We examined an urban population's awareness of dietary guidelines to determine whether they perceived them to be necessary, and identified the factors affecting this awareness and perceived necessity. Data were collected via physical examinations and face-to-face interviews. Health indicators were collected from health examinations, and information on individual characteristics, including awareness, perceived necessity, and dietary status were obtained from the interviews. The subjects' sociodemographic, health and dietary status were examined as potential factors influencing awareness and perceived necessity. Descriptive statistics, contingency tables, and logistic regression modeling were used in the analysis. Low awareness of the dietary guidelines was displayed by the elderly and poorly educated individuals, and those without a spouse. Most people who were not aware of the dietary guidelines thought the guidelines unnecessary. Males with hypertension and lower hemoglobin levels, and females with less education had low awareness. Elderly females with lower bone density had less perceived necessity. Males and females with poor dietary status reported low perceived necessity.

The development of information technology and the demands of society on an application in an operating system, as well as increasing the specifications and sophistication of smartphones, require banks to make changes to their mobile banking applications. The transformation of the mobile banking application into a digital banking application conducted by banks has made users re-evaluate based on their preferences. This study presents the behavior of users of digital banking applications in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The hypothesis model is based on Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) with additional factors of the social image, perceived risk and perceived trust adopted from Muñoz-Leiva et al. (2017). The methodology in this study includes data collection through questionnaires distributed online and data analysis using the Structural Equation Model. The results of this study illustrate that the perceived trust and perceived risk have a more dominant part in influencing user attitude and user intention to use digital banking. Meanwhile, social image, perceived ease-of-use and perceived usefulness are not significant in influencing user attitude and user intention to use digital banking. The implication of this research helps to determine the right communication and strategy so that more users with more benefits can utilize this digital banking application.
As the fast development of information technology (IT), abundant attractive alternatives have showed up and challenged to the traditional information technology (IT). Cloud services, the hottest representative among these alternatives, has attracted the attention from all walks of life. Considering the diversity of cloud services, this study attempts to find out the important factors affected on individual's switching intention from incumbent IT to cloud services mainly based on two-factor theory (switching enablers and switching inhibitors) and explore the direct influences of these factors on individual's switching intention. According to our findings, individual's switching intention to cloud services is not only positively influenced by switching enablers but also negatively influenced by switching inhibitors. All the switching enablers in this study (perceived omnipresence, perceived collaboration support and perceived compatibility of cloud services) have positively significant influences on individual's switching intention as well as the switching inhibitors (usage habit of incumbent IT and perceived risk of cloud services) have negatively significant influences on individual's switching intention. It's noteworthy that satisfaction of incumbent IT has insignificant influence on individual's switching intention in this study. Moreover, as we expected, both social influence and personal innovativeness have significant influences on the generation of individual's switching intention.
Purpose. This cross-sectional survey was conducted to described the compliance of Breast Self-Examination of middle-aged women using a convenient sample, and to examine relationships between the compliance of BSE and Health Beliefs, and the influencing factors on the compliance of BSE. Methods. The subjects were 373 literate volunteers who were from 41 to 60 years of age who visited 6 public health centers. From June 7, 2004 to August 20, 2004, data were collected by 5 research assistants using a self-report questionnaire. The questionnaire was used to obtain information on the general characteristics, knowledge, health beliefs, and compliance of BSE. Results. The findings of this study suggested that there were significant differences in the scores of the perceived susceptibility and severity between compliers and non-compliers of the BSE. BSE compliance was significantly correlated with knowledge, perceived susceptibility, and perceived severity. The most powerful predictor of BSE compliance was the perceived susceptibility. The perceived susceptibility, the perceived severity, the knowledge and educational level accounted for $41.8\%$ of the variance in middle aged women's BSE compliance. Conclusion. Increase in knowledge about breast cancer, with a concomitant increase in both perceived susceptibility and perceived severity could produce a subtle cue or motivating force sufficient to affect a behavior change. Further research is needed to examine the qualitative difference between BSE and other early detection behaviors.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify factors which influence the management of MultiDrug -Resistant Organisms (MDROs) by nurses in Intensive Care Units (ICUs). Methods: Data were collected from December 8 to 20, 2013 and participants were 163 ICU nurses working in one general hospital. The Health Belief Model tool and knowledge and management of MDROs infection tools were used in the study. Descriptive statistics, t-test, analysis of variances, Pearson correlation coefficients and multiple regression were used to analyze the data. Results: Knowledge, perceived susceptibility, and perceived benefits had a significant influence on MRSA (Methicillin Resistant Staphylococcus Aureus,) and MDRAB (Multidrug Resistant Acinetobacter Baumannii) infection management when all the other variables were considered. Significant variable which had influence on VRE (Vancomycin Resistant Eenterococci) infection management were perceived susceptibility and perceived benefits. Conclusion: Perceived susceptibility and perceived benefits had significant influence on MDROs infection management. Emphasis needs to be on the perceived susceptibility and perceived benefits of MDROs infection management when providing an educational program for ICU nurses.

This study focuses on how positive emotions form when consumers impulsively purchase fashion products. Examined are the novelty seeking situations and the fashion knowledge of consumers as influential factors that affect positive impulsive shopping emotions along with the mediating role of the perceived risk of consumers for purchase and non-purchase. An online survey was conducted for the empirical research with a questionnaire about the fashion impulsive purchases of a product within the last 2 months. A total of 555 surveys were collected from impulsive female buyers and 404 complete responses were analyzed. The results find that the perceived risk is identified into purchase and non-purchase perspectives. Purchase perceived risk influenced negatively on positive emotions of impulsive purchase and non-purchase perceived risk positively. The perceived risk for non-purchase versus purchase increased by the more fashion knowledge consumers had and the more they shopped as novelty seeking. The results imply that non-purchase perceived risk importantly mediated between the influential factors and positive affect for impulsive purchase. Based on the findings, this study proposed some marketing suggestions and thoughts about effective purchase stimulation.
Purpose - Because of the development of smartphone and communication technology, Smart TV programs are filled with various contents and applications. This study included additional individual variables like innovativeness and self-efficacy, and characteristics of smart TV are both user-interface and function as exogenous factors based on TAM model. So, this study focuses on identifying the influencing factors of continuous use intention of smart TV traits and user ones and analyzing how they make influences on them in China market. Research design, data, and methodology - Totally 182 samples were adopted as appropriate ones for analysis in this study. They were collected from 20 February 2016 to 10 March 2016. Results - The results are as follows. First, function has positive influence on perceived usefulness. Second, innovation and user-interface make affirmative influences on perceived easiness. Third, perceived easiness has affirmative influence on perceived usefulness. Fourth, the perceived easiness and perceived usefulness make positive ones on continuous use intention. Fifth, perceived ease of use affects significantly on perceived usefulness. Conclusions - According to the findings, they (smart TV traits and user traits), influencing on continuous use intention, are possible to give significant implications on persistent development in China smart TV market.
One of the biggest change in the distributive market recently is that the development of private brand is progress actively since consumers purchasing behavior is tend to shift to resonable and practical planned purchase from brand image or brand name. Once the development of private brands is done successfully, the independent merchandising distinguished from other distribution companies is established, store image through customer satisfaction is strengthen and volume of sales and profit are increased. However, the existing studies in this field have not dealt with this matter systematically. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to propose an integrated framework within which to view private brand proneness. Factors found to influence private brand proneness included perceived cost, with private brand, perceived value for money, store fame, perceived risk, perceived quality variation between national and private brand products. Foe empirical analysis, the data were collected from 211 consumers who purchased the private brands in discount store and department store. With the collected survey data, reliability test, factor analysis for validity test and regression analysis for hypotheses test were conducted. Most hypotheses were accepted but on hypotheses were rejected negative relation of perceived cost and private brand proneness. Research results indicate that private brand proneness is affected by perceived value, perceived fame and there are negative relation between private brand proneness and perceived quality variation.

In recent years, as IT technologies such as cloud computing and mobile payment have evolved and Internet users have increased, the Internet financial market has become intelligent, mobile, and platformed. This study considers the impact of the psychological characteristics of platform systems and users on the performance of fintech platforms. The results of this study are as follows. Information quality affected trust and commitment, service quality affected commitment only, and system quality affected trust and commitment. The perceived risk affected trust and commitment, and the perceived benefit only affected trust and was shown to have an insignificant relationship with immersion. Trust has been shown to have a significant relationship with commitment, and both trust and commitment affected performance. In the validation of mediation effects, trust has shown a partially mediated effect between information quality, system quality, perceived risks, and perceived benefits and performance. There was no mediation effect between service quality and performance. Immersion has been shown to have a partial mediating effect between information quality, service quality, system quality, perceived risk and performance, and there is no mediating effect between perceived benefits and performance. This study showed what are the main factors that affect the performance of the fintech platform and will be used as a useful foundation for increasing the performance of the platform in the future.
Purpose: Consumers can experience better service for distribution of products with payment technology such as QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) compared to conventional purchase methods. This research aims to determine the experience of QRIS service users in Indonesia. Perceived Usefulness, Ease of Use, and Perceived Security were independent factors. Behavioral Intention to Use is the dependent variable. Furthermore, Word of Mouth Attitude is an intervening variable. Research Design, Data, and Methodology: Involving active QRIS users in a survey-based quantitative study in Indonesia. A survey sample of 400 people was taken from data records of 30.87 million QRIS users in Indonesia. Data were analyzed using SEM-PLS. Results: Show that Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use significantly impact Attitudes Word of Mouth, and Behavioral Intention to Use. This research also found that Behavioral Intention to Use does not significantly impact Perceived Security. Conclusion: QRIS, as a revolutionary innovation, offers faster payments than previous methods, with a payment time of no more than one minute. QRIS is seen as valuable, simple, and safe, disseminating information to the public and continuing to use QRIS. The implications of this research are very significant in accelerating the flow of distribution of goods and services and facilitating transactions.
