전주시 미래유산을 통한 저층 주거지 마을 재생 연구 - 서학동 예술인 마을 미래유산을 통한 마을 재생사례를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Regeneration of Low-rise Residential Village through Future Heritage in Jeonju - Focusing on the Case of Village Regeneration through the Future Heritage of Seohak-dong Artist Village -)

  • This study attempted to analyze the aspect of seeking a characteristic regeneration of low-rise residential areas through the Urban Regeneration New Deal Project in Seohak-dong Art Village in Jeonju, while the urban regeneration new deal projects are being carried out in various regions, nationwide. Time-series changes in aerial photographs in the study area, age, number of floors, and uses of buildings were examined. The main street structure, lots, and changes in buildings were reviewed, and through this, spatial zones that could extract the unique characteristics of the target area were classified. The characteristics of each area was linked to the proposal of an appropriate regeneration plan through the analysis. This study is meaningful in showing a case of characteristics of low-rise residential areas regeneration plan suitable for the specific region while the number of old low-rise residential areas is increasing.

현대성으로의 가치인식전환과 도시공공공간의 변화상에 관한 연구 - 1960년대 이후 서울의 도시가로환경과 그 담론을 중심으로 - (The Study on the Correlation between Value Recognition and Urban Design Policy on the Urban Street - Focused on the Spatial Changes in Seoul during the Modern Periods -)

  • This study focuses on the genealogical analysis of the urban public spaces by the local history of Seoul which is significantly different from western cities. The analysis targets the discourse of the urban street which defines urban space-structure among the urban public spaces. Based on the analysis, we define the progress levels of urban public design policy in Seoul. Firstly, in 1960's and 1970's, 'urban reconstruction' was intensively carried out for the country modernization, and 'vehicle preferred street expansion' resulted in damages to historical inheritance, in-humanized street, and cultural uniformity. 1980's and 1990's would be defined as 'politic acceptance of plural values to the urban street.' There were the Olympic Games held in Seoul in 1988, which were the celebrations of the 600th capital establishment and the autonomous local government system. In the meanwhile, diverse values on the urban street were discussed in terms of globalization. There also were the self-reflection for the urban skyscrapers and high-population rate, the cultural uniformity of urban street, and the commercialization in downtown with urban reconstruction plans. Then, the sense of landscape and amenity was focused. Various urban projects and regulations were held according to the changes of value recognition. 2000's can be defined as 'introduction to the organic integration and the urban public design governance.' In the 21st century, types of recognition have changed significantly, which include publicness, humanism, sustainability, symbolism, artistry, placeness, and communication. They cause the establishment of ordinances and the installation of integrated organization via urban design administration. The legislation has been revised in order to support the various methods for the maintenance and operation of urban landscape in terms of local characteristics. New regulations were established for residents to participate in the processes of the urban planning with street design policy.

당재길 걷고싶은 녹화거리 설계 (The Walkable Green Street Design for "Dangjae-Gil")

  • This paper presents a streetscape design for "Dangiae-Gil"which is located at 126-1 Yangpyung-2dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul and is about 500m in length and about 24m in width. The design goals are to make a green street on which people want to walk and people can walk and rest safely and pleasantly. To achieve these goals, concepts of environmentally-friendliness, placeness, safety, amenity, vitality, connectivity, and democracy are developed. For pedestrian safety, shared street concepts, such as crank, slalom etc. are adopted. The site is divided into 5 thematic spaces, such as "Village Entrance Space", "Culture Street", "Dangsan Park", "Nature Street", and "Ferry Space". The Village Entrance Space, which is an entrance of the Dangjae-Gil and a welcoming space, is for communicating information about the area. "Dangnamu"(zelkova tree) and signs are introduced here. The Culture Street is for experiencing past and present culture of the area. Colored tiles and plant boxes attached to benches are introduced. The Dangsan park is a sacred space where modem people can feel the sacredness of nature arid of being in a refuge. Dangjib, Dangnamu, multi-purpose plaza, athletic facilities, and playground for infants are introduced. The Nature Street is a space for feeling and teaming nature which has disappeared from the area leading to the river and a space for community participation. The elementary school walls were demolished and nature education spaces, such as butterfly and dragonfly garden, ecological pond, wildflower garden, etc., which are related to school education, are introduced. The Ferry Space is a space symbolizing a old ferry crossing and an entrance plaza to a bridge for "Sunyu-do\" . A boat-shaped deck, an elevator for handicap people, and parking space are introduced. In conclusion, sustainable management schemes for the site are suggested.sted.

남한도시인구의 팽창과 그 생태 (The City Growth & its Nature in South Korea.)

  • 본 연구는 낙안읍성이라는 특정 장소에서 열리는 남도음식축제를 사례로 이벤트관광의 정착과 성장과정을 관광지리학적 관점에서 고찰하였다. 남도음식축제는 특정장소가 갖는 매력요인과 전남지역의 고유한 향토음식이 결합된 전남의 대표적인 이벤트관광이며, 1998년 문체부에 의해 전국 3대 축제로 선정되어 전국적인 규모의 축제로 성장하였다. 1994년부터 시작된 남도음식축제는 프로그램과 예산, 참가인원 등 규모면에서 꾸준한 성장을 보여 왔다. 그리고 개최기간은 3일에서 일주일로 연장되었고, 관광세력권은 꾸준히 확대되고 있다. 남도음식축제를 더욱 활성화시키기 위해서는 관 주도의 축제에서 민간주도의 축제로의 전환, 지역축제를 이끌어 갈 전문인력의 양성, 낙안읍성이라는 장소성과 역사성을 부각시킬수 있는 프로그램 개발, 음식축제에 대한 보다 적극적인 경영마인드의 도입, 낙안읍성 주변의 주요 관광지와 연계관계를 구축하여 관광세력권의 확대, 지속적인 관광객 형태 및 평가분석을 통한 관광객들의 관심과 욕구의 반영 등이 필요하다.

상해(上海) 신천지(新天地) 주거지 및 '석고문이농주택(石庫門里弄住宅)'의 재생 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Residential Regeneration and Transformation Characteristics of Xintiandi Shikumen Linong House in Shanghai)

  • Cities developed by prosperity of industrial activities are inflated due to the rapid influx of the urban population. In the process, their structure was reorganized with overall urban redevelopment methods. As the a results from the propulsion of overall redevelopment plan, the city environment exposed uniform urban landscapes, absence of sense of place for permanent abodes and other urban problems. At the beginning of the 21st century, people with introspections on the problems focused their attention on making their places attractive using their place's unique identity so that people could feel like to stay there for a long time. They tried to regenerate buildings and cities while still maintaining spatial and historical context of their living environment. This study looks into the regeneration of Shikumen Linong House as a fine example of such a redevelopment in order to provide with a practical resource for urban redevelopment plans in Korea. The study in the first content examines the formation processes of the city of Shanghai as the gateway of the modern China. In the second, it looks into the formation processes and characteristics of Shikumen Linong House in the Xintiandi complex between 1920 and 1930's. In the end, it analyses spatial and formational characteristics and the applied dwelling regeneration method for the of Shikumen Linong House in the Xintiandi complex.

올라퍼 엘리아슨의 설치 작품에 나타난 공간 경험 및 디자인 방법 - 인간, 환경 사이의 관계성을 중심으로 - (Spatial Experience and Design Method in the Installation Projects of Olafur Eliasson - Focusing on Relationship between Human and Surrounding -)

  • The Danish-Icelandic artist, Olafur Eliasson who was born in 1967 is known for installation projects employing materials such as colour, fog, mirror and light to rethink the relationship between human and surrounding. Since he started the early projects, Eliasson has been interested in the relationship between an art, a viewer and space. He has used the medium from nature because he thought nature is very common subject to derive new idea of relationship between human and surrounding. Eliasson revealed the idea of relationship between human and surrounding by three characteristics of spatial design such as 'reinterpretation of placeness by juxtaposition of mediums and defamilarization', 'ambiguity and extensity of depth distance of space by mediums' and 'change in spatiality by movement of viewers and time'. This paper focused on four case projects : The mediated motion in 2001, The weather project in 2003, The blind pavilion in 2003, Your rainbow panorama in 2011. It is aimed to discover relationship between human and surrounding in the case projects under three characteristics. This study found that three characteristics were differently applied in the case projects in terms of spatial experience and design methods. Inside & outside locations, formal quality, visual-perceptual relationships in and around each case are crucial elements and tools. The unique relationship between human and surrounding of Eliasson and three characteristics are applicable to architecture and spatial design.

문화관광축제 체험요소가 브랜드가치와 축제이미지에 미치는 영향 -강경발효젓갈축제를 중심으로- (Effects of Cultural Tourism Festival's Experiential Elements on Brand Value and Festival Image -With Focus on Ganggyeong Fermented Seafood Festival-)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 문화관광축제의 체험요소가 브랜드가치와 축제이미지에 영향을 미치는지를 파악하는 것이다. 본 연구의 대상은 강경발효젓갈축제 참가자를 대상으로 하였다. 260부의 설문지를 배포하여 최종적으로 수거한 251부를 분석하였다. 분석방법으로는 SPSS18.0 프로그램을 사용하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 분석하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 문화관광축제의 체험요소는 브랜드가치에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 체험요소 변수 중에서 놀이성, 장소성 그리고 일탈성이 브랜드가치에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었다. 둘째, 브랜드 가치 변수 중에서는 독특성, 내용성, 기능성이 축제이미지에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 특히, 본 연구를 통하여 참가자들이 경험해보지 못한 재미가 있게 체험프로그램을 주최측이 제공하면 브랜드가치와 축제이미지 형성에 보다 더 긍정적인 영향을 준다는 사실을 알 수 있었다.

일본의 시정촌 통합과 행정구역 재편의 공간정치 (The Politics of Space in the Municipal Mergers of Japan)

  • 지난 10년간 일본에서는 대대적인 행정구역 개편이 진행되어, 시정촌 수가 약 40% 감소하는 지각변동을 경험하였다. 이 연구는 월경지 형성에 주목하여, 일본의 시정촌 통합의 과정을 공간정치적 관점에서 밝혀보고자 하였다. 일본에서 시정촌 통합이 추진되어 온 배경과 경과는 행정구역 개편이 '지방분권' 보다는 국가의 재정적 위기를 극복하기 위한 '구조조정'의 성격을 띠고 있음을 보여주는데, 그 결과 일본의 시정촌 통합은 시 공간적으로 불균등하게 진행되었다. 연구지역의 시정촌 통합은 재정속성, 인구속성, 입지성, 영역성, 장소성, 의사결정의 정치성의 다각적인 공간정치로 분석된다. 행정구역은 기본적으로 공간적인 속성을 지니고 있다는 점에서, 행정구역의 재편은 지역의 특수성과 일반성을 동시에 고려하여 신중하게 접근할 필요가 있다.

집과 같은 환경 특성을 적용한 어린이집 보육실 환경변화 사례연구 (A Case Study on the Environmental Change of a Classroom in Child Care Centers Using Environmental Characteristics of the Home)

  • This study intended to change the environment of a classroom in the existing child care center by applying the home environmental characteristics. The progress of environmental improvement for this study was conducted throughout the three stages. First, analyze the problems of existing child care center, which reflect the environmental characteristics and user opinions of the environment. Second, based on the analysis of the problems of the existing classroom, the classroom is improved by applying the environmental characteristics of the home. Third, compare the effect of improving the environmental characteristics of the home. The results of the study are as follows. First, the classroom was surveyed with a long rectangular space structure and was examined as a wide area when compared with the legal standards of $4.32m^2$ per child. Second, the emphasis is to complement the defects of the spatial structure and seek changes to the comfort environment, such as the proper stimuli and alterations to the atmosphere. Third, the effectiveness of the environmental improvement was assessed by comparing the results before and after the improvement of the environment. In terms of child environmental demands, movement and movement have increased. integrated configurations of the activity areas showed increased functionality, and overall, it was evaluated as a whole in terms of the atmosphere and the placeness.

장소 브랜드 관점에서 본 경리단길 및 유사상권의 특성 (Understanding the Characteristics of Gyeongridangil and Its Related Commercial Streets from the Perspective of Place Branding)

  • 경리단길을 필두로 유사명칭 상권이 발생하여 브랜드처럼 작동하는 현상을 연구하고자 하였으며, 이를 위해 인터넷 트렌드와 입지 여건, 업체 구성을 분석하여 상권 형성과정 및 현황에 대해 고찰하였다. 그 결과 해당 상권들은 인터넷 SNS 활성화에 힘입어 성장하면서 명칭 자체가 웹상에서 장소 이미지를 담은 브랜드처럼 변해갔음을 알 수 있었다. 입지 특성으로 볼 때 이들은 기존 중심상권과는 적절히 분리되고 제약요인이 많은 위치를 선택하는 것으로 나타났다. 업체 구성에 있어서는 기존상권과는 달리 요식업, 개별 창업 위주의 구성을 가지고 있었다. 장소 브랜딩 개념으로 특성들을 해석해보면, 이 상권들은 제약요인을 통해 오히려 독특한 장소성을 정체성화하고, 기존에 없던 소규모, 개성적 상권 영역에 포지셔닝하며, 이용자들에게 트렌디한 라이프스타일의 공급처라는 이미지로 다가감으로 효과적으로 브랜딩 될 수 있었던 것으로 볼 수 있다.
