뇌졸중 환자의 건강신념과 운동기능 재활 이행 및 일상생활동작 행능력과의 상관성 (The relationship between the patient's health beliefs and the implementation of functional movement rehabilitation and ability to perform ADL in stroke patients)

  • 본 연구에서는 뇌졸중 환자의 건강신념과 환자의 운동기능 재활 이행 및 일상생활동작 수행능력의 관계를 파악하고 뇌졸중 환자의 성공적인 재활 프로그램에 대한 기초 자료를 제공함으로써 임상에서 뇌졸중 환자의 재활시 근거자료로 활용하고자 시도되었다. 전라북도 J시에 소재하고 있는 D병원에 뇌졸중으로 진단 받고 입원 치료중인 뇌졸중 환자들을 대상으로 본 연구목적을 이해하고 연구 참여에 동의한 환자에게 총 150부의 설문지를 배부한 후 132부를 회수하였고 그 중 자료가 불충분한 11부를 제외한 총 121부를 자료 분석하고, 평가를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS for Window(ver.12.0) 프로그램을 사용하여 대상자 일반적 특성을 파악하기 위해 빈도분석을 하였으며, 건강신념과 운동기능 재활 이행 및 일상생활동작 수행능력 사이의 상관관계를 알아보기 위하여 이변량 상관분석과 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구결과 지각된 민감성, 지각된 유익성, 지각된 심각성이 높아질수록 운동기능 재활 이행이 높았으며, 지각된 장애성 낮을수록 운동기능 재활 이행이 높아지는 것을 확인하였다.

여성들의 유방 자가검진(Breast Self-Examination)에 관한 지식, 태도, 실천에 관한 연구 (A Study of Women(s Knowledge, Attitudes and Practices of Breast Self-Examination)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate knowledge, attitudes and practices of women toward breast self-examination and to identify factors that may influence compliance with breast examination. The subjects for this study were 282 women in three hospitals located in In-Chun. Data were collected during the period from October 15 to 30, 1993 by means of a structured questionnaire. The data were analyzed using the SAS program and include descriptive statistics, 1-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression. The results of study are as follows : 1. The mean knowledge score for the total sample was 13.58. Factors affecting the women's knowledge of breast cancer and BSE were : age, level of education, experience with breast cancer patients, experience in learning BSE, information about BSE, self-practice of BSE, level of intention to perform BSE, and participation in a BSE class. 2. Elements related to attitude included : (a) perceived feeling of susceptibility to breast cancer, and (b) belief about the effectiveness of BSE. The mean perceived susceptibility score was 1.62 and the mean effectiveness score was 4.22. Factors affecting the women's perceived susceptibility to breast cancer were exercise for health, level of intention to perform BSE , intention to recommend to others and self-practice of BSE. The relation between the womens' belief about effectiveness of BSE and level of intention to perform BSE and intention to recommend to others were statistically significant. 3. The mean self-practice score for the total sample was 4.01. Factors affecting the women's practice were experience with breast cancer patients, information about BSE, experience in learning BSE, enlisting the help of significant peers, and level of intention to perform BSE. Results indicated 35.8% of the total sample practiced BSE. The most frequent reason women gave for not performing BSE was “Didn’t knew about BSE technique”, “Didn’t think do it”. 4. No relation was found between knowledge and attitudes and practices. 5. When all the variables were examined for their contribution to the variance in the practice of BSE, it was found that confidence in ability to detect a mass by BSE, knowledge about breast cancer and BSE, and experience with breast cancer patients were significant variables and explained 35.8% of the variance. From the results of this study it can be said that women need to be taught proper BSE technique so they can become more proficient in detecting breast abnormalities.

영아 기질과 모아상호작용, 양육환경과의 관계 (Correlations of Infant Temperament, Mother-Infant Interaction, and Child-rearing Environment)

  • The purpose of this correlational study was to find the correlation between the infant temperament, mother-infant interaction, and child-rearing environment. The subjects of this study were 37 dyads of healthy mothers and healthy infants. Data were collected from 15th of March to 3rd of September, 1999. Convenient sampling was done at Obstetric wards of one University hospital, and demographic data were collected before discharge. At one month and three month postpartum, we visited subject's home, and collected the data on the infant temperament, and also video taped the mother-infant interaction during feeding. In addition, child-rearing environment was checked by researcher according to HOME(Home Observation for Measurement of the Environment) at three months postpartum. Mother-infant interactions were rated according to the NCAST Feeding Scale later. Data were analyzed by window SPSS program, and correlations between the infant temperament, mother-infant interaction, and child-rearing environment were analyzed by Pearson's correlational coefficient. The results were as follows: 1. Infant temperament. 1) Among the subscales of infant temperament, mothers perceived cuddliness and amenability most positively at one month, and responsivity and amenability most positively at three months. 2) In subscale analysis of stability, amenability, responsivity, and persistence were stable with the time. 3) Significant relationships were found between the malleability and amenability, between the malleability and responsivity at one month, and also between the malleability and amenability, and between the malleability and cuddliness at three months. 2. Correlations of infant temperament and mother-infant interaction. 1) There was no significant relationship between the infant temperament and mother-infant interaction at one month. 2) There was a significant relationship between the infant temperament and mother-infant interaction at three months(r=.335, p<.05). In subscale analysis, there were significnt relationships between the total score of infant temperament and maternal sensitivity to infant's cues(r=.372, p<.05), and between the total score of infant temperament and maternal response to infant's distress (r=.331, p<.05). 3. Correlations of infant temperament and child-rearing environment. 1) There was no significant relationship between the total score of infant temperament at one month and total score of HOME at three months. In subscal analysis, the total score of infant temperament at one showed significant relationships with the organization of environment(r=.413, p<.05), and the emotional, verbal response at three months(r=.337, p<.05). 2) There was a significant relationship between the total score of infant temperament at three months and the total score of HOME at three months (r=.599, p<.01). In subscal analysis, the total score of infant temperament at three months showed significant relationships with the organization of environment(r=.410, p<.05), maternal involvement(r=.482, p,.01), and the emotional, verbal response(r=.695, p<.01) at three months. 4. Correlations of mother-infant interaction and child-rearing environment. There was a significant relationship between the maternal score of mother-infant interaction at one month and three months and the total score of HOME at three months (r=.474, p<.01; r=.452, p<.01). In conclusion, it was proved that infant temperament had significant relationships with mother-infant interaction and child-rearing environment, especially when the infants were getting older. This showed the possibility for changeability of infant teperament by the maternal factors.

간호학생이 임상실습시 느끼는 불안의 정도와 불안야기 상황연구 (Nursing Students Anxiety level and Perceptions of Anxiety-Producing Situations in the Clinical Setting)

  • Aspects of nursing student's clinical experiences are anxiety provoking. High anxiety may contribute to decreased learning. The purpose of this study was to identify the level of anxiety and potentially anxiety-producing clinical experience, the relation between the level of anxiety and their Trait-Anxiety and State-Anxiety. Finally, it is aimed at getting preparing data for guidance of students which can enhance learning effect of students for clinical experience. The samples of this study were 36 junior students(1 semester experience) and 44 senior students (3 semester experience) from Junior College of Nursing in Seoul on September 1996. The tools of this study were two kinds ; questionare of Spielberg' STAI measuring State and Trait-Anxiety, and author's for measuring the level of Anxiety producing situations and 10cm visual analogue scale was also used for measuring self stated level of anxiety on clinical setting. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS using percentage, t-test, ANOVA and Pearson correlation coefficient. The results of this study were as follows : 1. The self perception of anxiety level was 4.3/10cm and the level of anxiety in clinical setting situations was 3.5/5. 2. Among 20 questions for perception of anxiety-producing situations in the clinical setting. 'deficit of nursing knowledge' was the highest item(4.18), 'vagueness of role'(4.11), 'lack of nursing skill'(4.00), 'evaluation by faculty'(4.00) 'fear of making mistakes'(3.81) 'initial clinical experience on a unit'(3.76) 'initial application of nursing knowledge'(3.74) in turn. 3. The level of State-anxiety of senior students was higher than junior's (p=0.005)and the level of Trait-Anxiety of insufficient interpersonal relationship and unhealthy students were higher than others (p=0.015) There was no differences according to the student's grade in level of anxiety. 4. Both of self-stated anxiety and situationa anxiety of unhealthy students were high (p=0.007, p=0.000) and the level of self-stated anxiety of unsatisfied students for selection major and clinical experience were high (p=0.050, p=0.009). 5. Self-stated anxiety and situation anxiety (p=0.0000), self-stated- anxiety and Trait-anxiety(p=0.003), situation anxiety and Trait-anxiety(p=0.004), and Trait-anxiety and state-anxiety(p=0.000) of the students were interrelated. By the above conclusion, the nursing students still feel anxiety on clinical experience and on making a mistake due to the lack of their nursing knowledge and skill. And the students are afraid of the faculties' evaluation. In addition, the students who are not healthy and have not sufficiently interpersonal relationship feel more anxiety. But, since there was no difference significantly between each grade, we think it is needed that further study on the same topic in large samples. And, we have to equip the students with much nursing knowledge and philosophy apparently before the students have clinical experience. Finally, the faculty have to reduce the students' anxiety by making a climate of acceptance in clinical setting with good personality.

섬진강 하류계에서의 염분도에 따른 윤충류 군집의 변화 (Change of Rotifers Community by Salinity in the Lower Seomjin River System, Korea)

  • 섬진강 하류계에 서식하고 있는 윤충류의 염분에 따른 분포를 파악하기 위해 1998년 2월부터 1999년 7월까지 12개 정점을 선정하여 매달 수평 채집하였다. 조사기간 중 출현한 윤충류는 27속 88종이었다. 월별 출현종의 분포로는 1998년 11월에 가장 많은 39종이 출현하였으며, 1998년 3월에 가장 적은 21종이 출현하였다. 우점종은 32종이었으며 대표적인 우점종은 4종(Keratella cochlearis cochlearis, K. cochlearis f. tecta, Ascomorpha saltans saltans, Asplanchna (s. str.) priodonta priodonta)이었다. 염분에 따른 출현 종의 분포를 보면 담수역(0${\sim}$0.5$\%{o}$)에서만 출현한 종은 36종, 빈염기수역과 중염기수역에서만 출현한 종은 각각 3종이었으며, 담수역과 빈염기수역에 걸쳐 출현한 종은 15종, 담수역, 빈염기수역, 중염기수역에 걸쳐 출현한 종은 27종 그리고 전 염분의 범위에서 출현한 종은 2종(Asplanchna (s. str.)priodonta priodonta, Synchaeta oblonga)이었다. 염분 분포에 따른 생물량은 15.1${\sim}$20.0$\%{o}$ 의 범위에서 평균 16,259 ind./m$^{3}$으로 최고량을, 25${\sim}$28.0$\%{o}$ 의 범위에서 1,273 ind./m$^{3}$으로 최소량을 기록하였다. 담수역(정점 1-정점 4)에서 윤충류의 생물량에 영향을 주는 환경요인은 BOD (74.32%), COD (72.15%), 전도도 (69.77%), 염소이온(65.87%) 그리고 엽록소 a (58.27%)가 양의 영향으로 작용하였으며, 기수역(정점 5-정점 12)에서는 염소이온(9.11%), 총 인(7.67%), 엽록소 a (6.20%)가 양의 영향을 나타내었다.

장애아 어머니의 불확실성, 사회적 지지 및 무력감 (Uncertainty, Social Support & Powerlessness in Mothers of Handicapped Children)

  • The purposes of this study were to measure the degree of perceived uncertainty, social support & powerlessness, to examine the relationship between the perceived uncertainty, social support & powerlessness and then to find the predictors of powerlessness in mother's of handicapped children. The subjects of this study consist of 102 mothers of handicapped children, registered at rehabilitation & handicapped children school. Data was collected from September 1998 to March 1999. The tools used in this study were Mishel's the Parents' Perception of Uncertainty Scale (28 item, 4 likert scale), Miller's Powerlessness measurement Scale(28 itewt 4 likert scale) & Cohen's Interpersonal Support Evaluation List (40 items, 4 likert scale). Data was analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, Duncan comparison, Pearson Correlation coefficient & Stepwise multiple regression Results of this study are summarized as follows : 1. Mothers perceived their uncertainty to be slightly high(Mn 2.50). The degree of perceived uncertainty by the four components were followed as : lack of clarity(2.69), unpredictability(2.56), ambiguity(2.56) & lack of information(2.46). The degree of perceived uncertainty of the mothers of handicapped children revealed to be influenced significantly by age of children, admission experience, disability types of children. 2. The degree of mothers' powerlessness was measured to be slightly high(Mn 2.14). The degree of perceived powerlessness of the mothers with handicapped children revealed to be influenced significantly by age of children, duration of illness admission experience,8E marital status of the mothers. 3. Mothers perceived their social support to be slightly high(Mn 2.71). The degree of perceived social support revealed to be influenced significantly by sex of children, married state of mothers. 4. Mothers' uncertainty was related positively to the mothers' powerlessness(r=.33, p=.0008). And also mothers' powerlessness was related inversely to social support(r=-.50, p=.0001). But, mothers' uncertainty was not related to social support significantly. 5. To analyze the variables which affect powerlessness, stepwise regression was implemented. As a result, about 61% of the powerlessness were explained by social support, marital status of the mothers and perceived uncertainty. Based upon these results, it is recommended that the nurses, who are caring handicapped children and their families, provide various support programs for them to overcome their difficulties. Also programs which decrease the uncertainty & powerlessness used social support multidimensionally & individually are recommended to be developed.

중학교 비만학생과 정상체중 학생의 자기효능감과 건강증진행위에 대한 비교연구 (A Comparative Study on the Self-Efficacy and Health Promoting Behavior between Obese and Normal Weight Middle School Students)

  • Purpose: This study was aimed to identify the difference of the self-efficacy and the health promoting behaviors between obese and normal-weight middle school students. Method: Data were collected from a convenient sample of 360 middle school students (180 normal-weight students and 180 obese students) in Pusan from November 22nd to December 20th. 2000. based on self-report questionnaires. The following instruments were used in the study after being reconstructed by the researcher with the consultation of experts and the literature review: General Self Efficacy Scale(Sherer et al.. 1982). and Health Promoting Lifestyle Profile (Walker. Sechrist & Pender. 1987). The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, chi-square test. and t-test and Pearson's correlation coefficient. Results: 1. There were significant differences in father's obesity (p=.014) mother's obesity (p= .007), sibling's obesity (p=.00l), and school record (p=.001) between obese and normal-weight students. 2. There were statistically significant differences in the score of self-efficacy between the obese and normal-weight students (p=.0001) 3. There were statistically significant differences in health promoting behavior (p= .000) and in six sub-i terns: personal relationship (p =.000), exercise (p=.001), responsibility for health (p=.003), stress management (p = .015), self-actualization (p =.043) between the obese and normal weight students. 4. There were very statistically significant negative correlations between obesity and the self-efficacy (r=-.19. p<.001), health promoting behavior (r=-.18. p<.001), specifically personal relationship(r=-.20. p<.001), stress management (r=-.12. p<.05), responsibility for health (r=-.15. p<.01), and self-actualization (r=-.14. p<.01). Conclusion: According to the above results it is concluded that self-efficacy and health promoting behavior influence the obesity of middle school students. Therefore I recommend adding programs that can lead to improve self-efficacy and health promoting behavior to the obesity prevention programs for middle school students.

패치형 바이폴라 심장활동 모니터링 시스템을 이용한 스트레스 상태의 HRV 평가 (HRV Evaluation under Stress Condition by Using Patch Type Bipolar Heart Activity Monitoring System)

  • 본 연구에서는 무구속, 무자각, 무침습적인 패치형 심장활동 모니터링 시스템(HAMS)을 개발하였다. 이 심전도 모듈은 무선 통신을 사용하여 신호를 컴퓨터로 전송 받아 실시간으로 피검자의 심장 활동 상태를 언제 어디서나 장시간 동안 손쉽게 모니터링 측정할 수 있는 이동성을 갖추고 있다. 가슴에 부착이 가능한 패치 타입의 소형 전극을 자체 제작하였고, 측정된 심전도 신호에 대한 신뢰성 검증이 이루어졌다. HRV에 대한 스트레스의 영향을 평가하기 위하여 HAMS을 이용하여 동일한 피험자를 대상으로 HRV 파라미터와 불안, 스트레스 항목에 대한 설문지 평가, 스트레스 호르몬(코티졸)양을 측정하였다. 일상 상태와 스트레스 상황에서의 값들을 비교한 결과, 많은 파라미터에서 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 또한 피어슨 상관계수로부터 스트레스와 상관성이 높은 파라미터를 검토하였다. 이는 HAMS를 이용하여 자율신경계 기능 평가가 충분히 가능하다는 것을 보여주는 것이다. 이러한 결과로부터 HAMS를 통하여 일상생활에서 심장 이상을 예측할 수 있으며, 건강 모니터링 시스템으로 활용도가 높을 것으로 기대된다.

The Learning Stress, Immersion and Satisfaction in FTF and NFTF Classes of Major Subjects in Junior College

  • 본 연구는 2021년 2학기 비대면 수업과 2022년 2학기 면대면 수업 형태에 따른 학습몰입도, 학업스트레스 및 수업 만족도에 미치는 영향을 비교규명 사례 연구이다. C 전문대학 공학계열 S 학과에서 이루어진 이론교과목 면대면과 비대면 수업에서 동일 교재, 동일 과목, 동일 교수가 진행한 수업에서 240명에 대한 수업 만족도를 분석하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS Ver. 23.0을 이용하였다. 크론바하 α 신뢰도 계수 산출, t-test 및 피어슨 적률상관계수 그리고 다중회귀분석을 시행하였다. 본 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 공학 전공 이론교과목의 비대면 수업보다 면대면의 수업 형태에서 학습자의 학습 몰입도가 더 높았다. 둘째, 공학 전공 이론교과목의 면대면과 비대면 수업 형태에 따라 학업 스트레스가 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 공학 전공 이론교과목 중 면대면과 비대면과 수업 형태에 따른 수업 만족도에 미치는 교수·학습구성 요인별 상대적 영향력은 교수활동, 상호작용, 과제수행, 수업 안내 및 수업환경 변인 간 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 공학 전공 이론교과목에서 면대면 수업이 학습자의 학습 몰입감, 수업 만족도에 더 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 비대면 수업은 학업 스트레스에 더 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

여고생의 일상적 스트레스에 자아통제감과 사회적 지지가 미치는 영향 (Effects of Female Highschool Students's Sense of Self-Control and Social Support on Their Daily Stress)

  • 본 연구목적은 여고생 164명의 자아통제감, 사회적 지지 및 일상적 스트레스 수준과 그 변인들 간의 관계, 여고생의 일상적 스트레스에 영향을 끼치는 요인을 살펴보는 데 있다. 대상자의 자아통제감은 평균 20.47±3.86점으로, 학교생활 만족 정도에 따라 유의한 차이를 나타냈다. 대상자의 사회적 지지는 평균 105.88±19.63점으로, 학교생활 만족 정도와 부모님의 양육 태도에 따라 유의한 차이를 나타냈다. 대상자의 일상적 스트레스는 평균 58.96±17.33점으로, 교우관계, 학교생활 만족 정도 및 부모님의 양육태도에 따라 유의한 차이를 나타냈다. 대상자의 일상적 스트레스는 자아통제감, 사회적 지지와 각각 통계적으로 유의미한 음의 상관관계를 나타냈으며, 자아통제감은 사회적 지지와 통계적으로 유의한 양적 상관관계를 보였다. 여고생의 회복탄력성에 영향을 주는 요인은 사회적 지지, 자아통제감이었다. 본 연구 결과는 여고생의 정서적, 정신적 건강증진 측면에서 일상적 스트레스를 완화 시키기 위한 프로그램 개발의 필요성을 제시한다.
