일부(一部) 지역사회(地域社會) 주민(住民)의 의료(醫療) 행태(行態)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究) - 반월읍(半月邑) 주민(住民)의 Shopping-around 현상(現象)을 중심(中心)으로 - (A Study on Health Seeking Behavior - Focused on Shopping-Around Phenomenon in Banwol-Eup Residents)

  • This study was aimed at investigating the health seeking behaviors of patients; For the purpose of analyzing the research theme we classified the study into two phase. First, the types of patients' health seeking behavior were categorized into a scheme according to what medical care resources were utilized in patients' coping process. Second, from patients' first visits to third visits to medical resources, we analyzed variations of factors which noted as crucial elements in constituting the patients' sickness career. To grasp the generalized characteristics from complicated empirical data, we limited the scope of our analysis to third stage of health seeking. A total of 121 persons who had beer suffering from chronic diseases more than 3 months was sampled among the residents of Banwol-Eup, the target Area of Korea University Health Project. The findings are as follows ; 1) In the course of visiting medical care resources, 34 different types of health seeking Behavior were found. From this result we inferred the idea that patients in Banwol-Eup had not any stable norms to cope with their pains. Clinics, hospital, pharmacy, Herb-doctors', folkways (self-treatment) were accessed by patients in orders. But more than half of patients who had utilized clinics or hospitals from their first to third visits, changed medical care resources to others, for example herb doctors or folkways, which had fundamentally different treatment models. Upon these two facts, the diversified types and capricious patterns in the health seeking behavior of Banwol patients, we observed a typical Shopping-Around phenomenon. 2) Factors which influenced patients' to their sickness career were changed along the courses of health seeking, from first to third visits as follows ; $\cdot$ Perceived seriousness of diseases were tended to decrease. $\cdot$ Professional medical personnel tended to be influencial in the patients' sickness career, (5.0%, 25.0% and 65.7%). The influence of the primary interaction groups such as parents, friends, neighbours, tended to decrease ; (90.9%, 71.2% and 30.0%). $\cdot$ The subjective reasons why to choose such a medical care resource were related to economic affordability and disease-itself as main motives. Credibility of health resources tended to increase 14.9%, 24.0% and 31.4 sequently. $\cdot$ Geographic accessibility factors did not change significantly. Most of patients had utilized health resources in Banwol and Anyang area. 3) Cultural inclination in the shopping-around phenomenon has shown difference among age groups. The age group' over 50 years' preferred traditional health resources to modern health resources. 4) Consistency of health seeking behavior on the shopping around phenomenon has shown difference according to the degrees of patients' economic affordability and those of psychological satisfaction toward modern health services. However, there were some restrictions in this thesis ; a) the study was limited to the 3rd health seeking career so it did not allow us to collect more informations after that, b) the study was not able to carry out causal analysis on patients health behavior determinated by explanatory model of health resources, and c) the study was not able to take into consideration of factors connected with social structural circumstances. Despite of restrictions described above, we are sure that this thesis would promote health providers' understanding toward patients' inclinations, through which they could provide efficient and accurate medical service.

보건진료원 업무활동의 시대에 따른 비교 (Comparison in the Time of Community Health Practitioners's Operating Activity)

  • 시대의 변천에 따라 보건진료원의 업무활동 내용의 변화를 전라북도내에 근무하는 보건진료원을 대상으로 비교 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 보건진료원의 수는 1989년 255명에서 2000년 224명으로 감소하였다. 2) 보건진료원의 일반적 특성은 1989년에 비하여 2000년에 연령, 기혼자, 근무경력이 증가하였다. 3) 보건진료원의 시간별 업무량은 1989년과 2000년 모두 진료업무가 가장 높았고, 1989년에 비해 2000년에는 모성보건, 영 유아보건, 가족계획, 진료업무, 결핵관리가 현저히 감소하였으며, 2000년에는 업무시간에 지역사회보건정보수집이 새롭게 추가된 것으로 조사되었다. 4) 1일 평균 진료환자 수 및 주민과의 친밀도는 1989년보다 2000년에 증가하였다. 근무에 대한 만족도는 1989년에 보통이다, 괜찮은 직업이라 생각한다, 보람을 느끼고 있다 라고 응답한 경우가 36.6%, 37.4%, 17.6% 이었던 반면에 2000년에는 11.6%, 22.6%, 56.8%로 보람을 느끼고 있다 고 응답한 경우가 증가하였다. 5) 지역사회의 실정을 감안할 때 가장 필요한 업무라고 응답 한 경우 진료업무가 57.7%이었으며, 보건교육이 31.4%, 지역사회보건정보수집이 10.9%순으로 나타났다. 또한 불필요한 업무로는 가족계획이 68.8%로 가장 높았고, 결핵관리 11.1 %, 영 유아보건 6.3%, 모성보건 5.6%순으로 조사되었다. 6) 보건진료소 이용도 감소 시 가장 바람직한 방안으로는 새로운 보건기능을 수행하는 기관으로 전환이 79.0% 이었으며, 기타(가정방문, 만성질환 및 노인환자 건강관리)가 12.3%로 조사되었다. 이상의 결과로 보아 보건진료원은 본인의 직능에 대하여 지역사회주민의 접근성 및 친밀도가 높고 직업에 대한 만족도가 높은 것으로 인식하고 있으며, 업무는 시대의 변화에 따라 감소하는 추세이고, 지역주민의 보건진료소 이용 감소 시 보건진료원은 새로운 보건기능을 수행하는 기관으로 전환을 원하고 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 그러므로 보건진료소의 현 실태를 정확히 인식하고, 보건진료원의 장점, 즉 지역사회에 대한 높은 접근성과 친밀도 및 전문성을 도대로 공공보건사업 기능이 강화된 새로운 역할을 모색함이 바람직하다고 판단된다.

한국미술에서의 동양성 개념의 출현과 변형 (Birth and Transformation of the Concept of "Oriental-ness" in Korean Art)

  • Orientalness is a concept that expresses the collective identity of the Orient in relation to the West. The concept itself is mutable and defined by the relationship between the two regions at different points in time. Changes in the concept depend on a number of factors, such as cultural influence, the political balance of power between the two regions, and on the interpretative scheme that defines the relationship. In addition, the geographical notion of the concept evolves culturally, socially and politically. During this process, Oriental-ness becomes Oriental-ism at times. I will attempt to survey and measure the progression of Orientalness from its emergence in early 17th century to its subsequent transformation in modern Korea as reflected in art theory and art works. The recognition of the comparative characteristics of Oriental art began when the Orient was exposed to the art of the West in the late Ming dynasty during the early 17th century. The changes in the artistic climate in China affected the late Chosun. I will start with a brief introduction of this time and the birth of Orientalness. The concept gradually changed during the period of Enlightenment(開化期) towards the end of the 19th century, and during the colonial period( 1910-1945) it took on a new form. Establishment of the concept of "Orient"as a single, unifying concept spanning across cultures and national boundaries has been attributed to late Meiji period Japan, whose intention at that time is believed to have been to build a pan-Asia(亞細亞) empire with Japan at its commanding center. It has been stressed that the real motive behind the formation of one single cultural unit, where the shared common written language was Chinese and Confucianism and Taoism were the common metaphysical traditions, was to build one political unit. When the notion of a geographical unit of Asia was replaced by the concept of Asia as a cultural and political unit, a massive growth of interest and discourse were provoked around the concept of Orientalism. When Orientalism was being formulated, Korea automatically became member of "one Asia" when the country became colonized. For Koreans, the identity of the Orient had to be defined in cultural terms, as the political notion of a nation was non-existent at that time. The definition of identity was pursued at two levels, pan-Asian and local. If Orientalism was an elite discourse centered in pan-Asian philosophical and religious tradition, localized Orientalism was a popular discourse emphasizing locality as the byproduct of natural geographic condition. After the liberation in 1945 from colonial rule, a thrust of movement arose towards political nationalism. Two types of discourses on Orientalism, elite and popular, continued as central themes in art. Despite the effort to redefine the national identity by eradicating the cultural language of the colonial past, the past was enduring well into the present time. As discussed above, even when the painting themes were selected from Korean history, the tradition of using history painting as a manifestation of political policy to glorify the local identity had its founding during the Meiji period. The elevation of folk art to the level of high art also goes back to the colonial promotion of local color and local sentiment. Again, the succession of the past (colonial) ideal was defended as the tradition assumed a distinct modern shape that was abstract in style. The concept of the "Orient" is of relative and changing nature. It was formulated in relation to Western culture or civilization. Whatever the real motive of the adoption of them had been, the superiority of the Orient was emphasized at all times. The essence of the Orient was always perceived as the metaphysical tradition as a way to downgrade Western culture as materialistic. This view still prevails and the principle of Orient was always sought in Confucianism, Taoism, and Buddhism. Even when Orientalism was employed by imperialist Japan in an effort to establish her position as the center of the Orient, the spiritual source was still in Chinese philosophy and religion. In art also, the Chinese literati tradition became the major platform for elite discourse. Orientalism was also defined locally, and the so-called local color was pursued in terms of theme and style. Thus trend continued despite the effort to eradicate the remnants of colonial culture long after liberation. These efforts are now being supported politically and also institutionalized to become the aesthetic ideal of the modern Korean art.

데이터 웨어하우징의 구현성공과 시스템성공 결정요인 (Factors Affecting the Implementation Success of Data Warehousing Systems)

  • The empirical studies on the implementation of data warehousing systems (DWS) are lacking while there exist a number of studies on the implementation of IS. This study intends to examine the factors affecting the implementation success of DWS. The study adopts the empirical analysis of the sample of 112 responses from DWS practitioners. The study results suggest several implications for researchers and practitioners. First, when the support from top management becomes great, the implementation success of DWS in organizational aspects is more likely. When the support from top management exists, users are more likely to be encouraged to use DWS, and organizational resistance to use DWS is well coped with increasing the possibility of implementation success of DWS. The support of resource increases the implementation success of DWS in project aspects while it is not significantly related to the implementation success of DWS in organizational aspects. The support of funds, human resources, and other efforts enhances the possibility of successful implementation of project; the project does not exceed the time and resource budgets and meet the functional requirements. The effect of resource support, however, is not significantly related to the organizational success. The user involvement in systems implementation affects the implementation success of DWS in organizational and project aspects. The success of DWS implementation is significantly related to the users' commitment to the project and the proactive involvement in the implementation tasks. users' task. The observation of the behaviors of competitors which possibly increases data quality does not affect the implementation success of DWS. This indicates that the quality of data such as data consistency and accuracy is not ensured through the understanding of the behaviors of competitors, and this does not affect the data integration and the successful implementation of DWS projects. The prototyping for the DWS implementation positively affects the implementation success of DWS. This indicates that the extent of understanding requirements and the communication among project members increases the implementation success of DWS. Developing the prototypes for DWS ensures the acquirement of accurate or integrated data, the flexible processing of data, and the adaptation into new organizational conditions. The extent of consulting activities in DWS projects increases the implementation success of DWS in project aspects. The continuous support for consulting activities and technology transfer enhances the adherence to the project schedule preventing the exceeding use of project budget and ensuring the implementation of intended system functions; this ultimately leads to the successful implementation of DWS projects. The research hypothesis that the capability of project teams affects the implementation success of DWS is rejected. The technical ability of team members and human relationship skills themselves do not affect the successful implementation of DWS projects. The quality of the system which provided data to DWS affects the implementation success of DWS in technical aspects. The standardization of data definition and the commitment to the technical standard increase the possibility of overcoming the technical problems of DWS. Further, the development technology of DWS affects the implementation success of DWS. The hardware, software, implementation methodology, and implementation tools contribute to effective integration and classification of data in various forms. In addition, the implementation success of DWS in organizational and project aspects increases the data quality and system quality of DWS while the implementation success of DWS in technical aspects does not affect the data quality and system quality of DWS. The data and systems quality increases the effective processing of individual tasks, and reduces the decision making times and efforts enhancing the perceived benefits of DWS.

중소기업 환경에서의 합목적적 정보시스템 활용을 위한 최종사용자 피드백 탐색행위의 중요성 (Importance of End User's Feedback Seeking Behavior for Faithful Appropriation of Information Systems in Small and Medium Enterprises)

  • Small-and-medium sized enterprises(SMEs) represent quite a large proportion of the industry as a whole in terms of the number of enterprises or employees. However researches on information system so far have focused on large companies, probably because SMEs were not so active in introducing information systems as larger enterprises. SMEs are now increasingly bringing in information systems such as ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning Systems) and some of the companies already entered the stage of ongoing use. Accordingly, researches should deal with the use of information systems by SME s operating under different conditions from large companies. This study examined factors and mechanism inducing faithful appropriation of information systems, in particular integrative systems such as ERP, in view of individuals` active feedback-seeking behavior. There are three factors expected to affect end users` feedback-seeking behavior for faithful appropriation of information systems. They are management support, peer IT champ support, and IT staff support. The main focus of the study is on how these factors affect feedback-seeking behavior and whether the feedback-seeking behavior plays the role of mediator for realizing faithful appropriation of information systems by end users. To examine the research model and the hypotheses, this study employed an empirical method based on a field survey. The survey used measurements mostly employed and verified by previous researches, while some of the measurements had gone through minor modifications for the purpose of the study. The survey respondents are individual employees of SMEs that have been using ERP for one year or longer. To prevent common method bias, Task-Technology Fit items used as the control variable were made to be answered by different respondents. In total, 127 pairs of valid questionnaires were collected and used for the analysis. The PLS(Partial Least Squares) approach to structural equation modeling(PLS-Graph v.3.0) was used as our data analysis strategy because of its ability to model both formative and reflective latent constructs under small-and medium-size samples. The analysis shows Reliability, Construct Validity and Discriminant Validity are appropriate. The path analysis results are as follows; first, the more there is peer IT champ support, the more the end user is likely to show feedback-seeking behavior(path-coefficient=0.230, t=2.28, p<0.05). In other words, if colleagues proficient in information system use recognize the importance of their help, pass on what they have found to be an effective way of using the system or correct others' misuse, ordinary end users will be able to seek feedback on the faithfulness of their appropriation of information system without hesitation, because they know the convenience of getting help. Second, management support encourages ordinary end users to seek more feedback(path-coefficient=0.271, t=3.06, p<0.01) by affecting the end users' perceived value of feedback(path-coefficient=0.401, t=6.01, p<0.01). Management support is far more influential than other factors that when the management of an SME well understands the benefit of ERP, promotes its faithful appropriation and pays attention to employees' satisfaction with the system, employees will make deliberate efforts for faithful appropriation of the system. However, the third factor, IT staff support was found not to be conducive to feedback-seeking behavior from end users(path-coefficient=0.174, t=1.83). This is partly attributable to the fundamental reason that there is little support for end users from IT staff in SMEs. Even when IT staff provides support, end users may find it less important than that from coworkers more familiar with the end users' job. Meanwhile, the more end users seek feedback and attempt to find ways of faithful appropriation of information systems, the more likely the users will be able to deploy the system according to the purpose the system was originally meant for(path-coefficient=0.35, t=2.88, p<0.01). Finally, the mediation effect analysis confirmed the mediation effect of feedback-seeking behavior. By confirming the mediation effect of feedback-seeking behavior, this study draws attention to the importance of feedback-seeking behavior that has long been overlooked in research about information system use. This study also explores the factors that promote feedback-seeking behavior which in result could affect end user`s faithful appropriation of information systems. In addition, this study provides insight about which inducements or resources SMEs should offer to promote individual users' feedback-seeking behavior when formal and sufficient support from IT staff or an outside information system provider is hardly expected. As the study results show, under the business environment of SMEs, help from skilled colleagues and the management plays a critical role. Therefore, SMEs should seriously consider how to utilize skilled peer information system users, while the management should pay keen attention to end users and support them to make the most of information systems.

브랜드 자산가치의 형성에 미치는 영향요인에 관한 연구 (Effect of the Influential Factors on Brand Equity)

  • 현대는 산업 문명의 발달로 시장의 세계화가 급속히 진행되고 있다. 비슷한 품질과 서비스를 제공하는 수많은 기업들은 각기 다양한 방법으로 자사의 제품을 차별화하며 보다 많은 시장점유율과 매출액, 이윤을 창출하기 위하여 부단한 노력을 기울이고 있다. 이 중에서 가장 대표적인 것이 자사의 브랜드를 강력하게 만틀어 관리하는 일이다. 현대의 소비자는 상품을 사지 않는다. 그들은 복잡한 설명서도 읽지 않으며, 가격으로 물건을 평가하지도 않는다. 단지 자신의 머릿속에 각인된 브랜드를 선택한다. 브랜드는 오늘날 고도의 마케팅 전략의 핵심 도구로 취급되고, 또한 중요한 법적 자산으로 평가되고 있다. 따라서, 기업의 마케터들은 자사 제품의 가치를 높이기 위한 수단으로서 브랜드 자체의 명성을 구축하는 데 심혈을 기물이고 있다. 유명하고 좋은 이미지를 가진 브랜드만이 충성 스러운 고객기반을 확보할 수 있고 가격 경쟁에서 유리한 위치를 점할 수 있으며 안정된 수 익을 확보할 수 있기 때문이다. 이와 같이, 브랜드는 비록 무형적이지만 제품이 가진 어떤 유형적인 특성보다도 중요하게 생각되고 있는 것이다- 단순히 생산자나 제품을 구별하는 수단을 넘어 중요한 자산으로 인 식되고 있으며, 이러한 맥락에서 브랜드 자산가치의 개념이 만들어 진 것이다. 본 연구는 브랜드 자산가치의 형성에 미치는 영향요인으로서 내부마케팅 요인, 마케팅믹스 요인, 브랜드수의 증가요인의 3가지 요인을 설정하여 설문조사를 통한 판매자의 평가 결과로 어떤 요인이 어느 정도의 영향을 미치는지를 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 나타난 결과를 요약하면 내부마케팅요인(조직구성원간의 직무만족, 조직구성 원간의 원활한 커뮤니케이션), 마케팅믹스요인(제품 품질, 가격정책, 유통전략, 광고 및 홍보 활동), 브랜드수의 증가요인(시장환경의 불투명성, 시장진입의 선발감)이 모두 다 브랜드 자산가치의 형성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

정신장애인 가족의 긍정적, 부정적 돌봄의 경험에 관한 연구 (Study of the Positive and Negative Caregiving Experiences in the family members who care for the psychiatric mentally ill relatives)

  • The caregiving experiences of 100 family menbers of outpatients with schizophrenia and schizoaffective disorders were investigated for the presence of positive(positive family-patient relationship. patient' contribution to the family) and negative caregiving experience(objective and subjective burden) and their predictors. This study attempts to make the analysis of caregiving experience more useful by expanding the focus to incoporate these positive aspects of the experience of family caregiver. Objective burden consists of two elements: 'disruption of family life', 'care'(amount of caregiving related to activity of daily living). Subjective burden is defined as emotional reactions to the care giving and it comprised of 6 emotional subdimensions such as 'stigma', 'grief'. 'worry', 'pity', 'fear', 'despair'. Also we investigate the severity of patients' disturbing behaviors into two categories, positive and negative disturbing behaviors and patient' contribution to the family as a predictors of positive and negative caregiving experiences. This study use Pearson's correlation coefficient, Hierardhical regressions in the SAS Program. The results are as follows: 1. Respondents reported moderate level of objective burden 'disruption of family life' (mean = 2.48, range = 1-4), and 'care' (mean=2.54, range = 1-4), and slightly high level of total subjective burden(mean = 2.19, range = 1-4). Mean scores for the measure of the severity of behavioral disturbance indicated that the caregiver experienced negative disturbing behaviors around almost 'somtimes'(mean=2.28, range = 1-4), and positive disturbing behaviors 'almost not frequent'(mean=2.78. range=1-4). So they reported that they perceived patient's negative disturbing behaviors more than positive disturbing behaviors. Mean scores for the measure of the patient' contributions (mean = 1.99. range = 1-4) indicated that caregivers experienced these contributions a little. It means that there should be a positive aspect of possibilities of patient' family roles that can be developed in the daily life. Mean scores for the measure of the positive family-patient relationship indicated that caregivers experienced moderate level of positive family-patient relationship(mean=2.52, range = 1-4). 2. Hierardhical regression analysis 1) Hierardhical regression of 'disruption of family life' showed that the interaction between positive disturbing behaviors and patient' contributions (B = .20. p = .022) and caregiver's educational level(B=.06. p=.000) were 'significant and Hierardhical regression of 'care' showed that 'negative disturbing behaviors'(B= .35. p= .007). 'patient' contributions'(B= .28, p= .019). 'family income'(B=-.l1. p=.096) were significant. 2) Hierardhical regression of 'total subjective burden', 'stigma', 'grief', 'worry', 'pity'. 'fear', 'dispair' showed that 'positive disturbing behaviors'(B=.51. p=.000). 'negative disturbing behaviors' (B = .17, p = .026), 'caregiver's educational level'(B = .03. p=.036), 'family income'(B=.08. p=.041) were significant predictors of 'total subjective burden': 'positive disturbing behaviors'(B=.32. p=.066). 'negative disturbing behaviors'(B=.24, p=.096) 'durations of illness'(B= .03. p= .079) were significant predictors of 'stigma' 'negative disturbing behaviors'(B=.28. p=.005). 'patient sex'(B=-.32. p=.022). 'positive disturbing behaviors'(B=.28. p=.020), 'patient age'(B=.02. p=.010), 'caregiver age'(B=-01, p= .002) were significant predictors of 'grief' 'negative disturbing behaviors'(B= .28, p= .005). 'patient sex'(B= -.32. p=.039), 'caregiver age'(B=-.02, p= .023). 'caregiver's educational level'(B= .04, p = .044) were significant predictors of 'worry' 'patient sex'(B=-.46. p=.005). 'negative disturbing behaviors'(B= .28. p=.018), 'caregiver age'(B=-.01, p=.037) were significant predictors of 'pity' 'positive disturbing behaviors'(B=.83. p=.000). 'patient' contributions' (B = .22, p =.017). 'family income'(B=.09. p=.65) were significant predictors of 'fear' 'positive disturbing behaviors'(B=.49, p=.001). 'negative disturbing behaviors'(B= .24. p=.057) 'patient sex'(B=-.4l, p=.017), 'family income'(B=.14, p=.047) were significant predictors of 'dispair'. 3) Hierardhical regression of 'positive relationship' showed that 'patient contributions'(B=.32, p=.000).   • 본 논문은 호텔 관광 서비스 업계에서 급변하는 전산화와 글로벌화에 대응하기 위하여 IT 솔루션 도입을 통하여 기업의 업무 처리를 고도화하고 고객 서비스 대응력을 높인 사례를 연구하였다. 이를 통하여 국내 유수의 호텔 관광기업이 효과적으로 고객 요구에 대응하기 위하여 CRM 솔루션을 자체적으로 개발하여 실무에 활용하도록 함으로써, 고객에 대한 분석력을 높이고 고객별 마케팅 전략 수립과 고객에 특화 한 영업을 전개하는 활용 사례를 연구하였다. 특히 본 연구는 호텔 관광 업계의 CRM 솔루션 도입 과정과 CRM을 이용한 영업 업무 및 마케팅 업무에 활용해 나가는 과정에 대하여 논하였고, CRM 도입에 의한 효과를 DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis) 를 통하여 분석하였다. 우선 CRM을 도입한 L사의 각 사이트별 상대적 효율성을 CCR 모형으로 비교 분석하였으며, 그 다음 L사의 대표 사이트에 소속된 각 영업장들의 상대적 효율성을 BCC 모형으로 비교 분석하였다.

K-IFRS에 따른 사례기반추론에 기반한 지능형 기업 진단 모형 (A Intelligent Diagnostic Model that base on Case-Based Reasoning according to Korea - International Financial Reporting Standards)

  • 최근 재무제표분석을 통하여서 기업을 진단하려고 하는 다양한 학문적인 연구와 실질적인 적용이 실행되고 있다. 특히, 최근 새롭게 변경된 회계기준인 한국채택 국제회계기준(K-IFRS: Korea - International Financial Reporting Standards)에 따라서 제무제표분석에도 변화가 발생하고, 그에 따라서 기업 진단도 새롭게 변화되어야 하는 상황이 되었다. 이에 현재, 금융권에서도 관심을 갖고 있는 매출채권 처리의 변화에 따라서 발생하는 재무제표상의 진단 및 분석을 반영하여서 처리하는 새로운 진단모형의 필요성이 대두되었다. 특히, 최근 모뉴엘이라는 기업의 매출채권을 이용한 금융스캔들의 영향으로 이러한 연구가 더욱 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 매출채권은 일반적 상거래에서 발생하는 신용채권 으로서, 기업이 만기까지 보유하거나 만기 전에 양도가 가능한 금융 상품이다. 기업이 매출 채권을 할인하여 양도할 경우에 매출채권 할인을 매각거래로 처리하고, 할인료에 해당하는 금액을 매출채권처분 손실로 처리하며, 해당 거래를 우발 채무로 공시하였다. 그러나, K-IFRS 하에서는 모든 위험과 보상이 이전되지 않는 한 매출채권 할인을 차입거래로 인식한다. 이는 기업 부채의 증가로 기업가치에 영향을 미치게 된다, 이 논문에서는 매출채권 할인이 실질적으로 기업가치에 부정적인 영향을 미치는지 추정하는 지능형진단시스템을 제안한다. 본 논문에서는 매출채권 할인이 주가에 미치는 영향을 인공지능기법인 사례기반추론(case based reasoning)과 자기조직화지도 (self-organizing maps)기법을 통하여 진단 모형을 구축하였다.

비즈니스 인텔리전스 시스템의 활용 방안에 관한 연구: 설명 기능을 중심으로 (A study on the use of a Business Intelligence system : the role of explanations)

  • 다양한 빅데이터 기술이 발전함에 따라, 기업의 전략결정에 있어서 과거에는 의사결정자의 직관이나 경험에 의존하는 경향이 있었다면, 현재는 데이터를 활용한 과학적이고 분석적인 접근이 이루어지고 있다. 이에 많은 기업들이 경영정보시스템 중의 하나인 비즈니스 인텔리전스 (Business Intelligence) 시스템의 예측분석 기능을 활용하고 있다. 하지만, 이러한 시스템이 미래의 경영환경 변화를 예측하고 기업의 의사결정을 돕는 조언자 (Advisor)로서 역할을 한다고 가정할 때, 시스템에서 제공하는 분석결과가 의사결정자에게 도움을 주는 조언 (Advice) 의 역할을 하지 못하는 경우가 많은 실정이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 미래예측의 문제에 있어 의사결정자가 시스템의 조언을 따르는데 영향을 미치는 요소들과 영향력에 대해 분석하고, 그 결과를 바탕으로 데이터 기반의 의사결정을 보다 적극적으로 지원하는 시스템 환경을 제시하고자 한다. 좀 더 구체적으로는 예측 과정에 대한 자세한 설명이나 근거 제시가 시스템의 예측결과에 대한 의사결정자의 수용정도에 미치는 영향을 연구하였다. 이를 위하여 193명의 실험자를 대상으로 영화의 개봉 주 매출액을 예측하는 업무를 수행하고, 예측에 대한 설명의 길이와 조언자의 유형(사람과 시스템의 조언 비교)뿐 아니라 의사결정자의 개인 특성이 의사결정자의 조언 수용정도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 시스템에서 제공하는 조언 내용인 예측결과와 설명에 대해 의사결정가가 느끼는 유용성, 신뢰성, 만족도가 조언의 수용에 미치는 영향도 분석하였다. 본 연구는 시스템의 분석결과를 조언으로 보고 조언자와 조언에 관한 의사결정학 분야의 선행연구를 접목시켜 경영정보시스템 연구 분야를 확장하였다는 점에서 연구의 의의가 있고, 실무적으로도 데이터 기반의 의사결정을 보다 적극적으로 지원할 수 있는 시스템 환경을 만들기 위해서 고려해야 할 점들을 제시함으로써 시스템 활용을 위한 정책결정에도 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 본다.
