Colonoscopy is an important medical procedure for the diagnosis of various diseases like cancers in the colon and rectum. But it requires a lot of time for a doctor to acquire dexterous skills necessary to perform successful colonoscopy. Moreover, to many patients, conventional colonoscopy simply takes too long time. Therefore, some studies on the development of autonomous and more convenient colonoscope are carried out. In this Paper, we Propose a functional colonoscope robot system that has a locomotive function with a hollow body, a steering system, and other basic functions of typical conventional colonoscope systems. The concept and each component of the functional colonoscope system are described in this paper. In order to evaluate the functional performance of the colonoscope robot, we carried out in -vitro and in-vivo tests.

The government developed National Competency Standards and expands field friendly education for innovation of industrial field based education training. NCS is the national level of standards that the government systemized knowledge, skills and attitudes required to work in industrial fields by each industry and each level. This study was intended to research NCS education contents of an introduction of dental hygienics, which is a basic major subject among subjects of dental hygiene course, to present learning goals accordingly, and to be used as a basic resource of NCS field oriented classes of dental hygienists through the comparison before and after. In case of the dental hygiene course, dental hygienists are performing important core tasks as clinicians at dental offices. Therefore, such comprehensive and professional performance abilities as scaling, oral prophylaxis and oral health education are required at the fields. The education process and education contents for this should be researched continuously.

The skill that meets the intellectual and technical requirements in workplace is called hard skill. The counter part of it is 'softskills' which enhances an individual's interactions, job performance and career prospects. It becomes more necessary skill as society changes. In this paper we first show the demand for the softskill improvement education for engineering major students. Then we introduce a 'softskill improvement education' program developed by the "Center for innovative engineering education" in a University. The contents of the program are chosen by the needs of society, companies that hire our students, ABEEK educational objectives and consulting from professors. To improve the skills we used various activities as tools which are mentioned and introduced. The evaluation of the program results are discussed. We suggest some ways to improve the program.

Outcome-based learning is a global trend in medical education. The Korean Association of Medical Colleges (KAMC) has been developing learning objectives for basic medical education (BME) in Korea. In 2012, KAMC published the 1st edition of "Learning outcomes of basic medical education: Clinical competency-centered" in order to promote outcome-based medical education. KAMC has recently revised and updated the learning outcomes of basic medical education in the clinical competency-centered 2nd edition to reflect the suggestions of all medical schools in Korea and improve application of the published learning outcomes for BME in the field of medical education. KAMC has been making efforts to integrate clinical competency-centered learning outcomes with scientific concepts and principle-centered learning outcomes in addition to basic clinical skills and performance in BME.

Accordingly, the important thing is an exploratory study of assessing trade show objectives, management, functions and performance etc.

This study focused on the determining factors of foreign workers employment in Korean companies. To improve our national enterprise's work outcome, it is necessary to establish a rational employment management policy plan so that the Korea can promote influx of foreign workers who have appropriate job skills and are hard-working and well suited for cultural environment. Accordingly, the companies need to develop the program by considering following. First, the duty of skilled foreign workers for employment is an important determinant factor and thus the targeting for foreign workers is necessary to proceed with pre-paced training. Second, reflecting the cultural characteristics of migrant workers, a cultural adjustment program needs to be developed. In this regard, the national program of screening foreign workers at the government level and the adaptation program needs to be launched suitable for local environment.

In the era of the fourth industrial revolution, many production plants are gradually evolving into smart factories that apply information and communication technology to manufacturing, distribution, production, and quality management. The conversion from conventional factories to smart factories has resulted in the automation of production sites using the internet and the internet of things (IoT) technology. Thus, labor-intensive production can easily collect necessary information. However, implementing a smart factory required a significant amount of time, effort, and money. In particular, labor-intensive production industries are not automated, and productivity is determined by human skill. A representative industry of such industries is sewing the industry. In the sewing industry, wherein productivity is determined by the operator's skills. This study suggests that production performance, inventory management and product delivery of the sewing industries can be managed efficiently with existing production method by using smart buttons incorporating IoT functions, without using automated machinery.

Modern society is experiencing a high population density and a centralization of facilities. The clear trends in the construction field are aggrandizement, elevation and specialization of building structures. Such trends require improvements of skills in raising material performances, structuring, planning, designing, and increasing construction capacities. In order to procure high performance materials and construction techniques, a top-quality concrete should be used since it takes up a large part of the material. In recent years, active researches have been done on the ultra high strength concrete. Therefore, this experimental study is strength management to fixed quantity in the field of ultra-strong concrete.

Purpose - The aim of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of a corporate training program. The case study of HCL Technologies was used to investigate how training programs improve the performance of employees on the job, as well as to identify unnecessary aspects of the training for the purpose of eliminating these from future training programs. Research design, data, and methodology - An exploratory research design was used to conduct the study. The research sample size included 50 HCL employees. The sampling technique for the data collection was convenience sampling. Results - Training is a crucial process in an organization and thus needs to be well designed. Specifically, the training programs should provide adequate knowledge to all employees, ensure correct methods are used for the selection of trainees, and avoid any perception of biasness. Conclusions - Employees were not fully satisfied by the separation of the training program into two parts, on the job and off the job training, but if sufficient data is provided to employees in advance, this could help them during the training process.

The strategic aims of six sigma in the aspect of business is directly related with the result of the business by the creation of profit. So based on the reformatory strategy of management performed by each organization echelon, the improvement of management by objectives is proceeded actively. This thesis recognizes the need of educational Programme needful in performance of reformatory strategy of six sigma, and concludes the strategic values as the criteria. In audition this thesis presents the strategic tool fundamental to analyse the skills and methods practiced in the designing step of improving programme of results through the research.
