로프스크린도어의 인간중심 설계를 위한 감성평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Sensibility Evaluation for the Human-centered Design of Rope Platform Screen Door(RPSD))

  • 최근 지상역 승강장에서 승객의 안전 확보, 지상역 조건과 열차 차종 자동 인식에 따른 상하 개폐 기능이 탑재된 Rope 스크린도어의 실용화 기술에 대한 연구개발이 수행되고 있다. 이러한 RPSD의 인간중심 설계를 위해서는 시스템의 기술구현도 중요하지만, 앞으로 이용할 대상자의 감성, 감각이나 사고방식을 과학적으로 측정하고 조사할 필요가 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 광주 도시철도 녹동역에 시범 설치된 RPSD에 대하여 이 시스템을 설계하는데 있어서 고려할 휴먼펙터를 분석하였다. 그리고 평상시 RPSD가 내려진 상태, 철도진입시 올라간 작동원리를 보고 안전(불안)한지, 높낮이가 안정적인가, 개방감(압박감)이 있는지, 견고한지 등 전체적으로 어떤 인상을 받았는지 등에 관한 감성평가를 실시하였다.

  • Damage and attack size of cyber terror is growing to the national size. Not only targeting at a certain companies or individuals but number of cyber terror targeting government bodies or unspecific people is increasing. This is because compared to traditional weapon, input cost is very cheap but ripple effect and shock are much stronger, affecting not only certain groups but also each individuals. 'Anti-terror measurement for protection of nation and public safety' passed last month is one of the renowned measurement passed regardless of objection from opposition party. The opposition party went against this through filibuster for 192 hours but this finally passed National Congress due to lack of oppositions. Korean government is taking post actions after passage of anti-terror measurement. Legislation of enforcement ordinance and regulations is due by 6th of next month. This regulation will be executed from June 4th after legislation. Whenever there is any security issues such as hacking of Korea Hydro and Nuclear Power and National Intelligence Service happens, lot of attention is made to those hackers. However, social recognition or management of those hackers need lot more improvement. Especially, as market of internet of things is increasing, there is an increased anxiety on information security. But as we only rely on security solutions, this problems are keep happening. Therefore, active investment on nurturing hackers who play the role of 'spear and shield' shall be made. Government should put more efforts to allow white hackers to show their abilities. We should have a policy for supporting high-quality programs such as BoB. To make information protection industry into future growth engine, it is necessary to nurture professionals for information protection and white hackers through special programs. Politicians should make related regulations as soon as possible to remove factors that prevent swift management of cyber attack due to lack of legislation. Government should pay lot more financial investment to nurturing professional manpower than now. Protecting life and asset of nation is responsibility and duty of our government. We all should recognize that controlling cyber attack is a part of national defense.

부력저항 영구앵커의 장기거동 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Long-Term Behavior Characteristics of Buoyancy-Resistant Permanent Anchor)

  • 지하공간에 설치되는 구조물 중 지하수위 아래에 위치하는 부분은 상향으로 정수압인 부력이 작용하게 된다. 최근 큰 규모의 중요구조물 즉, 부력이 크게 발생하는 구조물은 공사비가 고가이나 안전율을 확실하게 증가시키는 방법인 부력저항 영구앵커를 많이 적용하고 있는 실정이다. 그러나, 부력저항 영구앵커의 저항 메커니즘 규명은 미흡한 실정이다. 특히, 시공 후 앵커의 장기거동에 대한 규명은 계측 관리의 어려움으로 이루어지지 않고 있는 것이 현실이다. 본 연구에서는 부력 저항 영구앵커의 설계 시 합리적인 구조물 거동 평가를 위하여 앵커두부에 하중계를 설치하여 앵커축력을 자동화계측 및 수동계측을 통해 시공초기부터 10년간 계측 분석하였으며, 이를 토대로 건물의 자중증가에 따른 앵커의 시공단계별 거동과 시간 경과에 따른 앵커의 장기거동(시공 후 10년 이내의 거동)을 분석하였다.

  • 기존의 SOC를 보다 효율적으로 활용할 수 있는가를 고민하는 것은 SOC의 증설을 위한 연구.개발.투자만큼이나 중요한 문제이다. 또한 총중량 51톤의 군용 중차량인 전차가 현행법상 국내 교량의 통행에 제한을 받고 있다는 현실적인 문제에서 출발하여, 국내 외의 여러 연구 결과를 바탕으로 축하중 10톤, 총중량 40톤의 현 도로법상 차량의 운행제한 조항을 궤도하중인 군용전차에 일괄 적용하기에는 무리가 있다. 미국 및 NATO에서 사용하고 있는 교량해석방법의 또 다른 표준인 표준급수분류제도 등을 이용하여 우리 실정에 맞게 검증하고, 우리의 단위체계나 교량해석방법과는 다른 산물로서의 데이터베이스로 손쉽게 활용할 수 있어야 하겠다.

가미정기탕(加味正氣湯)이 흰쥐 소장의 수송능과 글루코스 이동 및 대사에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Jiaweizhengqi-tang on Motor Activity, Glucose Transport and Metabolism in Rat Small Intestine)

  • Objectives; This study was carried out to investigate the motor activity, glucose transport and metabolism of Jiaweizhengqi-tang(JKT) in rat small intestine. Methods ; The motor activity of the rat small intestine has been investigated by means of measuring barium sulfate passage degrees. Transport and metabolism of glucose were studied in everted sac of rat small intestine with incubation under several conditions. Results; Atropine treatment significantly delayed barium sulfate transit, and JKT pretreatment increased intestinal motor activity, but not significant. JKT administration showed renal toxicity in animal experiment, so clinical safety should settled to use commonly. The transport and metabolism of glucose were greater at jejunum than ileum. So, everted jejunum of rat were used to study the effect of JKT. When JKT were treated, the concentration of glucose were higher than untreated group. This result was thought to be influenced by the glucose in JKT. When 2, 4 dinitrophenol was treated, the transport and metabolism of glucose were decreased, but JKT treated together, the concentration of glucose in serosal solution increased. Conclusions; The transport and metabolism of glucose were influenced by the glucose in JKT. And the effects of JKT were still unidentified, but through continuous investigation, these effects of JKT should be identified.

철도터널 화재시 연결통로 및 대피로 제연을 위한 수치해석 연구 (Numerical Simulation of Smoke Ventilation in Rescue Route and Cross Passage of Railroad Tunnel)

  • A transient 3-D numerical simulation was performed to analyze the fire safety in a railway tunnel equipped with a mechanical ventilation system. The behavior of pollutants was studied for the emergency operation mode of ventilation system in case of fire in the center of the rescue station and near the escape route. Various schemes of escape route construction for connection angle($45^{\circ}$, $90^{\circ}$, 135^{\circ}$) and slope($10^{\circ}$) were evaluated for the ventilation efficiency in the fire near the escape route. From the results, it was shown that the mode of the ventilation fan operation which pressurizes the tunnel not under the fire and ventilates the smoke from the tunnel under the fire is most effective for the smoke control in the tunnel in case of the fire occurrence. It was also shown that the blowing of jet fan from the rescue tunnel to the main tunnel should be in the same direction as the flow direction in the main tunnel arising from the traffic and the buoyancy.

Generation of a recombinant rabies virus expressing green fluorescent protein for a virus neutralization antibody assay

  • Background: Fluorescent antibody virus neutralization (FAVN) test is a standard assay for quantifying rabies virus-neutralizing antibody (VNA) in serum. However, a safer rabies virus (RABV) should be used in the FAVN assay. There is a need for a new method that is economical and time-saving by eliminating the immunostaining step. Objectives: We aimed to improve the traditional FAVN method by rescuing and characterizing a new recombinant RABV expressing green fluorescent protein (GFP). Methods: A new recombinant RABV expressing GFP designated as ERAGS-GFP was rescued using a reverse genetic system. Immuno-fluorescence assay, peroxidase-linked assay, electron microscopy and reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction were performed to confirm the recombinant ERAGS-GFP virus as a RABV expressing the GFP gene. The safety of ERAGS-GFP was evaluated in 4-week-old mice. The rabies VNA titers were measured and compared with conventional FAVN and FAVN-GFP tests using VERO cells. Results: The virus propagated in VERO cells was confirmed as RABV expressing GFP. The ERAGS-GFP showed the highest titer (108.0 TCID50/mL) in VERO cells at 5 days post-inoculation, and GFP expression persisted until passage 30. The body weight of 4-week-old mice inoculated intracranially with ERAGS-GFP continued to increase and the survival rate was 100%. In 62 dog sera, the FAVN-GFP result was significantly correlated with that of conventional FAVN (r = 0.95). Conclusions: We constructed ERAGS-GFP, which could replace the challenge virus standard-11 strain used in FAVN test.

보행자 중심의 회전교차로 설치방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Installation of Pedestrian-oriented Roundabout)

  • 회전교차로는 지난 10년동안 대형 교통사고 예방과 안전하고 원활한 통행을 도모하기 위하여 2020년 기준 1,564개소가 설치되어 운영되고 있으며 한국교통연구원에 의하면 사고건수는 연평균 43.8% 감소하고 사망사고가 50%, 중상사고가 48.1% 감소한 것으로 나타나 안전성에 관한 효과가 검증되고 있다. 그러나 초등학교 부근 등의 어린이보호구역과 같은 보행량이 많은 교차로는 대부분 신호교차로를 운영하고 있으며 회전교차로가 설치된 경우 보행자들의 안전성 확보가 취약한 실정으로 이에 대한 개선이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 보행자 중심의 회전교차로 설치방안에 대해 연구를 수행하기 위하여 VISSIM 프로그램을 통해 시뮬레이션을 수행하였으며 분석된 주요 결과는 회전교차로 교통량이 적정할 경우 도시부나 어린이보호구역에 위치한 회전교차로 횡단보도에 신호등을 설치하여 운영할 수 있고 보행자들의 통행 우선권 확보가 가능하며 이로 인해 안전한 통행을 도모할 수 있는 것으로 연구되었다.

레일 파단시 장대레일 개구부에서의 궤도-차량 동적상호작용 (Dynamic Interaction of Track and Train System on Open Gap by Rail Breaks)

  • 장대레일은 동절기에 중위온도 이하로 떨어져 레일의 인장파단에 의해 개구부가 발생할 수 있다. 레일 파단을 미리 감지 못하는 경우에 개구부에서 동적하중에 의해서 차륜과 레일의 파손이 발생할 수 있으며, 열차주행 안전성이 감소될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 개구부에서의 궤도와 차량의 동적거동 분석을 위해 레일 파단시 개구부에서의 궤도와 차량의 상호작용을 고려한 동적해석모델을 제안하였다. 궤도와 차량의 선형시스템은 비선형 헤르찌안 접촉 스프링에 의해 연성되었으며 전체 궤도-차량 시스템 운동방정식을 정식화하였다. 그리고 개구부에서의 상호작용 현상을 고려하여 궤도 불균일부의 함수를 정의하고 개구부에서의 전후방 레일 사이의 개구량을 고려하였다. 비선형 방정식을 풀기위해 동적해석은 $Newmark-{\beta}$ 방법에 의해 수행되었다. 그리고 차량속도, 개구량, 레일지지강성에 따른 매개변수에 대한 궤도-차량의 동적상호작용해석을 수행하였고 변수에 대한 영향을 분석하였다.

Damage identification in a wrought iron railway bridge using the inverse analysis of the static stress response under rail traffic loading

  • Health monitoring of civil infrastructures, in particular, old bridges that are still in service, has become more than necessary, given the risk that a possible degradation or failure of these infrastructures can induce on the safety of users in addition to the resulting commercial and economic impact. Bridge integrity assessment has attracted significant research efforts over the past forty years with the aim of developing new damage identification methods applicable to real structures. The bridge of Ouled Mimoun (Tlemcen, Algeria) is one of the oldest railway structure in the country. It was built in 1889. This bridge, which is too low with respect to the level of the road, has suffered multiple shocks from various machines that caused considerable damage to its central part. The present work aims to analyze the stability of this bridge by identifying damages and evaluating the damage rate in different parts of the structure on the basis of a finite element model. The applied method is based on an inverse analysis of the normal stress responses that were calculated from the corresponding recorded strains, during the passage of a real train, by means of a set of strain gauges placed on certain elements of the bridge. The results obtained from the inverse analysis made it possible to successfully locate areas that were really damaged and to estimate the damage rate. These results were also used to detect an excessive rigidity in certain elements due to the presence of plates, which were neglected in the numerical reference model. In the case of the continuous bridge monitoring, this developed method will be a very powerful tool as a smart health monitoring system, allowing engineers to take in time decisions in the event of bridge damage.
