정신적 건강 서비스를 위한 감성구를 활용한 주관적 웰빙 지수 측정 방법론 (A Methodology of Measuring Degree of Contextual Subjective Well-Being Using Affective Predicates for Mental Health Aware Service)

  • 상황인식 컴퓨팅 사용자의 상황적이고 주관적 웰빙(SWB) 측정은 그에 맞는 정신건강 추천, 특히 대사증후군이나 우울증을 위한 추천에 매우 도움이 될 것이다. 현존하는 자가 진단식 측정법이나 자가 센싱 방법이 주관적 웰빙정보를 모니터링 하는데 제안되고 있음에도 불구하고 시의 적절한 서비스를 제공하지 못하여 상황인식 서비스로 쓰이기에는 부적합하다. 따라서 본 논문의 목적은 상황적이고 주관적 웰빙을 추정하는 방법을 제안하는 것이다. 이 방법은 사용자가 남기는 응답 글로부터 상황 자료를 획득하기 때문에 매우 적시적이며 따라서 그때마다의 감정 상태를 파악할 수 있다. 특히 본 연구에서는 온라인 대화나 기타 텍스트 기반의 의사소통에서 노출되는 분노심 등 부정적 감정에 관련된 감정동사와 정도 부사에 초점을 두어 측정한다. 제안된 상황적이고 주관적 웰빙 추정 방법을 기반으로 하여 웰빙 생활을 위한 추천 시스템을 개발하고자 한다. 이러한 아이디어의 실현가능성을 보이기 위하여 실제 운전자들을 대상으로 제안 방법이 얼마나 실제 감정을 잘 추론하는지에 대해 실험을 수행하였다.

군복무 후 제대한 복학생의 진로결정자기효능감과 자아탄력성이 대학생활적응에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Self-Efficacy and Ego-resilience on College Adaptation after Military Service)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 군복무 후 제대한 복학생의 진로결정자기효능감과 자아탄력성이 대학생활적응에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 검증하려는 것이다. 이를 위해 전북권에 소재한 4년제 대학교에 군복무 후에 복학한 남학생 234명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였으며 수집된 자료는 spss 18.0을 사용하여 상관분석과 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 각 변인들 간의 상관관계를 살펴본 결과, 대학생활적응의 하위요인 학업적응과 대학환경적응은 진로결정자기효능감의 목표선택과 자아탄력성의 낙관적태도와 정적상관이 나타났으며 대학생활적응의 사회적응은 진로결정자기효능감의 미래계획과 자아탄력성의 낙관적태도 그리고 대학생활적응의 개인-정서적응은 진로결정자기효능감의 자기평가와 자아탄력성의 자신감 간에 정적상관이 나타났다. 또한 위계적 회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 자아탄력성은 진로결정자기효능감보다 대학생활적응에 더 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 군복무 후 복학한 남학생만의 자료 수집을 통해 밝힌 본 연구의 의의와 더불어서 연구의 제한점을 논의하였다.

한국노인의 건강상태에 대한 조사연구 (Health Status of Elderly Persons in Korea)

  • This Study was done to design and test an instrument to measure the health status of the elderly including physical, psychologyical and social dimensions. Data collection was done from July 18 to August 17, 1990. Subjects were 412 older persons in Korea. A convenience sample was used but the place of residence was stratified into large, medium and small city and rural areas. Participants located in Sudaemun-Gu, Mapo-Gu, and Kangnam-Gu, Seoul were interviewed by brained nursing students, and those in Chungju, Jonju, Chuncheon, and Jinju by professors of nursing colleges. Rural residents were interviewed by community health practioners working in Kungsang-Buk-Do, Kyngsang- Nam - Bo, Jonla Buk -Do, and Kyung Ki- Do. The tool developed for this study was a structured questionnaire based on previous literature and then tested for reliability and validity. This tool contained 20 physical health status items, 17 mental-emotional health status items and 38 social health status items. Physical health status items clustered in to six factors such as personal hygiene, activity, home management, digestive, sexual, sensory, and climination functions. Mental-emotional health status items clustered into two factors, mental health and emotional health. Social health status items clustered into seven factors, grandparent, parent, spouse, friend, kinships, group member and religious role functions. Data analysis included percentage, average, S.D., t-test and ANOVA. The results of the analysis were as follows : 1. The tool measuring the health status of the elderly and developed for this research had a relatively high reliavility indicated by a cronbach=0.97793. 2. Average score of the subjects physical health status was 4, 054 in a 5 point likert scale, mentalemotional health status was 3.803, social health status was 2.939 and the total average was 3.521. The social status of the subjects was the lowest and the next was mental-emotional health status ; physical health status was the highest. 3. Educational background, perceived health status, the amount of pocket money were related to physical and mental-emotional health status and family structure was related mental-emotional physical and social health status. Occupation was related to physical and mental-emotional status. Area of residence was related to metal-emotional and social status. Source of living in the expeneses was related to physical and mental-emotional health status marital status to mental-emotional and social health status, and the number living in the home physical health status and religion to social health status. The following conciusions were derived from the above results ; 1. The health status of Korean elderly was relatively sound but social health status was the most vulnerable. The Social activity for Korean elderly is needed to improve social health. 2. Educational background, perceived health status and the amount of pocket money must be considered in the health assessment criteria of the elderly, Family structure, marial status, occupation, residence variables and sources of living expense must also be considered as significant. 3. A health education program based on the educational background of the elderly, and provision of an occupational socioeconomic welfare policy will be useful in order to increase social health status of Korean elderly.

채란양계 경영의 경제성 분석을 위한 전산모형 개발 (A Computer Model for Economic Analysis of Egg Producing Operations)

  • 우리의 채란 양계산업은 호당 사육 규모의 확대와 기술개선이 있었음에도 사육 기반은 낙후되었고 자동화 시설이 크게 도입되지 않았으며 영농 기록도 하지 않았다. 이는 아직도 기술 향상과 구조개선에 의해 생산비 절감이 가능함을 보인 것이다. 이 연구에서의 경쟁력 향상을 위해 채란양계 경영 내부에서 무엇이 문제인가를 판단하고 개선방향을 분석하는데 필요한 전산모형을 개발함으로써 그동안 실행되지 못했던 경영진단을 실시할 수 있고, 새로운 경영전략의 도입에 대한 경제적 합리성의 판단을 쉽게 할 수 있게 하였다. 또한 우리 농가의 실정에 적합하도록 입출력 모형을 세웠고, 컴퓨터에 대한 지식이 없는 농가도 쉽게 이용할 수 있도록 한글화시켰으며, 모형을 단순화 하였으면서도 농민이나 연구자들이 필요로 하는 내용은 포함토록 하였다. 우리나라의 개인용 컴퓨터의 보급이 크게 신장되었으나, 아직도 채란계 농가까지 널리 보급되지 않은 상태에서 채란계 농가가 쉽게 이용할 수 있는 이러한 프로그램들이 많이 개발되어야 채란계 농가에 컴퓨터의 보급이 촉진되고, 정보화 시대에 대응할 수 있기 때문에 이 모형은 상당한 유용성을 가진다고 볼 수 있다. 앞으로는 일반관리(사양관리, 방역관리, 사료, 작업관리) 등과 결합된 종합 경영관리 모형이 개발되어 농민이 컴퓨터에 쉽게 접근할 수 있도록 해야 한다.

직업상 피폭에 따른 방사선 위험성 평가를 위한 다차원적 모델 (Multidimensional Model for Assessing Risks from Occupational Radiation Exposure of Workers)

  • 직업상 피폭에 대한 현행 방사선 위험성 평가는 종사자의 피폭선량 평가 및 건강진단에 중점을 두고 있다. 이러한 개인 중심의 위험성 평가는 선량계 미착용 및 개개인의 기호로 인한 건강영향 문제 등 정확한 데이터 확보의 어려움으로 인한 오류의 가능성이 있다. 또한 평가의 기준이 되는 선량한도는 법적 최대 상한값으로 방사선 방호에 최적화된 값을 의미하지는 않는다. 이에 선원적, 환경적 및 인적 측면을 복합적으로 고려할 수 있고 방사선방호의 최적화를 이행할 수 있는 국가적 차원의 새로운 위험성 평가 모델이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 고용노동부의 위험성 평가에 기반하여 개인이 아닌 작업장 중심의 위험성 평가 모델을 연구하였다. 이를 위해 여러 분야의 위험성 추정 방법을 분석하여 방사선 분야에 적용하기 적합한 모델을 도출하고, 모델에 적용하기 위한 데이터 획득 방법 및 절차에 대해 기술하였다. 본 연구에서 도출한 작업장 중심의 다차원적 위험성 평가 모델은 위험성을 점수화하고 Rader Plot을 이용하여 표현함으로서 보다 정확한 방사선 위험성 평가를 가능하게 하며, 결론적으로 효율적인 종사자 관리, 선제적 종사자 보호 및 방사선 방호의 최적화 이행에 기여할 것으로 판단된다.

암환자의 퇴원 후 가정간호 요구 (The Homecare Needs of Cancer Patients)

  • The purpose of this descriptive study was to identify the homecare needs of patients with cancer and to provide a basis of interventions. One hundred and two patients at one general hospital in Gyeongnam responded to a questionnaire developed on the basis of care needs perceived by nurses caring for hospitalized patients with cancer. The questionnaire was a Likert type 5 point scale with 56 items on five need categories ; 1) informational 2) physical care : 3) emotional care 4) socioeconomic care and 5) special care needs. Internal consistency of this questionnaire was Cronbach's $\alpha$=.9101 for total items. The data was collected from March 1st to May 31th, 1998, by two graduate nurses. In the data analysis, mean & standard deviation were calculated to identify the degree of care need of each item, and the t-test & ANOVA were done to determine the effects of patients' demographic background on their care needs. The findings are summarized as follows ; 1) The mean score of total of need items was 3.048. Of the four need categories the highest score was informational at 3.4, followed by emotional care, 3.063, physical care, 2.623, and socioeconomic care, 2.599. 2) In the informational need category there were four subcategories with 19 items. Medication and pain control had the highest score, 3.755 ; second was diet and exercise, 3.613 ; third was disease and treatment process, 3.337 ; and last was personal hygiene and infection prevention at 2.687. 3) In the physical care need category there was nine items, IV infusion for nutrition and management of treatment complication was above 3.2 points and the remaining items were in the 2.847-2.070 score ranges. 4) In the emotional care need category there were seven items. The highest need was in support for relationships with health personnel, 3.673. The need for support of religions beliefs and support for having a religion were low at about 2 points. 5) In the socioeconomic care need category there were six items. Support for medical insurance expansion and financial support were above 3 points. Legal support and support for caring of children were low in the care needs. 6) In the special care need category the there were 15 items. Informational need about immunization and informational need about effects of disease on growth and development were high, above 4.1 points. Need for decubitus care and prevention, sitz bath and incontinence care were low, below 2 points. 7) There were significant differences in degree of care need according to admission rate, education level, marital status, religion and caregiver's religion. In conclusion, homecare needs perceived by hospitalized patient's with cancer was moderate, but informational need was higher than direct care need, leading to the conclusion that the provision of sufficient information to patients with cancer at discharge is needed. Nursing interventions should be developed considering the patient's background.

한국 성인의 커피 섭취량에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Affecting Coffee Intake in Korean Adults)

  • 본 연구는 한국 성인들이 커피 섭취 시 어떠한 상황에 가장 많이 마시게 되는지를 살펴보고, 커피 섭취와 건강증진에 필요한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 이 연구는 국민건강영양조사 제7기 2차년도인 2017년 원시 데이터를 활용하였고, 연구대상자는 만 19세 이상 성인에 대해 결측값을 제외한 3,325명이었다. 이는 최근 1년간 커피의 평균 섭취량이 1잔 이상인 경우만을 추출한 수이다. 커피 섭취량에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위하여 일반적 특성으로 성별, 연령, 가구소득, 교육수준, 직업, 건강행태로는 흡연여부, 음주여부, 일 및 여가로서 고강도, 중강도, 걷기 신체활동 실천 여부, 수면시간, 스트레스, 우울여부 등에 영항을 받는지를 모형에 포함하였다. 연구결과 남자보다 여자의 커피 섭취량이 낮았고, 20-39세보다 40-64세, 무직보다는 육체적 직업, 비흡연자보다는 흡연자, 낮은 스트레스보다 높은 스트레스를 받는 경우가 커피 섭취량을 증가시키는 요인이었다. 이러한 요인을 가진 대상자들은 커피 섭취에 의한 카페인 과다 섭취의 위험 군으로 판단된다. 본 연구결과의 위험 군을 대상자로 커피의 과다 섭취가 건강에 어떤 영향을 미치는지에 대한 연구가 추후 필요할 것으로 생각된다.

방사선사의 조직 효과성과 직무 스트레스의 관계 (Relationship Between Organizational Effectiveness and Job Stress of Radiotechnologist)

  • 본 연구는 방사선사의 직무스트레스 요인을 분석하여 직무 효율성을 높이고 조직관리방안을 마련하고자 수행하였다. 자료수집은 구조화된 설문지를 사용하여 부산시내에 근무하는 방사선사 261명을 대상으로 하였다. 회수된 자료에 대한 분석은 SPSS/PC+ Win 13 버전을 사용하였으며, 집단 간 차이 검증을 위해 일원분산분석(oneway ANOVA)을 시행하였으며, 직무스트레스가 조직효과성에 미치는 영향 분석을 위하여 중다회귀분석(Multiple regression)을 시행하여 검증하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 연령에 따른 직무스트레스는 30대의 경우 개인적인 문제에서 20, 40, 50대는 의사소통이 가장 큰 스트레스요인으로 나타났다. 부서에 따른 직무스트레스는 집단 간 통계적인 차이를 보이지 않았다. 둘째, 조직 효과성분석 결과, 연령의 경우 20대에서, 부서의 경우 종양학과가 조직몰입, 직무만족 모두에서 높은 것으로 평가 되었으며, 집단 간 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 나타냈다. 셋째, 직무스트레스 하부요인 중 의사소통의 문제가 통계적으로 유의하게 조직효과성에 영향을 미치는 변인으로 나타났다. 그러나 행정적인 문제, 개인적인 문제는 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 따라서 조직 내 또는 타 부서와의 의사소통이 잘 될수록 직무스트레스는 줄어든다. 즉 원활한 의사소통을 통한 조직 내 갈등을 줄임으로써 조직효과성을 높일 수 있다.

보건진료원의 지역사회 몰입과정 (Community Health Practitioner's Commitment into Community : on the Aspect of Primary Health Care)

  • Primary health care(PHC) has been established since A Health Law for rural residents has been legislated in 1980 following the WHO declaration, 'Health for All 2000'. in 1978. PHC services are presently assumed to be provided by 2038 Community Health Practitioners(CHP) to about 28% out of rural population in Korea. Most CHPs have confronted the adaptation process to the community being practiced although a CHP's role is to evoke community participation for the improvement of their health by themselves. So the purpose of this study is to describe and explain of the commitment of CHPs into the community. Data were collected by direct interview and tape-recording under subjects' permission till theoretical saturation were occured from 6 CHPs. The subjects were 41 years old and have served in the community for 9 years in average. Main questions and concepts were explored from data according to the procedure of the grounded theory methodology. The results are as follows. 1) The number of the main concepts were twenty four that identified Motive, Desire, Personal characteristics, Unfamiliarity, Denial, Feeling of isolation, Self-sacrifice, Kindness, Patience, Assimilation, Respect for the residents, Support by the family, Support by the residents, Achievement, Acceptance of realities, Use of resources, Inducement of cooperation from the residents, Changes of the difference from time orientation between CHP and residents, Attitude as a official, Technical support, Cost management, Satisfaction level, Acknowledgement by the residents and discrepancy. 2) The twenty four concepts were categorized to seven groups such as Motivation, Feeling of Heterogeneity, Self-discipline, Social support, Induced changes in the attitudes of residents, Familarity and Persistent discrepancy. 3) The categorized groups were analyzed on the base of the Causal Conditions, Central Phenomena, Contexts, Intervening Conditions, Action / Interaction Strategies, and Consequences. Central phenomenon in this study was identified to be the feeling of heterogeneity. Community health practitioners experienced unfamiliarity and denial from the community and felt themselves isolated in the first. In time, they won the trust of residents by their efforts including self-sacrifice, kindness, patience, and assimilation. Afterward, practitioners got self-confidence and familiarity with lesser feeling of heterogeneity. Nevertheless, practitioners could not commit themselves completely because of the persistent discrepancy between CHP and residents. 4) On the commitment process, the CHPs' feeling of heterogeneity were decresed and social support increesed and newly evolved induced change of residents through the continuous interaction between CHP and them The contribution of this study would be concluded as follows. 1) It is expected that effective strategies for more rapid committment into the community can be developed based on this study. 2) More easy committment would be possible for the newly appointed CHP through understanding of the committment process identified on this study.

슈퍼바이저의 고용불안정성이 조직유효성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 자기효능감과 신뢰의 조절효과 (A Study on the Relationship between Franchise Firm's Supervisors Job Insecurity and Organizational Effectiveness: The Moderating Effect of Self-Efficacy and Trust in Manager)

  • Purpose - This paper attempted to investigate the relationships among the perception of job insecurity and organizational effectiveness, and it examines these relationships while considering the moderating effect of trust in the manager and self-efficacy. Job insecurity is an independent variable, organizational effectiveness aspects (job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and turnover intention) are dependent variables, and trust and self-efficacy are moderators. Research design, data, and methodology - Regression analysis was used to verify the effects. The measurement items were already deemed as reliable and valid in the previous study, but for this purpose, some modifications were made. To examine the model, this study relied on the samples chosen from Korean employees in the six franchise business firms. The survey was conducted on 288 workers. Each question is based on a 5-point Likert type scale. The data were analyzed using SPSS 18.0. Results - The results of the study are summarized as follows. First, job insecurity has an influence on organizational effectiveness aspects (negatively on job satisfaction, negatively on organizational commitment, and positively on turnover intention). Second, analyzing the moderating effect of trust, trust in manager is mediated between job insecurity and organizational effectiveness aspects (on organizational commitment and on turnover intention). However, employees' trust in manager had no significant moderating effect on the job insecurity-job satisfaction relationship. Third, self-efficacy is mediated between job insecurity and organizational effectiveness aspects (on job satisfaction, on organizational commitment, and on turnover intention). Conclusions - First, it is necessary to be aware of the seriousness of employees' job insecurity in franchise firms, which have played a pivotal role in national economic growth, and to create a detailed plan for reducing insecurity and actively implementing it. To this end, the franchise companies should implement efficiency efforts such as obtaining an appropriate capacity of equipped personnel and a training program. Second, there are moderating effects of self-efficacy and trust in the relationship between job insecurity and organizational effectiveness. Depending on business conditions, stability and instability can only be experienced in the organizations of franchise companies. This can give rise to instability in employment. Therefore, it is necessary to develop and utilize a system that can be minimized with a change in the new awareness of employment instability. After all, a good leader (manager) must accumulate personal trust and build up a core competence that is necessary to become competent in the field himself. Even if you lack the material resources to improve performance, if the leader with the core competencies (e.g., technical/management /organization/marketing/design) can gain the trust of the supervisor, you can get a good organizational performance. Therefore, you should foster a healthy organizational culture through education such as leadership training and employee training to be built on trust between the leaders and the employees. In addition, you need to focus on HRD&M training in order to increase the self-efficacy of the supervisor.
