Recommendation System using Personalized Services on Mobile Environment (모바일 환경에서 개인화 기법을 적용한 추천 서비스)

  • 모바일 기기는 기존의 음성통화와 다양한 네트워크 접속과 기능들이 결합되어 발전하고 있다. 또한 최근 등장한 다양한 휴대 인터넷 환경은 기존 모바일 기기의 네트워크 접근을 보다 쉽게 해주고 있다. 이러한 무선 환경을 사용하는 모바일 기기 사용자는 기존의 유선 환경보다 사용자 프로파일 정보를 쉽게 구할 수 있는 장점이 있으며, 모바일 기기는 혼자 사용하는 특징을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 모바일 기기 사용자를 위한 개인화 방법으로 협업 필터링 방법을 통한 음악 추천과 푸쉬(Push), 풀(Pull)방식의 서비스 방법을 제안한다. 모바일 기기 사용자 프로파일 정보는 협업 필터링 방법을 통한 사용자 선호 음악 추천을 수행하고, 추천된 사용자 선호 음악은 푸쉬 서비스로 모바일 기기에 다운로드 된다. 추천을 통한 모바일 음악 푸쉬 서비스는 모바일 기기 사용자로 하여금 네트워크 환경에 접속되어있을 때 사용자 취향에 맞는 음악을 능동적으로 다운로드 해 둠으로써 사용자가 음악을 선택하여 모바일 기기로 다운로드 하는 불편함과 시간을 줄여 줄 수 있다.

Usability Test and Behavior Generation of Intelligent Synthetic Character using Bayesian Networks and Behavior Networks (베이지안 네트워크와 행동 네트워크를 이용한 지능형 합성 캐릭터의 행동 생성 및 사용성 평가)

  • As smartphones appear as suitable devices to implement ubiquitous computing recently, there are many researchers who study about personalized Intelligent services in smartphones. An intelligent synthetic character is one of them. This paper proposes a method generating behaviors of an intelligent synthetic character. In order to generate more natural behaviors for the character, the Bayesian networks are exploited to infer the user's states and OCC model is utilized to create the character's emotion. After inferring the contexts, the behaviors are generated through the behavior selection networks with using the information. A usability test verifies the usefulness of the proposed method.

  • Nowadays, living standard is improved and people have high interest to the personal health care problem. Accordingly, people desire to know the personal physical condition and the related medical treatment. Thus, there is the necessary of the personalized medical treatment, and there are many studies about the automatic disease diagnosis and the related services. Those studies focus on the particular disease prediction which is based on the related particular data. However, there is no studies about the medical treatment prediction. In our study, national health data based medical treatment predictor is built by using SVM, and the performance is evaluated by comparing with other prediction methods. The experimental results show that the health data based medical treatment prediction resulted in the average accuracy of 80%, and the SVM performs better than other prediction algorithms.

  • 이 논문은 특별히 사이버쇼핑몰들이나 상업적인 웹사이트에서 효과적인 고객 지향적인 개별화 서비스를 지원하는 원투원에이젼트의 구조를 제안한다. 데이터베이스를 연동하여 동적인 웹페이지를 지원하는 기존의 많은 쇼핑몰이나 상업성을 지닌 웹사이트들은 고객의 기호, 관심, 프로파일, 행동양식, 고객 히스토리등을 고려하지 않기 때문에 여전히 모든 고객에게 획일적으로 같은 내용을 제시하여 개별화된 원투원 서비스를 지원하지 못하고 있다. 이런 문제를 극복하기 위해서는 웹사이트를 구축하는 회사들은 제품정보, 서비스 정보등을 고객이나 비즈니스 파트너에게 좀더 개별화되고 고객 지향적인 정보를 제공하고 고객과의 원투원 관계를 지속시키기 위하여 웹사이트 구축전략을 신중히 수립하여야 한다. 지금까지 원투원 웹사이트 개발을 위해 타겟 푸쉬, 타겟 메일, 타겟 광고등 다양한 개별화 기술이 사용되어 왔다. 이 논문에서는 성능과 안정성을 고려한 멀티쓰레드기반 개별화 에이젼트 구조와 개별 고객의 고객 지향적인 서비스를 위해 규칙기반의 매칭기술을 사용하며 적응적인 프로파일을 위해 피드백 프로파일 기법을 소개한다. 규칙 기반 매칭 기술은 매칭엔진에 의하여 다양한 개별화된 컨텐츠와 메일을 생성할 수 있으며 규칙문장은 다양한 서비스를 표현하고 평가할 수 있게 설계 되었다.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of selection attribute in big discount stores upon post-purchase consumer behavior and provide reference materials required for big discount stores to develop customer satisfaction strategies. As a result, this study shows the following findings: First, product-related factors had positive effects on post-purchase consumer behavior. Second, service-related factors had positive effects on post-purchase consumer behavior. Third, store-related factors had positive effects on post-purchase consumer behavior. Conclusively, it is advisable that big discount stores provide a variety of personalized services for customers to create and attract their trust, motivating effective recommendation to their acquaintances.

  • Sophisticated business intelligent software and personalized web services help collecting and mining huge amounts of personal information. This increase in digitalized personal information and advances in Internet technologies poses new challenges to consumers' information privacy. Based on the identified concept of information privacy concerns (IPC), this study additionally explores the interrelationships among consumers' individual characteristics(self-efficacy, digital literacy, customer alienation), customer satisfaction and intention to buy in e-commerce process. Academically, this study extends IPC to an empirical research model by identifying the conceptualization and organization of IPC. Moreover, practically, e-commerce providers can develop how to relieve IPC of online consumers.

  • In future telecommunications systems, behaviour will be defined by inexperienced users for many different purposes, often by specifying requirements in the form of policies. The call processing language (CPL) was developed by the IETF in order to make it possible to define telephony policies in an Internet telephony environment. However, user-defined policies can hide inconsistencies or feature interactions. In this paper, a method and a tool are proposed to flag inconsistencies in a set of policies and to assist the user in correcting them. These policies can be defined by the user in a user-friendly language or derived automatically from a CPL script. The approach builds on a pre-existing logic programming tool that is able to identify inconsistencies in feature definitions. Our new tool is capable of explaining in user-oriented terminology the inconsistencies flagged, to suggest possible solutions, and to implement the chosen solution. It is sensitive to the types of features and interactions that will be created by naive users. This tool is also capable of assembling a set of individual policies specified in a user-friendly manner into a single CPL script in an appropriate priority order for execution by telecommunication systems.

  • Objectives: Life style modification leads to decrease health risk and change of health status for person at health risk. This study aimed to suggest essential components and effective strategies for customized health management service to provide individual and risk group in public and private health care organizations. Methods: To systematic review the essential component of health management service, I performed to collect political legislation, research papers, reports, publication and public release for heath management service from 2008 to 2016. Essential components of heath management service were service scope, service design, organizations and applied technology. Results: Service cope was composed of health risk factors, such as smoking, drinking, nutrition, physical activity and weight control. Main strategies were customized health management services, personalized behavior modification programs, evidence-based service protocol, utilization of information and communications technology (ICT), multi-dimension and multi-level approach, and public and private organizations partnership through health policies and health care system. Conclusions: To make the most of the limited resources, it should require a systematic approach that focuses on continuous monitoring and partnership of health management service.

  • This study examined the characteristics of generative design methodology, and it selected and analyzed 11 sites that provide design development services using generative methodology, INPUT data were classified into design form factor based on the choices of each and the variable form associated with each participant's movement. In designing the algorithms, designers set the meth- od and range of participation according to the characteristics of the design, and linked them with design components. This provided the study with a discriminative design process. This resulted in a type with morphological characteristics and a type that emphasized epidermal formability. The generative design methodology has value as an alternative process in the field of fashion where the utilization of digital technology is becoming universal based on contingency and variability. The results of this study can be used as basic data for the study of personalized design through the extension of methodology of digital-based fashion design and generative methodology.

  • In this paper, we introduce a system in which car navigation scenario is plugged multimodal interface based on multimodal middleware. In map-based system, the combination of speech and pen input/output modalities can offer users better expressive power. To be able to achieve multimodal task in car environments, we have chosen SCXML(State Chart XML), a multimodal authoring language of W3C standard, to control modality components as XHTML, VoiceXML and GPS. In Network Manager, GPS signals from navigation software are converted to EMMA meta language, sent to MultiModal Interaction Runtime Framework(MMI). Not only does MMI handles GPS signals and a user's multimodal I/Os but also it combines them with information of device, user preference and reasoned RDF to give the user intelligent or personalized services. The self-simulation test has shown that middleware accomplish a navigational multimodal task over multiple users in car environments.
