect between perceived benefits and performance. This study showed what are the main factors that affect the performance of the fintech platform and will be used as a useful foundation for increasing the performance of the platform in the future.

방사선 작업종사자 안전을 위한 실시간 능동형 안전관리 플랫폼과 데이터 수집 디바이스 개발 연구 (Development of a Real-Time Active Safety Management Platform and Data Collection Device for the Safety of Radiation Workers)

  • Radiation work always carries the risk of radiation exposure, so regulatory agencies manage it through licensing when high exposure is expected. However, due to passive management methods using TLD, etc., there are cases where risk management is done after an incident occurs or the incident is covered up. In this study, we developed a system to manage the location of radiation work and the risk of workers in real time through a safety management platform and a location-based personal dosimeter. The safety platform server receives data from the developed personal dosimeter in real time and manages risks in three steps for each worker using location and dose rate, and can predict risks and generate alarms in real time. The personal dosimeter transmits the location and dose rate of the worker in real time using GPS and LTE communication. The developed safety management platform and personal dosimeter were verified through a field test to receive real-time data of the location and dose rate data of the worker, and the risk management function according to the individual dose rate was verified.

  • 제4차 산업혁명으로 촉발된 디지털 전환과 비대면 서비스의 증가라는 흐름 속에서 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스에 대한 수요가 가파르게 촉진되고 있다. 현재 클라우드는 공공, IT, 금융 등 다양한 산업 분야에 도입되고 있으며, 제조산업 역시 미래 지속가능성 확보를 위하여 클라우드를 도입, 스마트 제조를 통한 혁신을 추진하고 있다. 하지만 제조기업이 클라우드를 도입하는 데는 보안 우려사항으로 인한 제약이 존재하는 것으로 나타났다. 클라우드 보안위험을 확인한 기존 연구는 제조산업을 고려했다기 보다는 일반적인 클라우드 보안위험이나 기술적 보안위험을 중심으로 클라우드 보안위험을 제시한 한계가 있었다. 이에 본 연구는 제조산업 현장에서 실제 우려하는 사항을 바탕으로 제조산업 클라우드 보안위험을 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 전문가 인터뷰와 문헌조사를 시행해서 제조산업 클라우드 보안위험을 새롭게 식별하였으며, 선정된 보안위험에 대하여 설문조사를 통해 적합성과 시급성을 검증했다. 본 연구를 기반으로 향후 제조산업 클라우드 보안관리 체계가 설계된다면, 제조산업의 클라우드 도입이 보다 활성화될 것으로 기대한다.

A Study on the User Acceptance of O2O Services : Mediating Effect of Customer Attitude

  • Purpose - New technologies allow service providers to integrate all the customer information within and between contact channels so that they can offer individualized services. The availability of new mobile devices enables retailers to interact with customers through countless channels (Rigby, 2011). The objective of this research is to examine customers' attitudes toward O2O (on-line to off-line) services and their intention to use based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Research design, data, and methodology - Utilizing the TAM model, the mediating effect of the users' attitudes toward O2O services on the relationship among perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, perceived risks and intention to use are to be investigated. Results - The result shows that the perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, perceived risks have a significant effect on customers' attitudes toward O2O services. It is also revealed that the attitude toward O2O services has a mediating effect among perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, perceived risks and intention to use. Conclusions - The boundary between on-line and off-line is eroding and various services based on the O2O platform are growing. The results of this study and managerial implications can be applied to O2O platform operators or enterprises planning to sharp on their competitiveness edge through offering variations of service channels.

  • As social media penetrates more deeply into people's everyday lives, social commerce (a type of commerce that combines SNS features and possibility for commercial transactions) has enjoyed unprecedented growth. Shopping on Facebook is a representative example of social commerce platform that allows consumers to interact with other users, exchange information and purchase products without leaving a Facebook page. Social commerce presents great opportunities for marketers in terms of leveraging social aspects of shopping experience. It also offers a large potential for Korean companies to reach various target markets, as well as establish their presence abroad. Yet, acceptance of social commerce as a legitimate shopping channel has been slow, and consumers are still hesitant to shop via Facebook. This study draws on uses and gratification theory and the concept of perceived risk to examine how different motives for SNS use and the associated types of perceived risks can affect the purchase intention on the platform. Empirical data from 288 young users of Facebook were analyzed. Findings identified two main motives for SNS use: information-related motive and communication-related motive. Information-related motive significantly affected the intention to shop on Facebook, whereas communication-related motive did not have any significant influence. Risks associated with shopping via Facebook included delivery risk, security risk, social risk and economic risk. Overall, consumers perceived a higher level of security and social risk associated with shopping on Facebook. However, only social risk had a significant negative influence on the purchase intention. Awareness and previous experience of buying via social commerce platform positively affected consumers' purchase intention.

중국 인터넷 금융 리스크 관리 및 대책 연구 (Research on China's Internet Financial Risk Supervision and Countermeasures)

  • 최근 인터넷 금융이 중국 내에서 다양하게 통합되면서 새로운 형태의 금융이 형성되고, 중국의 실물경제 구축과 포용적 금융으로 빠르게 새로운 금융의 통로가 되고 있다. 본 논문은 중국 인터넷 금융플랫폼의 패널자료를 토대로 인터넷금융위험의 영향요인을 랜덤효과모형을 이용하여 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다: (1) 금융플랫폼의 사용자펀드와 플랫폼펀드관리를 통하여, 인터넷상의 거래에서 금융리스크를 효과적으로 줄일 수 있다. (2) 규제정책을 통해 플랫폼 자금이 소수의 대출자에게 집중되는 것을 피함으로써 인터넷 금융거래의 위험을 효과적으로 줄일 수 있다. (3) 자금의 유동성 통제는 인터넷 금융 거래의 위험을 효과적으로 감소시킬 수 있다. 연구결과로, 인터넷 금융의 건전하고 지속가능한 발전을 위한 규제정책에 대한 최적화 전략을 제안하였다.

A Study on the Development of E-Commerce Shipping Platform in China

  • With the advent of Internet era, e-commerce has become the focus of human's life. It leads a new direction of social development. As the representative of traditional industry, shipping industry is confronted with a series of difficulties, which have to break through the traditional and existing model to make their business for survival. With the increasing pricking up of market competition, shipping industry is now facing development bottle neck, but e-commerce provides a new way to solve the problem. This paper firstly describes the existing forms of the e-commerce shipping platform. Secondly analyzes the data for the situation of shipping industry in China, the data for expected functions of an e-commerce shipping platform and the data for how to choose a specific e-commerce shipping platform. Thirdly analyzes the potential risks of establishing e-commerce shipping platform in China. Based on the above researched, the paper provides a suggested model of the shipping e-commerce shipping platform in China.
