쌀아밀로펙틴의 분자구조적 성질 (Molecular Structural Properties of Rice Amylopectins)

  • 일반계 품종인 천마벼, 다수계 품종인 용문벼와 인디카형인 마하트마등 세 품종의 쌀에서 아밀로펙틴을 분리하여 분자구조적 성질을 조사하였다. 천마벼, 용문벼, 마하트마의 고유점도는 각각 148.3 ml/g, 156.6 ml/g, 167.5 ml/g였고, ${\beta}-amylolysis$ limit(%)는 54.6, 55.4, 52.9였다. 평균사슬길이(${\overline{CL}}$)와 안쪽사슬길이 (${\overline{ICL}}$)는 마하트마가 다른 품종보다 길었다. ${\beta}-amylase$에 의한 쌀아밀로펙틴의 가수분해물을 Sephadex G-50으로 겔 크로마토그래피를 했을 때, 동일한 두 개의 주요 peak(void volume과 ${\overline{DP}}$ 3)가 얻어졌으며, 각 품종에서 동일한 형태를 보였다. 이들 아밀로펙틴의 pullulanase에 의한 가수분해물은 Sephadex G-50으로 겔 크로마토 그래피를 했을 때, 세 개의 peak(void volume, ${\overline{DP}}$ 35-45, ${\overline{DP}}$ $10{\sim}20$)가 얻어졌고, 품종간에 유사한 형태를 보였으나 Peak의 면적과 사슬길이(${\overline{DP}}$)는 품종간에 차이가 있었다. 천마벼, 용문벼, 마하트마의 Peak II에 대한 Peak III의 면적비는 각각 3.9, 3.4, 3.3였다.

  • 소맥생육기간중의 GS활성도의 경시적 변이진상을 알고저 소맥품종 Kolibri의 시비수준별, 엽위별 활성도를 분석한 결과, 1. 각엽에 있어서 생체종 1g당 GS활성도는 엽분화 초기에 극히 낮으나 엽의 전개, 신장에 따라 수배까지 증가하며 엽의 노화 진전과 더불어 하락하였다. 2. 생체종 1g당 GS활성도는 엽의 분화초기를 제외하면 아래로부터 상위엽 차순으로 높았으며, 최고의 활성도는 지엽에서 나타났다. 3. 최상위 2개엽은 최하위엽(제 1-4엽)보다 활성도와 활성 peak가 전 처리구에서 모두 2-3배 높았다. 4. 생체종 1g당 GS활성도는 제 1-4엽에서 1회의 활성 peak를 보인 반면 제6-지엽에서는 2회의 peak를 나타냈다. 5. GS활성도는 출tnrlRK지 증가하여 첫 번째 활성 peak에 이르고 그 이후 개화후 7일의 유숙기까지 급락하였다가 다시 증가하여 개화후 22일인 호숙기에 두 번찌 peak에 이르는 V자형 함몰현상을 나타냈다.

  • In this paper, a new pitch beginning point detection method by extracting the G-peak, is proposed. By the speech production model, the area of the first peak on a pitch interval of speech signals is emphasized. By using the above characteristics, this method have more advantages than the others for pitch beginning point detection. The defective decision caused by an impulsive noise is minimized and the pre-filtering is not necessary for this method, because the integration of signals takes place in the process.

사상체질음성분석기(四象體質音聲分析機)(PSSC)를 통한 한국인 성인여성(成人女性)의 체질별(體質別) 음향특성연구(音響特性硏究) - 단문(短文)을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Charateristics of the Korean Adult Female Sound According to Sasang Constitution Using PSSC with a Sentence)

  • 1. Objectives and Methods Sasang Constitutional Medicine is the original Korean Medicine. The purpose of this study was to objectify the diagnosis of Sasang Constitution. 212 Women's sentences were analyzed into 228 factors like Pitch, APQ, Shimmer, Octave and Energy, etc. Women's sentences were classified into 3 categories: total group, under 54 years old group and over 55 years old group. 2. Results 1) In Total group Soyangin's Center feq.(3) was significantly high compared with Taeyangin and Taeumin groups. Taeumin's Pitch2 was significantly high compared with Soeumin and Taeyangin groups. Taeyangin's Pitch S.D. was significantly high compared with Soyangin group. Taeyangin's Octave6 was significantly high compared with Soeumin group. There were no significant differences among constitutional groups in APQ and Shimmer segment. On the point of Energy, Taeyangin's G Tot E(1), G# Tot E(1), G dev.(1), G# dev.(1), G Tot E(2), G# Tot E(2), G dev.(4) and G# dev.(4) were significantly high compared with other groups. Soyangin's A#S.D.(2) was significantly high compared with Taeyangin group. Taeyangin's A#S.D.(3) was significantly high compared with Taeumin group. Taeyangin's F S.D.(5), F# S.D.(5) and Max Average were significantly high compared with Soeumin group. Taeumin's Peak3 and Peak4 were significantly high compared with Taeyangin group. Taeumin's PeakValue1 was significantly high compared with Soeumin group. Taeyangin's PeakValue2 was significantly high compared with Soeumin group. Taeyangin's PeakValue3 and PeakValue5 were significantly high compared with Other groups. 2) In Under 54 years old group, there were no significant differences among constitutional groups in APQ, Shimmer and Octave segment. Taeumin's Center freq.(2) was significantly high compared with Taeyangin and Soyangin groups. Taeumin's Pitch(2) and Pitch(3) were significantly high compared with Taeyangin and Soeumin groups. Taeyangin's and Taeumin's Pitch S.D. were significantly high compared with Soyangin group. Taeyangin's and Soyangin's Octave2 were significantly high compared with Taeumin group. On the point of Energy, Taeyangin's and Soyangin's A# S.D.(2) were significantly high compared with Soeumin group. Soeumin's G# Shimmer(1) and G# Shimmer(2) were significantly high compared with Soyangin group. Taeyangin's Octave5 and Octave6 were significantly high compared with Soeumin group. On the point of Energy, Soyangin's C S.D., F# S.D.(1), F# S.D.(2) and G dev.(2) were significantly high compared with other groups. Soyangin's F# S.D.(3) was significantly high compared with Taeumin and Soeumin groups. Taeyangin's and Taeumin's G# S.D.(2) and G# S.D.(3) were significantly high compared with Soyangin group 3. Conclusions From above result, there is the possibility of efficient standard guide for constitution diagnosis by analysis of voice

지진의 특성주기를 고려한 완만한 곡선형 이력거동시스템의 비탄성 변위비 (Inelastic Displacement Ratios for Smooth Hysteretic System Considering Characteristic Period of Earthquakes)

  • In order to predict inelastic displacement response without nonlinear dynamic analysis, the equal displacement rule can be used for the structures with longer natural periods than the characteristic period, $T_g$, of earthquake record. In the period range longer than $T_g$, peak displacement responses of elastic systems are equal or larger than those of inelastic systems. In the period range shorter than $T_g$, opposite trend occurs. In the equal displacement rule, it is assumed that peak displacement of inelastic system with longer natural period than $T_g$ equals to that of elastic system with same natural period. The equal displacement rule is very useful for seismic design purpose of structures with longer natural period than $T_g$. In the period range shorter than $T_g$, the peak displacement of inelastic system can be simply evaluated from the peak displacement of elastic system by using the inelastic displacement ratio, which is defined as the ratio of the peak inelastic displacement to the peak elastic displacement. Smooth hysteretic behavior is more similar to actual response of real structural system than a piece-wise linear hysteretic behavior such as bilinear or stiffness degrading behaviors. In this paper, the inelastic displacement ratios of the smooth hysteretic behavior system are evaluated for far-fault and near-fault earthquakes. The simple formula of inelastic displacement ratio considering the effect of $T_g$ is proposed.

Glucomannan 의 유변학적 성질에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Rheological properties of Glucomannan)

  • Glucomannan(G.M.)은 Amorphophallus Konjac C. Koch의 tuber로부터 분리되었고. 이 G.M.은 다시 침전제로 메탄올을 사용하여 4단계로 분별되었다.(F.1, F.2, F.3, F.4,). 각분 별물에 비하여 직선으로부터 벗어남을 보였다. Low shear viscometer로 G.M. 용액의 viscosity를 측정하였고 농도와 zero shear specific viscosity의 logarithm을 도시한 결과 inflection point를 나타내었다. 이것은 G.M. 분자들의 coil overlap의 시작에서 기인한 것이 고 묽은 용액에서 진한 용액으로의 전이행동은 임계농도. C*=4/[η]에서 일어났고 이때의 zero shear specific viscosity는 10을 나타내었다. 또한 specific viscosity는 묽은 용액에대해 서는 C14로써 변화하였고 진한 요액에서는 C3.0으로변화하였다. G.M.의 고체상태에 대한 유 전성($\varepsilon$',$\varepsilon$")과 점탄성(C',C")계수들을 액체질소 온도에서부터 15$0^{\circ}C$ 온도범위에 걸쳐 4단계로 film을 건조시키면서 10Hz에서 측정하였다. G.M. film의 유전성과 점탄성의 허수부 분은 ($\varepsilon$", C"), -10$0^{\circ}C$에서 peak를 나타내었고 이 peak는 hydroxy methyl 기들의 회전 운동에서 생겨난 것이다. 건조시키지 않은 상태의 G.M. film의 유전성과 점탄성의 허수부분 의 값들은 -5$0^{\circ}C$에서 물 분자의 운동에 의하여 생긴 peak를 보였다.

산무수물 경화된 에폭시 복합체의 구조변화와 TSC특성에 관한 연구 (A study on the structural changes and the TSC characteristics of epoxy composites cured with acid-anhydride)

  • In this study, the TSC spectroscopy has been applied to investigate the influence of structural change due to a process of curing reaction on the electrical properties of epoxy composites cured with acid-anhydride. Five TSC peaks appeared in -160-250[.deg.C]: in the low temperature region below glass transition temperature(T$\_$g/), three relaxation mode peaks due to action of side chains, substitution group or terminal groups have been observed, a peak associated with T$\_$g/, appeared in 110[.deg. C] and p peak due to ionic space charges located in 150[.deg.C]. Each peak was separated into elementary peaks by the partial polarization procedure, and the distribution of activation energy and relaxation time were analized to clearify the origin of each peak. Also, overaboundantly added hardener separated a .betha. peak near 10[.deg. C] into two peaks of .betha.$\_$1/(10.deg. C) and .betha.$\_$2/(20.deg. C) according to increasement of forming field, and the separated hardener was oxidated thermally with increasing surrounding temperatures. The expansion of the free volume need in molecular motion and the reduction of the structural packing density through thermal oxidation process increased TSC between .alpha. peak and .betha. peak and decreased T$\_$g/.

G-peak의 특성을 이용한 성문폐쇄시점 검출 (Detection of Glottal Closure Instant using the property of G-peak)

  • 음성신호의 처리에서 GCI를 정확하게 검출하는 것은 중요하다. 따라서 이에 대한 연구가 부분적으로 진행되어 왔다. 이러한 방법은 광범위한 화자와 다양한 단어에 대해 적합하지 못하기 때문에 우리는 G-peak를 사용하여 GCI를 검출하는 새로운 기법을 제안하였다. 우선 음성 신호 파형을 가변 저역 통과 여파기에 통과 시킨다. 여파된 신호를 사용하여 G-peak를 검출하고 이를 기준으로 GCI를 검출하게 된다. 제안된 방법으로 검출한 GCI와 눈으로 찾은 GCI의 차이가 1ms이내이면 고려의 대상으로 삼았다. 제안된 방법은 검출율이 각각 0dB SNR하에서 94%, 20dB SNR하에서 96.5%, 무잡음에서 97.9%를 나타내었다. 결론적으로 제안된 방법은 잡음 환경하에서도 우수한 수행결과를 보였다.

화학기상증착법을 이용한 그래핀의 물성 조절: 그래핀과 질소-도핑된 그래핀 (Controlling the Properties of Graphene using CVD Method: Pristine and N-doped Graphene)

  • 본 연구에서는 그래핀의 인위적인 합성방법인 화학기상증착법을 활용하여 합성 파라미터들을 변화시켜줌으로써 그래핀의 물성을 조절하는 연구를 수행하였다. 먼저, 메탄가스를 탄소원으로 순수 그래핀을 합성하였고, 액상의 피리딘을 원료로 사용하여 질소가 도핑된 그래핀을 합성하였다. 각각의 그래핀의 물성은 라만 분광법, X선 광전자 분광법(XPS)을 통한 기초 광물성 측정과 게이트 전압에 따른 그래핀 채널의 전류-전압 응답특성을 통한 전기적 수송현상 측정에 의해 평가되었다. 메탄가스로 합성된 그래핀의 라만 분광 스펙트럼에서는 G-peak과 2D-peak가 선명히 보였고, XPS에서 C1s-peak가 선명하였고, 아울러 전하중성점은 게이트 전압 약 +4 V 정도에서 나타났다. 피리딘을 원료로 합성된 그래핀의 라만 분광 스펙트럼에서는 D-peak, G-peak 그리고 다소 약해진 2D-peak 등이 보였고, XPS에서는 C1s-peak은 물론 N1s-peak도 나타났으며, 전하중성점은 게이트 전압 약 -96 V 정도에서 나타났다. 결과적으로 우리는 화학기상증착법을 활용하여 그래핀의 물성을 성공적으로 조절하였다.

연속음 분류인식에서 G-peak를 이용한 비음의 분류 (The Extraction of Nasal Sound by Using G-peak in Continued Speech)

  • In this paper, we describe a new algorithm for extracting nasal sound in continuous speech. We obtain pitches by using Area Comparison Method and extract nasal sound by comparing the area of G-peak and the area of side peak in one pitch interval. By using this method, the process can be speeded up. Therefore realtime processing is possible with a general microprocessor.
