  • This study investigated slow fashion consumers from a human desire viewpoint in order to examine the psychological aspects of slow fashion consumption. First, the concept of slow fashion was defined. Second, this study reviewed the concepts of desire found in Oriental philosophies and applied them to slow fashion consumption. This process identified the fundamental desire that motivates consumers of slow fashion. Lastly, the psychological aspects slow fashion consumers were examined through a comparison of fundamental desire and external reasons given by interviewees in regards to personal motivation to purchase slow fashion products. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with 10 unmarried women 25 to 37 years old with experience in buying slow fashion products. Exploratory data were classified into external reasons and fundamental reasons to derive the concept of slow fashion. First, slow fashion is defined as sustainable fashion that considers humans and nature. It also seeks to produce morally good products that transcend time and space. Second, we identified the following external reasons: social responsibility, pursuit of healthy products, and pursuit of beauty. Finally, we extracted four factors that reflected fundamental desire: Recognition Desire, Ostentation Desire, Sexual Appeal Desire, and Power Desire. Altruism was emphasized by respondents who expressed social responsibility among external reasons and the desire for recognition among fundamental reasons. However, this goodwill also originated from human desire due to the emotional healing they receive from helping others. Interviewees sought psychological benefits such as self-satisfaction and spiritual growth through slow fashion that implied an Association of slow fashion consumption with human desire. Slow fashion consumption was influenced by moral convictions as well as various desires; in addition, external reasons for slow fashion consumption could be explained by desire.

  • An apartment house and an officetel are already our most important residential space generally. Among food, clothing and shelter, an apartment and an officetel are in charge of a shelter as the most fundamental in our life. To live in an apartment and an officetel, it is necessory for residents to write a lot of informations about themselves. Therefore massive privacy files about apartment's residents is inevitable and it is managing in its own way. A privacy accident in an apartment houses would be a big society problem. This study examined 'tenant list' to find out what it collects and what it's problems are and proposed some vairous measures about the privacy improvements like items reduction & consent process improvement in an apartment house and an officetel from privacy laws perspective.

  • The hierarchical routing could cause a lot of energy consumption for transferring data by assigning hierarchical routes although actual nodes could be located in physically near spots. Also, when Node Failure or Association Error occurs, the Hierarchical routing could waste more energy to deliver the control messages. This paper evaluate performance of SHP(Shortest Hop Routing) algorithm that suggests short-cut routing algorithm using NL(Neighbor List) and Redirect_ACK message to improve problem of hierarchical routing algorithm. We do a computer simulation by the size of network, deployment of sensor nodes, sink position and POS. As a result of simulation, SHP has better performance than Zigbee Hierarchical routing and HiLow.

  • MOnCa2 is a framework for building intelligent smartphone applications based on smartphone sensors and ontology reasoning. In previous studies, MOnCa determined and inferred user situations based on sensor values represented by ontology instances. When this approach is applied, recognizing user space information or objects in user surroundings is possible, whereas determining the user's physical context (travel behavior, travel destination) is impossible. In this paper, MOnCa2 is used to build recognition models for travel behavior and routes using smartphone sensors to analyze the user's physical context, infer basic context regarding the user's travel behavior and routes by adapting these models, and generate high-level context by applying ontology reasoning to the basic context for creating intelligent applications. This paper is focused on approaches that are able to recognize the user's travel behavior using smartphone accelerometers, predict personal routes and destinations using GPS signals, and infer high-level context by applying realization.

  • Recently, with the attention of future vehicle technology, automobiles that are influenced by user experience(UX) are regarded as living space. However, the concept of term, definition, and constituent factors of driving experience have not been established so far. The purposes of this study are to define driving experience in terms of UX and to extract experience factors. We conducted the 18 drivers interviews and studied literature reviews. The collected interview data was analyzed by bottom-up method based on the grounded theory. And we reconstructed it through the top-down approach, based on the results of the literature review. As the result, the 'driving experience' is a concept that means all the emotions, perceptions, and cognitive outcomes on the basis of personal characteristics that drivers have in anticipation of the driving situation from the start to the destination Respectively. Nine factors that constitute driving experience were extracted by 'internal UI factors', 'environmental factors' and 'user related factors'.

  • In order to suggest the useful information of fishing ground, a data base system on 32bit personal computer was developed and handled by using the catch data of Korean tuna long -line. This data base system was programmed using Quick Basic, and consisted of three kinds of programs, one for displaying the catch rate on the fishing ground by fishing area and year ranges, another for indicating the catch rate or number on table or graph, and the other for estimating the fishing ground in economical points, mainly targeting total tunas, yellowfin and bigeye tuna respectively. When this system was started, the map of oceans such as the Pacific, the Indian and the Atlantic, is drawn on the monitor. And then the catch rates of all species and each one are indicated by the figured symbols on the sea divisions of$5^{\circ}$ space of latitute and longitude.

  • Fast advancement and dynamic diffusion of Smart device make big change to personal user. They have been extended from consumer only watching video to prosumer recording and sharing User Created Video(UCV). With this reason, as a platform for various kind of content service. Especially, UCVs for the purpose of sharing experience are recorded from same event on limited time and space by some people. These are also produced by various cameras that has each angle similar like broadcasting videos. In this paper, we present multi-view characteristic of UCV and propose Multi-view UCV service that is watching UCVs from same event through adjusting camera angle. Through user satisfaction survey, we knew that adjusting camera angle is preferred for watching UCV including overlapping part more than linear watching.

  • After the Korea-Japan comfort women's agreement, two films and were released with the audience's attention. Both films deal with the friendship of 'comfort women' girls. Unlike the existing 'comfort women' narratives, these two films are building a women's space based on a kind of sisterhood. The emergence of a new generation extends the story of personal friendship to the community level of sisterhood. In particular, suggests the possibility of a testimony that the 'comfort women' grandmother passes testimony to a new generation of women. In the cinematic present, it shows the possibility of feminist thinking of the 'comfort women' narrative. However, the representation of the colonial period does not deviate much from the existing patriarchal nationalistic viewpoint. It is typical that the 'comfort women' characters are still set with a pure and innocent girls of Chosun era.
