10년령의 암컷 말티즈견이 지속성 심잡음을 주증으로 내원 하였다. 환축은 2차원 색채 도플러 심초음파 및 컴퓨터 단층촬영을 통해 동맥관개존증 (PDA)으로 진단되었다. 심혈관조영술을 통해 동맥관의 형태 및 크기에 대해 정확히 평가한 뒤, 동맥관 폐쇄를 위해 경도관 coil 색전술이 실시 되었다. 환자는 단일 coil을 이용하여 동맥관의 완전폐쇄가 이루어 졌으며, 폐쇄직후 지속성 심잡음이 사라지고 잔류혈류가 관찰되지 않았다. 시술 후 합병증은 발생하지 않았다. 임상증상, 심장검사 그리고 혈청 troponin-T 농도의 정기적인 평가를 통하여 환자의 상태를 관찰 하였는데, 변화가 없었다. 결론적으로 본 증례의 경우 coil색전술을 이용한 성공적인 동맥관개존증 폐쇄술에 대한 국내 첫 증례보고이다.

Objectives : Trend of R&D of herbal medicine for dementia treatment was examined based on the quantitative information analysis for establishing the national strategy of research on dementia treatment with oriental medicine. Methods : Definition was made to clarify the technology for development of herbal medicine for dementia treatment. Based on the initial keyword provided by experts in the field, queries were compounded to conduct search in the search engines of WoS and DWPI. The raw data (papers or patents) extracted from the initial search were examined by expert-review before objects of analysis were determined. Then, the accumulated data was analyzed in terms of year, country and organization, which led to examination of the trend of R&D. And the research performance evaluation for dementia treatment technologies was also made in terms of country, organization and researcher based on the forward citation analysis. The international cooperation intensity was examined on the basis of analysis of network by researcher before analysis results were put together to select lead researchers. Results : According to the quantitative information analysis of 1,330 articles that were selected as analysis objects, the number of papers on natural products research for dementia treatment has increased by around 4.6 times in recent five years. This indicates that the intensive studies have been underway recently. It was found to be the US that had the highest level in research filed of herbal medicine for dementia treatment and the highest capacity of international cooperation for that purpose. On the contrary, Korea had the share of papers at 5.1%, the number of countries in cooperation research at 8, and the article quality index at 0.40, showing that the qualitative level was insufficient, compared to the quantitative outcome. In particular, Korea was found to have no intensity of international cooperation among researchers. In case of patent, the results of information analysis of 305 patents selected as analysis objects demonstrated that China had the highest share while Korea had the very low frequency of patent application quantitatively. Conclusions : In this study, the research to develop herbal medicine for dementia treatment has recently drawn much attention that has spread around the globe. Therefore, these results suggest establishing the strategy to develop technology for dementia treatment with oriental medicine in the future based on quantitative information analysis.

고용노동부 공문(최근 건설업 사망사고 발생 현황 안내 및 안전관리 철저 당부, 2022.4.4.)에 따르면, 중대재해처벌법 시행(2022.1.27.) 이후 2022.3.31.까지 공사금액 50억원 이상 건설공사에서 17건의 사망사고가 발생하여 18명이 사망했다. 공사규모로 보면 50억~120억원 7건, 120억~800억원 5건, 800억원이상 5건이 발생했다. 사망사고 발생원인은 떨어짐 9건(50%), 맞음 5건(28%), 무너짐 2건(11%), 끼임 1건(5%), 익사 1건(5%)으로 조사됐다. 사망사고의 대부분을 차지하는 떨어짐과 맞음으로 인한 사망사고를 줄이기 위해서는 안전시설물을 강화할 필요가 있으며, 추락방지망·개구부·안전난간이 완벽하게 설치되면 대부분의 떨어짐과 맞음 사고는 예방 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 고에서는 소규모 공동주택인 도시형생활주택신축현장의 떨어짐과 맞음 사고를 예방하기 위해서 안전시설물 개선을 통한 특허기술 개발과 활용 사례를 제시하고자 한다.

본 논문은 특허 출원 문서를 기초로 하여 생성형 AI 기술의 동향을 분석한다. 이를 위해 2003년부터 2023년까지 한국, 미국, 유럽에서 출원된 생성형 AI 관련 특허 5,433건을 선별하고, 국가별, 기술 분야별, 연도별, 출원인별 데이터를 분석하고 시각적으로 제시함으로써 시사점을 찾고 기술 흐름을 확인하고자 한다. 분석 결과, 이미지 분야의 특허가 36.9%로 가장 많고 지속적으로 출원 건수가 상승하고 있지만, 문장/문서나 음악/음성 분야는 2019년 이후로 출원이 감소하거나 유지되고 있다. 가장 많은 특허를 출원한 기업은 한국 기업이지만 상위 5개 출원인 중 4개가 미국 기업이며 모든 기업이 미국에 가장 많은 특허를 출원하고 있어 생성형 AI는 미국 시장을 중심으로 성장하고 경쟁하고 있음을 확인하였다. 논문의 분석 결과는 향후 생성형 AI 연구 개발과 지식 재산 확보 전략을 수립하는 데 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

본 연구는 기업의 기술혁신이 고용과 기업성과에 미치는 영향을 변수 간 양방향 인과관계를 고려하여 분석하였다. 기술혁신의 대리변수는 기업의 특허출원 수이며, 분석대상은 100인 이상 규모의 국내 제조업체이다. 실증분석의 경우 기술혁신(특허출원), 고용(근로자 수, 숙련 근로자 비중), 기업성과(근로자 1인당 매출액)가 종속변수인 연립방정식 모형을 3단계 최소자승추정법(3SLS)으로 추정하였다. 외생변수로 기업의 경영상 특성과 일반적 특성을 통제하였고, 각 방정식의 식별변수로 R&D집약도, 근로자 1인당 노동비용(또는 기업부설연구소 보유 여부), 교육훈련투자를 사용하였다. 분석자료는 인적자본기업패널(HCCP)의 1차년도(2005년)~7차년도(2017년) 자료이며, 이를 NICE신용평가정보(주)의 기업 재무자료 및 한국 특허청의 특허정보와 병합하여 사용하였다. 분석결과에 의하면, 기업의 특허출원이 활발할수록 근로자 수, 숙련 근로자 비중, 근로자 1인당 매출액이 모두 증가하였고, 반대 방향의 인과관계도 모두 유의하였다. 따라서 기업의 기술혁신은 고용의 확대 및 질적 제고뿐 아니라 기업의 지속적인 성장에도 기여하는 것으로 확인된다.

타 디스플레이의 역사에 비하여 상대적으로 짧은 기간 내 빠른 기술적인 성장을 거듭한 OLED 기술은 향후 디스플레이는 물론 조명시장까지 잠재적인 큰 시장을 갖고 있다. 따라서 이러한 시장을 확보하기 위해서 지속적인 기술 개발이 필요한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 OLED 제조공정 중 챔버를 진공상태로 유지하기 위해 챔버 단독 또는 챔버와 챔버 사이에 설치되는 진공밸브 관련 기술의 특허 현황분석을 통해 중복연구와 기술 침해로 인한 문제점을 미연에 방지하고 향후 연구방향을 설정하는데 있어 선행 기술 자료로 활용하고자 한다.

오늘날 지식기반사회에서 새로운 과학의 출현이 새로운 산업으로 확산되어 국가경쟁력에 이바지하고 있다. 일반적으로 논문을 통한 연구는 과학을 대변하고, 기술은 특허로 대체되는 것으로 인지하고 있다. 현재 과학은 SCI 의 인용색인 데이터를 바탕으로 각 문헌에 대한 인용통계정보를 제공하는 저널평가 테이터베이스인 JCR을 활용하여 분석하고 평가, 파악하고 있는 실정이다. 과학기술 분야의 누적된 논문수, 인용횟수, 연구자 분석 등 다양하게 적용할 수 있다. 반면 특허는 전체 출원, 등록건수 등 국가의 거시적인 흐름을 평가하는 수단으로는 주로 활용되어지고 있으나 정보소스의 한계나 분석시의 한계로 인하여 다양한 분석이 활용되기 어려운 실정이다. 인용정보로서 활용시 이를 위한 과도한 전처리 작업이 요구되며, 분석이 번거롭고 용이하지 않는 현실이므로 다양하게 분석시 사용하기가 어렵다. 이를 활용하여 문헌에 적용된 분석을 활용하여 새로운 고부가 정보를 제안해 보고자 한다.

In this paper, we examine the relationship between information type and new product development process. Information that was provided for new product development can be divided into two categories. One was relative information that could be used as a basis for comparison such as patent data. The other was absolute information that must be fulfilled in the new product such as key customers requirements. An experiment was conducted with staffs in an R＆D department in order to analyze the impact of the different information types on the development process of new product. It was found that the group with the absolute information recognized the given information repeatedly, which in turn results in a highly technical idea with good teamwork. The group with the relative information created a superior product with better application, appearance and product efficiency through the frequent refinements of given ideas. This paper concludes with the implications of the results to the new product development process and supporting information systems.

The R&D productivity has the same meaning as that of general meaning. Its input includes budget, facility, schedule, idea and target, and its output includes patent, paper, technological innovation and revenue increase and technology accumulation influenced by these factors. The choice of R&D item which will have the large effectiveness after customization, resource input of proper level, application of efficient development schema, effective usage of development output, objective appraisal for the R&D output and extension for the future project are the main factors for which is suggested to enhance the R&D productivity. The management's expectation for R&D can be represented as the innovativeness of output and potential influence to outsiders. The speedy output, even if incremental investment more than planning happens, will eventually result in the productivity enhancement of the enterprise, and managers must not encounter the opportunity loss in return for the excessive investment control.

연구결과는 학술적인 논문, 기술의 기반이 되는 특허, 기술이 체화된 상품 등 다양한 방법으로 도출되고 있다. 현재까지 연구 성과를 측정하는데 있어서 수치로 표시되는 정량적인 평가는 용이하게 활용하고 있다. 하지만 질적인 우수성을 평가하기 위한 정성적인 방법은 많은 연구를 필요로 한다. 각기 다른 목적이나 용도로 만들어진 평가지표나 방법론이 적절하게 적용하여 평가지표로 적용되어 지기는 힘든 상황이다. 특히 연구자나 기관 등의 평가 시 연구논문을 활용한 계량정보기법을 근간으로 하는 다양한 방법이 많은 연구자들을 통해 제시되고 있다. 또한 학술적인 논문뿐아니라 산업으로 대표되는 특허의 평가시도 유사한 방법을 활용하고 있다. 문헌의 경우는 SCI DB를 활용하여 정성적인 부분을 대체하고 있다. 하지만 산업으로 대표되는 특허의 정성 평가는 많이 활용하지 못하고 있다. 이에 특히 문헌 및 특허의 인용정보를 대상으로 최근 제안되고 있는 연구 성과 지표인 h-지수 등을 활용하여 사례를 분석하여 보고자 한다.
