The personal bio-information supplied from the PHD(Personal Health Device) for personal health management is very sensitive in relation to a personal living body in an aspect of privacy protection. On the assumption thai the information is about a patient, it is more serious problem if it is revealed to a third party. However. the established ISO (International Organizations for Standardization) standard protocol[1] in October 2009 has just considered a transmission part for mutual exchange of bio-information between individuals, but has never actually considered security elements. Accordingly, this paper is to show all sorts of security threats according to personal health management in the u-health environment and security requirements newly.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify relationship between work unstability and personal medical expenditure ratio focusing on wage workers' contract period. Method: This study analyzed 2015 yearly data beta version of Korea Health Panel, co-managed by Korea Institute for Health and Social Affairs and National Insurance Corporation for data analysis. When executing linear regression, Household income was applied with equivalized income, and the proportion of personal medical expenditure was naturally logged to perform linear regression and the demographic and socioeconomic factors were taken into account. The demographic and socio-economic factors were also considered. Findings: As a result of reviewing the used factors, it was found that the more unstable work status, the higher personal medical expenditure ratio. This result corresponds to 'The Theory of Fundamental Causes' by Link & Phelan. Conclusion : It indicates that policy efforts should be made to improve the working environment and health level of socially unstable workers.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is how Chinese users' personal traits affect the intention to use mobile payment. This research selects personal innovativeness and habit of cash payment as personal traits, and considers perceived risks and relative advantage as personal beliefs. In addition, the research divided perceived risks into three multi-faceted risks, which are privacy risk, financial risk and performance risk. Methods: The method of this study used questionnaire survey to collect 241 data on users' perception on mobile payment, and also used a structural equation modeling method. Results: The result of this paper shows that all hypotheses are statistically significant except 4 hypotheses. Conclusion: The result of this study found that personal innovativeness is negatively related with all 3 kinds of perceived risks as anticipated. And Chinese users' traditional habit of cash payment negatively affects intention to use mobile payment but is not statistically significant affecting three perceived risks. Among perceived risks, privacy risk is the most negatively influencing factor to relative advantage.

In this paper, we developed a personal hypertension management system (PHMS) having self-diagnosis function with PDA. The developed PHMS consists of five modules such as a personal information management, a life management, a food management, a sickness management, and network management modules. The personal information management module offers physical and fatness information as well as personal information. The life management module gives exercise and body mass index. The food management module includes caloric intake and the sickness management module renders a personal blood pressure and a subjective symptom. Finally, wireless networks are implemented for the network management. From these, it is possible to make a self diagnosis and be examined and treated remotely by sending the stored blood pressure related information to a medical doctor.

With the increases of requirement for user identification in Internet services, we should let the service companies know my personal information. If the shared personal information with them are used in not-allowed area or delivered to un-authorized persons, we may have practical harms in several fields such as financial related operations. Korean Government has introduced new management method for personal information, but it is not hard to find the personal information management issues from Korean news papers. The proper measurement should be delivered to related companies to help them to decide investment for security. This paper review the indirect measurement method of demages by check the stock prices of related company for personal information management issue. We check the relationship between change of stock price and the information management issue. The result shows there are no changes in stock market. Korean government added strong regulations for personal information management though. To prevent further personal information issues, we should recognize the indirect damages properly and let the company pay higher reparations for any personal information abuse.

Increasing the outsourcing of personal information treatment, the safe management and director for fiduciary is very important. In this paper, under the personal information protection management systems the current situation of fiduciary management and direction was reviewed and the certification system was analysed in terms of availability of the controled items. Under the basis of legal compliance at the time of the Privacy Act, the characteristics of outsourcing type was also analyzed and derived new controled items. As a result of the proposed research, new controled items for fiduciary could be used as a standard for the managing Director.

Recently, with the growing number of services using personal information, government offices' tasks have become more dependent to personal information. Various policies and systems have been made and managed for the safe use of personal information in the circumstances that inevitably require the use of personal information, but the personal information privacy incidents and their scale are on a constant increase. Thus, Korea has been implementing personal information protection management system since 2008 to examine whether public organizations observe the personal information protection act and to how well they manage the personal information, and to improve what is insufficient in the process. However, despite high scores of the outcomes of the system, questions about the effectiveness of the outcomes and about the actual manage level are being raised. Thus, this study seeks to analyze public organizations' activities to protect personal information and the effectiveness of their foundation efforts for them by using the DEA model, and to propose a new model to enhance the effectiveness of the outcomes of personal information protection management system by reflecting them into the outcomes of system, using the derived effectiveness.

Laws concerning the protection of personal information have been enacted and revised as the legislation on personal information protection on the basis of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information Maintained by Public Institutions. Nevertheless, there have been continuing threats resulting from the fact that restrictions on security subject to laws remain unclear. By proposing protected access utilizing a unique identification key of enterprises, regarding the personal information of various internal and external clients held by international manufacturing companies and attempting to make policy aspect and management access at the same time, there is a change of gradual decline in cloud personnel information management service, which is the domestic ISP service for personnel management as the technology facilitated to reduce the burden on personnel and cost for the protection of personal information and the market is also changing to the direction for companies to directly operate. Therefore, this study intends to examine the convenience of integrated management for ensuring security, while confirming the gap on flexibility and safety on management point regarding the human resources of international manufacturing companies arising from its interactions.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the sanitary management of hotel employees in Seoul. The results were summarized as follows : The total mean of sanitary management perception by factor was 3.91${\pm}$0.62, in which personal sanitation, property management, environment and facility factors were, in order, 3.99${\pm}$0.82, 3.91${\pm}$0.75, 3.90${\pm}$0.86 and 3.85${\pm}$0.82, respectively. This study showed that there was a significant difference in the perception of sanitary management among environment, facility and property management by age based on general characteristics. While there were no differences by hiring type, there was a significant difference among environment, facility and property management with personal sanitation factor according to the employee’s career path. There was also a significant difference between property management and personal sanitation factor according to hotel management style. In addition, a significant difference was observed among environment facility and property management with personal sanitation factor according to work place. In conclusion, it is imperative to continue educational programs for sanitary management by career, work place and management style in order to improve sanitary management of hotel employees’.

Since the passing of the Personal Information Act in March 2011 and its initial introduction in September, over the one year to date diverse security devices and solutions have been flowing into the market to enable observance of the relevant laws. Beginning with security consulting, corporations and institutions have focused on technology-based business in order to enable observance of those laws competitively in accordance with 6-step key procedures including proposal, materialization, introduction, construction, implementation, and execution. However there has not been any investment in human resources in the field of education such as technology education and policy education relative to the most important human resources field nor investment in professionals in the organization for the protection of personal information or in human resources for operating and managing IT infrastructure for actual entire personal information such as special sub-organizations. In this situation, as one process of attracting change from the nature of the technology-based security market toward a professional human resource-based security infrastructure market, it is necessary to conduct research into standardization modeling concerning special organizational composition and a management system for the protection of personal information.
