국부충돌해석에 의한 SC벽체의 국부손상 평가 (Evaluation of Local Damage of SC Wall using Local Collision Simulation)

  • 지금까지 항공기 충돌에 대한 안전성 검토는 국부거동 및 전반거동으로 나뉘어 검토되어 왔으며, 이 중 국부거동의 평가는 RC (Reinforcement Concrete)벽체를 대상으로 실험에 기초하여 제시된 국부손상 평가식을 사용하여 검토되었다. 그러나 최근 적용이 시작된 SC (Steel plate reinforced Concrete)벽체의 항공기 충돌에 대한 국부적인 거동 및 손상을 평가할 수 있는 자료는 거의 없는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 연성 충격체인 이상화된 항공기 엔진을 대상으로 콘크리트 벽체의 두께 및 강판의 강재비를 변수로 충돌해석을 수행하여 SC벽체 및 RC벽체의 국부손상을 평가하였다. SC벽체 및 RC벽체에 대한 충돌해석결과로부터 국부손상에서 나타나는 관입깊이를 상호 비교분석하였다.

선하중(先荷重)을 받은 RC보의 CFRP-Rod 휨보강 효과에 대한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on the Flexural Behavior of Pre-loaded RC Beams Strengthened with CFRP-Rod)

  • FRP를 이용한 보강법 중에서도 기존에 일반적으로 행해진 보강법은 Plate 또는 Sheet의 형태로 콘크리트 표면에 부착하여 추가적인 강도를 발현하도록 하는 것이다. 그러나 조기 박락파괴, 부착면의 정리, 보강 단부의 앵커시공, 부착면에 대한 내화처리 등의 어려움이 많다. 이러한 문제점들에 대한 방안으로 막대(Rod) 형태인 CFRP-Rod를 보강모체에 홈을 파고 매립하는 NSMR(Near Surface Mounted Reinforcement)공법이 제안되었고, CFRP-Rod의 보강량, 길이, 간격 등의 변수에 의한 휨보강 능력의 평가에 대한 연구가 이루어져왔다. 그러나 구조물에서 CFRP-Rod의 보강은 어느 정도의 하중이 보강부위에 계속 재하된 상태로 보강이 이루어지게 되므로 본 연구에서는 보강전에 가해지는 선하중(Pre-loading)의 크기를 주요변수로 선하중의 크기에 따른 구조물의 거동 특성을 분석하고자 하였고, 선하중의 크기의 결정은 무보강 시험체의 공칭모멘트와의 비로 결정하였다.

  • In general, post tensioned (PT) flat plate slab systems have been used as a Gravity Load Resisting System (GLRS) in buildings. Thus, these systems should be constructed with Lateral Force Resisting Systems (LFRS) such as shear walls and moment resisting frames. When lateral loads such as winds or earthquakes occur, lateral load resisting systems undergo displacement by which connected gravity systems experience lateral displacement. Therefore, GLRS should have some lateral displacement capacity in order to hold gravity loads under severe earthquakes and winds. Since there are the limited number of researches on PT flat plate slab systems, the behavior of the systems have not been well defined. This study investigated the cyclic behavior of post tensioned flat plate slab systems. For this purpose, an experimental test was carried out using 4 interior PT flat plate slab-column specimens. All specimens have bottom reinforcement in the slab around the slab-column connection. Test variables of this experimental study are vertical load level and tendon distribution patterns.

개착식 터널에서 파형강판 라이닝의 동적 거동 특성 (The Seismic Behavior of Corrugated Steel Plate Lining in Cut-and-Cover Tunnel)

  • Most tunnel lining material which has been used in the domestic is a concrete. But many problems as the construction period, the cost, and the crack occurrence for the design, construction, and management were happened in the concrete lining. For this reason, many research institutes like the Korea Highway Corporation recognize the necessity of an alternate material development and grow on the interest for that. So in this study, the seismic behaviour characteristics for the application of the Corrugated Steel Plate Lining in cut-and-cover tunnel are evaluated as several conditions for the backfill height, the cutting slope, and the relative density of backfill soil are changed. The compressive stress which is calculated in the Corrugated Steel Plate Lining by the seismic load is decreased as the backfill height increases and the cut slope grows gentle. Also, the moment shows the tendency of decrease according to the increase of the backfill height. But in the case of the relative density of the backfill soil is small, the moment increases according to the increase of the backfill height and affects the dynamic behaviour characteristic. So it is considered that the relative density of the backfill soil is also the important point. As the result in analyzing the seismic response characteristics of the reinforcement spacing of the Corrugated Steel Plate, the variation in the compressive force is hardly happened, but the moment and the shear force increase on the reinforcement spacing being narrow.

강바닥판 교량의 보강상세에 관한 해석적 연구 (Analytical Study on the Reinforced Details of Orthotropic Steel Deck Bridge)

  • 강바닥판 피로손상을 억제할 수 있는 유효한 방법의 하나로 데크 플레이트의 판 두께를 증가시키거나 세로리브의 보강 등에 의한 강성 증가를 고려할 수 있는데, 이 강성증가는 일반적으로 윤하중에 의한 강바닥판의 국부변형 억제 등에 효과가 있을 것으로 판단된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 강바닥판교의 피로균열이 빈번히 발생해 가장 문제가 되는 U-rib와 가로리브 연결 상세부의 발생응력을 최소화할 수 있도록 벌크헤드플레이트나 수직리브와 같은 보강상세의 부착에 따른 변수로 정밀 구조해석을 수행하였다. 그 결과, 벌크헤드플레이트는 전체적으로 연결 상세부의 주응력을 경감시키나, 피로균열이 발생되는 용접 지단부에서는 오히려 응력집중이 커지는 경향을 나타내는 것을 알 수 있었다. 그러나 수직리브는 용접 지단부에서 응력집중을 경감시키는 효과를 나타내어 벌크헤드플레이트의 보강보다는 수직리브의 보강이 더 효율적일 것으로 판단된다.

학교건물에 있어서 비탄성해석 및 비선형 정적해석을 통한 내진성능 평가에 따른 보강 연구 (The Study of Reinforcement through the Nonlinear Static Analysis and Inelastic Seismic Performance Evaluation in School Building)

  • 본 연구는 학교 건물의 구조적 성능 평가를 통한 내진보강에 대한 연구이다. 본 연구의 목적은 학교 건물의 구조적 성능평가를 통하여 안전성과 사용성을 고려한 구조보강방안을 비교분석하고 합리적 내진 보강안을 제시하여 보다 지진에 안전한 건축물을 유지하는데 도움 이 되고자 한다. 이 목적을 위해 기존의 학교건물을 연구 대상으로 선정하여 내진성능평가를 실시하고 내진 보강안을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 방법은 기존의 철근콘크리트 학교건물을 대상으로 1차 내진 성능평가와 2차 내진 성능평가를 실시하였다. 위와 같은 방법으로 내진성능평가를 하여 그 결과를 분석하고 내진보강방안을 제시(강재댐퍼, 탄소막대보강재)하였다. 제시된 내진 보강방안을 대상 건축물에 적용하여 내진보강 전, 후의 내진성능평가를 통해 종합적인 결과를 도출 하였다.

Wave propagation of FG-CNTRC plates in thermal environment using the high-order shear deformation plate theory

  • This paper investigates wave propagation in functionally graded carbon nano-reinforced composite (FG-CNTRC) plates under the influence of temperature based on Reddy' plate model. The material properties of Carbon Nanotubes (CNTs) are size-dependent, and the volume fraction of CNTs varies only along the thickness direction of the plate for different CNTs reinforcement modes. In addition, the material properties of CNTs can vary for different temperature parameters. By solving the eigenvalue problem, analytical dispersion relations can be derived for CNTRC plates. The partial differential equations for the system are derived from Lagrange's principle and higher order shear deformation theory is used to obtain the wave equations for the CNTRC plate. Numerical analyses show that the wave propagation properties in the CNTRC plate are related to the volume fraction parameters of the CNTRC plate and the distribution pattern of the CNTs in the polymer matrix. The effects of different volume fractions of CNTs and the distribution pattern of carbon nanotubes along the cross section (UD-O-X plate) are discussed in detail.

양축 면내 압축하중 하의 이중판보강 선박판부재의 설계시스템 구축 (Development of Ship Plate Member Design System Reinforced by Doubler Plate Subjected to Biaxial In-plane Compressive Load)

  • Because of the importance of steel material saving and rational ship structural design due to the rapid increase in steel prices, a ship structural design system was developed for plate members reinforced by doubler plates subjected to biaxial in-plane compressive loads. This paper mainly emphasizes the design system improvement and upgrade according to the change in the in-plane loading condition of the doubler plate from the single load discussed in a previous paper to the biaxial in-plane compressive load discussed in this paper. A direct design process by a structural designer was added to this developed optimized system to increase the design efficiency and provide a way of directly inserting a designer's decisions into the design system process. As the second stage of preliminary steps of doubler design system development, design formulas subjected to these biaxial loads used in the doubler plate design system were suggested. Based on the introduction of influence coefficients $K_t_c$, $K_t_d$, $K_b_d$ and $K_a_d$ based on the variations in the doubler length, breadth, doubler thickness, and average corrosion thickness of the main plate reinforced by the doubler plate, respectively, the design formulas for the equivalent plate thickness of the main plate reinforced by the doubler plate were also developed, and a hybrid design system using these formulas was suggested for the doubler plate of a ship structure subjected to a biaxial in-plane compressive load. Using this developed design system for a main plate reinforced by a doubler plate was expected to result in a more rational reinforced doubler plate design considering the efficient reinforcement of ship plate members subjected to these biaxial loads. Additionally, a more detail structural analysis through local strength evaluations will be performed to verify the efficiency of the optimum structural design for a plate member reinforced by a doubler plate.

점용접된 두 사각평판의 형상비 및 용접점수에 대한 전단좌굴하중의 유한요소해석 (Finite Element Analysis of the Shear Buckling Load with Respect to the Aspect Ratio and Number of Spots of two Rectangular Plates Spot-welded)

  • The stability of a structural plate is a crucial problem which causes wrinkling and buckling. In this paper, the effect of the pattern of spot-welding points in the two rectangular plate on the shear buckling load is studied with respect to the thickness, the aspect ratio of plates, the number of welding spots. Buckling coefficient of the simple plate was compared with that of two plates with various conditions to extract the effect of buckling strength. The effect of the number of welding spots are studied in two directions, longitudinal and transverse directions. The concluded that the reinforcement effect was maximized when the aspect ratio was close to 1.5 and that the effect of number of welding spots in longitudinal direction was larger than that in transverse direction.

  • Shear wall-frame system is one of the most, if not the most, popular system for resisting lateral loads. The core is the primary lateral load-resisting systems, the perimeter frame is designed for gravity loads, and the connection between perimeter frame and core is generally a shear connection. Specially, single plate shear connection have gained considerable popularity in recent years due to their ease of fabrication and erection. Single plate shear connection should be designed to satisfy the dual criteria of shear strength and rotational ductility. An experimental program was undertaken to evaluate seismic behavior of single plate shear connection. The main test variable is the reinforcing detail of connection. Through the experimental program, the cyclic behavior of typical and reinforcing single plate shear connection was established.
