1 person media is becoming the leading trend among several media in the Internet era exploiting the individual desire of showing off. But, the vast accessibility of Internet produces the worry about privacy risk, which concludes in the increasement of closed SNS. In this paper, we propose a system based on PWW (Person Wide Web) where a person is producing a media and share it with other persons. PWW is an information system which consists of a smart-phone, mobile anchors, a standard web document, and his own cloud storage. An information consumer gets the link using his smart-phone from the mobile anchors attached on the objects in the field. The web browser in the smart-phone obtains the web documents designated by the link and presents it. We also explains the 1 person media system based on PWW and presents the example utilized in the field. We compared and analyzed the security factor of the system based on between WWW and PWW, and concluded that PWW is better than WWW in the aspect of security.

Augmented multimedia is a technology to provide additional informations to mobile devices when multimedia contents like video, audio and images are being played. Person Wide Web, PWW, is a scheme for acquiring a link and browsing a corresponding web pages on mobile devices, in which the link is attached any object and space in real world. In this paper we proposed an augmented multimedia E-commerce application system based on PWW scheme which can browse additional informations from video play on public spaces, and implemented on Microsoft Silverlight platform. We showed that the proposed system can support effectively the augmented multimedia E-commerce.

It is certain that the future manufacturing environment will be network-centric and spatially distributed based on Internet. Today, wide variety of distributed computing and communication technologies are available for implementing a system for product data exchange and sharing. One of the technologies that have been received most attentions for product data exchange and sharing is Product Data Management (PDM). PDM tries to integrate and manage process of data and technical documents that are connected to physical product components. In accordance to previous researches about PDM, it can be regarded as an integration tool of many different areas, which ensures that the right information is available to the right person at the right time and in the right form throughout the enterprise. PDM with Web-enabled CAD system is proposed in this paper in order to acknowledge the usefulness of the system mentioned. The system will use Web service on Visual Studio C#.Net to invoke the web application system.

Many search algorithms have been implemented by many researchers on the world wide web. One of the best algorithms is Google using PageRank technology, PageRank approach, computes the number of inlink of each documents then represents documents in order of many inlink. But It is difficult to find the results that user needs. Because this method finds documents not valueable for a person but valueable for public, this paper propose a personalized search engine mixed public with personal worth to solve this problem.

Machine to machine (M2M) communication is a converged ICT(Information and Communications Technology) platform which can utilize communications services among people and things anytime, any place in realtime. The M2M platform consists of three components; M2M area networks sensing and generating data of things by various sensors and devices; public networks transporting those data; and M2M applications utilizing the aggregated data. There exist however two practical obstacles to realize the M2M communications in terms of interoperability between the WCDMA-based public network and the local networks based on W-Fi or ZigBee; one is the cost problem required to access the public network, and the other is the lack of a cost-effective modem or gateway to connect two different networks. In this paper, we proposed and implemented a novel M2M platform based on PWW (Person Area Network) which can resolve those two issues by using a proposed gateway connecting the local network and smartphones as application devices without access the WCDMA-based public network. We have shown that the proposed platform is very practical to adopt to the real environment by actual testing with the own developed smartphone applications.

In this paper, we developed the web content of statistical analysis using statistical package and Active Server Page (ASP). A statistical package is very difficult to learn and use for non-statisticians, however, non-statisticians want to do analyze the data without learning statistical packages such as SAS, S-plus, and R. Therefore, we developed the web based statistical analysis contents using S-plus which is the popular statistical package and ASP. In real application, we developed the web content for various statistical analyses such as exploratory data analysis, analysis of variance, and time series on the web using water quality data. The developed statistical analysis web content is very useful for non-statisticians such as public service person and researcher. Consequently, combining a web based contents with a statistical package, the users can access the site quickly and analyze data easily.

Legal rules applying to the commerce and international commerce in particular contracts, proper law, jurisdiction and so on, have improved with time and experience. Engaging in e-commerce on the World Wide Web may expose the company to the risk of being sued in any foreign country where Internet user can establish a legal claim. The modem law of contracts is highly sophisticated and difficult to understand. With contracts created in cyberspace, the basic rules are no difference that we can find. However, there are situations in e-commerce that are altogether new and to which the existing rules cannot apply. Here uncertainty and business risk is too high for trading partners to deal with certainty. Therefore existing law must change to e-commerce law so that it provides certainty and enforceability over e-commerce. UNCITRAL Working Group on Electronic Commerce prepared the Preliminary Draft Convention on [International] Contracts Concluded or Evidenced by Data Message from the thirty-ninth session in 2002 which applies to international contracts concluded or evidenced by means of data messages. An electronic contract is concluded when the acceptance of an offer becomes effective, and an offer becomes effective when it is received by the offeree, and an acceptance of an offer becomes effective when the indication of assent is received by the offeror according to this Convention. Electronic contract may be concluded by the interaction of an automated computer system and natural person or by the interaction of automated computer systems, and a contract formed by a natural person that accesses an automated computer system of another person has no legal effect in case the neutral person made a material error in a data message.

In these days, HIS(Hospital Information System) raise the quality of medical services by effective management of medical records. As computing environment was developed, it is possible to search information quickly. But, standard medical data exchange is not completed between medical clinic and another organ so far. In case of patient transfer, past medical record was not efficiently transmitted. It be feasible treatment delay or medical accident. It is trouble that medical records is transferred by a person and communicate with each other. Extensible Markup Language (XML) is a simple, very flexible text format derived from SGML. Originally designed to meet the challenges of large-scale electronic publishing, XML is also playing an increasingly important role in the exchange of a wide variety of data on the Web and elsewhere. Form in system of company product, relative organs that handle bio-signal data is each other dissimilar and integration and to transmit to supplement bottleneck this research uses XML. In this study, it is discussed about sharing of medical data using XML web technology to standard medical record between hospital and relative organization The data structure model was designed to manage bio-signal data and patient record. We experimented about data transmission and all-in-one between different systems (one make use of MS-SQL database system and the other manage existent bio-signal data in itself form in file in this research). In order to search and refer medical record, the web-based system was implemented. The system that can be shared medical data was tested to estimate the merits of XML. Implemented XML schema confirms data transmission between different data system and integration result.

The purpose of this paper is to provide a search system using a method of accessing the web in real time without using a database server in order to guarantee the up-to-date information in a single network, rather than using a plurality of bots connected by a wide area network Design. The method of the research is to design and analyze the system which can search the person and keyword quickly and accurately in crepe system. In the crepe server, when the user registers information, the body tag matching conversion process stores all the information as it is, since various styles are applied to each user, such as a font, a font size, and a color. The crepe server does not cause a problem of body tag matching. However, when executing the crepe retrieval system, the style and characteristics of users can not be formalized. This problem can be solved by using the html_img_parser function and the Go language html parser package. By applying queues and multiple threads to a general-purpose web crawler, rather than a web crawler design that targets a specific site, it is possible to utilize a multiplier that quickly and efficiently searches and collects various web sites in various applications.
