Various acts, regulations and rules on the Apartment remodelling are established in Korea. Because, of these acts, reconstruction of Apartment is restrained and on the contrary Remodelling of Apartment is cumins issue. But, because of agreement of all resident for Apartment remodelling and a rule for the development restrict permission, extension of apartment is actually impracticable. Therefore, various regulations on the remodelling is investigated, problems on the current remodelling system are analysed, and improving system for activating apartment remodeling is suggested in this study.

Remodeling is not subject to strict laws or regulations for permission procedure and structure safety inspection compared with new construction. Most of building owners do not recognize the importance of structural safety enough and place an order to small unlicensed construction company. As a result, important structural materials are damaged without enough investigation into permitted durability and fixed weight and load weight increase. This study suggests a system that can evaluate the state of the building and enables fast judgment on needs of repairing or strengthening as well as needs structural examination.

Smart Healthcare System as an Open Platform (Shesop) is an integrated healthcare system and have several features, one of them is Steppy Application. Steppy does count your step and display on Shesop website. In this system security issues are not properly addressed, while Personal Health Record (PHR) patient stored in the cloud platform could be at risk. In fact, the huge electronic information available online, people needs reliable and effective technique for privacy preserving. In order to improve the security of data which are displayed on the Shesop website, so that anyone who access could not tamper without permission. Recently Xu et al. showed a pseudonym scheme using smart card as a solution in e-health systems which uses discrete logarithm problem with cyclic group. In this paper, we adopt their scheme and use it application into smartphone using Near Field Communication (NFC) to construct security in Steppy apps.

Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control(IPPC) has become an idealistic environmental prevention concept in developed countries and corresponds with principles of Industrial Ecology. The concept of emissions regulatory integration is a key factor for an integrated environmental management system. While most EU member countries have a cross-media regulatory system, Korea has a media-specific regulatory system which was found to have significant environmental management problems. The purpose of this study is to integrate the emissions regulatory system by resolving difficulties through procedural, organizational, and substantive analysis of integration. To this end, the following research was performed: The first task was to determine the target of the integrated emissions regulatory system. In connection with this, the "IPPC directive" of the EU and the "PPCA 2000" schedule 1 of the UK, as well as environmental laws in Korea were compared and analyzed. The second was to design a regulatory system model. This model was divided into three groups after considerations were made regarding the time it would take for the pre-application,application, and permission stages. Lastly, on the basis of this research, a revised bill for an integrated emissions regulatory system was suggested. Nevertheless, substantive analysis of integration focused on BAT requires supplementation in order to make the integrated emissions regulation system operate normally as an environmental management policy and regulation method. To this end, the specific characteristics of Korean society, culture, and law should be actively considered.

As consumer's desire becomes various, agility of mold manufacturing is the most important factor for competitive mold manufacturer. Decision making process is required to produce optimal result of CAM systems in using commercial CAM system to generate tool path. The paper proposes a methodology fur computer-assisted tool selection procedures for various cutting type of rough, semi-rough and finish cuts. The procedure provides assistance for machining tool selection by analyzing sliced CAD model section of die cavity and core. Information about machining time for the generated NC-code is used to aid the tool selection. The module is developed with commercial CAM API. This module will be used fur the optimization of tool selection and planning process.

Copyright is challenged by the rapid development of digital technology. This study investigated a number of new copyright-related issues : electrocopying, digital transmission, legal definition of multimedia, moral right, fair use et al. To use copyright works we need licensing of rights and permissions. Then at this paper we examined the scopes and contents of permission with copyright owners or publishers, also considered relationships of copyright owners with distributors and end-users. Finally, to protect rights of copyright owners and use freely copyright works, we suggested introduction of 'collective management system of copyright' and construction of 'copyright management information system' .

Traditional voice traffic over mobile communication has been changed into data and media contents traffic, which makes traffic amount increases and speedy data transfer required. In the near future ubiquitous mobile terminal environment will be common so that security issues will arise due to many heterogeneous equipments and connections. In this paper, many previous methods used for terminal authentication are examined. And we propose new system model which uses our novel user authentication protocol based on strong one-time password (OTP) and short message service (SMS). We verify our system model and protocol by implementation.

This paper deals with internal and outernal factors of Maritime High School in Korea, and suggests the followings. The fist, superintendent authority of schools should be transferred to ministry of education from ministry of marine. The second, education system should be upgraded to junior college or 5 years education course. The third, the door of maritime university permission should be opened for maritime high school graduates. The fourth, training ship should be built for effective training course required form STCW 95. The fifth, if the graduates form maritime high school engage board, all of them should be exempted from military service responsibility. The sixth, the on board-training system for teachers and instructors should be programmed in order to help them keep and utilize the on board experience in actural education situation. The seventh, the school location should be placed in order to increase the efficiency of the education.

This paper proposes a new methodology for adequacy evaluation of composite power system considering an ambiguity of overload of transmission lines. Nodal arrival powers under considering an ambiguity of overload of transmission lines can be evaluated using the proposed method. Fuzzy set theory has been used in order to consider the permission level of overload of transmission lines. The problem of adequacy evaluation has been formulated using fuzzy linear programing. The effectiveness of the proposed method considering permissible overload of transmission lines has been demonstrated on the IEEE RTS.

In this paper, We applied CCI canceller to remove multi-user interference in co-channel environment and improved performance of TH PPM UWB-IR system. As a result, We could get reception performance that data transmission of high speed is available in small reception power applying CCI canceller. Also, We could get permission available channel capacity to maximum access number 40 in high speed transmission environment more than 100Mbps.
