본 논문은 중국의 제3자 물류산업의 현황 및 문제점들을 체계적으로 분석하여 중국의 제3자 물류산업의 서비스 수준이 비교적 낮고, 화주의 만족도도 낮으므로 협력관계가 향상되어야 한다는 결론을 내렸다. 다음으로 국내외 많은 선행연구들을 바탕으로 제3자 물류서비스 기업과 화주기업과의 파트너쉽에 관련된 연구 성과들을 종합적으로 서술하였을 뿐만 아니라 기존 연구의 한계점에 대해서도 분석하였다. 또한 물류서비스 성과의 평가모형을 토대로 상호파트너쉽, 운영, 경영성과를 기초로 한 제3자 물류서비스 성과 평가모형을 구축하였고 파트너쉽을 측정함에 있어서의 파트너쉽 평가모형을 결합시켰다. 이를 통해 물류파트너쉽 성과의 실제모형에 관한 쌍방의 파트너쉽 실현과 관계친밀도가 향후 협력에 중요한 영향을 미친다는 것을 밝혀내고 3PL 파트너쉽 실현, 관계친밀도를 3차원으로 평가하는 물류성과 파트너쉽 모형을 설정하였다. 그리고 종합물류서비스 성과와 파트너쉽 평가모형과 고객만족도를 함께 결부시켜, 물류파트너쉽 이론적 모형을 확정하였다. 마지막으로 제3자 물류파트너쉽에 관한 설문조사 데이터를 수집하여 실증분석을 실시하였다.

이 연구는 기존의 수사체계의 한계를 넘어서는 새로운 형태의 사이버범죄에 대한 효과적인 대응을 위한 민간조사제도의 도입 방안에 대하여 제언하는 것을 그 목적으로 한다. 최근 사이버 범죄의 경향은 인터넷 사기, 사이버 도박, 해킹 등 국경을 초월하여 더 복잡하고 정교하게 진화되고 있는 추세이다. 이에 국가 수사기관에서는 고도의 전문적인 기술과 더불어 각국의 협력을 통한 수사방법을 총동원하고 있다. 하지만 전문성 부족, 전담 조직의 분산 및 관련 법제도의 미흡 등으로 인하여 신속하고 효과적인 대응이 미흡한 실정이다. 이미 외국에서는 국가가 직접 행하는 것이 비능률적인 탐지 및 추적 업무 등은 전문성을 지닌 민간조사원에게 용역을 주는 경우가 적지 않다. 따라서 현 문제점을 보완하고, 사이버 범죄에 효과적인 대응을 위한 협력 치안의 동반자로서 민간조사제도 도입방안에 대해 연구하는 것은 상당한 의미가 있다 할 것이다. 사이버범죄의 효과적인 대응을 위한 방안으로써 국가와 민간의 파트너쉽 치안서비스의 의의 및 민간조사제도의 필요성에 대한 의미를 재평가한다. 그리고 제도의 도입과 관련한 주요 쟁점을 분석하고 효과적인 도입 방안에 대한 제언을 하도록 한다. 먼저, 파트너쉽 치안 서비스 제도를 기반으로 하는 민간조사제도의 법제화가 이루어져야 할 것이다. 더불어 민간조사원의 업무 범위 확립과 신뢰성을 제고시키기 위해 전문적인 국제 자격증 취득 및 충분한 교육과 시험을 걸친 면허 제도의 도입을 제언하는 바이다. 민간조사제도의 도입을 통해 수사의 효율성을 증대시키고 사이버범죄의 효과적인 대응 방안을 도모 할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

LTE(Long Term Evolution)는 3GPP(Third Generation Partnership Project)에서 표준화 작업을 진행 중인 차세대 이동통신 기술이다. LTE에서는 기존의 이동통신망이 회선 교환 네트워크를 통해 음성 트래픽을 전달하는 것과는 달리 IP 기반의 패킷 교환 네트워크를 통해 모든 종류의 트래픽을 전달하기 때문에 다양한 서비스에 대한 QoS(Quality of Service) 보장이 어렵다. LTE 시스템에서 사용자의 QoS를 제공하기 위해서 RRM(Radio Resource Management)이 매우 중요하며, 특히 RRM의 한 부분인 호 수락 제어 기능은 기존에 수락된 호들의 QoS를 유지하고 네트워크 혼잡 상황을 방지하는 중요한 역할을 수행한다. 본 논문에서는 LTE 시스템에서 제공하는 다양한 서비스들의 QoS를 보장하기 위한 호 수락 제어 알고리즘을 제안하고 모의실험을 통하여 성능 평가를 수행한다. 제안하는 알고리즘은 채널 및 네트워크의 상황을 반영하여 요청 호의 일부를 거절함으로써 과도한 호로 인한 네트워크 혼잡 상황을 방지함과 동시에 사용자의 QoS를 만족시킬 수 있다. 특히 제안한 호 수락 제어 알고리즘은 각 서비스 종류에 대하여 LTE 표준에서 요구하고 있는 최대 허용 패킷 지연을 만족시킬 수 있다.

The wideband DS-CDMA (W-CDMA) system is one of the candidates for the next generation mobile communication system known as IMT-2000. The important concept of W-CDMA is the introduction of intercell asynchronous operation. In this paper, we design and analyze the system level simulator for the International Mobile Tele communication - 2000 (IMT-2000) 3-rd generation partnership project (3GPP) system. We confirm how the simulator works by BER over different Eb/NO. This study will be expected to use as reference data in the development of asynchronous IMT-2000. In this paper, we analyze a physical layer of W-CDMA system and design a transmitter and receiver by using ADS (Advanced Design System). Also, we simulated a link level performance in Rayleigh fading channel environment. This study will be useful in the analysis and design of W-CDMA system.

This paper intends to raise some of urban policy issues of managing and planning Seoul for the twenty first century. As one of the world's most dynamic megacities, Seoul is faced with at least two trends: one is globalization of the economy, and the other is humanization of urban development in relation to people's quality of life. Given this context, there are emerging issues in a time of transition as the following; pedestrianization, decline of city master plan, micro land use control, citizen involvement, metro-wide management, infrastructure provisions and maintenance, sustainable development, urban information sustaniable development, urban information system, and public-private partnership.

This paper studied the theory and methodology of CRM for insurance business and perform empirical analysis to verify causes of success. It considered five factors as variables to explain success of CRM which are (1) Integration through the partnership among organization and members. (2) Utilization of customers' information. (3) Strategy through marketing channel and interaction with customers. (4) Investment and IT infrastructure to construct CRM system. (5) Interaction among organizations for CRM. The success is defined as four terms; effectiveness of organization, curtailment of cost, improvement of customer service and sale of insurance.

이스라엘의 미사일 방어체계인 Arrow 체계는 미국과 이스라엘 간 전략적 협력관계를 통해 개발되었다. 미국 레이건 행정부의 전략방위구상(Strategic Defense Initiative, SDI) 연구에 이스라엘이 1986년에 협력함으로써 전술탄도미사일 방어체계 개발이 시작되었고, 두 차례의 획기적인 성능개량을 통해 현재 Arrow 3까지 개발되어있다. 주변국으로부터 탄도미사일 위협을 직접적으로 받고 있고, 전장의 종심이 짧은 이스라엘의 지정학적 환경에 맞도록 개발되고 지속적으로 업그레이드되고 있는 Arrow 미사일 방어체계의 개발 사례는 한반도 환경에 적합한 탄도미사일 방어체계를 구축함에 있어 모범적 사례가 될 수 있다.

Recently the Korean Government is increasing investment and interest on railway in the transportation field as "low carbon and green growth" policy become main national development strategy. While railway competitiveness is weakening over the road from the inconvenient door-to-door and transfer system of railway, it is meaningful to review excellent railway transfer system of advanced countries and adapt their implications for Korea. Their transfer systems like Japan, Hongkong, France, U.K. and German can be categorized in this research as kinds of transfer & connectivity system and transfer facility & flow planning, and, as a result, their implications can be concluded. Also, analyzing transfer system of Korea's main stations and reviewing the difference between Korea and other countries, this paper suggests main principles and directions of urban planning, alignment of rail line, partnership of project stakeholder in the establishment of transfer system in the railway station in the future.

Purpose - This study aims to find ways to create win-win market strategies for department stores, vendors, and customers by studying the operation of the Teukyakmeip system-the distinctive trade system of Korean department stores-and preceding cases. Research design, data, and methodology - We simultaneously examined various materials, analyzed preceding research, and interviewed department store managers (the parties to the Teukyakmeip transaction). Results - We examined whether the Teukyakmeip transactions are really beneficial to department stores, but unfavorable to vendors. Significant results emerge including figures and tables. Conclusions - Department stores will implement and develop the system to advance the win-win partnership by minimizing errors and drawbacks from the system.

The purpose of this study is to examine the current status of Quick Response adoption, and to recognize the implementation problems of QR system in the Korean fashion industry. We reviewed the theoretical background of QR system, analyzed the current status of QR adoption, and identified critical issues to implement the system in our fashion business environment. Previous literatures and information gained from communication service organizations were used for this study The major problems recognized are lack of inter-organizational information network, closed supply channels, non-standardization of QR implementation, and low level of information technology usage including KAN, POS, and EDI. Strong mutual partnership between streams for shared common goals and clear QR mind setting of top management with commitment to information sharing are considered needed for the successful adoption of QR system in domestic fashion industry.
