실버세대를 위한 기능성의류 개발실태 - 기능성제품 특허분석을 중심으로 - (Actual Conditions of Functional Clothing development for the Elderly - Based on Patent Analysis of Functional Products -)

  • This study investigates the developmental conditions of functional clothes for the elderly. First, preceding studies and relevant web sites were analyzed along with a survey of commercial functional elderly clothes in Korea. A KIPRIS patent information database was used to study registered and disclosed patents and utility models in order to analyze patent application trends in relevant fields. Patents were searched by year of application from 1990 to 2013. Keywords used for searching included 'senior, aged, and elderly'. Among collected data, overlapping and irrelevant data were excluded to select 162 cases for analysis. Details of analysis are annual patent application trends of functional elderly clothes, topic analysis, shape and characteristics. An examination of commercially available functional clothing products for the elderly indicated that most of products were developed in the form of inner wear or protective clothing for seniors who have bodily discomfort. An annual patent application of functional elderly clothes showed slight fluctuations; however, there was an overall increase. For patent topics, technologies related to secretion and excretion were the most at 47 cases total (29%), followed by 23 cases (14%) on biometric information technology. However, the development of relevant technologies seems necessary in the future as therapeutic function and fiber technologies gradually stagnate.

특허분석을 통한 한국섬유산업 기술개발 동향 (Development Trends of Korean Textile Industry by Analyzing Domestic Patent)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the trends of technique development of domestic textile industry and to guide the directions for researches to secure competitiveness of textile industry by analyzing domestic patent applications. This research used patent literature from Korean Patent Information database provided by Korea Intellectual Property Rights Information Service(KIPRIS), and the patent search scope, based on the application year, was from 1980 to 2007. The number of patents by natives was lower than that of foreigners in 1980's, but from the mid 90's, that number grew larger than that of foreigners. Also the number of patents by natives have shown steadily increasing tendency. However, the number of foreigner's patent in D03, D04, D05 of class was higher than the number of patents by natives. The technical fields where the patent application ratio is high varied from one country to another. In Korea, D01F of subclass had the most number of patents, and D05B, D04B had the most number of patents in Japan and Germany.

고효율 흡수식 냉동기의 특허기술 분석연구 (An Analysis of the Patent for Highly Efficient Absorption Refrigeration System)

  • A technical analysis was conducted to predict the development trend for the highly efficient absorption type refrigeration system. The study was based on a submitted patent during January 1981 and December 2000 in Korea, Japan and America. The total number of extruded patents from the registered database was 24,822 and the filtering process makes the reduction of the data number to 3,510. Technical development of Japan for the absorption type refrigeration system is prominent compared to the other country due to approximately 75% of the patents coming from Japan. When the patent is divided into two categories, the patent for component technology for the refrigeration system makes up 75% and the refrigerating type technology 25% of the patents. This shows technical development for the system component is advanced compared to the technology development for the system type. When the patents are classified by nationality of patent applicants, foreigners contribute up to 33% of the patents in Korea. However, Japan's case shows the 99% of the patents are invented by the Japanese. If the patents are classified to the International Patent Classification, most of the data for the absorption type refrigeration system belongs to IPC F25B.

SURF 방향 히스토그램을 이용한 특허 영상 검색 (Patent Image Retrieval Using SURF Direction histograms)

  • 최근 특허영상의 중요도가 높아지면서 특허영상 검색에 대한 연구의 필요성이 커지고 있다. 그러나 지금까지 대부분의 특허검색은 이진 영상에서 에지 특징을 추출하는 방법을 주로 사용하고 있어서 영상 전처리 과정에서 에지 검출 결과에 따라 검색 성능이 영향을 받는 단점이 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해, 본 논문에서는 영상의 형태적 특징을 표현하는 SURF를 사용하여 특허영상의 특징을 표현하고 검색하는 방법을 제안한다. 제안하는 방법은 영상에서 SURF를 계산하여 관심점과 방향을 추출하고 영역별 히스토그램을 구한다. 제안하는 방법의 우수성을 평가하기 위해서 제안하는 방법을 2000 이진 특허 영상 데이터베이스에 적용하였고, 에지 정보가 일부 손실되더라도 검색 결과가 매우 뛰어남을 보여주었다.

인용정보를 이용한 신 특허지수 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of New Patent Index Used the Citation Information)

  • 본 연구에서는 인용 정보를 활용하여, 특허 인용색인의 기법을 분석하고, 이를 바탕으로 새로운 특허지수를 제시하였다. 이를 위해 문헌정보 및 특허정보 관련 인용색인데이터베이스에서 제공하는 인용색인지수를 비교 분석하였다. 특히 JCR의 영향력 지수와 CHI의 기술영향력 지수가 갖고 있는 정보적 가치와 의미를 재해석하였다. 전자는 상대적 인용빈도를 사용하여, 연속간행물과 같은 매체의 가치를 중시하고 있다. 후자의 경우는 특허고유의 가치를 평가하기 때문에, 자체정보만을 중시하고 있다. 이러한 차이점을 극복하기 위해 후자의 경우 해당 특허를 보유하고 있는 기관의 기술영향력 지수를 이용하여 상대적 가치를 재부여하였다. 이를 보완하기 위해 인용정보에 기반하여 다음 특정 특허의 피인용지수를 비롯하여 상대적 반감기 평가지수, 특허기술활용 통합지수 등 세가지의 새로운 지수를 제안하였다. 단 비교분석대상은 출원특허사항에 인용정보를 제시하고 있는 미국 특허정보로 제한하여 국내 특허정보에 대한 비교 분석은 수행하지 못하였다.

Technology Development Strategy of Piggyback Transportation System Using Topic Modeling Based on LDA Algorithm

  • 본 연구는 피기백 화차운송 시스템의 특허문서를 활용하여 관련 분야의 유망기술을 파악하는 것을 목표로 한다. 이를 위해 피기백 운송 시스템의 선행연구 및 관련 보고서로 기술 키워드를 추출하여 특허문서를 추출한다. 추출된 특허문서에 텍스트마이닝 기법을 적용하여 빈도수가 높은 키워드를 확인하고 피기백 운송 시스템의 핵심기술의 토픽을 식별하기 위해 LDA(Latent Dirichlet Allocation) 알고리즘을 적용하였다. 마지막으로, 시계열 분석 기법인 ARIMA 모델을 핵심기술의 토픽에 적용하여 기술 추세를 예측하고 피기백 운송 시스템에 대한 유망한 기술을 식별하였다. 특허 분석 결과, 데이터 기반 통합관리 시스템과 운영 계획 시스템 그리고 복합수송 중 특수 화물(기체, 액체류) 운송 및 보관 기술이 미래에 유망한 핵심기술로 도출되었고, 데이터 송수신 및 분석 기술이 중요한 세부 기술임을 확인하였다. 제안된 분석 방법은 피기백 운송 시스템의 R&D 연구개발 전략 및 기술 로드맵을 개발하는 데 있어 충분한 자료가 될 수 있다.

기술-산업 연계구조 및 특허 분석을 통한 미래유망 아이템 발굴 (Discovery of promising business items by technology-industry concordance and keyword co-occurrence analysis of US patents.)

  • This study relates to develop a quantitative method through which promising technology-based business items can be discovered and selected. For this study, we utilized patent trend analysis, technology-industry concordance analysis, and keyword co-occurrence analysis of US patents. By analyzing patent trends and technology-industry concordance, we were able to find out the emerging industry trends : prevalence of bio industry, service industry, and B2C business. From the direct and co-occurrence analysis of newly discovered patent keywords in the year, 2000, 28 promising business item candidates were extracted. Finally, the promising item candidates were prioritized using 4 business attractiveness determinants; market size, product life cycle, degree of the technological innovation, and coincidence with the industry trends. This result implicates that reliable discovery and selection of promising technology-based business items can be performed by a quantitative, objective and low- cost process using knowledge discovery method from patent database instead of peer review.

  • This Study focused on IPC (International Patent Classification) for TKM (Traditional Korea Medicine) Paper. The results processed for 9,000 TKM paper by using 8th in IPC Classification. The name of Herbal Medicine assigned to IPC Classification, we assigned to two part for main-Classification(A61K) and sub-Classification (A61P). The results obtained about 77% for A61K and about 96% for A61K36 among them. And also analysed about 23% for sub-Classification(A61P) additionally. Main-Classification is distributed A61K > A61H37 > A61B5 > A61N > A61M1. Detailed Main-Classification for A61K is distributed A61K36 > A61K35 > A61K33 among Main-Classification. TKM Paper mainly analysed A61K36 and A61H37 in Main-Classification. According to the results. 'The Korean Journal of Herbology' has high-valued for Utilization as a Non Patent Document. we should constructed Database system for protection of intellectual property rights. And after We will registered minimum documentation of PCT.

  • SGML(Standard Generalized Markup Language)의 디스크립션은 WIPO(World Intellectual Property Organization) Standard ST.32의 디스크립션과 더불어 자세히 기술되고있다. SGML의 이용에 대한 이점이 강조되고 있으며, 그것은 시스템 독립적이며 특허출판 및 전문 데이터베이스구축에 타당성이 있다는 것이다. WIPO Standard ST.32를 적용한 특허문헌의 내용구조는 ST.32에 따라 작성한 DTD로 표현하고 텍스트 자체는 DTD에 따른 범용 마크업을 사용하여 기술한다. 본고에서는 전체문헌, 특정 서브문서, 문단 등의 계층구조와 표, 도면, 화학구조식 등의 비계층구조로 되어 있는 문서구조를 어떻게 표현하는가에 대하여 예를들어 설명하였다. 그리고 특허 문헌처리에서 SGML의 효과에 대하여 논의하였다.

국내 약침 특허 현황에 대한 분석연구 (Review on the Pharmacopuncture Patent in Korea)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study was to analyze the trend of pharmacopuncture in Korean patent in order to establish database for patent technology. Methods : Electronic literature searches for Korean patents related to pharmacopuncture were performed in two electronic databases (Korea Intellectual Property Right Information Service and National Digital Science Library) to June 2017. Patents that were not Korean ones, did not use medicinal herb, only described method of manufacture, or had nothing to do with pharmacopuncture were excluded in this study. The status and application date of patents, Medicinal herb, target diseases, International Patent Classification (IPC), model of experiment and extracting methods were analyzed. Results : A total of 379 patents were retrieved. Based on our inclusion/exclusion criteria, 297 patents were excluded. Of 82 included patents, 27 patents did not include experiments using pharmacopuncture, and 9 patents were invented for treating animals such as pig or calf. In IPC analysis, Bee Venom, Panax (ginseng), Angelica, and Paeoniaceae were used frequently. Musculoskeletal diseases were the most targeted diseases followed by nervous diseases. For extracting, hot water extraction, distillation extraction, and solvent extraction using alcohol, ethanol, or methanol for solvent were commonly used. Conclusions : These data are useful for inventing new patent and extending range of pharmacopuncture in clinical use, however, more systematically analyzed patent studies and pharmacopuncture-related studies for new application on various diseases are needed in further studies.
