Panasonic UD-809P 알비도 열형광선량계를 이용한 중성자 개인선량당량 평가 (Neutron Personal Dose Equivalent Evaluation Using Panasonic UD-809P Type TLD Albedo Dosimeters)

  • Panasonic UD-809P 알비도 중성자 열형광선량계를 팬텀에 장착시켜 원자력발전소에서 중성자 개인선량당량을 측정하였다. 측정된 판독값으로부터 Panasonic 사의 사용자 매뉴얼에 제시되어 있는 방법을 이용하여 열중성자와 초열중성자 및 속중성자로 인한 개인선량당량을 평가하였다. 그 결과 열중성자 성분의 비율이 높은 원자력발전소에서는 속중성자로 인한 개인선량당량을 적절하게 평가할 수 없는 것으로 확인되었는데, 이는 열중성자로 인한 알비도 성분이 열형광선량계로 재입사 되는 양이 이론적인 값과 상당한 차이가 나기 때문인 것으로 추정되었다. 따라서 원자력발전소와 같이 열중성자 성분의 비율이 높은 조건에서 속중성자로 인한 중성자 개인선량당량을 평가하기 위하여 중성자 성분을 열중성자와 속중성자로 구분한 새로운 중성자 선량계산 알고리즘을 제안하였으며, 각각의 성분에 대한 개인선량당량과 교정인자, 민감도 인자 평가공식을 유도하였다.

Investigation and Analysis of Interruption Characteristics for Industrial Customers

  • Electric power is an important element in any modern economy. The availability of a reliable power supply at a reasonable cost is important for the economic growth and development of a country. Electric power utilities throughout the world therefore strive to meet customer demands economically with high quality and reliability. As the power industry moves towards open competition, therefore, there has been a call for a methodology by which to evaluate power system reliability through the use of customer interruption characteristics. This paper presents the results of an investigation and analysis of interruption characteristics of an industrial customer in Korea. This study used a direct visit survey to determine the investigation and analysis of electric service quality and the characteristics of industrial customers in Korea. A customer survey conducted throughout Korea via personal interviews of 660 sample customers is presented here. Variation according to characteristics of interruption such as duration, time of day, frequency and day of interruption was also investigated

  • This paper shows the analysis of the inductive power transfer system in conjunction with series resonant converter operating variable high frequency. Of particular interest is the sensitivity of the complete system to variations in operational frequency and parameters. In inductive power transfer system, electrical power is transferred from a prima교 winding in the form of a coil or track, to one or more isolated pick-up coils that may relative to the primary. The ability to transmit power without contact enables high reliability and easy maintenance that allows inductive power transfer system to be implemented in hostile environments. This technology has found application in many fields such as electric vehicles, PRT(Personal Rapid Transit) etc. The coupling between the primary and secondary is then presented to include the effects of parameter and operational frequency variation.

전기추진 1톤급 Personal Air Vehicle의 동력시스템 예비 분석 (Preliminary Analysis of Power Systems for 1-ton class Electric Powered PAV)

  • 본 논문에서는 PAV에 쓰이는 전기추진 시스템에 대해서 기술하고 동력시스템에 대한 분석, 무게산정을 통하여 PAV 추진시스템으로서의 전기추진시스템을 살펴보았다. 연료전지와 배터리를 같이 사용 하는 전기추진의 경우 아직은 내연기관만큼 성능을 내진 못하지만 에너지 밀도가 약 0.75 kW$^*$hr/kg, 출력밀도는 약 2.5 kW/kg 정도까지 성능이 나온다면 기존의 내연기관을 대체할 수 있을 것으로 예상된다. 연료전지와 배터리 등을 이용한 친환경적인 전기추진 방식은 요즘 주된 관심사인 소음 공해 문제를 해결할 수 있는 훌륭한 해결책이 될 수 있을 것이라 생각된다.

취약계층을 위한 개인 이동체 개발 연구 (A Study on the Development of Personal Mobility for the Vulnerable Group)

  • A personal mobility withstanding function for the disabled and vulnerable groups with difficulties in mobility was developed and structural and dynamics analysis was conducted. Personal mobility devices are a very helpful means of transportation for the disabled and vulnerable groups. In addition, the standing function allows individuals to perform a difficult task in while seated and offers a medical advantage to the user. In this study, a personal mobility device was designed and developed to help vulnerable groups and disabled people overcome limited mobility, and communicate with the general people at eye level through standing functions. Through structural and dynamic analysis, the structural safety, optimal speed during rotation, and lateral acceleration of the personal mobility device was analyzed. The analysis results are expected to contribute to the improvement of the users' convenience and stability of personal mobility.

CT scan의 다평면 재구성을 하는 Dentascan 프로그램과 개인용 컴퓨터를 이용한 영상재형성과의 비교에 관한 연구 (Comparison of Image reformation Using Personal Computer with Dentascan Program)

  • This study was performed to demonstrate the method of image reformation for dental implants, using a personal computer with inexpensive softwares and to compare the images reformatted using the above method with those using Dentascan software. CT axial slices of 5 mandibles of 5 volunteers from GE Highspeed Advantage(GE Medical systems, U.S.A.) were used. Personal computer used for image reformation was PowerWave 6041120 (Power Computing Co, U.S.A.) and softwares used were Osiris (Univ. Hospital of Geneva, Switzerland) and Import ACCESS V1.H Designed Access Co., U.S.A.) for importing CT images and NIH Image 1.58 (NIH, U.S.A.) for image processing. Seven images were selected among the serial reconstructed cross-sectional images produced by Dentascan(DS group). Seven resliced cross-sectional images at the same position were obtained at the personal computer(PC group). Regression analysis of the measurements of PC group was done against those of DS group. Measurements of the bone height and width at the reformed cross-sectional images using Mac-compatible computer were highly correlated with those using workstation with Dentascan software(height : r²=0.999, p<0.001, width : r²=0.991, p<0.001). So, it is considered that we can use a personal computer with inexpensive softwares for the dental implant planning, instead of the expensive software and workstation.

  • Smart Grid is a next generation of new power growth electrical grid which provide high quality of electrical service by using Information Technologies to increase intelligence and performance. By using Smart Grid system, it can support energy management such as increase quality of electrical power, decrease energy and decrease emissions. However, Smart Grid uses information of energy consumption and when Smart Grid collects information, it will create private information. In this thesis, it will address issues of security private information which caused by Smart Grid for administrative measure and efficiency of Smart Grid in domestic. Also, cryptographic module algorithm, latest security solutions and strong wireless security policy for network environment such as wireless communication Iinternet are require for Smart Grid perform successfully and protect national power network equipment from cyber-attack and can stop leakage of user's personal information. Finally, it is urgent to prepare protection measures of National industrial facilities and power grid which can prepare for a cyber terrorism and penetration attacks and build emergency countermeasure management team for Smart Grid are require for safe Smart Grid environment.

  • 오늘날의 내장형 시스템은 군사 무기체계, 로봇, 인공위성 등과 같이 전통적인 내장형 시스템과 휴대폰, PMP(Portable Multimedia Player), PDAs(Personal Digital Assistants)와 같이 통신과 멀티미디어 기기가 결합된 디지털 컨버전스 시스템에서 먹는 PC, 웨어러블 컴퓨터와 같은 차세대 PC 개념으로 진화하고 있다. 차세대 PC는 문서작성 인터넷 검색 데이터 관리 등에서 사용되었던 기존의 PC에서 분기된 네트워크 기반의 인간중심 디지털 정보기기이다. 웨어러블 컴퓨터는 극히 전력과 메모리 제한적인 시스템으로, 구성 하드웨어의 제약 사항을 극복하고 사용자 서비스의 QoS를 제공하기 위해 초소형이면서 저전력 기능을 갖춘 실시간 운영체제를 사용해야만 한다. 본 논문에서는 웨어러블 컴퓨터를 위한 저전력 실시간 운영체제 eRTOS를 설계 및 구현하였다. 본 논문에서 구현한 eRTOS는 18KB의 풋프린트(footprint)로 동적 전력 관리 기법(Dynamic Power Management)과 장치 전력 관리 기법(Device Power Management)의 저전력 기법이 구현되어 있다. 웨어러블 컴퓨터의 응용프로그램을 실험하여 47%의 전력 소모 감축효과를 확인하였다.
