야시장 성공요인의 탐색적 연구 (Exploring Success Factors of Night Markets: Utilizing the Diamond Model)

  • Purpose - The objective of the current research is to explore success factors of the 'Night Markets' in Korea. Unlike other countries, where the markets are culturally established based upon various socioeconomic factors, the night markets are relatively new phenomena in Korea and are created by the government's support. Since the first introduction in 2011, now there are 34 Night Markets that are operating or are in the process of operation. Some of them attract nearly 100,000 customers a day, while some are discontinued shortly after the introduction due to lack of visitors. Its influence on the customers' behavioral motives of engaging in various activities in the night markets is increasing. However, because of its brief history in Korea, not much of research has cast attention on them. It is imperative to figure out the success factors of the night markets, so that other night markets can learn the secret of successful operation of the markets. Research design, data, and methodology - The research is based upon both qualitative and quantitative data. Data are collected from multiples levels of the night market related parties. Four groups are chosen: customers, night market sellers, sellers' union and government officers who are in charge of the market. Conventional survey formats are employed for customers and night market sellers. For night market union and government officers, survey and in-depth focus group interview methods are applied. Of the night markets in operation, commonalities of successful or well established ones are elaborated. Results - Night Market operation success factor are sought utilizing Porter's The Competitive Advantage of Nations model (1990). Results are shown that successful night markets commonly have satisfactory 'Factor Conditions.' Specifically, established night markets have either nearby big cities or tourist attractions in common. While these have fair 'Firm Strategy/structure/rivalry,' and 'Related and supporting industries,' they commonly demonstrate weakness in 'Demand conditions.' Conclusions - A successful night market incurs new customers not only to the market itself but also to the traditional periodical market the night markets are within. Government support to the night market can be justified where the circulation of new customer to the night market and the night market to the periodical market mechanism is in effective.

농어촌지역 하위정주체계 모형의 대안설정 (An Alternative Model on Hierachial Settlement System in Rural Areas)

  • In rural settlement planning, its spatial development framework should be constructed on the basis of the hierachial settlement system. However, up to now, there does not exist widely - accepted model on rural settlement hierachy. In this study the basic planning principles and directions on the modelling of the settlement hireachy in rural areas have been consolidated through theoretical study and situational analysis on planning environments. And also, a new yardstick on the grading of the middle - level centers between villages and rural towns has been tried to find out. The research resulted that the existance of periodical rural market might be used as a simple and innovative yardstick on the hierachial ordering of rural settlement system. Based on the above results, an alternative 4 - step model of rural settlement hierachy was proposed ; Rural Town(county hall sitted) -Market Center(having standard periodical market) - Village Center(having no market) - Village. Finally, because the conclusion has been made by very limited case studies and several previous works, there should need continuous studies and checks in future for full reasoning of the proposed model.

투간 바라노프스키의 경기 변동론에 대한 연구 (A Study on The Business Cycle Theory of Tugan-Baranowsky)

  • 이 연구는 투간 바라노프스키의 "영국 공황사론"을 중심으로 그의 경기변동론을 분석하여 다음과 같은 점들을 지적하고자 한다. 첫째, 투간은 판로이론을 기초로 한 공황의 주기성 이론을 구성하려고 했다는 점을 밝히고, 그것의 논리적 일관성이 부족하다는 점을 지적할 것이다. 둘째, 투간을 비판하는 논자들이나 옹호하는 논자들은 투간의 이론적 체계가 가진 문제점을 제대로 평가하고 있지 못했다. 과소소비론은 투간의 공황론을 소비를 무시한 불비례론으로 평가하였지만, 공황의 구체적인 발발 과정에 대한 투간의 논의는 제대로 평가하지 못했다. 바우어는 퇴장화폐가 포함됨 재생산표식론으로 투간의 주기적 공황론을 구현하려고 했을 뿐이다. 그러나 예외적으로 힐퍼딩만이 맑스의 공황개념에 기초하여 투간을 가장 적절히 비판하였고, 그것에 기초하여 주기적 공황의 문제를 해명하려고 하였다.

우리나라에서 판매되고 있는 엔티크 의자스타일에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Antique Chair-Style in Korean Market)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the antique chair style in Korean market. The examined objects were 235 chairs in selected 30 antique shops dealing with curios in Seoul from July 16 to August 23 in 2002. The results of this study was as follows Antique chairs in Korean market are revival style and eclectic style. The revival style are copied or transformed period style antique chairs. The eclectic style are chairs newly designed by mixing of 2 or 3 different types period style antique-chairs. Rococo-revival style were the most prevalent following Renaissance style chairs in the market. In case of chair back and legs the Classic revival style are made by copying and transforming the Klismos, Hepplewhite, Sheraton, which is a neo-classic style. The Gothic revival style are copied or transformed finial, foil, crocket and tracery which is the Gothic architectural decoration. In Renaissance revival style. Elizabeth, slat, caned, padded, yorkshire, bobbin turned, William & Mary are copied and transformed for the chair back. In Rococo-revival style, LouisXV, Queen Anne, Chippendale of Rococo-style- chair back and cabriole legs are copied or transformed. In the eclectic style, Classic style chair back with Renaissance-style legs or Rococo style chair back with Renaissance style legs are combined as a periodical eclectic style. In this manner now style of chair back and the periodical style of legs were used together as a new eclectic style chair.

  • Korea Train eXpress(KTX), opened in april 2004 as well as the KOREA RAILROAD sailed in 2005 is on the second take-off stage. In 2004, on the basis of the technical stabilization, management planning centering around business was established, and to attain the object, now there is a increasing necessity for market-information which is necessary for establishment, execution and result analysis of strategies. Therefore, by performing periodical market surveying, getting out of old market strategy making ways of viewing in manager's shoes, we can quickly elaborate market strategies in consumer's shoes on the basis of the market information. And as a necessary consequence, we can expect not only to make efficient use of resources but also to maximize profits of the KTX.

공간구문론을 활용한 전통정기시장 공간구조분석 -평창 대화장을 중심으로- (Spatial Structure Analysis of Traditional Periodical Market using Space Syntax Method)

  • 최근 농촌지역이 쇠퇴하면서 농촌사회의 중심공간이었던 전통정기시장이 점차 축소되고 상권이 붕괴되면서 존폐를 위협하고 있는 실정이다. 다양한 분야에 걸쳐 전통정기시장의 활성화를 위한 대안을 제시하고 있지만 사회적, 지리적 관점에서 이루어진 연구는 정량적으로 분석하는데 한계가 있었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 강원도의 대표적인 5일장이었던 평창 대화장을 대상으로 정량적인 분석방법인 공간구문론을 활용하여 공간구조 및 보행동선을 분석하였다. 분석결과, 전체적인 공간구조는 통합도와 명료도가 높게 나타나 방문객이 전체 공간을 인지하고 이동하기에 효율적인 구조이지만 소비를 촉진시키는 전략이 필요할 것으로 판단되었다. 또한 보행동선을 분석한 결과 시장의 중심부에 위치하거나 주요시설 주변에 분포하는 동선의 통합도가 높게 나타났다. 자연발생적으로 생겨난 전통정기시장은 단순하고 명료한 공간구조를 갖고 있다는 점에서 문제점이 있으며, 쇠퇴한 정기시장을 활성화하기 위해서는 장소성을 강화하고 방문객의 소비를 촉진하는 전략이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

  • 최근 몇 년간 주택가격의 주기적 변동에 대한 대응으로 정부는 주택담보대출 비율 (LTV) 및 총 부채상환비율 (DTI) 등 주택 담보대출 비율 조절 정책을 지속적으로 시행하고 있다. 그러나 한국 주택시장에서는 최근에 들어서야 주택담보대출을 통한 주택수요 조절 개념이 정착되었기 때문에 경험적 방법의 접근으로는 주택담보대출 정책 타당성을 평가하는데 한계가 있다. 따라서 다양한 시각 및 시스템적 논리로 접근하는 포괄적이고 동태적인 분석 방법론이 요구된다. 본 연구는 시스템 다이내믹스 (System Dynamics)의 시스템적 사고 및 시뮬레이션 모형을 통한 민감도 분석을 통해 주택 담보대출 정책의 주택 수요 및 가격 조절 기능에 대한 타당성을 평가한다. 분석 결과 주택담보대출 관련 정책은 경기 침체시 있는 것으로 분석된다. 그러나 주택담보대출 규제로 인해 1차 대출기관의 잠재 수요가 제 2 금융권 시장으로 이동할 경우 주택수요 조절을 위한 정책 의도가 상쇄되는 것을 확인할 수 있고 이에 따라 제 2 금융권 대출에 대한 정책 병행의 필요성을 도출 할 수 있다.

복진(腹診)에 대한 국내 연구동향 분석 및 연구방향 제안 (Review of Research Topics on Abdominal Examination)

  • Objectives: The abdominal examination is a diagnosis method for determining a morbid condition of the chest and abdomen by touching and pressing. This study reviewed research trends concerning the abdominal examination and suggested of future research directions for quantification of abdominal examination. Methods: A systematic literature search was carried out for relevant articles published between 2000 and 2016 in five databases such as Korean studies Information Service System(KISS), Oriental Medicine Advanced Searching Integrated System(OASIS), DataBase Periodical Information Academic (DBpia), National Digital Science Library and PubMed based on the Keywords 'abdominal examination'. Results: 128 articles were collected for analysis. Overview on the abdominal examination based on selected 17 articles. Then selected articles have been reclassified by diseases of clinical research and parameters for diagnosis of abdominal examination. Conclusions: Taken together, instrument for quantitative evaluation of abdomen characteristic fit to the traditional Korean Medicine have not yet developed. It is suggested that in order to dominate the market about abdominal examination in advance, more concern should be paid to establishing appropriate development of quantitative criteria and instrument. This review will help researcher to systematically understand and to develop Korean medical device as globally competitive device.

LP가스 연료사용 자동차의 국내외 안전관리현황 비교 연구 (A Comparative Study on the Safety Management Status of LP Gas Fueled Vehicles in Korea and Foreign Countries)

  • 본 연구에서는 국내외 LPG 자동차 보급 및 안전관리현황 비교 분석을 통해 국내 LPG 자동차 관련 안전성확보 방향을 제시하였다. 국내 LPG 자동차에 대한 안전관리실태 조사결과 LPG 자동차의 안전성 확보를 위한 제도와 관리실태가 미흡하였고, 실제 약 5천여대의 LPG 자동차에 대한 가스누출 점검결과 약 4% 정도가 누출되고 있음을 확인하였다. 또한 LPG 자동차 관련 안전성향상을 위해 국외에서 운영중인 안전기준을 국내에 적용할 필요성을 확인하였다. 따라서, 국내 LPG 자동차 관련 안전성확보 방향으로 최근 경형승용자동차 등에 대한 LPG 연료사용 허용으로 더욱 위험성이 증대된 지하주차공간에 대한 환기 등 시설기준의 개선, 그리고 LPG 자동차 확인 스티커 부착의무화 등 관리체계 개선방안을 제시하였다.

생활권 개념의 변화에 따른 주거지 계획의 시기별 특성 변화 - 국내 신도시 및 신시가지 계획을 중심으로 - (An Analysis of the Characteristics of the Transition Trand of the Multi-family Housing Theory by Planning Community Units - Focused on the new town planning in Korea -)

  • A planned access method on constantly-changing-community unit plan changes and develops based on the periodical situation and also plan theory. In this research, it is to present the link between the theory of complex city change and the plan factor of it, and to show how Korean residential complex plan has changed as time passed and how new concept of city plan came up and by applying new methods how can this affect our real world and the past plan. In the phase of analysis, it analyzed the flow of 'community unit plan' and its theory and investigated the factor of compositional space and built a analysis frame. The factors of community unit plan are space structure, size and shape of block, population, distribution of facilities and movement system. It chose the place that can represent the flow of community unit plan trand and that indicates the obvious development leading to Jamsil (1975), Gwa Chun (1980), Mok Dong (1983), Sang Ge (1985), Ilsan (1989), Dong tan (2001) and Eun Jung (2003) total of 7 places. And to compare a similar size of the city, it selected a small community unit. Based on the result of theoretical study and prior research, it can be said that the space composition style has change from a whole complete complex area to a linked-cross over community unit and the access of urban level was on set. Also, a pedestrian walking area was secured and the dense of building structure and pleasant environment wanting need was in balance. For facility plans, the usage of facility and functional change brought change of type, size and disposition. The walking area for pedestrian became a huge matter. Therefore, market, education, public facilities and green system collaborated to co-build a whole community unit and activated the walking environment. Also, public transportation, environment friendly city organization was built.
