  • Even though efficiency of coal-fired power plant is proportional to operating temperature, increasement of operating temperature is limited by a technological level of each power plant component. It is an alternative plan to increase operating pressure up to ultra super critical point for efficiency enhancement. It is difficult to control process of power plant in ultra super critical point because that point has highly nonlinear characteristics. In this paper, new control logic, Unit Response Optimizer Controller(URO Controller) which is based on Fuzzy logic and Model Predictive Controller, is introduced for better performance. Then its performance is tested and analyzed with design guideline.

  • Recently, It is being reduction to market of the domestic construction industry for the instability of the domestic market structure. So it is necessary to plan response measures for to ensure the competitiveness of the construction market of overseas. The purpose of the study is suggest of improvement of the project delivery system for the efficiency of the construction of the unit modular housing of considering the reducing cost and technological competitiveness of the domestic construction industry.

  • Recently the hospital infection with misappropriation of the antibiotic and absence of knowledge is aincreaseing trend. For this, medical treatment is confronting infection management guide. But so far there is no accurate standard or countermeasures. Since early 1990 Nosocomial Infection has not been looked over, although there is serious problem. After 90's understanding seriousness of Nosocomial Infection, many investigations have been done, but the relations of medical facilities were hardly investigated. This thesis shows the relation between facilities and Nosocomial Infection by documental references and the direction for intensive care unit through survey the recent general hospitals.

  • The block-unit housing renewal project was presented as an alternative method to overcome the side effects of large-scale renewal projects while improving poor residential conditions. However, projects implementation is prolonged and even the pace of projects, which was considered an various incentives, is being delayed for the most part. In this study, delay factors are drawn by eight; conflict among association members, contract delay of joint implementation, participation paucity of constructor, inadequate project guidelines, alteration of project plan, lack of renewal project professionals, stricter loan restriction of HUG, lack of capacity of project operator. We categorized those eight factors to three aspects such as implementation, participants and proposition and suggested improvement alternatives according to three aspects.

  • A construction site survey is carried out for the Construction Standard Unit Price(CSUP) in order to establish a standard for the appropriate estimated price. This paper proposed the revised plan by surveying the 56 sites under construction from March to October 2022 for interior finishing work and Carpentry work. It is expected that the revision of the CSUP for interior finishing work and Carpentry work will more accurately reflect the actual construction situation and contribute to improving the adequacy of the CSUP.

  • The major goal of this study is drawing design plan factors considering residents' life cycle and life style when remodeling design is needed. By drawing such design factors, the study will propose an alternative remodeling design plan. Such design method was defined as Multi-Dimensional module design method. And constructing data-system based on Multi-Dimensional module was secondary goal in this study. The details are as follows: Based on analysis of Residents' demand for remodeling and features of emotion-design applied to remodeling, the system which is suitable for application in remodeling design method was conducted. Based on the type of construction materials, the level value was set up according to emotion-factor application. Also, by conducting coding operation according to the distinction of construction materials, this study seeks the unit drawing method of information for constructing emotion-information system.

강소주택 실효성 논의를 위한 일본 소형주택 공간 활용 사례 분석 (A Case Study of Space Utilization on Compact Houses in Japan to build Compact-but-effective Houses in Korea)

  • The objective of this study is to find a possible application of small space utilization of GangSo Housing, so called compact-but-effective housing, through analyzing that of Japanese small housing. We analyze openness of view and flexibility of spaces divided by the physical and architectural aspects as first component and the psychological and interior space aspects as second component. The results showed that Japanese small houses have various unit plan compared to uniformity of Korean houses. Openness of view in Japanese small housing is accomplished by letting in light from the outside using position and shape of the window, looking more spacious using courtyard, void spaces, or sliding door hanging from the ceiling, and creating deception of view using floor-wall plan and appropriate materials. Flexibility of spaces is achieved by combination of first and second components, multipurpose of space and furniture, and variety of storage methods. It is necessary to improve spatial efficiency with consideration of volume-metric planing rather than flat-plane and develop various unit plans to meet residents' needs and demands on compact-but-effective houses.

  • 재난상황하에서는 신속한 지역단위 재난복구를 전문적으로 담당하는 인력이 필요하다. 그러나, 현재의 재난대응체계에서는 대민지원, 자원봉사 등 수준에서 재난복구를 시행하고 있으므로 전문성 부족으로 인한 초기대응 및 재난복구 지연, 재난 지속시 대응 미흡 등 다양한 문제점이 발생하고 있다. 그러므로, 재난상황시 지자체단위 초기 대응능력 구비와 신속히 재난복구를 할 수 있는 전문성을 가진 부대의 창설이 필요하다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 재난상황하 긴급 재난복구를 통한 지역안정과 재해 주민구호, 재난이전으로의 신속한 전환을 위한 예비군 긴급대응부대를 창설과 운용방안 수준의 방향성을 제시하였다.

부산항 재개발 대상지의 개발우선순위 평가 및 개발방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on Evaluation of Development Priority Order & Scheme for Redevelopment Target Area in Pusan Port)

  • Korea has designated 28 trade ports and 22 coastal ports under the Ports Act. If fishery ports and small inlets are counted, the number amounts to hundreds of ports. However, untimely and inefficient maintenance and repair works face Korean ports with functional loss, decreasing efficiency, and even catastrophe. Thus, further examinations on the maintenance or redevelopment of forts in Korea are urgent. Since the Korean War and the higher economic growth period in the 1970s, Busan Port has developed in a variety of ways, according to the necessity of social conditions at any given time, without any development Philosophy or systematic long-term master plan. As a result, ports and coastal industrial facilities have rushed to gather around the present North Busan Port, which has taken on mixed functions between ports and cities, adversely affecting several of their interactions. To resolve these circumstances, several redevelopment schemes were suggested for centering the old zone in the Busan Port interim. However, comprehensive evaluation and redevelopment schemes combining functions of both ports and cities, and effectively utilizing coastal zones have never been presented. In this respect, this study sets the priority order of the extracted unit project. This study analyzes the existing functions and facilities of Busan Port, extracting facility zones through redevelopment which is certain to fail or to decrease in efficiency. furthermore, this study presents status and development directions of specified redevelopment unit projects of higher priority order, and pursues the integrated plan of efficiency for Busan Port.

An Urban Regeneration Project for Making New CBD of Northeastern Seoul: The Case Study of the Changdong & Sanggye Project

  • Although Changdong Sanggye area has been developed during 1980s as a new city for the supply of low-income housing, currently it was degraded to a bed town located outside Seoul. However, Changdong Sanggye area is designated as the center of a metropolitan area in '2030 Seoul City Basic Plan' due to a variety of potential factors such as a traffic center for linking metropolitan areas, location of 15 universities, and neighboring natural environment like Jungnang stream and Buckhan mountain. The purpose of urban regeneration plan is to create a new CBD of Changdong Sanggye which is the center of vocational and cultural lives of 3.2 million people in the northeastern metropolitan area. To achieve the purpose, 12 unit projects and 24 sub-unit projects are set up based on the three major goals and core strategies. An enterprise project team of northeastern area was newly founded and then a dedicated organization was established by the Seoul government in 2015 in order to integrate separated urban regeneration related functions. In the Seoul government an administrative council and a project promotion council are operated for consultation and coordination between the administrative divisions and government projects for urban regeneration. Through the success in Changdong Sanggye regeneration project, they are expected to have economic effects such as job creation and increase in tax revenue and to re-vitalize the area as a new economic center in northeastern Seoul having amenities and cultural facilities and waterfront parks.
