  • SNS (Social network service) characteristics are perceived to simplify use. We carried out empirical studies on these parameters to observe the impact on the image of catering SNS online by word-of-mouth. The subjects of the study were as follows: 32.3% (392 persons) 19 years old, 67.7% (821 persons) over 19 years, 51.0% (619 persons) in their 20s, 22.1% (268 persons) in their 30s, 17.6% in their 50s, and 9.3% (112 persons) over 50 years. After verifying the hypothesis proposed that SNS characteristics perceived the ease of use, the significant factor identified in usability were connectivity Speed (${\beta}=0.213$), playfulness (${\beta}=0.246$), information (${\beta}=0.115$), and reciprocity (${\beta}=0.357$). Dual reciprocity had the most impact. It was observed that a longer impact of these significant factors improved the feel and fun of use. If SNS companies cater to, quick and easy, diverse, reliable and latest information, they can increase the ease of use, and availability, depending on the goals. Also, significant factors in the SNS features and online word of mouth was playfulness (${\beta}=0.312$), information (${\beta}=0.207$), reciprocity (${\beta}=0.066$) and perceived ease of use, and usefulness (${\beta}=0.293$), double playfulness had the maximum impact. These features provided more fun, reliable information, and could quickly deliver the latest information. The more the perceived usefulness, and ease of use, higher was the online word-of-mouth effect. SNS usage characteristics of connectivity Speed did not show any statistical significance in online word-of-mouth. Thus, catering businesses need to find ways to increase the ease of use, make the usefulness multifaceted, constantly checking the catering information on the SNS and ensuring to get the latest information is from diverse and reliable sources. This would increase the fun for the customer making the SNS to actively be utilized as a marketing tool.

  • This study investigated the characteristics of Omni Channel and examined the influence of them on consumers' perceived functional value and emotional value as well as the effect of perceived functional value and emotional value on user's intention of use through Omni Channel. To verify the research model, the questionnaire survey was conducted on 20's to 40's men and women residing in Seoul and the metropolitan area by convenience sampling. The number of copies used for data analysis was 696. To verify the research model, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and structural equation model analysis were performed using AMOS 20.0. First, Omni Channel characteristics consisted of four factors: instant connectivity, location-based provability, interactivity, and entertainment. Second, the instant connectivity, location-based provability and entertainment positively influenced functional value and emotional value; however, the interactivity was significant only to the emotional value. Third, consumers' perceived value of Omni Channel characteristics had a significant effect on attitude. Fourth, the more favorable the attitude toward Omni Channel is higher for the intention to use Omni Channel.

Design/methodology - The questionnaire collected 300 copies from June 25 to July 11, 2019, of which 281 were used for statistical processing. The structural equation model (SEM) was used to test hypothesis in this research. Findings - The results showed that information innovation, personalization, and personal innovation influenced perceived usefulness, and social connectivity did not affect perceived usefulness. And perceived usefulness greatly influenced the intention to use. Research limitations/implications - The limitations of the study are that most of the survey respondents were in their twenties and could not grasp the perception of sharing economy services for various age groups. This paper derived implications that sharing platform promotes sharing and cooperation, which are the basic principles of international trade, to increase the intrinsic value of resources by cyclically using and utilizing limited resources around the world. • Currently, dramatic change had led to the growth of the distribution environment and the retailer's distribution channel. This change had shifted the 'single channel' to 'multi channel', and from 'cross channel' to 'omni channel'. While fashion companies using omni channel are rapidly growing, few research regarding omni channel had been done in academic field. In this study, we examined the influence of omni channel characteristics on consumers' perceived risk as well as consumers' perceived risk toward attitude and intention to use omni channel. We surveyed 696 male and female respondents aged 20 to 40 who lived in Seoul and the metropolitan area. Using AMOS 20.0, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and structural equation model analysis were performed to verify the model of this study. The results were as follows. First, omni channel's instant connectivity, location-based provability, interactivity, and entertainment factors did not decrease impacts on the perceived risk related to privacy and annoyance. Second, omni channel's instant connectivity and entertainment did not increase effects on the perceived financial risk, and location-based provability and interactivity did not increase effect on perceived financial risk. Third, the perceived risk concerning omni channel did not decrease on consumer attitude toward omni channel. Fourth, consumer attitude toward omni channel influenced the intention to use omni channel significantly.

  • The study seeks to explore essential factors that influence tourists' continual usage intentions to mobile tour information services. The variables such as characteristics of tour information service, accuracy, interactivity, context, ubiquitous connectivity, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use were adopted from previous research and the hypotheses were developed on the basis of Davis's Technology Acceptance Mode(TAM). The survey was conducted by users who have previously experienced mobile tourism information service. Structural equation modeling was used to Investigate the relationships between the factors. The results showed that interactivity, context, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use were found to have a positive impact on satisfaction. In particular, interactivity and context were found to be the most significant factors that influence reuse intentions. It suggests that increasing context and interactivity to make tourist trust about accuracy, ubiquitous connectivity is better than increasing perceived usefulness and perceived easiness. The identified factors that influence continual usage intentions on mobile services can be useful for analyzing the market trends and suggesting industrial guidelines of mobile services.

  • Mobile contents market is growing with the rapid adoption of smart-phones. Online access via mobile compared to PC-based online access, has distinctive service delivery characteristics which are ubiquitous connectivity and contextual offer. In addition, this study includes characteristics which are relatively disadvantageous for mobile services compared to PC-based services. These are response time and supporting non-verbal informations. This study investigates the influence of service delivery characteristics to perceived interactivity and mobile service attitude. The results show that mobile services' ubiquitous connectivity and contextual offer showed a positive relationship with the perceived interactivity of the mobile service. And the response time also showed a positive relationship with the perceived interactivity, but non-verbal information didn't. When the trade-off is met between response time and nonverbal information, mobile service developer should choose response time since it has positive effect on perceived interactivity and attitude.

  • Recent trends of mobile convergence has already brought about many changes in our digitally-powered society. Especially, taking advantage of strengths of existing mobile devices and smart phones have already been established as a primary standard in the business intelligence world. Such high-powered digital devices equipped with mobile convergence functions are getting more momentum as app stores are prevailing. Basically, the app stores are administered by smart phone manufacturers, creating a new business ecosystem among app developers and end-users. However, there are paucity of studies tackling an issue about how users' repurchase intention of the apps is influenced by the service qualities of the app stores. In this respect, this study aims to investigate the effect of app store service quality on users' satisfaction and repurchase intention. As the value of loyal customers is incomparably high in app commerce, winning customers' loyalty is vital to the success of app stores. In this study, a customer is defined as one who has purchased goods or services at least once from the app stores. The proposed research model includes a number of constructs such as app perceptions, customer service, perceived ease of use, design, promotion, perceived consumer risk and connectivity. Empirical results revealed that perceived consumer risk has a negative relationship with consumer's perceived repurchase intention. All the other variables-app perceptions, customer service, perceived ease of use, design, promotion, connectivity- are found to be positively related with the repurchase intentions.
