20대 여성의 기성복 바지 맞음새와 하반신 체형 인식에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Slacks Fit and Perception of Lower Body Fitness of Women in 20's)

  • This study surveyed some general fit problem of the ready-to-wear slacks of women in 20's. A questionnaire survey was administered to 80 women in 20's. 14 body dimensions were measured fer 53 women among the subjects who participated in this survey. Their anthropometric data were analyzed and the difference between actual and perceived body shape was compared. The results of this study showed that the subjects experienced poor slacks fit at thigh, crotch, and hip areas. Occasionally subjects altered the waist size of slacks after purchasing them. Despite the subjects' waist measurement was ranged from 22 to 33 inches, most of them purchased slacks with size 26 or 27 inches. The researchers claimed that the manufacturers did not provide various slacks sizes for women in 20's. The subjects, who had problems with poor slacks ft, preferred to buy customized slacks. The most of subjects preferred to buy mass customized slacks to have chance to choose their own style from pool of various styles. The subjects tended to perceive their body size larger than actual at hip and thigh. The most critical body dimension reflected their perception on lower body fitness was waist circumference.

Exploring How Gamification Design Drives Customers' Co-Creation Behavior in Taiwan

  • This study has incorporated the mechanics-dynamics-emotions (MDE) and two behavioral learning paths to investigate the customers' co-creation behavior in Taiwan. The intuitive path begins with a gamification design that reflects the customers' proactive and innovative behavior; the cognitive path begins with persuasion knowledge remarks based on rational and reactive reasoning. These two paths conclude what forms user co-creation. The study collects data of 505 active social media users in Taiwan and employs structural equation modeling. The empirical findings demonstrate persuasive knowledge and gamification design are significantly associated with self-reference, and in turn, positively associated with co-creation. It indicates that cognitive behavior plays the main role in forming co-creation. Participants are more drawn to co-creation behaviors by the marketing contents that prompt reactive behaviors than proactive ones. Therefore, marketing managers can use appropriate stimuli to enhance co-creation behavior. Companies can design activities related to users, and more accessible for reactive, instead of proactive behavior, i.e., asking for their initiatives. It also suggests that companies' marketing campaigns should involve key opinion leaders matching the product image and the target audience's preferences. The novelty of this study is to introduce a novel augmented MDE framework to extend the "dynamics" into the incubation and implementation stage.

패션 정보검색 동기가 이미지 검색서비스 품질 지각과 이용의도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Information Search Motivations on Perceived Service Quality of Image Search and Use Intention)

  • This study aims to investigate the effects of fashion information search and innovativeness of consumers on service quality of image search. Furthermore, it focuses on exploring the effect of image search service quality on use intention. Data of mobile-friendly consumers in their 20s and 30s was collected in September 2021 via an online survey. Finally, 300 samples were used for the data analysis. First, motivation for information search in fashion was divided into four factors: information, relation, leisure, and entertainment motivation. Furthermore, service quality of image search was divided into four factors: accuracy, convenience, customization, and aesthetics. Second, regression analysis was conducted to evaluate the effect of fashion information search motivation on service quality. As a result, it was found that information, relation, and entertainment motivation except leisure motivation had significant effects on all factors of service quality. Third, fashion innovativeness had no significant effect on aesthetics while consumer innovativeness significantly influenced all factors of service quality. Fourth, accuracy, convenience, and aesthetics had a significant effect on use intention.

온라인 쇼핑몰의 의인화 전략 -사회적 실재감을 중심으로- (Personification of On-line Shopping Mall -Focusing on the Social Presence-)

  • 기업과 소비자간 전자 상거래 시장이 급속히 성장하고 있으나 많은 전문가들은 아직도 그 잠재력을 충분히 발휘하지 못하고 있다고 주장한다. 이에 대한 이유로 온라인 쇼핑환경이 지니는 인간적 사회적 요소의 부재를 들고 있다. 온라인 쇼핑은 전통적인 면대면 상거래에 비해 보다 비인적이며 익명성이 강해 인간적인 온정과 사회성이 부족하다. 본 연구에서는 전통적 상거래에 비해 온라인 쇼핑이 가지는 태생적 한계인 면대면 사회적 상호작용을 대신할 수 있는 개념으로 사회적 실재감을 도입하여 사회적 실재감의 선 후행변수간의 관계를 규명하고자 하였다. 이러한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 연구주제와 관련 있는 마케팅, 심리학, 커뮤니케이션 연구분야의 연구결과들을 고찰하였으며, 이를 기반으로 하여 연구모형을 제시하였다. 제시된 연구모형을 검증하기 위하여 자기 보고식 설문지를 사용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 본 설문의 응답자들은 최소 5회 이상 인터넷 구매를 경험한 소비자들로 구성하였는데, 이는 사회적 실재감에 대한 지각은 인터넷 쇼핑몰과의 잦은 접촉이 있어야만 생길 수 있는 지각으로 판단하였기 때문이다. 실증분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 먼저 쇼핑몰의 맞춤화 노력은 지각된 사회적 실재감에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 쇼핑몰의 반응성 역시 지각된 사회적 실재감에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 쇼핑몰은 고객의 요구에 다양한 방법으로 신속하고 성실하게 반응함으로써 사회적 실재감을 높일 수 있다. 셋째, 지각된 게시판 활동성은 사회적 실재감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 쇼핑몰 운영자는 자사 게시판을 적극적으로 활성화하여 소비자의 사회적 실재감을 높일 수 있을 것이다. 마지막으로 지각된 사회적 실재감은 쇼핑몰 신뢰와 즐거움에 영향을 미치고 쇼핑몰 신뢰와 즐거움은 쇼핑몰 충성도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 기존 온라인 쇼핑에 관한 연구의 중심이 되고 있는 쇼핑몰 충성도와 신뢰 형성에 사회적 실재감이 중요한 영향요인임을 의미하는 것으로 쇼핑몰 신뢰와 충성도를 위한 새로운 전략적 시사점을 제공하고 있다고 볼 수 있다.

Consumers attitude towards Internet banking services in an underdeveloped country: A case of Pokhara, Nepal

  • The application of Internet technology has created enormous impact on banking sector with the implementation of many techno-oriented services like Internet banking, EFT, branchless banking, Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions etc. Study of customer's attitude in terms of trust, perceived risk and ease of use of a particular technology is as an important parameter for acceptance or rejection of a technology. To explore the customers'attitude for Internet banking this research is undertaken. The research is carried out in Pokhara valley which is the second largest city and tourism capital of Nepal. The study employs descriptive research design with stratified sampling procedure for eight top commercial banks. A set of 25 customers is taken from each selected 8 banks making a sample size of 200 respondents. A fixed set of question related to demographic factors is provided personally or by visiting the location of the customers of Internet banking service and collected accordingly. Reliability test is performed using Cronbach's alpha and data is analyzed using inferential statistics to present the results of the study. This study provides knowledge on the current scenario of Internet banking and helps banks in cost saving, mass customization, product innovation, improved marketing and communication. This study is very important for financial institutions like banks, government agencies and business houses to understand the perception of customers towards Internet banking and technology as a whole. The study also supplements the gap in literature on technology and banking in Nepal and serves as an important knowledge base.

갸루화장의 고찰 및 미용학과 학생들의 갸루 화장 인식도에 관한 연구 (A Study on Garu Makeup and Its Perception of College Students Majoring In Beauty Art)

  • As modern society leads to distinguished, sensuous, and diversity styles, a woman who enjoys putting on Garu makeup appeared on a popular TV talk show in winter 2010, which aroused public interest in the method of Garu makeup. However, as interest in Garu makeup and individuals who put on Garu makeup spread, some began to consider Garu makeup as the imitation of indiscreet Japanese culture or a vulgar culture. Thus the purposes of this study is to understand the characteristics of Garu makeup and its forms of expression by considering its type, origin and style. In turn, this study will provide basic data for the makeup trend and act as an aid to improve the image of Garu makeup through investigating its image and preference. To accomplish this purpose, this study reviewed relevant literatures and web resources, conducted a survey of students who study beauty art at two-year junior colleges in Seoul, and analyzed 195 answers by using SPSS 18.0. The results are as follows: It was proved that in the preliminary inspection of comprehension, 98.3% of college students majoring in beauty art had known Garu makeup, 53% understood somewhat the characteristic and concept of Garu makeup, 36.8% gave preference to Garu makeup. It was proved that in the investigation by the image of Garu makeup, as over 70% of students thought that Ogaru and Yamamba makeup were detestable, but other Garus were lovely and sexy, students perceived as a diversity of images by their own preferences and tastes, and 73% of respondents selected Onegaru as Garu makeup that they gave preference to and wanted to put on. The result of this study represents that mass consumers in the existing culture, who are college students majoring in beauty art and selected as a sample group in this study, reflect the stream of culture and trend, but also demassification, mass customization by their areas of interests and preferences and connective massification of individuals with similar interests.

스마트 오더 서비스가 만족도와 지속사용의도에 미치는 영향: 성격유형의 조절효과 (The Effect of Smart Oreder Service on Satisfaction and Continuous Use Intention: The Moderating Effect of Personality Type)

  • IT 및 모바일앱의 발전과 코로나19로 인한 비대면 서비스의 확대로 최근 '스마트 오더'가 식음료서비스 분야에서 활성화되고 있다. 매출이 감소한 최근에도 스마트 오더에 의한 주문건수는 꾸준히 증가하고 있으며, 이러한 주문방식은 고객의 데이터를 축적할 수 있어, 향후 효과적인 고객맞춤 서비스를 가능하게 한다. 따라서 스마트 오더에 대한 만족과 지속이용의 메카니즘을 밝히는 연구는 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 기술수용모형(TAM)을 근간으로 스마트 오더의 만족과 지속이용의도를 연구하되, 고객의 성격유형(외향-내향)의 조절효과를 검토해 보았다. 이를 위해 스마트 오더 이용자 317명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 구조방정식모형 분석에 의해 가설을 검증하였다. 인지된 유용성, 용이성, 유희성이 모두 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤고, 만족도는 지속이용의도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 이러한 영향은 내향적 고객의 경우가 더 컸으며, 이는 언택트(untact) 서비스의 경우에 만족과 지속이용의도에 성격유형에 따른 차이가 있음을 보여주었다. 이러한 결과는 향후 서비스의 고객맞춤화 전략에서는 고객의 성격유형이 고려되어야함을 시사하고 있다.
