간호사의 부서이동제도에 대한 만족과 조직몰입의 관계 (A Study on the Relation Between Nurses' Satisfaction with the Job Rotation and Their Organizational Commitment)

  • The purpose of this study is to provided a basic administrative data for effective personnel management of nurses' by investigation their assessment and satisfaction with the job rotation and by analyzing the relation between their satisfaction and organizational commitment. Data were collected from Nov. 20 to Nov. 25, 2000 through self-reporting questionnaires taken by 280 nurses working at a university hospitals The 3 structured instruments were used for collecting the data; Questionnaires for measuring the utility and the problem of job rotation, Questionaires for measuring the satisfaction with the job rotation, and Mowday's Organizational Commitment Questionnaires. The data obtained were analyzed using frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, range, Cronbach's alpha coefficients, Peason's correlation coefficients, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and chi-square test, multiple regression. The Results were as follows : 1. The supporters for regular job rotation account for 67% while the opponents to it account for 33%. The chief reason for endorsing the regular job rotation is quoted ${\lceil}$to attain more diverse job experiences${\rfloor}$, followed in order by ${\lceil}$to improve the job motivation and morale through the realization of personal needs${\rfloor}$, ${\lceil}$to place the right man in the right position${\rfloor}$. The reasons for opposing to the regular job rotation were listed in order ${\lceil}$difficulties to secure the expertise of nursing${\rfloor}$, ${\lceil}$personal needs not fully reflected in the job rotation${\rfloor}$, ${\lceil}$job rotations prompted rather by the administrative needs than by personal aptitude and ability${\rfloor}$. 2. In the assessment of job rotation, the points affirming the utility of the job rotation are $2.60({\pm}.66)$ out of possible 5 points and those admitting the problems the job rotation are $3.58({\pm}.59)$. The satisfaction with the job rotation is rated at $2.98({\pm}.55)$. 3. In the analysis into the relation between the assessment of job rotation and satisfaction with the job rotation, fairly high positive correlation is revealed between the satisfaction and utility of job rotation, whereas, considerably high negative correlation is seen between the satisfaction and problems with the job rotation(p=.000). 4. There is relatively high positive correlation between the satisfaction with the job rotation and organizational commitment(p=.000). In conclusion, the utility of on the job rotation and their satisfaction with the job rotation have positive correlation and the satisfaction with the job rotation and organizational commitment showed the positive correlation, too. Therefore, it is thought desirable to take administrative strategies well as education to improve the recognition of the job rotation's utility and to reduce the recognition of the problems with the job rotation to remain in the direction toward contributing to enhancement of the organizational commitment.

남성 근로자의 재흡연에 관련된 요인 (Factors Affecting Re-smoking in Male Workers)

  • Objectives: This study was performed to examine the factors affecting re-smoking in male workers. Methods: A self-administrated questionnaire survey was conducted during April 2003 to examine the smoking state of 1,154 employees of a company that launched a smoking cessation campaign in1998. Five hundred and eighty seven persons, who had stopped smoking for at least one week, were selected as the final study subjects. This study collected data on smoking cessation success or failure for 6 months, and looked at the factors having an effect on re-smoking within this period. This study employed the Health Belief Model as its theoretical basis. Results: The re-smoking rate of the 587 study subjects who had stopped smoking for at least one week was 44.8% within the 6 month period. In a simple analysis, the re-smoking rates were higher in workers with a low age, on day and night shifts, blue collar, of a low rank, where this was their second attempt at smoking cessation and for those with a shorter job duration (p<0.05). Of the cues to action variables in the Heath Belief Model, re-smoking was significantly related with the perceived susceptibility factor, economic advantages of smoking cessation among the perceived benefits factor, the degree of cessation trial's barrier of the perceived barriers factor, smoking symptom experience, recognition of the degree of harmfulness of environmental tobacco smoke and the existence of chronic disease due to smoking (p<0.05). In the multiple logistic regression analysis for re-smoking, the significant variables were age, perceived susceptibility for disease, economic advantages due to smoking cessation, the perceived barrier for smoking cessation, recognition on the degree of harmfulness of environmental tobacco smoke, the existence of chronic disease due to smoking and the number of attempts at smoking cessation (p<0.05). Conclusion: From the result of this study, for an effective smoking ban policy within the work place, health education that improves the knowledge of the adverse health effects of smoking and the harmfulness of environmental tobacco smoke will be required, as well as counter plans to reduce the barriers for smoking cessation.

경찰공무원의 근무여건 인식이 시험승진 스트레스에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Infulence of Working Environment and Recognition on the Exam-Promotion Stress)

  • 본 연구는 우리나라 경찰공무원의 사기가 조직의 효율성을 결정하는데 매우 중요한 요인 중의 하나이며, 경찰관의 사기를 향상시키는 요인으로 언급되고 있는 경찰승진제도 중 시험승진이 경찰공무원에게 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 규명하기 위하여 시작되었다. 사람은 누구나 스트레스를 경험한 적이 있고, 현재에도 겪고 있으며, 미래에도 계속해서 경험하게 된다. 즉, 스트레스는 어떠한 직업이나 환경에서도 발생되어질 수밖에 없는 현상으로 볼 수 있다는 것이다. 그러나 과도한 스트레스는 업무의 효율성을 낮추게 되고, 조직구성원의 사기를 저하시킬 수 있다는 것은 다수의 선행연구에서 지적한다. 승진은 경찰공무원에게 사기를 증진시키고, 근무의욕을 고취시키며 동기를 부여할 수 있는 방안으로 흔히 거론된다. 그러나 극심한 피로에 시달리는 경찰공무원에게 시험승진은 승진의 기대효과보다 스트레스를 유발하는 요인으로 작용될 수 있다는 점이 우려된다. 이러한 점에서 효율적인 경찰조직 운영을 위해서 조직구성원의 스트레스에 대한 관리는 무엇보다도 중요할 것이며, 조직구성원이 지각하고 있는 스트레스의 유발요인이 무엇인가를 파악하여, 경감시켜 줄 수 있다면 업무의 효율성도 증대시킬 수 있을 것이다.

보건교사의 현직교육 요구 분석 (A study on the recognition and needs of the in-service education of school nurse)

  • The purposes of this study were to investigate the recognition and the needs and problems of in-service education for school nurse, and to suggest the desirable guidelines, for supples the basic data of in-service education for school nurse to upgraded the quality as school nurse's professional specialist. The subjects of this study were 376 school nurses who were working in Jollanamdo. The research instruments used in this study was 'Needs of In-service Education questionnaire'. 305 collected Data were analyzed with the frequency analysis, $x^2$-test. The conclusions were as follows; First of all, the most important motives for the school nurses to participate in-service education are the enhancement of their specialties on teaching profession, self-realizations as educators, and improvement of health teaching skill. However, the motives to obtain the skill for school management or to obtain a high rank qualification and promotion are quite low. School nurses are generally satisfied with duration, time, place of in-service education, But they are not satisfied with contents of in-service education, professional specialist and understanding of real educational situation of the instructors. On the urgent problem of school nurses, promotion of health teaching skill was highest in the rank, and establishment of firm educational philosophy and a sense of teaching profession, proceed to university and graduate school ranked next, respectively. Second, the need of a school nurses on in-service education direction ranked the application of teachers' character and need, practicable and concrete educational programs, planning of school health development, reinforcement of health education, expansion of practical knowledge and on reflection thought, respectively. The need of a school nurses on in-service education contents(major part) ranked health education, health promoting program of student, knowledge and practice of practical medicine and oriental medicine, consultation process, health education of advanced country, respectively. The need of in-service education supervisory organization, the need for a cities provinces educational office was highest in the rank. The need of in-service education type, duty training ranked high, and abroad training, qualification training, general training ranked next. the need for specialist for lecturer of in-serve education ranked among the highest, along with school nurses and university professor. The need of school nurses on education method(duplication answer), need for conference and discussion teaching was highest in the rank. The need on evaluation method, evaluation through a examination ranked the highest. On the needs of in-service education times, need for vacation during the winter and summer was the highest. As for the duration, 31 to 60 hours in duration of in-service education was need most, and most school nurses need cities and provinces in-service training institute as the location of in-service education. On the organization size, need for 21 to 30 people was the highest, where as need for 41 people was relatively low. Lastly, on the problem of in-service education for school nurses, lack of opportunity of in-service education for school nurses was highest in the rank, and improperness of in-service education contents and method, lack of incentive ranked next, respectively.

ISA 기반 특화도서관 운영에 대한 이용자의 인식조사 연구 (A Study on the Users' Recognition of the ISA Based Specialized Library Operation)

  • 본 연구에서는 특화도서관 이용자를 대상으로 특화서비스 현황, 이용경험 및 전반적인 만족도 등을 조사하고, ISA 기법을 기반으로 특화 주제 자료, 특화서비스 장소, 특화프로그램, 특화 주제 분야 시설 및 환경에 대한 중요도와 만족도를 비교하여, 특화도서관 운영의 문제점과 개선방안을 도출하고자 하였다. 그 결과, 첫째, 특화도서관의 주제 선정 시, 해당 도서관의 지역적 특징과 역사, 인구분포 등을 반영하여 주제를 선정해야 하며, 지역 주민 및 도서관 이용자의 수요조사가 고려되어야 할 것이다. 둘째, 특화도서관은 특화프로그램의 기획 시, 프로그램의 질적 향상을 위해 전문성을 갖춘 프로그램 진행자를 기반으로 하여 차별성 있는 프로그램의 운영을 고려하여야 할 것이며, 또한 충분한 주제 관련 장서와 공간을 확보하고, 더 나아가 장서와 연계하여 프로그램을 기획하여야 한다. 셋째, 특화도서관은 공간은 이용자에게 특화장서와 서비스, 정보서비스 등을 제공하기 위해 자관이 제공하는 특화주제를 서비스하기 적합한 구조여야 한다. 또한 공간을 구성함에 있어 이용자의 요구를 반영하는 것을 고려해야 한다.

영상처리를 이용하는 볼 로봇의 위치 인식 방법을 적용한 주행 제어 시스템 (Driving Control System applying Position Recognition Method of Ball Robot using Image Processing)

  • 로봇 기술이 발전함에 따라 모바일 로봇의 주행 시스템에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 2륜 및 4륜의 휠을 기반으로 구성되는 모바일 로봇의 주행 시스템은 직선과 같은 단반향 주행에 장점이 있으나 방향 전환 및 제자리 회전에 단점을 가지고 있다. 볼을 휠로 사용하는 볼 로봇은 전방향 이동에 장점이 있으나, 구조적인 불안정한 특성에 의해 균형을 유지하기 위한 자세 제어 및 이동을 위한 주행 제어가 요구된다. 기존의 볼 로봇은 모터에 부착된 엔코더를 이용하여 주행제어를 위한 위치를 추정함으로써 오차가 누적되는 한계를 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 영상처리를 통해 볼 로봇의 위치 좌표를 추정하고, 이를 주행 제어에 사용하는 주행 제어 시스템을 제안하였다. 볼 로봇의 위치를 추정하기 위한 영상처리부, 통신부, 표시부 및 제어부를 포함하는 볼 로봇의 주행 제어 시스템을 설계 및 제작하고, 주행 제어 시스템을 적용한 볼 로봇의 주행 실험을 통해 x축 방향 ±50.3mm 및 y축 방향 ±53.9mm의 오차범위 이내에서 오차의 누적 없이 제어됨을 확인하였다.

AI를 활용한 비정형 문서정보의 공간정보화 (Spatialization of Unstructured Document Information Using AI)

  • 도시현상의 해석을 위해 공간정보는 필수적이다. 위치정보가 부족한 도시정보를 공간정보로 변환하기 위한 공간정보화 방법론이 꾸준히 개발되어왔다. 정형화된 주소정보나 지명 등을 이용한 Geocoding이나 이미 위치정보가 있는 공간정보와의 공간결합, 참조데이터를 활용한 수작업 형태 등이 대표적이다. 그러나 아직도 행정기관에서 작성되는 수많은 문서정보들은 비정형화된 문서형태로 인해 공간정보화의 수요가 있음에도 그동안 깊이 있게 다루어지지 못하였다. 본 연구는 자연어 처리 모델인 BERT를 활용하여 도시계획과 관련된 공개문서의 공간정보화를 진행한다. 주소가 포함된 문장 요소를 문서로부터 추출하고, 이를 정형화된 데이터로 변환하는 과정을 중점적으로 다룬다. 18년 동안의 도시계획 고시공고문을 학습 데이터로 사용하여 BERT 모델을 학습시켰으며, 모델의 하이퍼파라미터를 직접 조정하여 성능을 향상시켰다. 모델 학습 후의 테스트 결과, 도시계획시설의 유형을 분류하는 모델은 96.6%, 주소 인식 모델은 98.5%, 주소 정제 모델은 93.1%의 정확도를 보였다. 결과 데이터를 GIS 상에 맵핑하였을 때, 특정 지점의 도시계획시설에 관한 변경 이력을 효과적으로 표출할 수 있었다. 본 연구로 도시계획 문서의 공간적 맥락에 대한 깊은 이해를 제공하며, 이를 통해 이해관계자들이 더욱 효과적인 의사결정을 할 수 있게 지원하기를 기대한다.

시각장애인을 위한 CNN 기반의 점자 변환 및 음성 출력 장치 설계 (Design of CNN-based Braille Conversion and Voice Output Device for the Blind)

  • 시대가 발전함에 따라 정보가 다양해지고 이를 얻는 방법도 다양해진다. 살아가면서 얻는 정보의 양 중 약 80%는 시각적 감각으로 습득한다. 하지만 시각장애인들은 시각 자료를 해석하는 능력이 제한된다. 그래서 점자라는 시각장애인용 문자가 등장했다. 그러나 시각장애인들의 점자 해독률은 5%에 불과하며 시간에 지남에 따라 다양한 형태의 플랫폼이나 자료를 원하는 시각장애인들의 요구가 늘어나면서 시각장애인들을 위한 개발 및 물품 제작이 이루어지고 있다. 물품 제작의 예로는 점자 도서를 들 수 있는데 이 점자 도서는 장점보단 단점이 많아 보이고 비장애인과 다르게 아직도 정보 접근에 대해서는 많이 어려운 것이 사실이다. 본 논문에서는 시각장애인이 정보를 기존의 방법보다 쉽게 얻을 수 있도록 CNN 기반 점자 변환 및 음성 출력 장치를 설계하였다. 이 장치는 점자로 되어 있지 않고 점자로 제작이 되지 않은 책, 텍스트 이미지나 손글씨 이미지 등을 카메라 인식을 통해 점자로 변환할 수 있도록 하고, 점자로 변환 후 시각장애인들의 요구에 따라서 음성으로 변환해 출력할 수 있는 기능을 설계해 시각장애인들이 정보를 얻을 수 있게 도와주어 삶의 질을 높이고자 한다.

곡선부 시각왜곡현상을 고려한 인지곡선반경 산정에 관한 연구 (Estimation of Perceived Curve Radius Considering Visual Distortion at Curve Sections)

  • 도로 곡선부에서는 운전자의 시각변화로 인해 속도변화가 크게 발생하여 직선부에 비해 상대적으로 사고심각도가 크게 나타난다. 특히, 곡선부에서 발생하는 위험요소 중 하나인 시각왜곡현상은 도로 기하구조에 따라 다르게 나타난다. 실제 곡선부 시각왜곡현상은 도로설계 시 반드시 고려되어야 하는 주요 설계요소임에도 불구하고, 이에 대한 정량적 설계기준 수립연구가 미흡한 실정이다. 이에 시각왜곡현상을 고려한 곡선부 도로 설계기준 수립이 절실히 요구되어진다. 본 연구에서는 곡선부 운전자 행태와 운전자 시각특성 및 인지곡선반경에 관한 선행 연구를 고찰하고, 지방부 2차로 곡선부 시각왜곡현상을 고려하여 수학적 기법을 적용한 이론적 인지곡선반경 모형식을 개발하였다. 또한, 이론적 인지곡선반경 모형식을 토대로 이론적 시각왜곡도를 산출한 후, 기존 연구의 경험적 시각왜곡도와 비교 분석을 통하여 이론적 인지곡선반경 모형식의 오차범위를 검증하였다. 그 결과, 이론적 인지곡선반경 모형식에서 실제 곡선반경이 증가할수록 오차범위가 감소하는 추세로 나타나 실제 도로 곡선부의 특성을 잘 반영하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로, 향후 도로 곡선부 설계시 안전상의 결함을 사전에 제거함으로써 도로 곡선부 위험요소를 최소화하고, 인간공학적 도로설계기준 개발 향상에 이바지할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

119 구급대원들이 지각하는 의료지도의 필요성 인식과 요구도 (Recognition and Request for Medical Direction by 119 Emergency Medical Technicians)

  • Purpose : The purpose of emergency medical services(EMS) is to save human lives and assure the completeness of the body in emergency situations. Those who have been qualified on medical practice to perform such treatment as there is the risk of human life and possibility of major physical and mental injuries that could result from the urgency of time and invasiveness inflicted upon the body. In the emergency medical activities, 119 emergency medical technicians mainly perform the task but they are not able to perform such task independently and they are mandatory to receive medical direction. The purpose of this study is to examine the recognition and request for medical direction by 119 emergency medical technicians in order to provide basic information on the development of medical direction program suitable to the characteristics of EMS as well as for the studies on EMS for the sake of efficient operation of pre-hospital EMS. Method : Questionnaire via e-mail was conducted during July 1-31, 2010 for 675 participants who are emergency medical technicians, nurses and other emergency crews in Gyeongbuk. The effective 171 responses were used for the final analysis. In regards to the emergency medical technicians' scope of responsibilities defined in Attached Form 14, Enforcement regulations of EMS, t-test analysis was conducted by using the means and standard deviation of the level of request for medical direction on the scope of responsibilities of Level 1 & Level 2 emergency medical technicians as the scale of medical direction request. The general characteristics, experience result, the reason for necessity, emergency medical technicians & medical director request level, medical direction method, the place of work of the medical director, feedback content and improvement plan request level were analyzed through frequency and percentage. The level of experience in medical direction and necessity were analyzed through ${\chi}^2$ test. Results : In regards to the medical direction experience per qualification, the experience was the highest with 53.3% for Level 1 emergency medical technicians and 80.3% responded that experience was helpful. As for the recognition on the necessity of medical direction, 71.3% responded as "necessary" and it turned out to be the highest of 76.9% in nurses. As for the reason for responding "necessary", the reason for reducing the risk and side-effects from EMS for patients was the largest(75.4%), and the reason of EMS delay due to the request of medical direction was the highest(71.4%) for the reason for responding "not necessary". In regards to the request level of the task scope of emergency medical technicians, injection of certain amount of solution during a state of shock was the highest($3.10{\pm}.96$) for Level 1 emergency rescuers, and the endotracheal intubation was the highest($3.12{\pm}1.03$) for nurses, and the sublingual administration of nitroglycerine(NTG) during chest pain was the highest($2.62{\pm}1.02$) for Level 2 emergency medical technicians, and regulation of heartbeat using AED was the highest($2.76{\pm}.99$) for other emergency crews. For the revitalization of medical direction, the improvement in the capability of EMS(78.9%) was requested from emergency crew, and the ability to evaluate the medical state of patient was the highest(80.1%) in the level of request for medical director. The prehospital and direct medical direction was the highest(60.8%) for medical direction method, and the emergency medical facility was the highest(52.0%) for the placement of medical director, and the evaluation of appropriateness of EMS was the highest(66.1%) for the feedback content, and the reinforcement of emergency crew(emergency medical technicians) personnel was the highest(69.0%) for the improvement plan. Conclusion : The medical direction is an important policy in the prehospital EMS activity because 119 emergency medical technicians agreed the necessity of medical direction and over 80% of those who experienced medical direction said it was helpful. In addition, the simulation training program using algorithm and case study through feedback are necessary in order to enhance the technical capability of ambulance teams on the item of professional EMS with high level of request in the task scope of emergency medical technicians, and recognition of medical direction is the essence of the EMS field. In regards to revitalizing medical direction, the improvement of the task performance capability of 119 emergency medical technicians and medical directors, reinforcement of emergency medical activity personnel, assurance of trust between emergency medical technicians and the emergency physician, and search for professional operation plan of medical direction center are needed to expand the direct medical direction method for possible treatment beforehand through the participation by medical director even at the step in which emergency situation report is received.
