It is important to plan and operate various training programs at the national level to develop librarians' job performance expertise and future-oriented capabilities. The purpose of this study was to examine the possibility of introducing a librarian learning community as an training program at a professional education and training institution and to suggest an appropriate operation method. To this end, research was conducted using the following contents and methods: 1) theoretical discussion on program operation such as the concept, operation stages, and types of a librarian learning community through a review of related literature; 2) exploring the possibility of operating a librarian learning community through pilot operation and derivation of implications, 3) proposal of a librarian learning community operation model. This study reviewed the librarian learning community operating model through participant observation and participant opinion collection during the pilot operation process to minimize confusion in the early stages of implementation, and also presented an operational roadmap and support system for the successful establishment of the program in the future. There is a need to further develop the librarian learning community operating model presented in this study through implementation and empirical analysis over the next several years. However, the results of this study will also be useful as an initial operating model for a learning community for professional education and training in other fields.

The data were analyzed through the Spradley's Ethnographic method and the results were summarized as follows : The viewpoints which influence maternal health promoting behaviors include “having childlike appearance”. “having childlike character”, “living without illness”, and “eating well”. The maternal health promoting behaviors for children are classified as “adapting to nature”, “supporting of ability”, “sharing with the family”, “training”, and “praying”. The adapting behaviors include “recognizing child's innate character”, “controlling maternal desires”, “preparing natural food”, which includes breast feeding. The supporting behaviors include “recognizing childlikeness”, “empowering”, and “restricting certain actions to preventing accidents”. In order to promote child's health, it is essential to promote mother's health first of all. The sharing with the family includes “promoting family concord or acquaintanceships concord” and “adapting to circumstances beyond family”. The competence of teachers, comes out through their lesson, is one of the key factors of school education. The purpose of this study is comparing the viewpoints on the science lessons in the elementary classrooms between pre-service teachers and highly experienced teachers in order to draw implications on pre-service teacher educating system. The participants of the study are 14 junior students in a university of education and 9 elementary school teachers who are highly educated and have much career experience. Each student participant observed one video clip with science lesson of their classmate. The total number of the video subject to observation is 4. Meanwhile experienced teachers observed 1 or 2 videos which are the same to those the students watched. The participants made a class criticism according to the General Standards for Class Critique made by KICE. The in-depth analysis of the criticism yielded the following conclusions; First, pre-service teachers had narrow views on the science class mainly limited in the practical part of class, but experienced teachers had wide views covered to class-knowledge, plan, and practice. Second, most experienced teachers thought that learning is the process by which students acquire knowledge or concepts by themselves, and the main purpose of the class is to help students' learning. Meanwhile, there were many pre-service teachers who thought that conveying knowledge or concepts to students was the main purpose of the class. Third, experienced teachers thought that a good science class should maintain consistency around the learning goals from the planning, implementation, and evaluation. However, many pre-service teachers did not take the learning objectives so seriously.
This study is carried out to develope parent education methodology by analysing "${\acute{E}}cole$ des Parents" of France. To study this subject we approach by following three methodes. Firstly, we examined bibliographes to find out motivation of initiative caused from hystological and sociological circumstance. Secondly, to analyse chronological developement and modification of "${\acute{E}}cole$ des Parents" we interviewed with three periods of persons : founder, developer and actually working animators. In addition, we riviewed three hundred eighty volumes of $\underline{{\acute{E}}cole\;des\;Parents}$, from first jurnals to october, 1993. Thirdly, this study were approached by participant observation in actual activities, and by analyse statstical records and subject of articals. In results, we noticed following caractors working in french parent education system. All the regional "${\acute{E}}cole$ des Parents" are alined with "$F{\acute{E}}d{\acute{E}}ration$ Nationale des ${\acute{E}}cole$ des Parents et des ${\acute{E}}ducateurs$"(F.N.E.PE.) in educational polish but activities and methodes of education are independant with F.N.E.P.E., and in most different regional "${\acute{E}}cole$ des Parents" focussed the educational programes to the middle class families in economic point of view. these programes adjust very rapidly systematicaly to social requirment due to successed intensive research. Mordern programs tend to contain all members of family in stead of targeting only maternal members. Methodes of education by lectures and speechs only to deliver information also replaced by discussion, forum and groop animation to induce self-correction. We propose that the systems of FNEPE can be ideal models to solve many actual problems facing in Korean parent education systemes.
Sustainability in fashion pertains to all stages within the product lifecycle, starting with the procurement of raw materials and ending with the disposal of the product. To clarify, the Lifecycle Management (LCM) views the Triple Bottom Line (TBL) from the perspective of a product's lifecycle. Sustainable products are identified based on their lifecycle, causing public attention to turn towards Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). As of now, PLM is largely known to have a strong impact on New Product Development (NPD). As such, the objective of this research is to study how PLM-based sustainable NPD models, when applied to the fashion industry, can produce a wide understanding of sustainable fashion products from a variety of angles. In order to achieve the research objective, this study did a selective case study on 20 sustainable fashion brands; conducted 1:1 in-depth interviews with 24 fashion experts, including both sustainable and non-sustainable experts; and took part in participant observation of 5 sustainable fashion brands. The results of the study indicate that there are specific conditions that must be met at each stage of production for the development of sustainable products by fashion brands. However, due to the lack of technological skills and the dearth of sustainability experts within the organization, management, monitoring and systematic collection of data is not properly implemented - leading to problems with the quantification of crucial data. This study aims to further forward the debate regarding the development of sustainable fashion products and its future implications.

This Study is designed to present the concret data on the contents of the economic role and their change in the recent decade among women in a Korean Village. The Case Study method was used and the data was obtained through the participant observation. This Study is composed of the three parts. The first part deals with the effect of the agricultural mechanization upon the agricultural labor pattern of women. The second part examines how the introduction of a golf course and the textile factory in the vinicity affects the labor pattern among village women. The last part tries to demonstrate that the increasing contribution of women to the village economy has not yet produced any positive effect to their social status in the village. This is seen through the detailed description of two important village activities, one social(Tae dong-Gae) and the other ritual (Mokshinjae). The Results of the Study can be summarized as fallows. Firstly, the mechanization of farming is responsible for the increasing marginalization of women's labor in farming. This is particularly true for rice cultivation. Horticulture is still cultivated by women. As the mechanization progresses further, this trend will be more articulated. Secondly, it is found that women are actively utilizing the new external economic opportunities. In fact they are found to prefer those non-farming works to the traditional farming work. The former offers them less burdened work, less working hours, and more income than the letter. Lastly, women are found to be completely excluded from the process of the two important village activities. Only men are participants in them, and women only provides the labor for preparation of food and the necessary chores.
