본 연구에서는 사회복지조직의 특성과 네트워크 수준이 조직효과성에 미치는 영향을 구조방정식 모형으로 살펴보았다. 이를 위해, 체계자원접근법에 따라 조직효과성을 재정, 인적, 물적 자원확보능력으로 정의하고, 조직 특성과 네트워크 수준이 각각에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 조직 특성에는 전문인력수, 자원의존도, 정부보조금비율, 활동지향점, 설립기간, 최고관리자 개방의지, 비공식적 인맥이 포함되었고, 네트워크 수준은 외향연결중심성과 내향연결중심성으로 나누어 살펴보았다. 서울 지역 여성복지조직을 대상으로 분석한 결과, 재정자원확보능력에는 전문인력수와 정부보조금비율, 내향연결중심성이, 인적자원확보능력에는 내향연결중심성이, 물적자원확보능력에는 전문인력수, 최고관리자 개방의지, 비공식적 인맥이 유의미한 요인으로 확인되었다. 이러한 분석 결과를 토대로, 각 유형별 자원확보능력을 증진하는 방안과 내향연결중심성 향상을 통해 사회복지조직의 조직효과성을 고취하는 방안이 논의되었다.

In systemic grammar an English clause is analysed simultaneously from the point view of its ideational function, interpersonal function and textual function. This study deals with only the ideational function of the three functions, which accounts for the underlying content of a clause. Transitivity is the subsystem of the ideational function. It specifies the different types of process that are recongnized in the language and the structures by which they are expressed. The purpose of the paper is to describe the transitivity of English clause on the basis of systemic approach. For this we analyzed the three subsystems of transitivity which are physical process, mental process and relational process in the form of features. And we described the sets of the features of the three different types of process in English clause in the framework of the system network.

This paper presents an efficient overlay multicast routing protocol (ROMP) and its architecture. ROMP using GPS and region map stands on the basis of scalable 2-tiered multicast architecture and maintains a global overlay multicast tree through reactive fashion. With this approach, the coarse-grain location-awareness for an efficient overlay multicasting and the determination of hot-spot area for efficient data delivery are feasible. The simulation results show that the localized control packets of ROMP prevent the overlay control packets from squandering the physical network resources.

Mobile computing devices are becoming increasingly prevalent in a huge range of physical area, offering a considerable market opportunity. The focus of this paper is on the development of a platform of fault diagnosis system integrating with personal digital assistant (PDA). An improvement of induction machine rotor fault diagnosis based on AI algorithms approach is presented. This network system consists of two parts; condition monitoring and fault diagnosis by using Artificial Intelligence algorithm. LabVIEW allows easy interaction between acquisition instrumentation and operators. Also it can easily integrate AI algorithm. This paper presents a development environment fur intelligent application for PDA. The introduced configuration is a LabVIEW application in PDA module toolkit which is LabVIEW software.

We consider a routing and wavelength assignment (RWA) for the efficient operation of WDM networks. For a given physical network, a set of selected pairs of nodes, the number of required connections for each selected pair of nodes, and a set of available wavelengths, the RWA is to realize as many connections as possible without wavelength collision. We give an integer programming formulation and an algorithm based on column generation. Though the proposed algorithm does not guarantee optimal solutions, test results show that the algorithm gives probably good solutions.

This paper proposes a graph-theatrical approach to optimize spatial reuse by adopting a technique that quantizes the channel information into single bit sub-messages. First, we introduce an interference graph to model the network topology. Based on the interference graph, the computational requirements of the algorithm that computes the optimal spatial reuse factor of each user are reduced to quasilinear time complexity, ideal for practical implementation. We perform a resource allocation procedure that can maximize the efficiency of spatial reuse. The proposed spatial reuse scheme provides advantages in beamforming systems, where in the interference with neighbor nodes can be mitigated by using directional beams. Based on results of system level measurements performed to illustrate the physical interference from practical millimeter wave wireless links, we conclude that the potential of the proposed algorithm is both feasible and promising.

Information Technology is becoming ubiquitous. Our lifestyle is changing due to this digital revolution. Many researchers had been working on exploring the meaning and ways to realize the comfortability in physical sites. With the appearance of huge amount of Web sites, which provide a variety of services like electronic commerce, network game, search engines and so on, there are many researchers working on the definition of Web Usability. In this research, we go one step forward, by exploring the meaning of Web Comfortability, based on Kansei Engineering methods.

This paper considers a routing and wavelength assignment problem (RWAP) for the implementation of efficient Wavelength Division Multiplexing all-optical mesh networks without wavelength conversion. For a given physical network and required connections, the solution to the RWAP consists in how to select a suitable path and wavelength among the many possible choices for each connection so that no two paths using the same wavelength pass through the same link, while minimizing the number of required wavelengths. We introduce an integer programming formulation of the RWAP, which has an exponential number of variables, and propose an algorithm to solve it based on the column generation technique. The proposed algorithm can yield high quality solutions and tight lower bounds at the same time. Though the proposed algorithm cannot guarantee optimal solutions, computational results show that the algorithm yields provably good solutions within a reasonable time.

The importance of Security measures by means of Physical Security, Network Security and Online/Internet Security. Lack of security is one of the primary obstacles in fielding many technologies in both commercial and DoD networks. Moreover, Internet censorship may be growing and is becoming increasingly sophisticated. In this paper, we will evaluate the Practice to Policy to Theory Approach for survivability by means of software rejuvenation models. These models would be assessed the effectiveness of proactive fault management in operational software systems and determined optimal times to perform rejuvenation.

An unexpected occlusion in a real life, not in a laboratory, can be more fatal to neural networks than expected. In addition, it is virtually impossible to create a network that learns all the environmental changes as well as occlusions. Therefore, we propose an alternative approach in which the architecture and number of parameters remain unchanged while adapting to occlusion circumstances. Learning method with the term Conversion Learning classifies them more robustly by converting the weights from various occlusion situations. The experiments on MNIST dataset showed a 3.07 [%p] performance improvement over the baseline CNN model in a situation where most objects are occluded and unknowing what occlusion will appear in advance. The experimental results suggest that Conversion Learning is an efficient method to respond to environmental changes such as occluded images.
