  • In the present paper is presented a new matrix pencil-based numerical approach achieving the computation of the elemen-tary divisors of a given matrix $A \in C^{n\timesn}$ This computation is at-tained without performing similarity transformations and the whole procedure is based on the construction of the Piecewise Arithmetic Progression Sequence(PAPS) of the associated pencil $\lambda I_n$ -A of matrix A for all the appropriate values of $\lambda$ belonging to the set of eigenvalues of A. This technique produces a stable and accurate numerical algorithm working satisfactorily for matrices with a well defined eigenstructure. The whole technique can be applied for the computation of the first second and Jordan canonical form of a given matrix $A \in C^{n\timesn}$. The results are accurate for matrices possessing a well defined canonical form. In case of defective matrices indications of the most appropriately computed canonical form. In case of defective matrices indication of the most appropriately computed canonical form are given.

  • Threelectrodes systems were used in stripping voltammetry (SW) and cyclic voltammetry (CV) instead of the expensive platinum and Ag/AgCl reference electrodes. Moreover, the electrolyte solution was used with deep seawater, which can reduce water pollution, is more eco-friendly, and has a lower cost. The analytical optimum parameters measured via CV and SW and with working ranges were obtained from 10 to 80 ug/L using fluorine immobilized on a graphite pencil electrode (FE). Under the optimum conditions, the analytical detection limit of 6.30 ug/LAu was obtained. The results of the study can be applied to diagnostic assay for natural minerals and human finger tissue.

  • A simply prepared graphite, pencil-type working electrode was utilized to monitor fenitrothion concentrations, using the cyclic voltammetry (CV) and square-wave (SW) stripping voltammetry methods. The optimum conditions for analysis were sought. A very low detection limit was obtained compared to that obtained when other common voltammetry methods are used. The optimal parameters of the pencil-type electrode were found to be as follows: a pH of 3.7, a frequency of 500 Hz, an SW amplitude of 0.1 V, an increment potential of 0.005 V, an initial potential of -0.9V, and a deposition time of 500 sec. The analytical detection limit was determined to be 6.0 ngL-1 (2.16410-11 molL-1) fenitrothion at SW anodic and CV, and the relative standard deviation at the fenitrothion concentration of SW anodic 10 ugL-1 was 0.30% (n = 15) under the optimum conditions. Analysis was directly conducted through in-vivo real-time assay.

  • Voltammetric detection of the toxic Zn ion was investigated using a fluorine-doped graphite pencil electrode (FPE). It is notable from the study that pencils were used as reference and working electrodes. In all the experiments, a clean seawater electrolyte solution was used to yield good results. The analytical working range was attained to 10 ${\mu}gL^{-1}$. The optimized voltammetric condition was examined to maximize the effect of the detection of trace Zn. The developed sensor was applied to an earthworm's tissue cell. It was found that the methods can be applicable to in vivo fluid or agriculture soil and plant science.

  • A voltammetric assay of phenol ions was investigated using three electrode systems of graphite pencil working, reference and counter electrodes. Under optimum analytical parameters, square wave stripping working ranges were attained at a mili range of 10~80 mg/L and a micro range of 20~90 ug/L using seawater electrolyte. The developed sensor was applied to tap water and the human body system of a smoker. It was found that the methods can be applied to in vivo fluid or medicinal diagnosis.

  • The diagnostic assay of calcium ion was sought using a modified sensor with square-wave stripping voltammetry (SWSV) and cyclic voltammetry (CV). In this study, simple graphite pencil was used as working, reference, and auxiliary electrodes. By coating the working electrodes with DNA, their sensitivity was very much improved, and good results were yielded. Moreover, clean seawater was used as an electrolyte solution instead of acid and base electrolytes to lessen the expenses involved in the experiment. The analytical optimum conditions were also examined. These conditions were attained at the low detection limit of $0.6ugL^1$. After that, the results were applied to drinking water of milk contain.

  • The electrochemical analysis of silver ion was performed using cyclic voltammetry (CV) and square-wave (SW) stripping voltammetry, and electrode cell systems were fabricated with graphite pencil electrode (GE) of working, reference and counter electrodes. Also electrolyte was the use of sea water as electrolyte solutions instead of ionic controlled solutions. The optimum analytical conditions for the cyclic and stripping parameters were determined using GE. The results approached the microgram working ranges of SW(ug/L) and CV(ug/L) Ag, and the optimum conditions were applied to frog's tissue and the food samples.
