한국 생명공학산업의 혁신네트워크에 관한 실증연구 (An Empirical Study on Innovation Networks in the Korean Biotechnology Industry)

  • 본 연구는 혁신체제론에 입각해서 국내 생명공학산업의 조직간 혁신네트워크 현황 및 활성화방안을 실증적으로 분석했다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면, 다음과 같다. 아직 국내 생명공학산업의 혁신네트워크는 활성화되지 못했지만 혁신네트워크에 참여하고 있는 벤처기업 근무자, 대학교수, 공공연구기관 연구원들은 혁신네트워크 및 혁신네트워크의 성과에 대하여 긍정적으로 평가하고 있다. 이는 국내 생명공학산업의 혁신네트워크가 활성화될 필요성이 있음을 의미한다. 실증분석 결과 혁신네트워크에 참여하는 주체들의 의지와 능력이 제고되고, 혁신네트워크 내 참여주체간 신뢰와 통제가 강화되고, 혁신네트워크내 참여주체들의 기술접근과 자원확보가 잘 이루어진다면, 혁신네트워크는 더욱 활성화될 수 있을 것이다.

Risk and culture: variations in dioxin risk perceptions, behavioral preferences among social groups in South Korea

  • Objectives This study examined variations in the perceptions of dioxin risk among social groups defined by geographical living location, environmental education, and occupation. Dioxin risk perceptions were analyzed according to values, risk awareness, knowledge, and behavioral preferences. Methods A quasi-experimental survey was designed and conducted on individuals from seven experimental groups in Jeonju city, South Korea, including: people living near incineration facilities; people living far from incineration facilities; governmental experts; non-governmental organization members; office workers in developmental institutes or banks; students who were enrolled in environmental-related classes; and students who were enrolled in business-related classes. Results The results show variations among groups in values, awareness and behavioral preferences. Particular attention should be given to the result that groups with higher connectedness-to-nature values show higher willingness-to-act (WTA) for risk reduction. Result s can be summarized as follows. First, awareness is associated with one's geographical setting. Second, values and WTA behaviors are related to one's environmental-related education and occupation. Third, values are significantly related to WTA behaviors. Conclusions Different cultures, in terms of values or worldview, among groups influence their perceptions of dioxin risk and choices of risk reduction behaviors. It is important to consider values in communicating complicated long-term risk management involving public participation. Further research should be continuously conducted on the effects of multiple dimensions of values on one's WTA for risk reduction behaviors.

초등학교 학교급식 학부모 식재료 검수 및 모니터링 활동에 대한 실태조사 (The Survey of Materials Receiving and Monitoring of Parents in Primary School Food Service)

  • The study examined the level of understanding and satisfaction of parents who should receive the food materials and monitor the food service, and would provided the basic data for more desirable school feeding system. The analysis was based on the participation level in materials receiving and food service monitoring, condition of equipment, knowledge about materials and the opinions about monitoring education. 160 monitors out of Daejeon primary schools were used and 60% of them were in the age of thirties and the others were in forties. Equipment condition for material receiving was good and most of the monitors were familiar with the ways of using the machines. Difficulties of material receiving were found in meat(65.6%) and sea food(21.9%), and the ratios of activities and the intention to participate in monitoring education were high with 25.0% and 72.5% respectively. Most of the monitors thought sanitary conditions of food materials(100.0%) and delivery persons(96.9%) were very good or good. And 90% of the respondents changed their perception of school food service positive after monitoring. In conclusion, most of the parents wanted to participate in the monitoring and material receiving actively and showed great willingness to receive monitoring education.

  • 본고에서는 수학사의 교수학적 의미를 살펴보고, 초등학교 6학년 학생에게 적합한 수학사 특강 자료 3차시(120분) 분량을 개발하여, 이를 수학자가 직접 학생들에게 강의함으로써 수학사 내용 및 수학자로 인해 학생들의 수학에 대한 태도에 어떤 변화가 일어나는지를 조사해 보았다. 그 결과 수학사 내용뿐만 아니라 수학자와의 만남도 학생들의 수학에 대한 태도 형성에 긍정적 효과를 주는 것으로 나타났다.

가족경영협약 실태분석과 체결의향 분석 (A Study on the Condition of Family Management Convention and its Intention to Sign it)

  • This paper analyzed the necessity of family management agreement in management succession and the intention of signing it. To this end, 139 management successors were surveyed and the factors affecting the family management agreement were analyzed. The main analysis results are as follows. Firstly, Priority in the management agreement system was the highest participation in decision-making with 34.5 percent, or 19 people, followed by the sharing of management roles and the distribution of revenues and expenses with 27.3 percent, respectively. Secondly, An analysis of the difference between cohabitation with parents and the need for a family management agreement showed that 70.2 percent of successors and 51.7 percent of non-residents shared the opinion that a family management agreement is needed. Finally, according to the analysis, the lower the age of the heirs, the higher the willingness to sign the family management agreement, the more likely the successor who graduated from a related university in the agricultural industry, and the more likely the successor who is a farmer in an urban area, the more willing he is to sign the family management agreement.

  • The rapid changes in consumption patterns and the manufacturing industry environment are both a threat and an opportunity for small and medium-sized enterprises in Korea because it lacks innovative capacity compared to large conglomerates. In this new manufacturing environment, social manufacturing is an innovative business model that can create new business opportunities for these companies. However, there are not that many proven models of platforms where products are created jointly with consumers. Some conceptual analysis of the success factors and operation strategy of co-creation platforms have started to be released but there are almost no empirical studies conducted on this matter today. In this study, the social manufacturing platform business concept and its components were studied; various factors that affect the willingness to participate in consumer-led co-creation platforms were considered; the factors were surveyed on potential consumers; a study was carried out to analyze the relationship of these factors; a model of these factors were set up and proven.

  • Most of the studies based on the outcome of business ethics were mainly focused on financial and non-financial results, CEO's business ethics and practical willingness as a preceding variable for business ethics and its success. This study regards business innovation on corporate sustainability and social responsibilities. There fore, this study will prove the result of activities based on business innovation and its activities, for participation of members is of importance. Therefore, this study proved the hypothesis that a worker's ethical conciousness is important in the result of business ethics, and that it also effects the result of business ethics for practice and innovative intentions for a moderating effect. This study emphasizes on ethical consciousness related to business ethics and consensus related to business ethics due to members' ethical consciousness influenced by organization's business ethics and perception. There ought to be an implication for this study. Also, as a result variable, the job satisfaction of coworkers is affected by conscious business ethics, but not affected in the innovative intentions. In addition, it is shown that the consciousness of business ethics is a controllable variable, for it affects job satisfaction concerning coworkers, but does not affect general job satisfactions.

과학기술혁신을 위한 National Project의 성공적 정책집행의 요인 (Factors of Successful Policy Implementation in National Projects for Technology Innovation)

  • This research began by recognizing the development of telecommunication skill in a short period of time as one achievement of launching the national research and development (R&D) project for the diversification of telephone service and for the solution of telephone holdup rate. Under this concern, this research is focusing on searching the influential elements on successful outcome by analyzing the case of Time Division Exchange R&D Project carried out by Korea. Those variables for analyzing the case is limited to 7 definite variables, which are "willingness of policy making organization", "participation of manufacturers and buyers", "support from research and development group", "economy of operating methods and selection of machinery", "rate of technology transfer", "support from Fixer", and "quality management". Summarizing the result of analysis, in order to bring about technological innovation, knowledge creation activity leading to upward efficiency through competition and cooperation making a harmony should be done in one mechanism. I.e., launching an innovative policy should be done in an arena of competition and cooperation, where stability of implementing system is achieved, the entity of "Fixer" is an adequate operator, and competition and cooperation is efficiently managed, among where agreement on purpose and professional opinions are reflected.

  • The shoulder is less stable than other joints, making it easier to onset of various shoulder disorders. In addition, limited range of motion and pain in the shoulder due to shoulder disorders restricts daily life and social activities. The problem with exercise therapy can be reduced in exercise effect by causing boredom through simple repetition of motion, thus reducing the patient's willingness to participate. Therefore, this paper aims to provide a treatment method that can induce active participation of patients by developing devices capable of passive, active, and resistance exercise and serious game contents using them. Furthermore, sEMG was used to verify whether the rotational exercise in the horizontal and vertical using serious game contents helps the shoulder movement actually. The measured sEMG signal was classified as 5 phases according to the angle of rotation and calculated the mean integrated EMG. The mean integrated EMG for the experimental results was higher in all phases when rotational was performed compared to those when both horizontal and vertical rotational exercise remained initial posture, indicating an increase in muscle activity.

조직 내 세대차이 극복 위한 교육프로그램 개발 및 운영 사례에 관한 연구 - LX하우시스 세대공감 프로그램을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Development and Operation of Educational Programs to Overcome Generational Differences in Organizations - Focusing on LX Hausys Generation Empathy Program)

  • Many companies are now studying these generational conflict issues and seeking countermeasures. As seen in the recent performance-based pay issue, the MZ generation is boldly showing their intention unlike the previous generation. This study focuses on LX Hausys' education program to overcome the generation gap. As a representative field education program of LXHausys, it is a longevity education program that was developed and operated at the end of 14 years and has been in operation so far. By acknowledging and understanding the generation gap through this educational program, it was possible to see that they could sympathize and accept each other one step further, and that trust in each other was formed on the basis of it. The success factors of the generation empathy program were identified as the willingness to share perceptions between labor and management, participatory education programs, active participation of members, and overcoming generation empathy. Through such education, the organization should continuously raise the issue of generational empathy and allow members to recognize it as an object to overcome. To this end, efforts should be made to overcome generational differences.
