Interest in sustainable management based on the stakeholder perspective is expanding not only within an organization but also across the supply chain. For large companies that have established networks, sustainability management of the supply chain is now a factor that not only determines the social performance of the company as a whole, but also determines its long-term competitive position. Despite these changes in the business world, especially the proliferation of the sustainable supply chain management (SSCM) system, systematic research on SSCM has been lacking. In particular, there was a lack of empirical analysis on which factors promoted the establishment of the SSCM system for large companies and what's the effects of SSCM. In this regard, this study analyzes i) the impact of the social responsibility pressure of customers as external stakeholders and the CSR orientation of purchasing managers as internal stakeholders on supply chain transparency and partnership cooperation respectively, and ii) whether supply chain transparency and partnership cooperation can enhance corporate reputation. The samples used in this study were 69 large companies representing Korea. The results showed that the social responsibility pressure of customers and the purchasing manager's CSR orientation were positively related to the transparency of the supply chain. However, for partnership cooperation, only the purchasing manager's CSR orientation was found to have a positive and significant effect. Meanwhile, both supply chain transparency and partnership cooperation were positively related to the corporate reputation. At the end of the study, discussions on the implications of the results and future research directions will be presented.

In 2020, one after another, musicians started to hold non-contact online concerts as the pop music industry began to shrink due to the unprecedented "Covid-19" incident, in seeking for various channels and alternatives. Taking this into account, this study conducted a survey with BTS' "Bang Bang Con The Live" as the subject that was held June 2020 to see if they were qualified as an alternative format for quarantine-focused non-contact concerts. The survey was carried out with the content analysis of online concert videos participated by music experts and by collecting evaluations and alternative suggestions from the audiences. The study showed that the sample performance video well fulfilled the actual feels of offline concert elements (field visualization, face-to-face interaction, and responsive behavior), satisfaction, and convenience as an alternative concert format as an emergency correspondence. However, it was analyzed that there was a serious lack of empathy and realism with fans. Therefore, the study showed the possibility that BTS' "Bangbangcon The Live" will function as an alternative format for non-contact concerts, but suggests that measures such as supplementing digital communication systems and technology devices must be taken to be recognized as a level of settlement in the global music community as well as in Korea.

This study examines the concentration in terms of supply and consumption in the Korean movie market, focusing on screen size, nationality, and the box office. For analysis, it selects the top 100 movies in the box office each year for 15 years from 2005 to 2019. According to the result, the number of screens increased steadily every year, and the screen concentration became very high. For the top 100 movies, it increased from 12% to 30% of the total screen. It became higher in the case of the top 10 movies. As the number of screens increased, multiplex assigned more screens to one movie. Multiplex's screen allocation continued to increase, with one movie taking up more 60% of the total screen. This became more serious after 2011 and 2012. Market share of the top 100 movies accounted for about 95% of the total box office performance, even though the number of released movies is about 3,000. Whether multiplex preferred Hollywood movies or not, its screen assignment was found to favor Hollywood movies over Korean ones. In the case of film nationality, both Korean and Hollywood movies accounted for 90.7%. Two countries had a market share of 96.6%. There was no single side except Korea and the United States in the top 10. The increase in the number of screens deepened the concentration in screen allocation. The concentration in the screen allocation led to the concentration of consumption. The Korean film market is the case where the increase of movie screens did not create a diversity of supply and consumption. It also did not affect the diversity of film nationality. This research reveals that supplied concentration and consumed concentration are positively correlated, and that the former is a little lower than the latter.

Chinese youth films fall into the dilemma of continuous development after experiencing rapid development from 2013 to 2017. How to update the creative ideas and methods of the films, arouse the audience's interest in watching and stimulate a new aesthetic experience has become a focal point for the creators who concern about the Chinese film market. "Us and Them" is a successful youth film in 2018. Its creative practice proves that defamiliarization can provide theoretical and methodological basis for the creation of Chinese youth films. Therefore, taking the current situation of Chinese youth film as the research background, treating "Us and Them" as the research object, the defamiliarization of narrative discourse and narrative content used in the film are analyzed. First, the defamiliarization of narrative discourse composed of scenes, characters and plots makes the film "stand out" from the real world. Second, the defamiliarization of narrative content composed of metropolis adoration, self-identity and hometown affection makes the film "stand out" from the existing context. These methods of creation not only meet the needs of the contemporary, but also provide an effective reference for the creation of other youth films. Research will be needed to utilize the elements of defamiliarization through the analysis of the successful case in spite of the time change.

This study has derived the patents of the technology that have been filed and registered so far to investigate the trends of virtual reality(VR) experience contents technology, and analyzed them focusing on core patent technologies. The patents of Korea, USA, Japan, Europe and PCT, which were released until June 2020, were targeted, and patent search was conducted using WISDOMAIN search DB. The keywords for patent search were related to experience technology using VR, and a total of 1,013 data were obtained after creating a search formula by combining the derived keywords. Among them, a total of 65 data were extracted from the result of selecting valid patents, and a political analysis was conducted on them. Looking at the overall application trend, most of Korean patent applications accounted for, and noise patents are system-related devices to implement VR technology. The United States and Europe are focused on developing augmented reality(AR) technology, the study found. The technology of VR experience has increased rapidly since 2017, and the technology growth stage is the period from the beginning to the growth stage. As a result of examining the valid patents related to VR experience, technology was searched in various fields such as rural tour, exhibition, education, and performance, and patents for contents writing and general virtual experience related technology were also searched. If we predict the possibility of development of VR industry in the future, it is necessary to respond to preemption of intellectual property rights by proceeding technology development and patent application for more diverse fields.
This study warns of the dangers of pre-marketing that is too preoccupied with raising market expectations before release at the film market level, and provides practical implications that the lower the level of mismatch of market expectations, the more ideal performance can be achieved. The level of expectation before release and satisfaction after release were measured by each movie rating, and the difference was calculated as the inconsistency of expectations. In raising expectations before the release, the expert rating among the star power, director power, expert rating, and number of screens has a significant influence. It was confirmed that the level of expectation before the release had a positive effect on the rating after the release, but had a negative effect on the level of discordance. In addition, the hypothesis that the higher the expectation level before the release, the greater the inconsistency, and the hypothesis that the higher the expectation inconsistency has a negative effect on the box office level is supported. This provides various implications for marketing carried out before or after the release of a movie to film-related practitioners for products with low involvement or emotional content such as movies.

Reinforced concrete structures are exposed to various environments, resulting in reinforcement corrosion due to moisture and ions penetration. Reinforced concrete corrosion causes a decrease in the durability performance of reinforced concrete structures. One solution to mitigate such issues is using FRP rebars, which offer several advantages such as high tensile strength, corrosion resistance, and light-weight than conventional rebars, in reinforced concrete instead of conventional steel rebars. The FRP rebar used should be examined at the limit state because FRP reinforced concrete has linear behavior until its fracture and can generate excessive deflection due to the low elastic modulus. It should be considered while designing FRP reinforced concrete for flexure. In the ultimate limit state, the flexural strength of FRP reinforced concrete as per ACI 440.1R is significantly lower than the flexural strength by applying both the environmental reduction and strength reduction factors accounting for the material uncertainty of FRP rebar. Therefore, in this study, the experimental results were compared with the deflection of the proposed effective moment of inertia referring to the local and international standards. The experimental results of GFRP and BFRP reinforced concrete were compared with the flexural strength as determined by ACI 440.1R and Fib bulletin 40. The flexural strength obtained by the experimental results was more similar to that obtained by Fib bulletin 40 than ACI 440.1R. The flexural strength of ACI 440.1R was conservatively evaluated in the tension-controlled section.

Background: We compared the safety and effectiveness of robotic anatomical resection and video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery (VATS). Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted of the records of 4,283 patients, in whom an attempt was made to perform minimally invasive anatomical resection for lung cancer at Seoul National University Hospital from January 2011 to July 2020. Of these patients, 138 underwent robotic surgery and 4,145 underwent VATS. Perioperative outcomes were compared after propensity score matching including age, sex, height, weight, pulmonary function, smoking status, performance status, comorbidities, type of resection, combined bronchoplasty/angioplasty, tumor size, clinical T/N category, histology, and neoadjuvant treatment. Results: In total, 137 well-balanced pairs were obtained. There were no cases of 30-day mortality in the entire cohort. Conversion to thoracotomy was required more frequently in the VATS group (VATS 6.6% vs. robotic 0.7%, p=0.008). The complete resection rate (VATS 97.8% vs. robotic 98.5%, p=1.000) and postoperative complication rate (VATS 17.5% vs. robotic 19.0%, p=0.874) were not significantly different between the 2 groups. The robotic group showed a slightly shorter hospital stay (VATS 5.8±3.9 days vs. robotic 5.0±3.6 days, p=0.052). N2 nodal upstaging (cN0/pN2) was more common in the robotic group than the VATS group, but without statistical significance (VATS 4% vs. robotic 12%, p=0.077). Conclusion: Robotic anatomical resection in lung cancer showed comparable early outcomes when compared to VATS. In particular, robotic resection presented a lower conversion-to-thoracotomy rate. Furthermore, a robotic approach might improve lymph node harvesting in the N2 station.

Purpose : We aimed to investigate the effects of nutritional foods on sarcopenia prevention and physical function among the elderly living in rural communities during the COVID-19 pandemic by providing customized nutrition. Methods : This study was conducted in the rural community of SCC. Participants (n=24, over age 65) were randomly assigned into a Protein group (n=12) and a Vitamin group (n=12). The protein group was given 23 g/d of protein (whey, soybean, BCAA) for 8 weeks and the Vitamin group 23 g/d of vitamin (B, C, D, E and mixed minerals such as calcium, magnesium, zinc) for 8 weeks. All participants had their body composition such as height, weight, skeletal muscle mass, body mass index, and body fat percentage, measured using bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA) and physical function assessed using grip strength and the short physical performance battery (SPPB). Results : At the end of the intervention, there was a significant increase in skeletal muscle mass (p<.01) in the Protein group (p=.002, 4.92 %) compared to the baseline: it increased by 2.33 %. The Vitamin group had a significant increase in body fat percentage after the intervention (p=.001, 15.35 %) compared to the baseline: body fat percentage decreased by 4.49 %. There were no significant differences in left and right Grip strength/Weight, SPPB, 4-m gait speed, chair stand test, and sense of balance in both groups. Conclusion : The findings from this study suggest that 8 weeks of protein intake have a significant effect on skeletal muscle mass and body fat percentage. Protein intake helped promoting the health of the elderly in rural community during the COVID-19 pandemic. It will assist creating a foundation for providing customized nutrition for the elderly in rural community in the future.
In this study, a 33-mode Free-Flooded Ring (FFR) transducer was designed to apply piezoelectric single crystal PIN-PMN-PT, which has high piezoelectric constants and electromechanical coupling coefficient. To ensure low-frequency high transmitting sensitivity characteristics with a small size of FFR transducer, the commercial FFR transducer based on piezoelectric ceramics was compared. To develop the FFR transducer with broadband characteristics, a piezoelectric segmented ring structure inserted with inactive elements was applied. The oil-filled structure was applied to minimize the change of acoustic characteristics of the ring transducer. It was verified that the transmitting voltage response, underwater impedance, and beam pattern matched the finite element numerical simulation results well through an acoustic test. The difference in the transmitting voltage response between the measured and the simulated results is about 1.3 dB in cavity mode and about 0.3 dB in radial mode. The fabricated FFR transducer had a higher transmitting voltage response compared to the commercial transducer, but the diameter was reduced by about 17 %. From this study, it was confirmed that the feasibility of a single crystal-applied FFR transducer with compact size and high-power characteristics. The effectiveness of the performance prediction by simulation was also confirmed.
