순간 회전 중심 결정과 하악골 운동에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Determination of Instantaneous Centre of Rotation and the Mandibular Movement)

  • Recently the instantaneous centre concept has been used to understand the biomechanics by which a tissue derangement causes a mechanical derangement in temporomandibular joint. In this study, four male subjects without temporomandibular joint disorder and malocclusion were selected for the determination of the instantaneous centre of rotation (I.C.R) in the mandibular movement. The habitual opening and closing paths were recorded on the sagittal plate by two spring pencils attached on the lower anterior teeth which was designed for this study, and the I.C.R. was calculated by the computer program of Rouleaux's method. Also the computer graphic opening and closing movements of mandible were obtained according to the determined I.C.R. The results obtained from this study were as follows. 1. The instantaneous centres of rotation were not positioned within the condyle in the mandibular opening and closing movement. 2. There was some similarity between the anatomical curvature of the articular emience and the movement pattern of condyle. 3. The opening path and the closing path of the most superior pl)int of the condyle stowed a slight difference. 4. At the early stage of the habitual opening movement, the condyle was moved downward. 5. The opening and closing mandibular movements were simulated by the instantaneous centre of rotation which was determined by the computer program of Rouleaux's method.

초.중학생의 눈금 읽기 능력 및 측정 도구와 단위에 관련된 개념 조사 (Investigation on the Students' Abilities of Reading Scales and Conceptions Related with Measuring Instruments and Units)

  • 본 연구에서는 초 중등 학생들의 눈금 읽기 능력과 측정도구의 용도 및 단위에 대한 개념을 조사했다. 초등학생 72명, 중1 학생 69명, 중3 학생 80명의 학생을 대상으로 수행 평가 및 지필 평가를 실시했다. 눈금읽기 능력을 평가하기 위해서 개별 수행 평가를 실시했는데, 학생 개개인은 서류 봉투의 가로 세로 길이, 물의 온도, 물의 부피 등을 실험실에서 주로 사용하는 주어진 측정 도구를 사용하여 측정했다. 측정 도구 및 단위와 관련된 개념을 평가하기 위해서는 그림과 사진이 그려진 질문지를 사용했다. 눈금 읽기 능력 면에서 각 학년마다 적지 않은 측정오차를 내는 학생이 있음이 드러났으며 특히 질량이나 부피 측정의 경우 그 수가 더욱 증가했다. 측정 도구에 대한 학생의 개념 조사 결과 학생들은 물리량 개념이 정확하지가 않아 측정 도구가 측정할 수 있는 물리량을 제대로 지적하지 못했다. 또한 단위에 대해서도 혼동이 있어서 특히 질량, 무게, 부피나 힘의 단위 등을 어려워하고 있음을 알 수 있었다.

자연산 복섬에서의 Pseudocaligus sp. 기생과 그 구제에 대해 (Parasitism of Pseudocaligus sp. in wild grass puffer Takifugu niphobles, and their treatment)

  • 2007년 봄철 전남 여수 연안에서 자연 서식하는 복섬에서 Pseudocaligus sp.의 기생이 확인되었다. 숙주에 감염된 충은 preadult 및 adult 단계의 형태를 보였으며, 충체는 투명하였고 편평하며, 두흉부, 생식절, 복부로 구성되어 있었다. 충의 전단부에는 lunule이라고 하는 1쌍의 흡착구조물이 관찰되었다. 구제방법을 검토하기 위해 포르말린과 담수로 처리한 결과, preadult 및 adult 단계의 Pseudocaligus sp.는 50~400ppm의 포르말린 약욕처리에서 1시간 이내에 100%가 탈락 되었으나, 담수욕 처리에서는 90분 동안 57%의 탈락률을 보였다.

Monitoring of Microbial Contaminants of Beef, Pork, and Chicken in HACCP Implemented Meat Processing Plants of Korea

  • This research was to evaluate microbial contamination levels in meat samples at hazard analysis critical control point (HACCP)-implemented processing plants that produce beef, pork, and chicken. During a period of about a year, a total of 178 samples (76 from beef, 89 from pork, and 13 from chicken) were obtained from raw materials (21.3%) and final products (78.7%). All samples were determined for each 25 g homogenized one. Samples were analyzed to determine the total aerobic plate count (APC), coliform count (CC), and E. coli count (ECC). By month, APC levels were the highest in September and the lowest in February (p<0.001). In comparison among season, APC levels in meat samples were the highest in the summer and the lowest in winter (p<0.001). By month, the highest CC prevalence was found in August, followed by October and then July (p<0.001). By season, the highest CC was obtained in summer, followed by autumn and then spring (p<0.001). All samples were negative for ECC. There was a direct correlation between the product form and coliform presence (p<0.001). In addition, there was a positive correlation between the APC and CC (r=0.261). The APCs in analyzed samples ranged from below <$10^1CFU/g$ to <$10^7CFU/g$. In conclusion, the month and season had significant effects on microbial contamination levels at HACCP implemented processing plants. Interrelationships between (i) the product form and coliform, (ii) the APC and CC were revealed.

계측 거동 데이터를 이용한 부분구조 모델의 식별 (Identification of Substructure Model using Measured Response Data)

  • 본 연구에서는 구조성질들이 제대로 평가되지 않은 구조물의 부분구조 모델을 설정하는 방법을 제시한다. 본 연구에서는 부분구조 모델을 정의하기 위해 구조물의 대상 부분구조에서 계측한 구조거동치를 필요로 하며, 부분구조 모델은 부분구조 자체의 강성도변수와 경계스프링 계수를 추정하여 설정한다. 정적 및 주파수영역 SI(system identification) 기법들이 부분구조의 제한된 위치에서 측정된 거동치를 사용하여 적용되었다. 정적거동과 동적거동 계측 각각에 대한 시뮬레이션 연구가 수행되었으며, 연구결과 및 문제점들이 검토되었다. 시뮬레이션 연구에서 검증된 절차에 따라 이동트럭과 시공발파에 의한 동적거동 계측치를 사용하여 실제의 다경간 플레이트 거더 게르버교의 부분구조 모델 설정을 수행하였다.

  • 본 논문은 자동차용 시트의 내부에 설치되어 탑승자의 등 부위를 지지하여 편안한 승차감을 제공하는 자동차용 시트의 플라스틱 서스펜션 어셈블리 개발에 관한 것이다. 운전자의 허리를 균등하게 지지하여 주는 구조를 갖도록 설계하고 시트 백 프레임과 플라스틱 서스펜션이 원활하게 조합될 수 있는 구조로 개발하고자 한다. 체압 분포 특성을 고려하여 서스펜션의 단품을 설계하고 기능성을 평가하였다. 또한 실제와 동일한 사이즈의 서스펜션을 모델링하고 구조해석을 수행하였다. 기존 스프링 서스펜션과 새로 개발된 플라스틱 서스펜션의 해석결과 및 실제 측정값이 유사함을 확인하고 최적의 해석 및 설계를 확립하였다.

  • For the quality control of the industrial products, an automatic hole measuring system has been developed. The measurement device allows X-Y movement due to contact forces between a hole and its own circular cone and the device is attached to an industrial robot. Its measurement accuracy is about 0.04mm. This movement of the plate is measured by two LVDT sensor system. But this system using the LVDT sensors is restricted by high cost and precision of measurement and correspondence of environment so particularly, a vision system with CCD-Camera is discussed in this paper for the above mentioned purpose. The device consists of two of two links jointed with hinge pins basically and, they guarantee free movement of the touch prove attached on the second link in the same plane. These links are returned to home position by the spring plungers automatically after each process for the next one. On the surface of the touch prove, it has a circular white mark for camera recognition. The system detect and notify the center coordinate of capture mark image through the image processing. Its measuring accuracy has been proved to be about $\pm$0.01mm through the repeated implementation over 200 times. This technique will shows the advantage of touch-indirect image capture idea using cone-shaped touch prove in various symmetrical shaped holes particulary, like tapped holes, chamfered holes, etc As a result, we attained our object in a view of the accuracy, economical efficiency, and functionality

성형폭약 외부장치 형상에 따른 수중 관입성능 평가 (Assessment of Underwater Penetration Performance for the Shape of the External Device of Shaped Charge)

  • 수중 강재 절단을 위해 내압성, 유연성의 외부장치인 스프링 호스와 가소성 성형폭약을 결합한 수중 성형폭약 장치를 고안하였다. 최적조건 설계를 위한 기초실험으로 외부장치의 형상에 따른 관입성능을 비교하였다. 실험결과를 평가하기 위하여 관입 된 강재에 액상 고무를 이용하여 모형을 획득한 후 이미지 분석을 하였고, 성형폭약의 관입 과정을 모사하기 위해 AUTODYN 프로그램을 이용하여 해석하였다. 분석결과 원형 및 사각 외부장치의 평균 관입 깊이는 유사하였으나 관입품질은 원형의 경우 더 균일하였다. 또한, 사각의 경우 침투현상이 발생하였고, 수압증가에 따른 변위가 원형대비 크게 측정되었다.

Development of 3 D.O.F parallel robot's simulator for education

  • In this paper, it is developed simulator system of 3 D.O.F parallel robot for educate of expertness. This simulator system is composed of three parts ? 3 D.O.F parallel robot, controller (hardware) and software. First, basic structure of the robot is 3 active rotary actuator that small geared step motor with fixed base. An input-link is connected to this actuator, and this input-link can connect two ball joints. Thus, two couplers can be connected to the input-link as a pair. An end-plate, which is jointed by a ball joint, can be connected to the opposite side of the coupler. A sub-link is produced and installed to the internal spring, and then this sub-link is connected to the upper and bottom side of the coupler in order to prevent a certain bending or deformation of the two couplers. The robot has the maximum diameter of 230 mm, 10 kg of weight (include the table), and maximum height of 300 mm. Hardware for control of the robot is composed of computer, micro controller, pulse generator, and motor driver. The PC used in the controller sends commands to the controller, and transform signals input by the user to the coordinate value of the robot by substituting it into equations of kinematics and inverse kinematics. A controller transfer the coordinate value calculated in the PC to a pulse generator by transforming it into signals. A pulse generator analyzes commands, which include the information received from the micro controller. A motor driver transfer the pulse received from the pulse generator to a step motor, and protects against the over-load of the motor Finally, software is a learning purposed control program, which presents the principle of a robot operation and actual implementation. The benefit of this program is that easy for a novice to use. Developed robot simulator system can be practically applied to understand the principle of parallel mechanism, motors, sensor, and various other parts.

Nonlinear analysis of damaged RC beams strengthened with glass fiber reinforced polymer plate under symmetric loads

  • This study presents a new beam-column model comprising material nonlinearity and joint flexibility to predict the nonlinear response of reinforced concrete structures. The nonlinear behavior of connections has an outstanding role on the nonlinear response of reinforced concrete structures. In presented research, the joint flexibility is considered applying a rotational spring at each end of the member. To derive the moment-rotation behavior of beam-column connections, the relative rotations produced by the relative slip of flexural reinforcement in the joint and the flexural cracking of the beam end are taken into consideration. Furthermore, the considered spread plasticity model, unlike the previous models that have been developed based on the linear moment distribution subjected to lateral loads includes both lateral and gravity load effects, simultaneously. To confirm the accuracy of the proposed methodology, a simply-supported test beam and three reinforced concrete frames are considered. Pushover and nonlinear dynamic analysis of three numerical examples are performed. In these examples the nonlinear behavior of connections and the material nonlinearity using the proposed methodology and also linear flexibility model with different number of elements for each member and fiber based distributed plasticity model with different number of integration points are simulated. Comparing the results of the proposed methodology with those of the aforementioned models describes that suggested model that only uses one element for each member can appropriately estimate the nonlinear behavior of reinforced concrete structures.
