소도시 경관 가이드라인 설정 특성에 관한 연구 - 전라남도 기본경관계획 수립 지자체 사례를 대상으로 - (A Study on the Characteristics of the Establishment of a Small Town Landscape Guideline - Focused on Local Governments in Jeollanam-do Establishing the Basic Landscape Plan -)

  • This study investigated the characteristics of the establishment of an architectural guideline which is an important element of a urbanscape plan in basic landscape plans established by four local governments(a county level) in Jeollanam-do since the enactment of the landscape law. The results were as follows. The guideline for landscape plan elements was closely associated with shapes, materials, harmony, and coherence. For the detailed guideline for landscape plan elements, an architectural guideline on the arrangement, height, facade, and roof shapes of buildings, which is one of important elements related to urbanscape, was similar in local governments, showing a standard and uniform tendency. It indicates the limitation of forming urbanscape to enhance local identity and unique features and complementary contents are needed. The color guideline was classified into base color, sub color, and accent color in consideration of local features. In particular, natural material color was commonly used for base and sub color in all local governments. Therefore, it is necessary to develop unique material color and distinctive local color for each region.

  • 청소년의 자살생각, 자살계획, 자살시도와 관련된 요인을 분석하여, 청소년의 자살예방 프로그램개발에 기초자료로 이용할 목적으로 2012년 청소년건강행태 온라인 조사 원시자료를 이용하여 연구를 실시하였다. 연구결과 자살생각, 자살계획, 자살시도에 영향을 미치는 요인 중 일반적 특성은 성별, 학년, 학업성적, 경제적 상태, 부모 동거 여부, 주관적으로 인지하는 건강상태였다. 건강행태 관련 특성 및 정서적 특성으로 음주, 흡연, 주단위 중증도 운동, 체중 조절 노력, 주관적 수면 충족률, 스트레스, 우울이었다. 특히 음주, 흡연, 스트레스 등 건강위험 행위를 하는 경우 자살행동이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 자살을 예방하기 위해서는 건강위험행위에 대한 예방교육과 프로그램이 필요하며, 우울이 자살행동으로 발전되지 않도록 우울 감소를 위한 적극적인 관심과 예방대책이 필요하다.

전주한옥마을 주거건축 평면의 특징에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Characteristics of the Housing Floor Plan in Jeonju Hanok Village)

  • This study aims to classify and find the characteristics of the housing floor plan by their spatial organization, the condition of use, the process of changes in Jeonju Hanok Village. To carry out this study, first the 534 in 779 housings in this village are investigated, and finally 55 of them are investigated and analyzed. They are surveyed and investigated from November in 2008 to January in 2010. The followings are as conclusions; The prototype of housing floor plan in this village is consisted of the main room in the middle part with the toimaru (wooden veranda), kitchen and meoribang (the room that is located back or the side of the main room) and kennen-bang (the room that is located the side of main room) in it's house. They are generated and changed on the basis of this type. The floor plans of the housings in Jeonju Hanok Villages are classified and characterized as the type of original floor plan house (original type), that of semi foreign house with the Korean style by the Japanese style or modern style, that of the house for rent a room or two rooms or one family, that of the house which mixed with commercial function and that of etc. They are generated by the social and economic condition of that period. And they will be studied with the life style of residents.

택지개발사업의 계획특성이 사업지구 지가변동에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Plan Characteristics of Residential Land Development Project on Inner Land Price Change)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 택지개발사업의 계획특성이 사업지구의 지가변동에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 택지개발사업의 효율적인 추진을 위한 정책적 시사점을 도출하는 것이다. 이를 위해 우선 청주시 택지개발사업 추진단계별 지가변동 규모와 양상을 분석하였다. 그리고 이론적 고찰 및 선행연구 검토를 통해 지가변동에 영향을 주는 택지개발사업의 계획특성 요소 16개((1)지가변동률, (2)사업구역 면적, (3)주거용지 비율, (4)상업용지 비율, (5)준주거용지 비율, (6)근린생활시설용지 비율, (7)공동주택 비율, (8)도로율, (9)공원 녹지율, (10)학교 비율, (11)$1m^2$당 조성비, (12)일반주거지역 비율, (13)준주거지역 비율, (14)상업지역 비율, (15)준공업지역 비율, (16)자연녹지지역 비율)를 선정하였다. 선정된 계획특성 요소 16개 중 지가변동에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하기 위하여 SPSS 20.0 Version을 이용하여 상관관계를 분석하였다. 지가변동의 양상을 분석한 결과, 지구가 지정되기 2년 전부터 지가가 상승되기 시작하였고 준공이후 지가상승이 안정화되는 것으로 분석되었다. 그리고 지가변동에 영향을 주는 계획특성 요소를 분석한 결과 (2)사업구역 면적, (4)상업용지 비율, (6)근린생활시설용지 비율, (8)도로율, (11)$1m^2$당 조성비, (12)일반주거지역 비율이 지가변동에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다.

노인의 특성을 고려한 부엌 계획지침에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Design Guideline for Kitchen Plan of Korean Elderly)

  • In the design guideline for the existing elderly house, the guideline related to kitchen is very important in the secure and functional aspect. In spite of importace, the present elderly house's Kitchen plan is being designed based on foreign universal design guideline or common housing form instead of considering physical social and psychological qualities of the korean elderly. Therefore, In this study based on the guideline of the previous studies related to domestic elderly house and kitchen plan for elderly house, we found physical social and psychological qualities of the korean elderly. Acooording to these characteristics we suggested guideline on kitchen plan for Elderly House. Those suggested here will be applied to design guidelines of elderly housing on kitchen plan in future.

  • District unit plan was arranged for rational induction and regulation of development due to increase of demand for comfortable environment and change of recognition of urban view. This study analyzes cases of district unit plan since 2003 and draws the following conclusions to provide basic material necessary for landscape impact assessment and analysis of actual conditions. It used regulation of design factors and analysis of physical index in making view plan and focuses on characteristics of visual perception in predicting impact through simulation. Future landscape impact assessment must establish a variety of indices and application of various techniques.

A Modified Single Sampling Plan for the Inspection of Attribute Quality Characteristics

  • In this manuscript, a modified single sampling plan is proposed for the inspection of products in which the nonconforming items can be classified in to two categories namely critical and non-critical; and explained with the help of industrial example. The operating procedure of this plan is also proposed and the performance measures such as the probability of acceptance, average sample number, average total inspection and average out going quality are also derived. The optimal parameters are determined which will have minimum sample size. The efficiency of the proposed plan is also discussed over the conventional single sampling plan. The extensive tables for selecting a modified single sampling plan based on AQL and LQL are provided for both Binomial and Poisson distributions and explained with the help of industrial data.

피엔짜 도시 중심지역의 계획에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Plan of Central Area in Pienza Town)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the plan of central area in Pienza town. The nucleus of the plan was the principal square with the surrounding buildings - Cathedral, Piccolomini, Episcopal and Communal palace, focused attention on the first city plan of the Renaissance. The results of study are as follow: 1. The plan of central area in Pienza town is formed by relation with each other, in which theory including the "De re aedificatoria" of Alberti and practical plan of Pienza were united. 2. Though the plan of Pienza is not total city planning for new function and system, it has a many influence for city planning, square type and building disposition, through new project method as a result of prospective at central area in Pienza town 3. The square plan is formed of centripetal role to integrate with harmony the partial units of each other from diverse elements in scale, function, style and type of buildings, in which it can characteristics of the beginning of Renaissance. 4. Not only composition of plan, elevation and section of the Cathedral, Piccolomini and Episcopal palace, but composition of opennings are formed of proportional system of 1:1, 1:${\surd}$2, 1:2 etc.. And such proportional systems is composed of relation with each other in harmony, deciding width, length and height from among part and part, whole and part for spatial and formal composition.

서울시청 앞 광장 조성 계획 (Design Proposal of Seoul City Hall Plaza)

  • The motivation for transforming the Seoul City Hall plaza into place for pedestrians was prompted by the 2002 World cup event. This place has diverse time layers ranging from the Yi-dynasty to the present. Around city hall, diverse cultural assets and distinctive architecture are scattered. The place is a kind of melting pot that represents different times and cultures in the city. Transforming place for cars into place for citizens suggest several implications in city making policy such as high priority for pedestrians in urban design and enhancement of the public open spaces through downtown remodelling. Our plan is to propose the idea of Media plaza. One of the characteristics of Seoul now can be summarized as Media because the W industry and infrastructure are well developed in the city. ´Seoul Media Plaza´ adopts high-tech infrastructures such as RGB color post, multi box, I-Gate, etc as design materials. Three concepts of the plan are ´evolutionary plan´, ´flexible plan´, and ´participatory plan´. First, the plan will embrace the future changes of external conditions. Second, the plan should be flexible to accomodate the diverse activities in the plaza. Another special aspect of the plan is a kind of open plan. The ground surface of the plaza will be changed in its pattern and shape by citizen participation. Finally, the ´Seoul Media Plaza´ attempts to represent the spirit of Seoul and to connect the past, the present and the future while promoting citizen participation.

서울 및 근교신도시 예비노인층의 주거이동 특성 (Characteristics of Pre-Elderly's Housing Mobility Living in Seoul and New Towns in the Capital Area)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify pre-elderly's housing mobility related characteristics (reasons for moving, change of personal life after move, housing attachment, and plan to future move) and to examine the associations between their socio-demographic characteristics and housing characteristics, and their housing mobility related characteristics. A total of 200 usable data were collected through personal survey using a questionnaire developed by the researcher. Samples were selected in Seoul and new towns in the capital area and a survey conducted from February, 2014 to December, 2014. For the analyses, descriptive statistics, factor analysis, t-test and ANOVA were used. The most frequently mentioned reasons for moving were 'a good place for nature and retirement life'. Age, education level, liiving expenses, locaion, tenure status, and housing size were the variables to show significant difference to reasons for moving. Respondents experienced positive personal life changes after moving, especially, 'physical health' and outgoing activity'. Respondents who moved to a new town was more positively changed. Personal life changes was the most important variable associated with 3 factors of housing attachment. Location, tenure status, housing size were the major variables to show differences to housing attaachment. Also, personal life changes after moving and housing attachment were the important variables affecting a plan to future move. In other words, the respondents who do not plan to future move showed higher positive life change and strong housing attachment.
