In this study, coupler on the safety of meeting the requirements and construction and economy to satisfy the number of parts to minimize an LK-DK coupler has been developed, affordability existing reinforcing bar joint, welded joint, mechanical joints, compared with a favorable one to the understanding, and also facilitate the construction and logistics, etc. I've found that there is no additional pay because the amount of product performance through the tensile test after test, if commercialization is expected to be greater ramifications.

Following the trend of global telecommunication liberalization, the telecommunication industry in Taiwan will be a star industry and grow up quickly in the future. This study uses questionnaires to survey the implementation issues of total quality management in Taiwan's telecommunication industry. Most of the thirty-nine telecommunication companies surveyed herein are medium-sized with fairly weak quality performance. Advanced quality management training programs (such as experimental design) are seldom implemented and decision-makers do not pay much attention to training programs related to TQM.

The market, development and trend of Lithium ion Batteries in China are introduce briefly. Early, Chinese manufactories were busy to expand and many new battery factories have been built up. Now, the relatively large companies pay more attentions on comprehensive quality improvement, therefore the production processing and facilities have been also modified in some extent. The recent technology progresses focus on High capacity (energy density), High rate, High average voltage, High safety, High temperature properties, Long cycle life, Low temperature properties, Low self discharge, Low cost, Super-large, Super-small, Super-thin, Consistency, Customization, and Environment friendly processing, simply $H_5L_4S_3C_2E_1$. Lithium ion polymer batteries which all batteries packaged with soft lamination film are named as in China have a quick growth and emphasized here because of their advantages ins $H_5L_4S_3C_2E_1$ for which it is quite difficult to be realized at the same time. Some of research works such as listed above are introduced. The other contends related to application trend of Lithium ion batteries and projects carrying out are also included.

There are many control methods guaranteeing the robustness of systems. Among them, H$\infty$ control, sliding mode control and disturbance observer have been used widely. Especially, disturbance observer(DOB) is one of the most popular methods because it is easy to apply and the cost to pay is low due to its simplicity. Conventional DOB utilizes output signal as a feedback signal. But in Optical Disk Drive(ODD) systems, the Position Error Signal(PES) is the only available one. So conventional DOB is not applicable. If we use error signal in stead of output signal, another form of DOB is made. We call it as Error based Disturbance Observer(EDOB). We show in this paper the difference between two systems, namely conventional DOB system and the EDOB system, and also show the effectiveness of EDOB through experiment.

Fraud in e-commerce transaction increased in the last decade especially with the increasing number of online stores and the lockdown that forced more people to pay for services and groceries online using their credit card. Several machine learning methods were proposed to detect fraudulent transaction. Neural networks showed promising results, but it has some few drawbacks that can be overcome using optimization methods. There are two categories of learning optimization methods, first-order methods which utilizes gradient information to construct the next training iteration whereas, and second-order methods which derivatives use Hessian to calculate the iteration based on the optimization trajectory. There also some training refinements procedures that aims to potentially enhance the original accuracy while possibly reduce the model size. This paper investigate the performance of several NN models in detecting fraud in e-commerce transaction. The backpropagation model which is classified as first learning algorithm achieved the best accuracy 96% among all the models.

Psychological stress is a growing issue in work stress research because work stressors are closely related to depression； and depression, in turn, decreases organizational effectiveness. Considering such causal relationships of work stress, a comprehensive source to control work stress is needed for worksite mental well-being. This study was conducted to identify how social support at work controlled work stress and which characteristics of social support were effective on work stress reduction. The study participants were 240 workers employed in a public hospital in Georgia, U.S.A self-administered survey was given to employees with their pay slips, and followed by a hospital wide voice reminder for 7 days. Surveys were conducted over a 20-day period. The questionnaires asked about job demands, job control, social support at work, depression, job performance, absenteeism, and demographics. The social support construct was structured on the source of support at work and the kinds of support were provided. Statistical analyses were conducted in the structural equation modeling approach. Social support at work was directly related to high job control, low depression, and high job performance. High score of social support at work were significantly associated with high job control, low depressive symptoms, and high job performance. By source of support, only organizational support was positively related to high job control. Organizational support was more effective than supervisor and coworker support. Any stressors and their outcomes were not differenciated by the kinds of support. This result indicated that job control was influenced more by the source of support than the kinds of support provided at work； and the most efficient source of support was the organization. Organizational support was a strong factor in improving workers" perceived controllability of their jobs from a work stress reduction perspective.tive.

Purpose - With the rapid growth of Chinese mobile pay market, it's necessary to run a study of the aims why users prefer to intention of use for mobile fingerprint payment. To reach this goal, UTAUT added Perceived Security and DOI. Research design, data, and methodology - The researchers conducted this study by using collected 3126 responses and the collected data was analyzed by applying statistical techniques factor analysis, AMOS, and Cronbach's Alpha and SPSS 22.0. Results - The result shows that compatibility and relative advantage of mobile fingerprint payment have positive effect on performance expectancy and effort expectancy separately, and the performance expectancy and effort expectancy have positive effect on people's use intention of mobile fingerprint payment. Social influence has a positive effect on the users' use intention of mobile fingerprint payment, Facilitating conditions has a slight effect on the users' use intention of mobile fingerprint payment, Perceived security has the most significant effect on he users' use intention of mobile fingerprint payment. Conclusions - The research showed that compatibility is one of the most important elements that make users continue to use the product. The mobile fingerprint payment must own clearer advantages than other ones that it can reach the biggest market. The Social Influence has a positive influence on the intention of use.

In this paper, we introduce new locally repairable codes based on a Fractional repetition codes which is one of the MBR codes. We introduce two different constructions for different system parameters and compare these codes in terms of several performance metrics. There is some tradeoffs between the locality and other performance metrics. The newly introduced codes having the good locality should pay the price such as lower capacity or more storage nodes. And the proposed codes are more reliable than other locally repairable codes and have lower repair complexity since they can be repaired without any operations.

The COMS is a kind of geostationary multi-functional satellites with three different mission objectives. Two of them aim at earth observation and the COMS has two optical payloads according to those missions. The payloads are composed of a meteo imager and an ocean color imager, and their inherent characteristics require optimal interface design for their performance to be concurrently achieved. Therefore, various kinds of constraints are considered in their component accommodation on the COMS platform. This paper shows a general overview of the optical payload accommodation design and describes the design consideration to achieve the optimized performance from thermal and mechanical point of view.

It illuminates the representation of Korean dance in the sense of color. The unique color and light of Korean dance reflects the essence of Korean art and the consciousness of Koreans. Therefore, analyzing Korean art, colors and meanings can provide the principle of aesthetic interpretation to re-examine Korean colors. This means that it is necessary to pay attention to the possibility of developing original contents as a humanistic basis, asking the origin of Korean art. The Korean thought and philosophy in which color and life become cultures remain the roots for another re-creating vision of Korean art. Therefore, it is time to establish a system of Korean identity as an art with the expansion of various interpretations of various aesthetic attitudes that recognize Korean dance.
