This paper is to analyze consumer's acceptance phase of innovative IT product on the ground of dividing into product and application phase. In the acceptance phase of product determinants to consumer's satisfaction were analyzed and TAM(Technology Acceptance Model) were applied to the acceptance phase of application. It is analyzed that how well expected usefulness and perceived satisfaction to product have positively influence its performance and perceived satisfaction respectively in the acceptance phase of the product. In the acceptance phase of application, factors to consumers' satisfaction were analyzed to investigate its influence to the usefulness of application. Usefulness expectancy to the application and product were analyzed to figure out consumers'intention to use the product and effort and cost going into application use were also analyzed. Empirical study was implemented aimed at smart phone users. As a result, perceived usefulness expectancy to product have positively influence on perceived product performance and perceived product performance also affects perceived product satisfaction significantly. Although product satisfaction doesn't affect usefulness expectancy to the application, usefulness expectancy to the product and perceived product performance have positively influence on usefulness expectancy to the application significantly. And also usefulness expectancy to the both of application and product have positively influence on consumer's intention to use the product but consumer's effort and cost going into application doesn't affect to it, it's hold forth the possibility that consumer's effort affect consumer's intention to use the product.

This study investigates the factors barrier the performance of Korean manufacturing firms in China. Also an empirical data use the field survey of Korean manufacturing firms in China. as a result, First, we find that employment-cost factor, that is rising labor costs, a change of occupation is an effect the performance of Korean manufacturing firms in China. Second, business beginning year and by 7 region factor is very significant on the performance of Korean FDI firms in china. And then, Korean corporate investment in China is a desirable form of long-term investment shall be determined. also we know that regions of China, differentiated investment approach is effective. finally, The result shows that FDI to China is need of the long term plan, and In actual use, these FDI should be applied flexibly in china business environment.

There are many evaluation models to measure the informatization level of an organization and information system project in the ministry of National Defense of Korea. A information system has to keep up with the environment change as well as the advanced recent information technology (IT). Therefore, the evaluation of an information system project to enhance the performance of the information system should be different from the existing evaluation methods. This study suggests an evaluation case of information system projects to enhance the performance of an information system. In order to achieve the objective of this study, the following steps are taken. First, it reviews the background and the scope of the project to enhance the performance of the Defense Material Information System (DMIS). And it sets up the evaluation logic and develops performance indexes. Then it applies these newly developed performance indexes to the information system project and measures the performance. From this study, we found that both the diffusion and the experience accumulation by its continuous use are significant factors in such evaluations.

Advances in technology have made it easier for organizations to share information and collaborate. However, collaboration systems where multiple entities share and access information are vulnerable to security. The concept of Software Bill Of Materials (SBOM) has emerged as a way to strengthen information security by identifying and transparently managing the components of software programs. To promote the adoption of SBOM in Korea, this study investigated the intention to use of collaboration system managers. This study was based on the theory of planned behavior and the integrated technology acceptance theory. The results of this study confirmed that performance expectations from SBOM adoption were an important variable for intention to use, and positive attitudes toward security also had an indirect effect through performance expectations. We found that SBOM adoption has an important causal relationship with performance due to the fact that it is targeted at enterprises, and that positive attitudes toward security and social climate can have a strong effect on intention to use.

Since the supply and demand of agricultural products are unstable, which causes instability in farm income and consumer prices, the government has sought to mitigate the problems caused by unstable supply and demand by generating and providing agricultural outlook information. However, research should be carried out to increase the quality and utilization of agricultural observation information, because the value of agricultural observation information increases only when more users use this information and apply it to their decisions. In this study, a survey was conducted targeting producers and experts who are users or potential users of agricultural outlook information, and the results were analyzed through quantitative model, specifically importance-performance analysis (IPA) and analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The results show that improvement of promptness was required among the seven items evaluated with regard to agricultural outlook. Also, measures for dissemination of agricultural outlook information and the contents of outlook information should be improved to increase its use. If the quality level and use of agricultural observation information are increased by reflecting the results of the above analysis, decision-making on the supply and demand of agricultural products in Korea will be improved, and it is thought that it will be possible to increase farm household income and stabilize consumer prices through stabilization of supply and demand of agricultural products.

In addition, it should be placed adding the Security Systems to protect the Internal Network's Information Assets from External attacks. But, The use of Security Systems and Network deployment inside the network makes a significant impact on Security and Performance. Therefore, In this paper, it will be to analyze the Performance Degradation Factors of the Internal Network according to the Security System's use and placement. This paper empirically examines relationships among corporate strategy, competitive advantage of information technology(CAIT), and organizational performance. Effects of information technology on the linkage between corporate strategy and performance is investigated and CAIT measures suggested by Sethi and King(1994) as well as Sung(1997) are tested for verification. Research results confirm that information technology provides several traits of strategic advantages such as efficiency, threat, functionality, preemptiveness, and synergy and significantly contributes to corporate performance. CAIT measures developed by Sethi and King show strong reliability and validity, Generally, service industry firms show more strong relationship among CAT strategy, and performance than manufacturing industry firms. The findings reinforce the accepted belief that alignment between corporate strategy and CAT is critical for firms to attain sustainable competitive advantage, subsequently enhances corporate performance and competitive position against rivals, potential entrants, substitutes, suppliers, and buyers.

Ambidexterity in organizations, in general, is interpreted as flexibility that enables organizational innovation, which is important for survival in a competitive market. It applies to individual workers as well since the ambidexterity of explorational and exploitational IS use will enable the flexible transition between dynamic and operational work, and hence, increase the work performance. The current study will therefore investigate the individual levels of exploratory and exploitative IS use, as well as the complementary relationship between exploratory and exploitative IS use. In a third step, the differential influence of IS on work performance will be evaluated. The current study validated that complementary fit of IS use exploration and IS use exploitation increases performance. Polynomial regression and surface analysis are used to validate the incongruence of IS use pattern. They showed that the incongruence of ambidexterity is composed of two types of divergent vs. convergent ambidexterity which depends on the type of work that need dynamic or operational capability.

This study empirically explores the relationship among knowledge management success factors (leadership, organizational culture, information technology, measurement, incentive, knowledge quality), knowledge management activities(knowledge creation and knowledge use), and task performance in disaster management area. Findings suggest that (1) organization culture, information technology, incentive and quality of knowledge are significantly related to knowledge creation activities while leadership, information technology, incentive and quality of knowledge are significantly related to knowledge use activities, (2) higher level of knowledge creation is related to high level of knowledge use, and (3) the level of knowledge use activities seems to be significantly related to task performance in disaster management, while knowledge creation activities are not.

The Internet has motivated firms to participate in electronic commerce. With the development of electronic commerce, SMEs (small- and medium-sized enterprises) may be forced to use e-intermediaries in export marketing. This study aims at assessing e-intermediaries in various aspects. Empirical and theoretical studies are conducted to investigate determinants and effects of eintermediary use in export marketing. Based on resource-based view (RBV), the study develops a conceptual model that can address the question of which international competence and export performance are closely related to e-intermediary use by SMEs. Based on literature review and theoretical foundations, this study made four hypotheses. With AMOS, structural equation modeling (SEM) was used for testing four hypotheses. The empirical findings support all hypotheses. Last, this study suggests examining comprehensive internal and external factors in terms of e-intermediary use as an interesting topic for future research.
