잔류농약 24성분의 다성분 동시분석을 위한 기체크로마토그래피 조건의 최적화 (Optimization of Gas-Liquid Chromatographic Parameters for the Multiresidue Analysis of 24 Pesticides)

  • 분석 대상인 24종 농약을 극성이 다른 캐필러리 칼럼인 DB-17, SPB-608, 및 Ultra-2를 이용하여 전자적압력조절장치(Electronic pressure control, EPC)가 장착된 HP 5890 series II Plus 가스크로마토그래피에서 전자포획검출기로 동시분석법의 최적조건을 모색하였다. 본 실험에서 EPC 시스템의 압력조절기능을 도입하므로써 다음과 같은 분석향상을 얻었다. DB-17, SPB-608, 및 Ultra-2 캐필러리 칼럼에서 EPC 기능없이 동시 분석한 결과 일부 농약들이 분리되지 않았다. 그러나 EPC 시스템의 압력조절 기능을 적용한 결과 vinclozolin과 acetochlor를 제외한 22종 농약 모두 SPB-608 캐필러리 칼럼에서 동시 분석되었다. 또한 농약들의 분리 시간에도 영향을 주어 총 분석시간이 단축되었다. 즉 EPC 시스템 없이 분석한 시간이 $61{\sim}81$분인데 반해 EPC 시스템도입으로 45분으로 단축되었다. 각 농약들에 대한 검출한계는 $0.1{\sim}12.9$ ng/mL 검출되었다.

  • 본 연구는 가스크로마토그래피를 이용하여 사과와 고추에 대해 물, 주방용합성세제, 살균소독제 등의 다양한 세척제에 의한 농약의 세척 제거효율을 조사하였다. 농약의 회수율을 높이기 위해 대상 농약별로 상이한 전처리 조건으로 실험하였고 최적의 전처리 조건을 조사하였다. 분리관은 supelco STB-608을 사용했고 검출기로 전자포획검출기(ECD)를 사용했다. 농약제거효율은 알콜소독제>주방용합성세제>물 순서로 높았다.

  • Exposure risk assessment of pesticide molinate using the RICEWQ model in a rice paddy plot was performed to observe the effects of various water and pesticide management scenarios. Several scenarios were developed to represent the specific water and pesticide management practices of rice cultivation in Korea. The results of the scenario analysis using the RICEWQ model simulation from the previous studies were analysed. The molinate risk for aquatic organisms is evaluated by the ratio of the predicted environmental concentration(PEC) and the predicted no-effect concentration(PNEC). The results showed that the no-effect periods for aquatic organisms for the deep, shallow and very shallow irrigation conditions were 33.3, 28.9 and 25.6 DATs for the lable rate application and 36.4, 33.7 and 30.8 DATs for the double lable rate application, respectively. The higher application rate showed greater exposure risk to the aquatic organisms. Based on this study, the withholding period of molinate practiced in Korea, that is 3 to 4 DATs, must be much longer. The results of this study can be used for the non-point source pollution control and environmental policy making regarding pesticides.

Effect of Pesticide Residue in Soil on Silkworm, Bombyx Mori L- Survey Analysis

  • Silkworm larval mortality specifically during spinning stage leading to non-spinning with specific morphological symptoms was frequently complained by sericulturists in Karnataka, India during 2015. Survey was conducted and information collected through questionnaire from the identified farmers who faced the problem of non-spinning in both traditional and non-traditional areas of Karnataka. Survey results indicate that the problem is specific to the silkworm crop of those farmers' who shifted from other crops of agriculture/ horticulture/olericulture/ floriculture to Sericulture. Silkworm rearing performance of the batches fed with these leaves confirmed that the pesticide sprayed to the crops previous to mulberry, remain in the soil and when mulberry plantation is taken up in these gardens, the pesticide is absorbed by the roots of mulberry plants and transported to the leaves. Silkworms that feed on these mulberry leaves, grow and ripen normally but during spinning stage, larvae die with external symptoms like regurgitation, body shrinkage, rectal protrusion later become hook shaped leading to non-spinning or partial metamorphosis into pupa and death or spin flimsy cocoons. Larval mortality ranged from a minimum of twenty five percent to a maximum of hundred percent. The problem was noticed from the first harvest of leaves and lasted for a maximum period of 36 months. Cocoon crop loss depends on the concentration, duration and type of pesticides used previously for other crops.

  • 새로운 농약을 탐색하고 개발하는데 있어서 고효율 유기함성 (HTOS) 기술과 고효율 검색 (HTS) 기술 등의 발전과 더불어 컴퓨터 화학을 이용한 분자설계 (CAMD) 방법으로 보편화되고 있는 비교 분자장 분석(CoMFA)과 비교 분자 유사성 지수분석(CoMSIA) 등, 3D QSAR 기법들을 위시하여 분자 홀로그램 구조 - 활성관계 (HQSAR) 분석방법 등, QSAR 기법들을 요약하고 그 활용 사례들을 간략하게 소개하였다.

콩나물의 품질에 미치는 탈지참깨박 추출물의 영향 (Effect of the DSSE(Defatted Sesame Seed Extracts) on Quality Chracteristis of Soybean Sprouts)

  • 탈지참깨박 추출물(DSSE)을 첨가하여 재배한 콩나물의 품질향상 여부를 알아 보기 위해 생장률, 영양성분 및 세균수 등을 조사하였다. DSSE를 처리한 콩나물의 길이, 굵기 및 중량은 각각 6.2%, 10.0% 및 9.1%의 중가를 보였다. 영양성분 중 조단백질의 함량은 처리구에서 대조구보다 17.0%가 증가하였으나 수분, 조지방, 조회분 등은 처리구와 대조구 모두 비슷한 수준이었다. 콩나물 중에는 17종의 아미노산을 함유하고 있는데 처리구의 경우 glutamic acid, threonin, methionine, tyrosine 및 valine 등의 함량이 대조구에 비해 훨씬 많았다. 지방산 조성은 처리구, 대조구 모두 비슷한 조성을 나타내었다. DSSE를 처리하여 재배한 콩나물에서의 비타민 C의 함량은 18.2mg%로서 대조구보다 약 50%의 생성 촉진 효과를 나타내었고, K, P, 및 Ca 등과 같은 무기질 함량 역시 처리구에서 훨씬 높았다. 콩나물 중의 총세균수를 측정한 결과 대조구의 경우 저장 2일째부터 급증하였지만 처리구에서는 저장 4일째부터 급증하였다.

SPR-based Antibody-Antigen Interaction for Real Time Analysis of Carbamate Pesticide Residues

  • This research was conducted to develop a quick and sensitive method of detecting carbamate residues using the immobilization of antibody-antigen interactions with surface plasmon resonance (SPR). We have used commercialized surface plasmon resonance equipment (Biacore 3000). The antibody used for the immunoassay was specific for glutathione-s-transferase (GST) and the antigens included several carbamate pesticides (carbofuran, carbaryl, and benfuracarb). When antigens were applied to the protein GST, the detection limit was 2 ng/mL of carbamate pesticide. The fabricated protein GST maintained its activity for over 200 measurements. Thus we determined that the SPR biosensors could detect the specific reversible binding of a reactant in solution to a binding partner immobilized on the surface of the sensor and allow real-time detection and monitoring.

친환경 쌀의 유통 특성 및 재배유형별 경영성과 분석 (Analysis of Economic Effects and Distribution Structure for Environment-friendly Rice's Production)

  • This study was carried out to present the measures for the stable environment-friendly rice's production, farm income increase and consumption revitalization and so on by analyzing economic effects of the environment-friendly rice's production complex by certification type, cultivation type and distribution type. Data were collected from the environment-friendly rice's production complex in Kyunggi, Kangwon, Chungnam and Chunnam provinces. Survey was conducted with sorted by organic and no-pesticide farming. Of the samples 5 types of organic farming and 4 types of no-pesticide farming were surveyed in 17 and 18 complex, respectively. The farmers income of organic and no-pesticide farming per 10a were individually about $29{\sim}68%$ and 50% higher than the conventional farming. Base on the above results, the reasonable measures fur the stable environment-friendly rice's production and distribution and consumption revitalization were to secure partnership among business, universities, government and research institutes sectors, to organize farmers group and production complex, to establish RPC for environment-friendly rice and to introduce certification system for the distribution dealers.

살충제 성분이 함유된 농약제품의 에어로졸 분사에 따른 금속 및 식물의 부식 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Influence of Corrosion of Metals and Plants through Aerosol Type Spraying of Agricultural Pesticide Products Containing Insecticide Ingredients)

  • Recently, serious problems occurred such as insecticide eggs, sanitary pads with carcinogens, radon(Rn) emitting beds in domestic. It had not been establishing the inspection system to evaluate safety and human harmfulness before occurring real accidents. This research was conducted to test preliminary experimental inspection for consideration of safety insensibility. The influence of corrosion of metals and plants was studied through aerosol type spraying of agricultural pesticide products coming into the market. These products contain primary three insecticide ingredients(Flufenoxuron, Etoxazole, Fipronil) in recent accidents. Visual examination, SEM-EDS and optical microscope were used for the analysis for corrosion effect. Results show that a lot of ingredients contain in the crop protection products, and various type of corrosion exist in the surface of metals and plants. Therefore, it is necessary to provide health warning and accurate range of use for crop protection products containing insecticide ingredients.

농약방제복 착용실태 및 만족도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Wearing Condition and Satisfaction of Pesticide Protective Clothing)

  • The purpose of this study is to grasp inconveniences and improvements by examining wearing condition and satisfaction of protective clothing targeting 114 Korean farmers and to suggest basic data for enhancement of pattern and wearing satisfaction of protective clothing by understanding problems of pesticide-proof clothing through comparative analysis on the size of its commercial products. Most of male subjects were in charge of spraying pesticide, whereas female were most likely to play an assistant role to hold the hose of pesticide applicator. Both of female and male subjects were very aware of the harmful effect of pesticide on human body and tried to take off the clothes immediately after spraying it to reduce possible damage caused by pesticide. As a result of examining wearing condition, the farmers avoided wearing protective clothing because that it feels hot, stuffy, and uncomfortable to move. This hesitant response of wearing the clothing was not shown significantly in case of female subjects who play an assistant role for spraying. Although the farmers wore protective equipments such as mask or gloves in a proper way as compared to protective clothing, they seemed to choose alternative way rather than best way to block pesticide completely. The satisfaction regarding to the fitting of protective clothing which the subjects showed low in all items of upper-lower clothes except waistline. It is necessary to improve the functionality such as relief from heat stress and convenience for movement rather than design or economic in protective clothing development. As a result of comparing the size of five kinds of commercial protective clothing, the farmers got confused to choose the product since designation method of size across companies showed a significant difference in an identical clothing size. In addition, the sizing system developed on a basis of a well-built man has become a hindering factor in wearing satisfaction of female farmers.
