  • This study suggest a plan for a small and medium auto parts enterprises in Ulsan Industrial Complex to do cooperation activity for management rationalization. To derive the plan, it is considered that characteristics of auto parts industry, existing status of cooperation activity, and faced problems of the small and medium enterprises in Ulsan area. Suggested plan may be well used for basic information of auto parts company's cooperation, and may contribute to expand cooperation activity.

A Case Study on the Influence Factors of Financial Performance of Korean Automotive Parts Cooperation Companies through Research Hypothesis

  • The aim of this research is to contribute to enhancing the competitiveness of automotive parts suppliers while departing from the dependent relationship structure, by developing and interpreting factors that affect sale, which are financial achievements, in a practical way. The research data covered 200 companies from 2013-2017. The study hypothesis was verified by dividing the hypothesis into Model1 with control variables only and Model2 with control variables in independent variables. As a result of hypothesis testing, regarding sales, only capital size showed to have an effect in Model1, while in Model2, asset size, number of employees and joint ventures with foreign companies did but the other remaining factors did not. In particular, the results showed that an increase in financial performance required 'Economies of scale', and that companies that concentrated on a small number of items, diversified products into four or more items, or owned two to four suppliers, reaped positive results in financial performance. Therefore, in addition to the selection and concentration of corporate management for production items and account management, applying strategies, like the inter-company M&A, consortiums and co-branded strategies to achieve 'Economy of scale', would highly enhance the financial performance of automotive parts suppliers.

  • The amount and quantity of sea casualities are increased by both an increasing sea-borne cargoes and heavy sea traffic. This paper analyzed the situation of Korean salvage company in order to activate on civilbasis, compared with the nature of common enterprises, and reported the object, the necessity, and the cha-racter of salvage company. For the purpose of this study, three parts are considered in order to analyze the environment of salvage company(the trend of sea casualties, sea-borne cargoes-passengers, ship tonnage/age) the effective planning to activate Korean salvage company are abstracted as follows : 1.the political assistance of concerned government authority. 2.the cooperation system of concerned business field. 3.the self-developing management of salvage company.

  • The basic concept of an improved business and productivity for Small and Medium Sized Enterprizes, which makes use of an information portal, is to assure competitive power, increase the production quantity through the interchange of a company and the outside environment, and to build cooperation. To reduce the charge of the equipment, as well as to introduce and information program, it should build an information environment from inside the company by suing the information portal ASP(Application Service Provider). This portal is already built by the basic information infrastructure through the Internet.

  • 본 연구는 제조기업에서 업무 상 비용절감과 처리속도를 빠르게 할뿐만 아니라, 향후 업무환경 변화에 능동적으로 대처할 수 있는 통합 경영관리시스템을 설계하는 데 있다. 현재 판매되고 있는 범용 경영관리시스템은 많은 추가적인 노력없이는 각 기업의 고유업무를 반영하는 데에 한계점이 있으므로, 본 연구에서는 예측생산 및 주문생산 전략을 동시에 가지는 자동차부품 제조업체를 대상업체로 선정하여 해당업체의 업무에 특화하여 경영관리시스템을 설계하였다. 시스템설계는 전체 시스템의 각 기능 모듈에 대하여 불필요한 업무처리의 발생을 줄이기 위한 장치를 추가함으로써 제품원가에 반영되는 제조 간접비의 발생을 최소화하도록 하였다. 또한 구축될 시스템에 현장상황이 적시에 반영되어 시스템의 출력이 실효성을 가질 수 있도록 하기 위해 각 기능 모듈간의 연계성을 고려하였으며 현장상황을 관찰하는 모니터링 모듈과 각 기능모듈간의 데이터 흐름을 원활히 할 수 있도록 시스템을 설계하였다.

  • 오늘날 기업들은 비용절감과 효율적인 운영을 위한 수단으로서 SCM(공급사슬관리)에 관심이 더욱 집중되고 있다. 글로벌 환경의 불확실성과 미래 경쟁력에 있어서 기업은 지속적인 경쟁우위를 차지하고 이를 지속적으로 유지할 수 있는가 하는 것이 기업의 궁극적인 최대 목표인 것이다. 이러한 점에서, 중소부품제조업체의 경영전략, 협업프로세스 및 SCM통합이 기업성과에 미치는 영향력을 밝히는데 목적을 갖고 실증분석을 하였으며 그 결과를 종합하면 다음과 같다. 국내 중소부품제조업체에서의 경영전략, 협업프로세스 및 SCM통합이 기업성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳐 가설은 모두 채택되었다. 이는 중소부품제조업으로서의 경영전략을 위한 품질, 원가, 유연성, 납기와 협업을 위한 전략적 목표인지, 지원정책, 문제해결방안, 지식정보공유가 SCM통합의 품질신뢰성, 비용절감, 납기준수능력, 정보시스템운영을 향상시켜 종국적으로 기업의 정량적, 정성적 성과를 높여주는 기제임을 확인시켜준 것으로 평가할 수 있다.

Decision-Making on Incoterms 2020 of Automotive Parts Manufacturers in Thailand

  • The objective of this research is to examine the factors affecting the decision-making of International Commercial Terms (Incoterms) of automotive parts manufacturers in Thailand. This mixed method study applied qualitative and quantitative research methods and utilized the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) to prioritize the significance of the factors. By an in-depth literature review and expert interview, four main criteria were identified. These criteria include Operating costs, Cooperation and bargaining power, Knowledge and understanding and Operation duration then main criteria divided into fifteen sub-criteria. The common Incoterms, Ex Works (EXW), Free On Board (FOB), Free Carrier (FCA), and Cost, Insurance and Freight (CIF), were determined as alternatives to the incoterms through a preliminary survey. The results revealed that the operating costs were the most important factor for the company. Moreover, it was discovered that this was consistent with the priority of the secondary factors, which included the annual budget for the transportation expenses and product value at one time. The respondents' perspective suggested that FCA was the most appropriate Incoterms for international trade for a company. The findings of this research suggest a hierarchy model for organizations to prioritize the significant factors in order to make a decision on the most appropriate Incoterms.

  • 최근 자동차시장은 친환경, 고연비, 무인자율주행을 앞세우고 빠르게 변해가고 있다. 자동차시장에서 국내 자동차산업이 성장하기 위해서는 IT, 마케팅, 광고/홍보, 생산/제조, 유통 등 다양한 기업들이 융 복합된 글로벌가치사슬(GVC) 생산시스템을 더욱 필요하게 되었다. 본 연구의 목적은 국내 자동차산업에서 부품중소업체들이 글로벌 완성차업체의 GVC내로 진입하기 위한 지원 방안을 찾아보고 이를 위해 GVC내 완성차업체와 부품업체 사이의 현황과 협력관계를 살펴보는 것이다. 또한 자동차산업의 완성차업체 GVC내 부품중소기업들이 진입하는데 필요한 정책방향을 현실성 있고 지원 가능한 방안을 찾아보는 것이다. 자동차산업에서 완성차업체의 GVC내로 부품중소기업이 진입하기 위해서는 GVC를 운영하는 대기업의 특성과 지배구조를 이해하고 맞춤형 전략을 수립해야 한다.

  • Currently, Korea is actually increasing and increasing demand for leisure such as parts for A/S of automobile parts of the car, as well as trends in borrowing and finished parts are also required a steady increase in automobile traffic daetsu. There is one car and want to be driving a car A/S parts supplier smoothly for many years and that it is often the case if it is not supplied in a timely fashion, it is a reality that many eonseong hear from customers. These symptoms can be confirmed that the logistics systems of a system of selling auto parts supplier but above all a problem for several reasons, which will be considered as areas for improvement should be done urgently. Enterprises internally cooperation automotive supplier, but the need to get out to re-examine urgently complemented by the logistics system of systems to allow better respond to complex environmental changes of our customers grow, and now also the proliferation of small ship-run screen and Darvin, there is increasing distribution and logistics services, including logistics costs as a lack of work force that the company is itgetda can be called by the reality that the chances of getting a lot of jeyakreul own growth. Given this situation, the procurement of logistics enterprises. In-house logistics. Classified as sales logistics examined the long-term improvement of logistics distribution networks based on this part to derive into the problems of logistics and parts distribution system of Korean auto parts dealer.

모기업과의 관계결속이 협력기업의 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on How Relational Union with Mother Company Influence Outcome of Aligned Company)

  • This study is aiming to present administrative guiding principles and suggestions to find methods to improve and bring up the ethic code of business of aligned companies, by examining how the factors of union of relations depending on characteristics of business, influence outcome of aligned companies, under the circumstances where efforts to improve outcome of aligned company through dealing relation between a mother company and the aligned company. First of all, as a result of analyzing how the characteristics of business have an influence on the relational union, it is shown that characteristics of product, peculiar assets of business, and opportunistic dispositive factors have an influence on reliance and devotion which are relation uniting factors. Under the actively changing circumstances, in order that the manufacturing companies can have a competitiveness, it can be said that shortening of developing period of new products, reduction of manufacturing and operating cost, and improvement of quality and productivity are compulsory factors. This can be achieved by having close relations with aligned companies which provide with parts and materials. As a result of analyzing how relational uniting factors like reliance and devotion influence business outcome of aligned companies. it is found that both reliance and devotion influence administrative outcome, although it is shown that they do not influence economic results such as reduction of cost. Therefore, it can be said that the mutual cooperation is required to increase mutual reliance and devotion, since increase of reliance and devotion are compulsory factors for efficient development of companies where a mother company and the aligned companies coexist, since they ease uncertainty in dealings, and devise administrative outcome.
