This research suggests construction processes and security solutions for security control center as management measures for security management improvement in domestic electronic security companies. Security control center (SCC) is the central nerve of electronic security service, and no matter how well the on-site response system has been built, if SCC ceases to work due to an incident or disaster or security control personnel are harmed, the electronic security system cannot perform its proper functions. It is divided to a spatial structure, the infrastructure, control equipment, control solutions and operating structure in a construction process in the security control center. And a solution can be presented for physical security, information security, and personnel security in the way to security solutions.

The article proposes a methodical approach to assessing the innovative capacity of agri-food enterprises. This approach is based on the calculation of personnel, investment, technical and technological, information components of the ability of agri-food enterprises to innovate. The algorithm of search of production, intellectual, financial, information resources reserves, which are necessary for functioning of the enterprises of agro-food sphere, is defined. The approach developed by the authors, in contrast to the existing ones in the scientific world, allows the tools of mathematical modeling to identify shortcomings in the development of agri-food enterprises, to forecast the development of these enterprises and on this basis to form different models of market stakeholders. The method proposed by the authors to assess the innovative capacity of agri-food enterprises allows market participants to assess the current state of agri-food enterprises and form the necessary management levers to influence its activities to eliminate market failures and pitfalls.

Synthesis of acrylate-based dispersion resins involves many parameters including temperature, ingredients concentrations, and rate of adding ingredients. Proper controlling of these parameters results in a uniform nano-size chain of polymer on one side and elimination of hazardous residual monomer on the other side. In this study, we aim to screen the process parameters via Internet of Things (IoT) to ensure that, first, the nano-size polymeric chains are in an acceptable range to acquire high adhesion property and second, the remaining hazardous substance concentration is under the minimum value for safety of public and personnel health. In this regard, a set of experiments is conducted to observe the influences of the process parameters on the size and dispersity of polymer chain and residual monomer concentration. The obtained dataset is further used to train an Adaptive Neural network Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) to achieve a model that predicts these two output parameters based on the input parameters. Finally, the ANFIS will return values to the automation system for further decisions on parameter adjustment or halting the process to preserve the health of the personnel and final product consumers as well.

A computer-assisted microbiological quality assurance program was developed based on HACCP data obtained from a 500 bed general hospital by assessing time and temperature conditions and microbiological qualities of six categories of menu items according to the process of food product flow. The purpose of the study was to develop a computer-assisted microbiological quality assurance program in order to simplify the assessment procedures and to provide a maximum assurance to foodservice personnel and the public. A 16-Bit personnel computer compatible with IBM-PC/AT was used. The data base files and processing programs were created using dBASE III plus packages. The contents of the computerized system are summarized as knows: 1. When the input program for hazard analysis runs, a series of questions are asked to determine hazards and assess their severity and risks. Critical control points and monitoring methods for CCPs are identified and saved in Master file. 2. Output and search programs for hazard analysis are composed of 6 categories of recipe data file list, code identification list, and HACCP identification of the specific menu item. 3. When the user selects a specific category of recipe from 6 categories presented on the screen and runs data file list, a series of menu item list, CCP list, monitoring methods list are generated. When the code search program runs, menu names, ingredients, amounts and a series of codes are generated. 4. When the user types in a menu item and an identification code, critical control points and monitoring methods are generated for each menu item.

Multi-Rater Feedback valuation is a way that guarantees an impartial personnel administration which can cut normal valuation by superiors. The Multi-Rater Feedback committee which is made of seniors, colleagues and minors. In this study, we build the computerize system with Multi-Rater Feedback which is very important factor on valuation. With this system provide data continuity, objectivity and equity, further convenience to members of the participation and efficient work management.

The personnel and salary management business among computation by computer of a general enterprise is very important. The attendance-absence of our office and in and out of office work for employees in business is very important data element. Because of computation by computer system introduction in a general small and medium enterprise is very expensive, until now it is managed simply by handwork data in the attendance book. On the other hand, to solve the cost problem I designed and implemented a diligence and indolence communication management system for using P.O.P Terminal.

Internal organs are in a game paduk[go] to play on a printing, and a poker, Korean playing cards having cards we. And I am with all kinds of electronic amusements to do a computer with a partner and baseball, soccer, golf, tennis, several hundred to enjoy in a stadium. Most games except a computer game are local, and a case to receive a courtship is in a game during this because I need time, personnel (the other party)? and a game tool. But a computer game is single, and a game is possible, and a number for the merit that can easily play a game by an offer of all tools is, and for this reason a lot of games to enjoy in a computer please be, and it has been transplanted. I do I in order to announce that interface of a game studied a problem and an improvement plan to have let there be a few I (to game interface) if a game is ported with a computer in this study by this.

GRAFCET is the program language for a sequential control and utilized in the description of sequence of a process. This study is to implement GRAFCET editor and compiler for personnel computer. The GRAFCET editor module is developed to use as menu-driven method based on the graphic screen and the graphic symbol. So, users can use it interactively. The GRAFCET compiler module analyzes the already drawed GRAFCET diagram, then translates it to Z80 assembly code. After generating Z80 machine code from assembly code, we can send the outputed machine code file to Z80 one-board computer through RS232C. We have developed the GRAFCET programming tool to utilize under IBM PC/AT with the VGA monitor, and it may be contribute to low cost automation system.

As the state of the art for handling multimedia on the internet is developed a new system called WebCAM which services video and image came out. However, WebMIC site for audio services are still rare. In this work, we developed a WebMIC system which enables anyone to listen audio in real-time through the internet. WebMIC system is implemented by connecting a server with a microphone and the recorded audio files are stored in a Database system. Because the microphones can be distributed sporadically, the developed system can be utilized for managing and advertizing a location. It also can be used to reduce the cost for the existing management system which is almost met by personnel expenses. Anyone who can connect to the internet can get this WebMIC service, so this system can produce a good effect if used in advertising any tourist resort.

With the ever-increasing frequency of public sector and smalls-cale industries going live on the internet in developing countries, their security of which, while crucial, is often overlooked in most cases. This is especially true in Government services, whilst essential, are poorly monitored if at all. This is due to lack of funds and personnel. Most available software which can help these organizations monitor their services are either expensive or very outdated. Thus, there is a need for any developing country to develop a networking monitoring system. However, developing a network monitoring system is still a challenge and expensive and out sourcing network monitoring system to third party is a security threat. Therefore, in this article we propose a method to anonymize network logs and outsource networking monitoring system to third-party without breach in integrity of their network logs.
