  • Personal mobility, which was used exclusively for leisure activities, has recently been used as a means of transportation, and it is expected to increase its role as the next generation transportation. Sales of personal mobility are increasing rapidly, but the problem is that traffic accidents are also increasing. In this study, human body injury caused by various collisions between electric wheel users and road users that occur on bicycle or pedestrian roads mainly used by personal mobility is analyzed through collision analysis and collision risk analysis. In the case of the collision accident for electric wheel, it is analyzed that the road users are more likely to be injured on the pedestrian road than the bicycle road. In addition, the head hit each other or fall and hit the floor caused severe head injury.

Research design, data, and methodology: In this study, preparation for turnover was set as dependent variables to identify factors related to the turnover of young people, and the type of business, employment type, debt status, job satisfaction, job difficulty compared to education level, job difficulty, job degree, job major agreement, debt status, and other demographic social characteristics were selected as independent variables. Results: The characteristics related to personal criteria in job-seeking process were significant in the form of business, employment type, job satisfaction, work difficulty compared to the level of education, work difficulty compared to the level of technology, job major matching, and debt status. Conclusions: This study confirmed that young people's turnover may not simply be a means to get a better job, but to increase satisfaction in the internal aspects of their jobs, and that for young people, a job is an important development process that represents their identity and needs to be approached from a life-cycle perspective.

  • This study performed a simultaneous sensory evaluation and color measurement, targeting 136 female university students who live in the Dae-Jeon region. the study measured participants'facial coloration under the condition of available light between 11 AM and 3 PM from Spring (May) to Autumn (October) in 2009. For statistical analysis, descriptive statistics, a member variate analysis, and discriminant analysis were executed using SPSS version 18.0 of the statistics program. The results of this study are as follows. First, as a result of the sensory evaluation, the blue undertone well matched to face type was dominantly distributed among the female university student participants. Second, the forehead showed a type of yellowish coloration and was relatively dark to cheeks. However the cheek displayed a reddish coloration and was relatively bright compared to the forehead from an evaluation of a cheek and forehead color measurement. Third, due to the investigation the of facial coloration variable, a yellowish and reddish chromaticity on the cheek were evident as a variable of facial coloration, which has an influence on the classification of the types of facial color. As a result of the induced discriminant through these two color variables, the yellowish chromaticity appeared as a color variable to have a greater influence than the reddish chromaticity on the cheek.

In 4 preference patterns, Extroversion, Sensing, Thinking and Judgement were identified a dominant index in each categories. The mean score of learning organization was 3.47 and the mental model was got the highest score. The EI index had a significant positive correlation with personal mastery. However the TF index had a negative correlation with personal mastery, systems thinking, and mental models, and also the JP index had a negative correlation with 5 learning organization sub categories. Conclusion: With these results, it was identified that the preference patterns on MBTI had the significant correlation with learning organization. So these results will be used to develop the more effective strategies to increase learning organization based on nurse's personality types.

  • This study developed an electric power propulsion personal watercraft by combining a battery and an electric system from the domestic automobile industry with water motorcycle from marine leisure industry in a convergence of technology. It also developed a safety inspection plan and type approval standard for personal watercraft that use electric power propulsion. For the registration and production of the electric power PWC (Personal Watercraft), a safety inspection standard (draft) and type approval standard (draft) have been established. PWC that use this electric power propulsion certification standard have been divided into two categories according to the use of gasoline engines as related to the ship's electrical system. The contents of these safety inspections standards is divided into 7 categories, and their purpose is to confirm the facilities used for the safe operation of PWC. Type approval is divided into 7 categories and is intended to ensure the safe production of PWC. This is basic data can be used to establish criteria for safety inspection and type approval of electric power propulsion vessels and to guide the production of the environmentally friendly PWC in Korea.

  • Objectives: The objective of this study is to investigate the effects of Breath-Counting Meditation according to Personal Characteristics through the changes of Vital Signs (V/S) and Heart Rate Variability (HRV). Methods: 41 adults were classified according to gender and A-type behavior, then each group was compared for the changes on V/S and HRV through Breath-Counting Meditation of 10 minutes. Results: 1) Systolic and diastolic blood pressure were both significantly decreased in females, and the respiration level decreased significantly in both the male and female groups. 2) Respiration level decreased significantly in both the A-type and Non-A-type groups. 3) LF decreased significantly in both the male and female groups. HF increased significantly in both the male and female groups. 4) TP, LF and LF/HF increased significantly and HF decreased significantly in the Non-A-type group. Conclusions: Breath-Counting Meditation has respiratory effects for all groups and HRV of male, female and Non-A-type groups.
