This paper proposes a system that can manage and verify personal career information through a block chain to solve the problem of getting a job by forging an individual's career when hiring employees. Blockchain network uses private network, and inside the block, the user's academic and career information is kept. The functions of the block chain perform the functions of block creation, block internal data retrieval, career and academic verification, which works through chain code. As a result of the performance evaluation of the proposed system, the processing time per transaction was measured at approximately 110 ms and the search time was measured at 10 ms, and it was applied to the actual system to confirm that it was available.

Iris recognition is a bio metric personal identification which uses iris pattern of the pupil, and it is recognized as one of the best technology in personal identification and information security field. Before iris recognition, it is very important to search center of pupil. In recent years, there was developed many searching algorithms of center of pupil, but all most method are too many processing time. In this paper, we proposed a new method for searching center of pupil. This method is greatly reduced processing time about 30% compared with other algorithm using Hough transformation.

One of the hottest issues of security is information leakage of financial institution. Financial institutions including commercial banks are frequently threatened by attempts of leakage through hacking and vulnerability, and this information is centered on personal information of their clients. Through this study, I found out that security managers of financial institutions are trying to prevent the leaking of private information, but in fact most of them barely know where their personal information is. Even if they know where it is and trace the data, it is often found in unexpected places. Because there is a lot of waste in time and human resources as search is done manually, we have understood that responding to IT Compliance requires a lot of effort. This study is to improve IT Compliance response and protect information leakage through monitoring PC and servers, the main storage of personal information by automated system, periodically.

The ability to understand given environments and plan a sequence of actions leading to goal state is crucial for personal service robots. With recent advancements in deep learning, numerous studies have proposed methods for state representation in planning. However, previous works lack explicit information about relationships between objects when the state observation is converted to a single visual embedding containing all state information. In this paper, we introduce graph-based state representation that incorporates both object and relationship features. To leverage these advantages in addressing the task planning problem, we propose a Graph Neural Network (GNN)-based subgoal prediction model. This model can extract rich information about object and their interconnected relationships from given state graph. Moreover, a search-based algorithm is integrated with pre-trained subgoal prediction model and state transition module to explore diverse states and find proper sequence of subgoals. The proposed method is trained with synthetic task dataset collected in simulation environment, demonstrating a higher success rate with fewer additional searches compared to baseline methods.

Web 2.0 has features produced the content through the user of the participation and share. The content production activities have became active since social network service appear. The social bookmark, one of social network service, is service that lets users to store useful content and share bookmarked contents between personal users. Unlike Internet search engines such as Google and Naver, the content stored on social bookmark is searched based on tag keyword information and unnecessary information can be excluded. Social bookmark can make users access to selected content. However, quick access to content that users want is difficult job because of the user of the participation and share. Our paper suggests a method recommending search word to be able to access quickly to content. A method is suggested by using Collaborative Filtering and Jaccard similarity coefficient. The performance of suggested system is verified with experiments that compare by 'Delicious' and "Feeltering' with our system.

The purpose of this study was to analyze which factor, influenced their change from pre-wage group to family business group. The subject of study classified by wage earner group and family business group. Independent variables effected by transform to family business group are classified by personal variables and workable variables. The major findings of this study are as followings: Sex, age, marriage of personal variables and pre-work time, pre-wage, wholesale - retail business, restaurant business and person service business of pre-industry of work variables had significant effect on transform to family business. Especially, Marriage group and low pre-wage income group significant effected on transfer to family business. By this, personal to transfer to family business can conjugate information of search and choice decision and can be used as a valuable data for future family business study.

The purpose of this study was to examine how political interest, political ideologies, and information-searching goals influence the amount of information voters search, the ways in which people search for information about political candidates, and the type of information they select. The results showed that the participants under accuracy goal searched much more information and the participants under the high level of interest were not affected by conservative ideology, but the participants with the low level of interest were influenced by the liberal ideology and viewed substantially more information. And most of participants had the attribute-centered searching pattern. The social policies were accessed most, however, the information about party and personal background of a candidate were found least.

In the case of uploading privacy information of an information owner in the Internet, the information owner may want to deliver the privacy information itself or remove such information from the search list in order to prevent third parties from accessing the privacy information of the information owner. Such a right to be forgotten may collide with the freedom of expression of a third party. The right to be forgotten, which originates from the self-determination right on privacy information based on Article 10 and 17 of the Constitution and the freedom of expression, which is based on Article 21 thereof are all relative basic rights and are both limited by Item 2 under Article 37 of the same law, which is the general limitation provision for the basic rights. Therefore, when the right to be forgotten and the freedom of expression collides, it is not possible to give priority to one of the those unilaterally. It depends on the nature of the case at hand to find a natural balance for the harmonious solution for both parties. The criteria can be the sensitivity to the privacy of the information owner caused by the disclose of the privacy information, the public benefits such information may serve, the social common good that could be expected by the disclosure of the privacy information and the damages suffered in terms of the personal interest caused by the disclosure of the information, in a comprehensive manner.

Personal image concerns a person's talent, expertise, as well as the internal and external image. It is a core value that differentiates one individual from another. As personal branding via personal image management has become more important, there is a fast-growing number of online systems that provide self-test programs to analyze one's style and habits and also provide expert advice for not only styles but lifestyles as well. This study develops a systematic and objective personal image consulting system and offers basic information for the research of personal image making. For that purpose, the study attempts to examine the present state of global companies that use online image consulting programs and analyze their digital content. The results are as follows: 1) two domestic companies, Colorz and Atzine, and seven foreign companies, notably Covet and Boutique, were brisk in business; 2) two types of personal image-diagnosis programs - Visual search and Virtual matching - are now in operation; and 3) mobile applications exist as an evolved personal image-diagnosis program. With an increased interest in such programs, various companies at home and abroad are establishing systematic and scientific analysis systems, which are needed for personal image-making online. Under these circumstances, domestic companies are also urged to enhance levels of image-diagnosis content and actual commercialization and utilization, to develop programs that enable objectified, systematic personal image-making. To this end, the results of this study may serve as a helpful tool to consider future directions.

본 논문은 영상의 메타데이터를 RDF를 이용하여 표현, 저장하고, SPARQL을 이용하여 검색하는 솔루션을 구현하여, RDF와 SPARQL을 통한 멀티미디어 파일의 메타데이터 관리 방안을 제시한다. 솔루션은 Jena2 프레임워크 기반으로 구현하였으며, Controller, EXIF Extractor, Metadata Schema, RDF Generator, Repository Manager, SPARQL Executor의 모듈로 구성된다.
