Objectives : This study is to research the trend of the Moxibustion-related studies and to establish the hereafter direction for the study on Moxibustion. Methods : We reviewed the domestic articles published last ten years(2000~2009). Results : We have searched 45 articles in 4 journals of Korean Acupuncture & Moxibusion, Korean Oriental Medicine, Korean Meridian & Acupoint, Korean Oriental Internal Medicine. 1. There were the most research done 2003, 2008. Both of them have 8 articles. In other years there were 2 or more articles. 2. The pattern of study was as follow: the clinical studies were 23, studies of phisical Characteristics and new moxibustion method were 9, the philological study were 5, the reviewed studies were 3, the experimental studies were 2 and the others were 5. The rate of clinical studies was increased. 3. In the clinical studies, the case-control study and non case-control study were more than case study. The disease after stroke were the most predominant. The rates of direct moxibustion and indirect moxibusion were similar. 4. After beginning 2000s, there were more studies of thermodynamic Characteristics. In the mid 2000s, there were more studies of new moxibustion method appearing. Conclusions : We need more studies about various kinds of diseases, side effect and aftereffects. There should be convenient and useful methods of moxibustion.

Theoritical predictions are given of the time dependence of charged particle densities and electric field in a pseudospark discharge. Our medel is based on a numerical solution of the continuity equation for electrons and positive ions and coupled with Poisson's equation for the electric field. From numerical results, we can identify phisical mechanisms that lead to the rapid rise in current in the onset of a pseudospark discharge.

Extensive studies have been made of the effects of freeness and the calcium carbonate on the physical properties of hand-sheets from commercial flax, kenaf and NBKP. As freeness increased, the hand-sheets from the pulps above showed higher retention rate of calcium carbonate, brightness, opacity and tensile strength but lower value of porosity. Among these, the retention rate(46%) showed the highest value In kenaf, the porosity(205 c.u.) in flax, and the opacity(67%) and the tensile strength(2.8kg) in NBKP respectively. Under the constant freeness, retention rate of calcium carbonate in hand-sheets increased until 1.4 times pulp weight was added in flax and kenaf but, in NBKP, decreased from the beginning of 0.8 times with the highest retention rate. Results above led to higher porosity, opacity, brightness but lowered tensile strength. Mixed pulp(Kenaf+ NBKP) showed higher retention rate than each pulp. Pictures of X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope demonstrated that both of domestic and foreign calcium carbonates were calcite of spindle form. The brightness of foreign calcium carbonate was higher by 295 than that of domestic one. The average particle size of calcium carbonate was 2.1 U m(domestic), 3.6 U m(foreign).

The contents of proximate components of the polished adn unpolished Job's tears, Coix agrestis, were determined. And also the phisical and the chemical properties of fatty acids composition and the oxidative rancidity of the crude oil extracted from Job's tears were examined. RESULTS : 1.The contnets of moisture, total ash, crude protein, crude fat, and carbohydrate in Job's tears were shown to be about 9.2%, 2.1~5.0%, 19.5~20.8%, 3.7~7.2%, 60.7~67.0%. 2. The average values of specific gravity, refractive index iodine value, saponification value, acid value of the crude oil extracted from Job's tears were 0.917~0.920, 1.47574, 107~111, 198~199, 1.3~2.0, respectively. 3. The fatty acids composition in the crude Job's tears oil showed oleic acid 48.97~49.97%, linoleic acid 37.33~36.16%, palmitic acid 13.70~13.87%. 4. Generally, the peroxide values and thiobarbituric acid values of the Job's tears oils and control during 40 storage days at 40±1℃ showed very low increase. After 32 days, the peroxide values and TBA values of soybean oil showed higher than those of the Job's tears oils. Conclusively, the Job's tears oils were shown to be more stable than the soybean oil.

꽃송이는 약산성인 pH 5에서 생장이 가장 빠르다. 꽃송이는 MEF배지에서 가장 잘 자란다. 다음은 MES, MEI, YMF, YMM, YMT, YMB, YMI, MEA, PDA순으로 잘 자랐다. 꽃송이버섯은 종합미네랄을 0.2% 첨가하였을때 균사생장이 가장 좋았고, 0.2%보다 많거나 적을 경우 균사생장이 약해진다. 꽃송이버섯의 생육에는 무기염류(minerals)로서 P, K, N, S등이 비교적 다량(약 100~500mg/)으로 요구되며 그외에도 미량원소로서 Fe, Zn, Cu, Mo, Co, Mn, Cl등이 필요하다. 꽃송이버섯은 비오틴을 0.1% 첨가시 균사생장이 가장 좋았고 이보다 많거나 적을 경우 균사생장이 약해진다. 꽃송이버섯은 티아민을 0.1% 첨가시 균사생장이 가장 좋았고 이보다 많거나 적을 경우 균사생장이 약해진다. 꽃송이버섯은 Fructose을 2% 첨가시 균사생장이 가장 좋았고 이보다 많거나 적을 경우 균사생장이 약해진다.
