전자결제시스템으로서 캐나다의 ACSS와 미국의 FedACH의 비교연구 (A Comparative Assessment Between ACSS of Canada and FedACH of America as a Electronic Payment System)

  • 본 논문은 캐나다의 ACSS(자동정산결제시스템)과 미국의 FedACH(연방준비은행의 자동교환정산소)를 비교하여 연구하였다. 양국의 전자자금이체시스템을 특별히 비교연구 한 이유는 ACSS와 FedACH가 양국을 대표하는 소액 소비자간 결제 시스템이라는 사실과 동일한 북미경제권이라는 공통점을 가지고 있었기 때문이다. 연구의 결과 양국의 시스템은 지급시스템의 운영방법, 운영기관의 구성 및 중앙은행의 지위, 지급협회의 역할 및 수표거래와 전자거래의 운영방식이 다르다는 결론에 도달하였다. 또한 양 지급시스템이 참여자들에게 인정받으면서 더욱 보편적인 지급시스템으로 발전하기 위한 정책적 시사점으로 다음과 같은 점을 제시하였다. 첫째, 다양한 종류의 사기거래와 각종 위험노출을 회피하기 위하여 안전성을 더욱 보완하여야 한다. 둘째, 건전한 지급시스템으로 인정받아 고객과 시장에서 인정받기 위해서는 국제적으로 공인된 감독기준의 적용을 받아야 한다. 셋째, 최종 고객의 이익을 보장하는 방향으로 시스템이 운영되기 위해서는 프라이 버쉬(privacy)보장을 전제로 시장의 힘을 강화시켜 진입장벽도 낮추고 이용비용은 더욱 감소시킬 필요가 있다. 마지막으로 중앙은행의 역할과 관련하여 한국도 미국과 캐나다와 같은 대부분의 선진국에서처럼 중앙은행법외에 지급결제에 관한 일반법을 별도로 두고 중앙은행과 지급결제협회간의 업무권한을 분산시켜 지급결제시스템의 리스크발생에 대비한 체계적인 대응을 준비할 필요가 있다.

  • Recently the numbers of patent about the technology for mobile payment with Ie or bluetooth-chip are being increased more and more. The reasons of patent increment for mobile payment are advancement of wireless internet technology and rising of customer's request for it. The customer wants to be able to pay for purchase, tax and aid with own mobile phone. So every mobile service provider applies for patents about that competitively. And in the near future the biometrics is generalized in the mobile payment system. Especially the payment service of iris recognition is significant technique in this area for the future prospect. The biometrics of iris is an accurate authentication method because it has about 250 distinguish parameters to the finger print's 30. The biometrics of iris can recognize and identify a person for 2 seconds. But the image of iris is changed by transformation of body in the life. And the existing iris authentication system has problem that can be miss-recognized. In this paper, we propose the new method that reduces miss-recognizing rate with Renewable Iris Authentication Algorithm(RIAA) in mobile system.

텍스트마이닝을 활용한 중고거래 안전결제 실태분석 (Analysis of the Safety Payment in Second-hand Transactions Using Text Mining)

  • 한국의 중고거래 시장은 꾸준한 성장을 보이고 있지만, 중고거래 사기의 발생 건수와 피해 금액도 함께 늘어나고 있다. 2021년 기준 중고거래 시장 규모는 24조원이지만 동시에 사기 피해 금액은 3,606억 원에 달한다. 중고거래 플랫폼은 개인 간 거래 사기를 방지하기 위해 안전거래 결제 시스템을 마련했다. 그러나 안전결제 시스템을 악용한 신종 사기 수법이 생겨나고 있어 중고거래 안전결제도 사기로부터 안전하다고 볼 수 없다. 이에 본 연구는 텍스트마이닝을 활용하여 중고거래 안전결제 서비스의 사기 방지를 위해 생긴 안전결제 시스템의 실태를 파악하고, 이를 텍스트마이닝과 네트워크 분석으로 분석하여 안전결제 시스템의 개선 방안을 제안한다.

An Investigation of Behavioral Intention Towards QR Code Payment in Bangkok, Thailand

  • The purpose of this research is to investigate the factors affecting Thai commercial bank users' behavioral intention towards QR code payment system via mobile banking applications. The researchers conducted the study based on quantitative research approach. Non-probability sampling method such as the quota and convenience sampling was applied as sampling technique. A self-administered questionnaire was distributed. The data was collected from 1,800 respondents living in Bangkok, who have had an experience with QR code payment system with the top-three mobile banking applications in Thailand. This study concentrates on confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling as a statistical tool to examine the data, model accuracy, and influence of critical variables. In addition, the researchers applied the first-order and second-order techniques to examine the relationship between constructs. Adoption readiness and perceived risk were second-order constructs. The results reveled that compatibility has an impact on attitude towards QR code payment. Moreover, adoption readiness, compatibility, attitude, and personal innovativeness are statistically significant that impact behavioral intention towards QR code payment. The strongest antecedents of behavioral intention were compatibility, attitude, adoption readiness, and personal innovativeness, respectively. Surprisingly, perceived risk and perceived trust do not statistically have a significant impact on behavioral intention towards QR code payment.

건강보험 체납예측모형을 통한 체납세대의 유형화 및 특성 (Categorized the Contribution evasion through Health Insurance contribution evasion expected model)

  • The purpose of this study was to categorize the contribution evasion and develop the expected models for contribution arrears in National Health Care System. The modified logistic regression model in non-payments was used as logistic regression model based on the statistical method. By using this model, we arranged non-payment types and typical branches those are appeared by statistical technique. First fact, sex and age branches those are able to take a part in economy had effect mostly. Also they had difference in non-payment probability by existence of their incomes and property. Especially people who didn't have their own house and car were appeared in high non-payment probability, disease and reduction characteristic(rare diseases, reduction of seniors, handicaps, numbers of medical treatments) didn't effect much in probability. The reason for some characteristic of non-payment which is higher than the correct threshold value of Logistic Regression Model (a suggested model for predicting non-payment)'s distribution of probability was mostly moral hazard. Living difficulty was the bigger reason for non-payment, but moral slackening was the bigger reason for non-payment. But it is careless to decide that moral hazard is just the reason, there is a necessity to examine on the side of sociology based in family. By the reason, the member's non-payment reason can be classified by economy, population, and psychology, but there was a comprehension that losing of work desire could be one reason. So we analyzed informations for composition of family of members. In conclusion, we grasped that family conflict makes non-payment and conversion of member in the National Basic Livelihood Protection System difficult.

NonPG 기반 모바일 결제서비스에 관한 실증적 연구 (An Empirical Study of Non-PG Based Mobile Payment Service)

  • 최근 국내를 대표하는 중요 키워드 중 하나가 O2O(온 오프라인 연계)이다. O2O(온 오프라인 연계) 시장은 온라인 상거래와 오프라인 상거래가 겹쳐지는 교집합 영역이라고 할 수 있다. 스마트폰의 보급 및 대중화는 결제시장 환경을 기존 PC 기반의 온라인 중심에서 모바일 중심(핸드폰)으로 이동하면서 서비스 영역이 온 오프라인 시장까지 확대되고 있다. 이러한 모바일로의 중심 이동은 데이터 보안이 온라인 중심 결제환경에 비해 취약하나 편리성으로 인하여 모바일 중심의 결제서비스가 우선시되는 경향을 보임으로써 보안의 위협이 더욱 증가하고 있다. O2O(온 오프라인 연계) 서비스 확대는 현재 초기 단계로써 그 파급의 범위가 일부에 국한된 변화로써, 온라인 거래, 오프라인 거래라는 기존의 굳건하게 구축된 VAN과 PG 각각의 영역에서 균열을 줄 수 있는 상황이며, 향후 큰 요인으로 작용할지 몰라도 지금까지는 상호간의 경계의 붕괴를 이끌어 낼 만큼의 동기부여는 되지는 못하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 그동안 결제 시장에서 관습적으로 적용되어 오던 스마트폰을 활용한 모바일 결제서비스는 비대면을 거래 방식인 PG를 활용하여 결제되어야 한다는 방식에 대해서 실증적 연구를 통하여 NonPG 방식을 통해서 그 가능성을 제시 하고자 한다.

  • Traditional banking systems of transactions are being replaced by FfinTech. Block Chain System can be a key point in Fourth Industrial Revolution such as AI, Big Data, IOT and also can be used as a tools of smart contract or smart payment systems in International Trade. If banking regulation is to be liberalized FinTech would be more activated in Korea and various attempts would be available especially smart payment in business. There are so many levels to be achieved from the time of contract to the time of clearance. We cannot expect speed and range of IT advancement and international trade, Block Chain system will challenge the traditional banking process. First, Block Chain Payment system can be used in P2P, B2B transaction and also T/T in small business. Second, Bit Coin transaction can be available within the parties without the Trusted Third Party. Third, By using of Block Chain system Traditional International Trade process can be altered.

치매노인환자 입원진료비의 구조적 특성과 일당수가제화의 타당성 (Structural Characteristics and Feasibility of Per Diem Payment System for Elderly Dementia Inpatients)

  • This study was conducted to analyze the medical charges of the elderly dementia inpatients, to identity their characteristics, and there by to evaluate feasibility of the per diem payment system for the patients. Data on medical charges of the patients were collected from the National Federation of Medical Insurance and sample hospitals from October through December 1997. The data were analysed in order to find the characteristics and test hypotheses postulated. The results are summarized as follows; Firstly, there was no difference statistically in between disease groups and between the dementia inpatients belonging to each disease group. Secondly, the amount of the non-insurance medical charges of the elderly dementia inpatients is considerably high compared to the insurance medical charges paid by the patient, which implies that some measures are to be prepared by the Government. Finally, medical charges per inpatient day of the dementia patients are not different statiscally by sex, by age group, and by disease group. This result supports the feasibility of the per diem payment system for the elderly dementia inpatients.

  • WISA 2002에서 함우석 등은 무선 환경에 적합한 단방향 지불 시스템을 제안하였고, 제안 시스템의 전자 화폐가 모듈러 멱승과 같은 공개키 연산 없이 위조 불가능성과 이중 사용 방지의 특성을 지닌다고 주장하였다. 본 논문에서는 제안된 전자 화폐가 제안자들의 주장과는 달리 실제로는 구매 내역의 위조가 가능함을 보임으로써, 올바른 서명이 없이는 다양한 공격이 가능함을 보인다.

Gamification on Mobile Payment Application: Uses and Gratification Perspective

  • Indonesia has the largest potential mobile payment (m-payment) market in Southeast Asia. The government has realised this through Government's National Non-Cash Movement to increase its adoption. This is then followed up by advocating its adoption massively. However, for this movement to be a success, ensuring its continued use is critical. Various studies have attempted to contribute to this issue. Incorporating game elements into the application that brings benefits and satisfaction to its user is envisaged as one of the most feasible ways. This study, therefore, sets out to investigate the effects of gamification on the m-payment application, which drive the intention to continued use by employing the Uses dan Gratification Theory (UGT). A total of 826 m-payment users were gathered to be analysed using Structural Equation Modelling. The results show that utilitarian, hedonic and social gratifications have significant effects on the continuance usage intention of m-payment. Theoretically, this study contributes to the literature by showing that gamification applied in the payment significantly affects the m-payment continuance usage intention. Practically, this research informs the m-payment providers to maintain the gamification elements in their applications to ensure their sustainable use. Limitations and future research directions are also discussed.
