  • HL7 is well-known standard protocol for text data generated in hospital information systems. Vital sign information web viewer systems is also the standard protocol for medical image and transfer. In this paper, we have to design to obtain useful vital sign information, which is generated at data receiver modulor of HIS, that is offered by the central monitor. Vital sign informations of central monitor is composed of the row data of several bedsite patient monitors. We are willing to maintain vital sign information of real time and continuity that is generated from the bedsite patient monitor. It is able to apply to remote medical examination and treatment. we proposed integration method between vital sign database systems and hospital information systems. Through the proper exchange and management of patient vital sign information, real time vital sign information management will offer better workflow to all hospital employee.

  • ularly, a points of view Health-care system, it can reduce costs and efforts in order to management of patients. However, Health-care system keep a level of service for person and extends of hospital inner parts system. Although the rate of an addict grow by alcoholic but it is difficult to manage and diagnosis because of patient data gathering. Therefore in this thesis, it is proposed to patient data gathering and monitering method in u-zone. It can collect patient data by pulse, temperature and acceleration sensor and it can diagnosis correct based on emotion change data.

  • As information technology has been developed rapidly, there is growing online medicine service through forming as information technology and medicine information are amalgamated in the medical service field. That acquires real time biological information of patient through a communication network which could be applied into e-healthcare system for a diagnosis and treatment of patient. Because of these reasons, it is necessary for the e-healthcare system to develop. But,the facilities existing in the medical service field could not be used to an on line environment because of the limitation of the time and space. To solve the point of such issue, we propose an auto color analysis system that is a precise and quick to measure health states of user, and the device has the important merit that it is very low cost. Also, the hospital web database and the monitering webpage for a diagnosis have been made for an e-healthcare system.

  • There are some cases in trouble with monitoring emergency patient by existing electrode sensor in measuring instrument in home and hospital etc. And there are problem to measure because of coming down electrode in emergency car or vessel of shaking and fat, humidity of patient. In this study, it has designed band-type for patient to put on the breast easily and go around anywhere freely putting band electrode on his body. Gold has used as electrode material in this electrocardiogram because of its excellent electronic resistance peculiarity and no trouble with skin. And it is able to monitor multi-body-signal by additional design of periphery temperature. There are good results of body signal transmission in the breast or the rib, and get a little body signal in abdomen. We get a result it is better case of gold than usual electrode on signal detection, and know usual electrode was disposable, but we have more correct result from gold electrode sensor, being semi-permanent ana. great contact ability even if movement.

  • Questionnaires were distributed to Radiology departments at hospitals with 300 sickbeds throughout the Pohang region of North Gyeongsang Province concerning awareness and performance levels of infection control. The investigation included measurements of the pollution levels of imaging equipment and assistive apparatuses in order to prepare a plan for the activation of prevention and management of hospital infections. The survey was designed to question respondents in regards to personal data, infection management prevention education, and infection management guidelines. The ATP Public Heath Monitering System was used to measure seven items for pollution levels of imaging equipment and assistive apparatuses in the Radiology Department. Data was analysed using SPSS version 12.0 for paired t-test and Pearson coefficient with a statistically significant level of 0.05. The results of the survey showed a total awareness level of infection management prevention education averaged at $3.73{\pm}0.64$ and performance levels resulted at $3.39{\pm}0.83$ which were statistically significant (p = 0.01). Also the measurements of pollution levels for equipment with high patient contact showed a Pearson Coefficient of over 0.5 implying a focus on pathogenic bacterium. There was no statistical significance with the frequency of imaging (p < 0.05). Therefore for general hospitals with high patient contact, there is a need to supply analyzing equipment for real time monitoring and the implementation of disinfection management that uses a Ministry of Health and Welfare approved antiseptic solution twice every minute.
